Great hotel. It deserves 5 stars. Not so great bar and lounge. Very comfortable beds and nice fluffy pillows. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was wonderful for 2 couples. We each had our own private rooms and a central room with a kitchenette and comfy couches to visit and watch TV in. Full size refrigerator. Nice place to sit outside in the sun in front and back. I gave it only 4 stars because the bar is not so good. The drink glasses are extremely tiny for the price. The room brochure shows a big glass for a margarita, but the actual glass is about a third of that size. And it wasn't very good. That's false advertising. Their selection is quite limited on beer and drinks. The food is just okay, and a limited selection as well.

Great hotel property, large rooms. Every room is a suite i believe, and excellent pricing. Breakfast could be a little better, but I will stay here again.

Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is located near grocery store and coffee stop. Hot breakfast is provided as is a bar in the evening. Beds are firm and lighting in the rooms isn't very bright. USB plugs in room did not work.

Fantastic stay, we got off the plain and crashed in their super comfortable bed, asked for late check out till 2pm, they understood, still on Vegas mode!

Front desk personnel were very nice and professional. The room was beautiful and set up well. Our stay was nice and quiet.

First the good points: reasonable price,large room,bed separated from living room by kitchenette. Two televisions. Clean. Nice kitchenette with mini fridge,microwave,two burn stove top and coffee pot. Clean and roomy. Large selection of tea bags downstains in lobby. Medium sized free breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. The man working check-in was pleasant and well trained in his job. The omelette chef was impressive. Nice looking work out gym. Now the bad points: Windows only open 2 inches. Thermostat can’t be changed,I was hot all night. The shower was barely warm. Scratches on furniture. Indoor pool was cold and no real hot tub just some jets shooting out of side of pool. The hot food on breakfast buffet was just warm. Hotel is on edge of town. In walking distance is caribou coffee,dollar tree and a grocery store with deli. With a few adjustments it could be a nice hotel.

This is a great choice for Minot. It is huge, clean, has all the amenities. Appreciate the silverware, glassware and dishes. Great for the price.

Very clean, and courteous staff. Breakfast includes custom made omlets. Evening small bar with burgers and things. Also including all of the guests staying here were very nice. I agree with the 5 star rating.

We had a graduation party here. There were some problems with our reservation and the staff did everything possible to make it right for us. They also helped us quite a bit with supporting the party. We had a great time.

Pleasantly surprised with the room. It had a couch, kitchenette with a cook top and microwave. Dishes and silverware. Had 2 TV'S. Free breakfast was exceptional. Hghly recommend staying there.

My husband and I stopped in for dinner thinking there was a full sized, full service restaurant based on what we've heard advertised in the paper and on tv. To our surprise, there was no restaurant, just a small bar in what appeared to be their breakfast area with a very small menu of appetizers and sandwiches. We were kind of disappointed, but the atmosphere was very welcoming. It's a very nice hotel.

Very reasonable price, had very clean rooms, and a wonderful breakfast. I was very pleased with the quality of the bed I slept in as well. Very comfortable for a big guy like me who needs a little bit more support, but soft as well.

Hotel was great. Staff were super friendly. Rolled in around 830pm and the bar tender got us a list of places that deliver to the hotel for supper. Gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to order. Staff checked in daily to make sure everything was good. Rooms were clean and up to my standards. Omelette bar at breakfast was amazing! Biggest complaint is the pool area. No hot tub or sauna. Water was pretty cold in the pool. Also, the chemical level in the pool was extremely high. Had to leave after 15 min as my eyes were burning so bad from the chemicals in the air.

Brandy, brandy, brandy... she is a fantastic cook along with a fantastic bartender/server she does her job very well. The restaurant would not have gotten my business without her bright personality. I didnt feel the need to go out in town after work when she was here. She made it a home away from home.

I love this hotel! The rooms are huge with a full kitchen full of every kitchen item you could possibly need! The breakfast in the morning is fantastic with the highlight being omelettes made to order!

Wow! We just spent both Christmas and New Year’s here and it was just an excellent stay. The staff was great, the housekeeping accommodated all of our needs promptly, and the manager even made sure that I got a call returned on some questions during her vacation (to which the acting manager was knowledgeable and able to help me right then. The suite is two rooms and a bathroom. One is a regular bedroom with two beds. The other is a large living room/kitchen with a place for dining. The kitchen was plenty big enough that I was able to cook and prepare Christmas dinner there. Pets are also welcomed here.
I did read on some of the reviews that there is no hot tub. This is true. But there are jets that can be turned on in the regular pool. The workout room was well stocked. So was the small store that the hotel has in front. The breakfast was hot and good with several choices each day. Overall, we were just extremely pleased. Thanks to all staff and see you next trip!!

Spacious living! You can stay awhile here. The king rooms are nice, love the living room and kitchen (stainless steel appliances) and walk-in closet. Gotta love the good life!

Very very nice hotel. I needed to bake some pies for an event. I had a room with a full kitchen. I was able to bake over 45 pies in my room. Wonderful. Housekeeping was not so well, but everything else including the breakfast was above average. Will return for sure.

We are here visiting our daughter who lives out here now, we were looking for a spacious place for us all to stay and spend quality time together. The Hyatt house is that and more... Breakfast is awesome thanks to Steven and Michelle thanks for all you do!

Very spacious rooms, ours had a full kitchen. It's clearly designed for longer stays. The complimentary breakfast was great (for a Continental) and included an omelet station. Add in comfortable beds and clean, spacious rooms and it's a 5 star value.

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt House in Minot at the start of our location and again at the end and I must say that the service we received was second to none! Upon our return, from a two day train ride that arrived at 9am, we went to the hotel right away as our vehicle was parked there (another plus) and asked when the earliest we could check in would be. Even though it was a 3 pm check in we thought we would ask prior to finding something to occupy our time. But they went out of their way to get us into a room immediately. So appreciated as we had very little sleep by this time. Thank you to the staff of the Hyatt House for going above and beyond! 😁

We got a good deal on our room. It was huge, obviously set up for long term stays, likely due to the oil boom. I don't think our room had been used for a while, as a number of surfaces were dusty. The bedside table looked like it hadn't been wiped down very well from the previous guest, and the bottom sheet was really wrinkled. I'm not convinced it was changed from the previous guest. The breakfast offering was good, including an omlette bar, but the coffee was awful and they only had powdered creamer. The plates and cutlery all looked like they needed another run or two before they were sufficiently clean. Kind of gross. I think the housekeeping staff and the kitchen staff need more or better training on cleanliness standards.

The amount of space and the quality of service you get for the price is amazing! My new favorite hotel for sure!

Whenever we visit our son in Minot we stay here. Usually we have a 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen which is clean, comfortable and very affordable... perfect for a long stsy. This time it was fair week there so the rates were high. We stayed in a room with 1 king bed, a pull out and a kitchenette. The furniture was worn and the elevator noise all night did not lend itself to a good night's sleep. Two bulbs were out in the bathroom, they were replaced when we pointed it out. The staff was friendly, as they always are and the room was clean but we weren't as happy as we were in the past.

Staying at hyatt house for a wedding with family and the best part about it was the full kitchen with a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and sink. Hyatt also provided a great breakfast in the morning with an omelet bar.

Stayed at Hyatt Place when visiting son at the Air Force Base. The location was great. The staff and house keeping are great. The kitchen staff was also great. Christopher makes great omelets. Our house keeper Gillian was very nice. Over all this is a great place to stay when visiting Minot. We will stay again should we need to. Would highly recommend the Hyatt House for your stay in Minot.

I love the place my family is there and its fun walking around going to the pool or such and then laying down and watching tv

We stayed at the Hyatt House the night before our flight to Phoenix. Our front desk girl Kendra was very friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions regarding the area and helped us with leaving our car while we were gone. Room was very nice and clean. We definitely will stay here again.

Everything was awesome but there was no plug-in available. I had to move the night stand and unplug the light so I could used my sleep machine. But over all nice stay. Nice amenities and great breakfast.

It's a nice hotel, but attention to detail goes a long way! Couches in room smelled like feet, guys with muddy boots walk around with no regard to others or the hotel and no one cleans it up... They need to hire a security person to control the "oil" workers staying there....

The location is right off the bypass, but has a long winding road leading in for some reason. The facilities appeared well kept. I never ventured outside of the dining area/lobby as I was there to speak at an event called Connect Minot hosted by the General Manager.

We had a quick stay. Arrived at 3am, were checked in quick, got to bed quick. We were a bit disappointed to see the fridge was not full size, but we made it work with what we had. Room was clean and bed was hard but comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Would definitely stay again. The room was very large (we had a king studio). And the hotel in general was very quiet for being quite full.

My new favorite hotel! Loved the room, the service, excellent breakfast with omelet bar, electrical outlets everywhere in the room, enjoyed the small but perfect pool, and no charge front load laundry room. We will be back!!

Friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms are nice, large, and clean. Internet is free and complimentary breakfast with made-to-order omelets are great amenities that make the hotel one of the best values in the area.

The hotel was very nice but I had a couple issues. The firdt was the WiFi speed. It was extremely slow. The other is the bath towels. I don't know if mine were brand new or what, but they left a white cotton film all over me when drying off.

I have stayed at Hyatt's all over the US. They have always made the mark on me or employees I have rested. The professional experience, and the feeling of a high end Hotel is what you always receive. The food and comfort is bliss. I recommend Hyatt to all fellow employers and employees.
With the Hyatt house in Minot ND. they do not offer shuttle service to airport.:(
But, this is not a show stopper! alternative accommodations can be made.
