The Sikandra tomb is a combination of Muslim and Hindu architectural styles, built in 1492 by Sikander Lodhi. Akbar, in his time, ordered the construction of Sikandra again. This time as a site for his mausoleum, but he died before it could be finished. The work was completed by his son Jehangir in 1613.

Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary is home to large numbers of cormorants, darters, spoonbills, egrets, storks, and black ibis during the season.

Dayal Bagh (Soami Bagh) is the headquarter of the RadhaSoami religious sect. Being built to commemorate the supreme creator, this tall, unfinished façade of marble, lined with exquisitely carved pillars and panels, was estimated to cost about five million rupees when it was conceived.

The ancient temple complex at Bateshwar on the river Yamuna consists of more than 100 temples dedicated to Hindu God Shiva. It is also said to be the birthplace of Lord Krishnas mother. Bateshwar is associated with numerous myths and legends.

It's the best one in Agra. Service, staff, ambience, rooms, surroundings, food, everything here was excellent. It also has a place from where you can view Taj Mahal from the Hotel itself. The whole experience was amazing and impressive. You would love to visit again and again. Highly recommended if the budget allows you 😊

Very nice property well maintained lot of greenery increase nice sports and activity room. this hotel has two swimming pools, out of which only is open for everyone the other one is only open for "Suites", which we didn't like. Rooms are ok , but we were expecting them to be a little better. Morning breakfast buffet was awesome. Excellent staff.

Good food, amazing staff and extraordinary spa experience. Cannot ask for more at such reasonable prices. Would have given 5 stars if the room and bathroom were bigger.

Mughal is a really nice, plush and one of the finest hotels in Agra. The staff is courteous and attentive. The entry and the entire hotel makes you feel the grandeur of the property. The gardens and lawns could have been better kept but again it could be because of the time of the year I visited and the heat.

Overall its a really nice property and worth every penny. One must definitely keep it on their agenda when visiting Agra

While it was probably a very nice hotel at one point, you can definitely tell it's age. There were mildew stains on the bathroom ceiling, and the carpets smelled funky. Otherwise relatively clean though

When we first entered the entrance door after a long drive in the heat from Delhi, the fragrance in the lobby area really cooled us down plus a very friendly welcome from the staff, we felt refreshed. The room we got was a suite with a pretty decor. Only one thing that could be better is the AC. The restaurant in the hotel has a nice buffet for breakfast and dinner. You can also find good drinks at the bar.

Lovely hotel which bless modernity with classical in a very subtle and beautiful way. The gardens are laid in a formal mughal style which reminded me of the layout of the gardens of Kashmir.
The food was excellent, the rooms very comfortable, the service par excellence.
We were travelling with a 8 month old infant and the staff made sure that all requested baby food was provided at the dot of time, made in just the way we had asked. A special thanks to the staff for this.

A stunningly beautiful hotel, and a real treat to stay in in Agra, the hotel staff were all fantastic and the Peshwari restaurant they have served us one of the most astounding meals we ever had (albeit a little on the pricey side). I would have given a full 5 stars but the only negative was the fact they charged a few pounds per day for WiFi for each person... It seems unnecessary in such a great hotel when most hostels in India give it to you for free. However all in all a superb hotel and a great experience

Rooms are more than amazing, the staff is welcoming, the lawn is great, happy hours serve the purpose and spa relaxes you to the last node, and peshawari serves some delightful delicacies. But faced some issues while in the room like some fused bulbs, some problem in ac which was taken care off as soon as it was reported. Overall a very nice experience.

10/10. After the typhoon that ravaged Agra we were unable to get a decent dinner the night before as roads were closed and trees had come down. I thought I would treat the family to some breakfast. We ate like royalty being served by highly trained staff who were conscientious and friendly. Food and drink options were fantastic, of the highest quality. I felt though I was not staying as a hotel guest I was treated as if I was. I was not rushed and was given fantastic options and complimentary additions. Masala tea was very strong and tasty just how I like it. I will 100% be back for the restaurant and even consider booking as a guest. The grounds were manicured and looked well cared for. The foyer was grand and majestic beautifully decorated with fresh flowers, oak tables fantastic light fixtures and chandeliers which illuminated the halls and spaces tastefully. I would highly reccomend.

Attended a wedding at the hotel. The hotel is OLD. It is not only old by age but by way of maintenance as well. The food and service were good but old crockery and tattered furnishing cannot create the ambience. Not very impressed.

Perfect hotel in Agra for a royal experience. It's very close to Taj Mahal if you have a car. The staff is very courteous. Hotel actually upgraded our booking to a suite. Which was great and came with a spacious balcony. One of the must try things is spa which was complimentary with the suite.

I was expecting a great service, extra-ordinary pampering and out-of-the-box cuisine but didn't get any such thing at all. It was a generic budget hotel kind of experience that has 3 swimming pools and various outdoor and indoor games (that too not inclusive in your room tariff). Not recommended

Nice entrance, very grand, but rooms a bit dated. Service and staff very friendly. Yet to taste the food but everything else looks good. When we arrived, the lobby area was quite busy with people checking in, but they were dealt with swiftly and effectively. A downside is WiFi is not free, but it's only 299Rs. per day + taxes, which comes to 352Rs. Not bad. Breakfast is also extra, but again this is only 1000Rs. per person per day. As you would expect, most furnishings inside are made of marble, so very grand. Would say the dark wood elements perhaps need updating though. On the up side, a very soft and cosy bed, which you sink into!

Stayed here for one night while in Agra visiting all the usual sites. We got upgraded to a suite with a king bed, which was very lavishly styled. The bed was medium firm, with plenty of pillow options. Only downside was that the bed platform was not sturdy so any movement transferred to the other side of the bed. SO wasn't too happy about that... Food wise the options were the usual hotel suspects with a buffet option and a couple restaurants, all of which were massively overpriced for the quality. We headed across the street to Pinch of Spice for dinner instead, which was much better and is highly recommended. Crossing the road is difficult if you're not used to Indian traffic though. Tip: If you ask nicely one of the waiting autos may give you a lift across free of charge.

Generosity, swift services, instant response, GENUINE SMILE: basically overall hospitality of staff just stole my heart. The moment I entered the hotel with my clients from US, I continued to bug the staff with one or the other ad hoc requirements, however, they managed to surprise me with their positive and quick response everytime. The girls at front desk (especially the one from north-east India: couldn't catch the name) were amazing and I really wish them all the best for their career. They do more than what they are expected to do. The hotel ambience is just awesome and food at restaurants is breathtakingly tasty.
One of my best experiences. 100/100.

Our suite was beautiful and Raj, our Butler, was incredibly attentive. Last night during a trip to the bar we were greeted with smiles, welcome drinks and 4 plates of canapés. It was lovely.

The rest of the hotel, however, keeps this from receiving 5 stars. There are just a lot of areas that look like they're ready to be replaced: carpets, patched walls, etc.

ITC Mughal has been very great to me for a comfortable stay at Agra. Location might not be into the heart of the city but still has very good connectivity to many attractions in Agra. Stayed there with family and friends for a short vacation trip in April 2013. Had a pleasant experience. The rooms are large and the hospitality is top class. This is one of the few high end properties in Agra. It's a beautiful place and the staff are excellent. There's an observation deck from which you can see the Taj Mahal in the distance (on a clear day...). There is in house dining and a bar as well as shops on the property. Entertainment facilities are also available for children. It's located fairly well in terms of access to the Tab. The rooms although big and clean were not contemporary and looked like they could use an overhaul / upgrade.

The suite was extremely spacious and comfortable. Loved the fresh flowers in the room and all the amenities - aroma therapy for nightly turn down? Yes, please!!! The pool area and gym are very nice and modern, although the pool was a bit too cold to swim in when we were there. They have a good watchtower from where one can see the Taj (if not fogged in). Service was extremely attentive and friendly. Had a great time!

Best hotel near Taj Mahal, rooms nice and food good but not very ambitious.

The hotel is great and was very relaxing. The staff is great and is very helpful. We had booked a room and was upgraded and they offered a great suite to us which was tastefully done. The front desk is brilliant and is very welcoming. The girls at the reception is ever smiling . The food and breakfast was great. We will come soon.

Dated, past its prime. They've tried to manage it well, but age seems to be catching up with the furnitures and fixtures. Poor maintenance of tennis courts. Managerial staff not able to handle the rush of guests. Promised free wifi (on their site) was refused, and instead was asked to pay up Rs. 720 for the same! More than half an hour of waiting for their breakfast. Positive is the non - manegerial staff : really polite, always ready to help and serve.

Visited all their restaurants excellent food but the kitchen tends to be careless - once got a piece of pottery in the mutton dish and burnt dal bukhara the second time. For the price they charge they require to be more careful.

Did not stay at the hotel. Went to Peshawri for dinner. Friendly staff, decent spread. The lamb kebabs were amazing. The seating was very uncomfortable, I understand it is in line with the decor but no back rest? Most of us were restless on our seats after about half an hour.

Excellent hotel. We got a complementary upgrade to the suite, and it was a nice one! Good restaurants. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that the hotel itself (not the rooms) felt a little stuffy, not modern.

Highly overpriced compared to other ITC hotels.
The property is however good. I hated the food on all 4 days that I stayed there!
