Always love this place. We stay here when in transition. Family stays here when visiting. Renovations in the past few years have made a good difference as well.

Just checked out after valentines day weekend & it was very peaceful and the hotel is very accommodating. They made a mistake with our room and almost had us pay for their mistake but the manager handled it. Nice hotel breakfast for free! Overall lovely weekend.

The room was nice, but noisy. I stayed for 3 nights and it was hard to get a good night sleep. The refrigerator was noisy and outside was noisy. My window overlooked the back of the building where trucks could be heard backing up and trash cans could be heard rolling to the dumpster. I could here my neighbors upstairs walking quite clearly, the floorboards creaking under their feet. The noise from the showers being turned on above were startling each morning.

When I first arrived, the windows were open. When I tried to close the blinds, the covering got jammed which I was able to fix eventually, but was rather annoying.

The water pressure in the shower was weak, which made it hard to rinse soap out of my hair and off my skin.

I liked it all together. However, I experienced the aggression from the representative while responding to my review on TripAdvisor because I said breakfast was okay. It's my fault that I didn't say it was awesome — but overall, perfect place. I deleted my review due to the heat that came my way. The place is super neat, clean, and comfortable. It is worth it! I am honest, I appreciate it where it needs to be appreciated. Please be careful when you review to avoid experiencing the backlash. Thanks.

Room is great. Very comfortable in every way. staff are pleasant. Very close to a In & Out, next to veggie stand that also sells pie. Cut little I lobby market with water and frozen food and instant food items. Breakfast is decent, but unless you like Schwann's frozen foods (over priced), why away from lunch and evening eats. Great visit,

I loved that there was a full kitchen in my room. I stayed in a king studio and loved the layout, cleanliness, overall look and feel of the room. The shades were double layered to let in some sunlight or no sunlight. The bed had two types of pillows: big and puffy or medium-sized and softer. There was a couch and TV that could swivel to face the couch or bed. I thought this was a nice touch. There was complimentary breakfast from 6 to 10 and it was no joke. There were all sorts of items between savory and sweet, hot and cold, DIY and ready to eat. There was an omelette station too, where a cook would make an omelette with the ingredients of your choice. Overall a great stay at this hotel.

Overall experience really great. Breakfast was included in my room and the food was decent. Shuttles run from early morning to 9am but they were able to accommodate me after 9am. The room I had was good size. The only weird thing was the blinds... They were difficult to close and block sunlight. I think they were in the middle of renovating some of the rooms so maybe that was just for the time being.

Stayed here several times . Employees are so wonderful, nice, friendly. . Accommodations usually 5 stars. Last visit, room had a few issues... Hyatt House took care of the issues. Breakfast is good. Wish the resturant offered lunch.

I've stayed at Hyatts before expected a little more from the Hyatt House kind of outdated and very small rooms but at least you get a kitchen. Cartwright e there for a wedding really hard to fit the wedding party in a room couldn't even do photos in the room like traditionally is done. Not bad if you're just staying there to visit.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are somewhat suite-like, with kitchen complete with cooking utensils. TV was a bit dated, but I don't tend to use them anyway so that wasn't a problem for me. Staff were very friendly. 'Scotty' at the bar/kitchen in particular was a fun guy to be around, and knows his way around a turkey club. Would definitely stay here again.

Date night was a surprise overnight adventure. We stayed May 12, and we had a suite, I've seen apartments that are about the same size, very spacious. Kitchen, nice bathroom, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful in the morning, sat on the patio enjoying our coffee, made to order omelettes, sausage, fruit and hash browns. I highly recommend this hotel, loved it!

Great stay. Convenient location...gas, restaurants, grocery store within a 5 minute walk. Easy access to freeway. Dog friendly, social hour, mini market on site. Pleasant staff and nice room with mini kitchen

Really nice stay! Rooms are modern and recently renovated. Our room had a kitchenette , desk and couch. Clean and comfy, highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place to stay and I would do it again! I was in town for two days for a wedding and coming back to the room was pleasant and felt comfortable for vacation. The amenities were top notch and the breakfast was fantastic. Definitely the best regards night away from home I've (maybe) ever had.

Awesome place to stay. The gym room has a few exercise equipments to run or bike. It was spacious and had lots of wieghs. The room was nice and clean. Great place to stay.

It's a very neat and decent place for staying. Staff is very nice and well receiving. Everything inside the room is well placed and comfortable. Ample parking lot. Easily noticeable from main road and there is shopping complex in a reach of half a mile.
Plenty of varieties in breakfast. Worth of every dollar spent.

This hotel is well appointed with a bedroom and a sitting room. Free breakfast and right off the freeway. There was a 4 story construction project right behind our room. The trucks started beeping at 4:30am. When that's finished it will be nice hotel.

Jeff at check in was amazing. The room was clean and just perfect. No issues, no drama. Beautiful and up to date decor. Almost wish I had booked an additional day just to enjoy the rest of the amenities. I'll be staying again.

Great complimentary breakfast every morning! Rooms are clean but lack personality and decor. The car is direct tv but you can only watch the channel you select, no channel or program info, Fast forward, pause or any other items available on the remote.

The hotel is nice and quiet. The rooms are clean, and well maintained with the exception of a few ancillary items. The bar has a decent happy hour from 5-8, but the food is so-so.

Loved this place! Very nice staff, super clean and modernized. I'm not sure but it seems that they recently had remodeled their interior, so it's nice. Cheap but nice and cute. I'm also very needy and picky when it comes to food, and their breakfast was delicious with healthy options. Coffee wasn't that good, but there's a Starbucks close by. You're also a walking distance to in-n-out, salons, gas stations. Best restaurants are in Walnut Creek and Danville. We traveled here twice, and both stays are great. Used their gym, small/medium pool and hot tub. They were sold out this week, so we had to book a different hotel which was twice as expensive but still can't beat my favorite Hyatt. Hope when I need to stay there again, Hyatt will not be booked.

Room is fine and we'll equipped. Pillows are too soft. A/C is too noisy. Bathroom is tight. Nice amenities. Friendly staff. Breakfast and coffee are above average for these types of accommodations.

The hotel was lovely. Our room was clean and quiet. The reason for 4 stars was parking was horrible. Very little, we had a hard time finding a spot!

Great location, service and food. The housekeeping, breakfast and front desk were on point. Loved the 3-day long stay. They have a great shuttle service to nearby offices which is really commendable.

1 bedrooms are ugly, taupe doors, baby blue walls, hideous huge high bay industrial ceiling lights, harsh blue florescent bulbs, drab gray fabrics, country bumpkin furniture, ugly fake wood kitchen floor strip. But studios are beautiful, no taupe doors or harsh ugly lights! Bathrooms in all rooms are beautiful, warm colors, warm lighting, marble, tile, etc. Pool is actually warm, hot tub prefect, breakfast decent, day rooms feel sterile for working, harsh lighting, no nooks, lobby too small to be present with laptop. Everything looks much better at night. 5mile shuttle radius can't connect to BART but goes to PG&E Learning Center.

The hotel was extremely comfortable, the staff was friendly and curtious, and the breakfast was excellent. It felt just like being at home. Very comfortable stay.

Every detail is covered at this hotel. They thought of everything. From the fruit infused water at the front desk (yes this is California) to the magnifying makeup mirror, to the fun remote-controlled blackout shades, this hotel is over-the-top beautiful. We booked into the suite because my adult son is with us and it's almost like being at home. Very roomy With A well-stocked kitchen even has a dishwasher. Quiet, comfortable , clean. Where has this hotel been all my life?

Very nice place,good location a bit noisy being off the freeway. I wish we can close the bedroom doors so one can stay in bed and the other one can watch TV.
Doors did not stay shut. On my next visit I will make sure the doors can stay closed.

The staff was great and so was the room. They even went out of their way to write up a note wishing us a happy anniversary and even left a complimentary​bottle of wine in our room. We will be back.

Location, rooms are good. Has a nice kitchen, parking is not the greatest.. especially if you arrive late at night.

Decent location in San Ramon with a Pokestop right out front :) Rooms are clean and modern with a good amount of amenities : stocked kitchenette, updated bathroom, basic desk and couch. The desk could be a bit more enhanced for the business traveler. It lacks USB charging ports and adequate power outlets. Front desk service is decent and professional.

Fantastic hotel, great features including full kitchen, plush bed and full hot breakfast bar. Had everything I needed plus solid free wifi. Staff was friendly and helpful. A+

The room was clean, modern, and in great shape, standard for Hyatt House/Place.

It was a studio, which proved to be really cramped when we were using the pull-out bed for kids--so much so that there was zero clearance between the bed and desk, making it impossible to reach the kitchen area or front door without some acrobatics to step over the bed without hitting the desk.

The free breakfast buffet was pretty solid, again standard for these properties. If you want eggs, get an omelette, as the scrambled eggs are rather dry (probably powdered).

Staff was very friendly at check-out. Check-in was really slow, and those staff were sort of low-affect, lacking friendliness. We should have been able to check in early from status, but our room wasn't available until 40mins past the property's advertised check-in time, which probably should have been met with an offer for some extra points, or at least some bottled water or a soda while we waited.

Was able to check in early with a nice and spacious suite. Was pretty clean except there were some issues using the bathroom door. The hotel was nice and quiet even though a bunch of rooms had guests celebrating a wedding.

Room is clean. Wifi is very good. Sometimes it is difficult to find parking later in the day.

The hotel is amaxing (as we are currently still staying). The service is great and view outside our room was the best we could ask for. The only complaint I would have about it is our pull out couch was in a very inconvenient spot and we had to actually move the whole desk that was in front of it to accomdate the amount of space it took up. When the bed was out you also can't get by it without having to climb over it, but that was such a miniscule thing. Overall pretty great.

The hotel is clean and has great service. With a family it's nice having a full kitchen and access to a laundry. Breakfast was really good, the made to order omelette was delicious!

Great hotel - Weird Party Policy...

This is the first hotel that made me sign a 'Party Policy' on check-in. Essentially this set of rules boils down to "No more than four people in a room at once. No loud noise after 10 PM." Nevertheless, being confronted with such a document felt weird, to say the least.

The hotel itself is scrupulously clean, and staff are exceedingly friendly and welcoming. From a location point-of-view this place is a little out of the way for mainstream sightseeing, but otherwise it's quite an excellent hotel for the money.
