The room my family was given for a week had cockroaches. I told the staff and they sprayed our room. We came back after some time and it was horrible. I had to be very assertive with the manager that we needed a new room. We finally got one with some drama. The new room was great. I would recommend looking behind the refrigerator for roaches. The breakfast is great. With waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, and hott items every morning. The gym is nice and clean with plenty of equipment.

One of my favorite hotels. The manager is really nice, the cleaning staff is friendly. I've stayed here A bunch of times and I've never had any problems with staff or sound (im a light sleeper.)

Great place to stay when you have to stay in a hotel for an extended period of time. The kitchenette makes eating right easy, but its great to have the free breakfast for mornings your in a rush. Staff is great and the hotel is overall very well maintained.

Really comfortable bed, slept very well. Nice room, with a decent shower. Only issue was the window shades were very difficult to close. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was very very nice.

This was a very nice property. We arrived just in time for a good manager's reception. The room was well appointed.

Unfortunately, the TV in my room would not change channels. I reported it and was informed that maintanence would fix it in the morning. Because we were only staying one night that wasn't a good answer? That was the reason I gave a 4 rating. We would stay there again.

We had to switch rooms but the staff was very helpful with it. Loved the social hour and the few times a week they provide dinner. Would recommend.

I do enjoy staying at Staybridge hotels. The staff was very friendly and very courteous. My room was very clean and neatly put together. Breakfast area was well-kept and well-stocked. Of course Monday through Wednesday light dinner and drinks is always wonderful at Staybridge Suites.

I gave three stars for a few reasons. I want to first say that all the staff member were very nice and welcoming and easy to talk to. That being said, the hotels owner/operator is there a lot and he openly and in front of guests chastises his employees and right in front me, another time, threatened a kitchen staff member with "one more strike and your out" for there not being the correct number of tongs for the salad bowl, right in front of everyone in the dining room at the time. On even another occation I heard him belittling a desk employee for letting the phone ring three times when she was obviously busy assisting another guest and right in front of them too. Secondly, the food is subpar. Its unlike me to complain but that owner guy really needs to step up the dinners. Its done so cheaply I'm surprised people went getting sick. I've found mold on bread and the waffle mix was always expired. The general grade of the food so bad that it was way beyond the cooks. You can only polish (you know what) so much, its still (you know what)

My husband was working in Augusta for a week and I went with him. The hotel was very nice. The staff goes up and beyond to help you in any way.
The rooms are very spacious and clean. They come with dishes, wine glasses, pots and pans, plenty of towels. My husband and I will definitely be staying more often. Love this place

I would give this hotel 5 stars but the rooms need a refresh/update. Other than that, this hotel is top notch. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. David and Emmitt prepare the food each day. Free Breakfast and free evening meals Mon - Thurs. Those two are awesome. Always looking out for the guests and ensuring a pleasant meal. The rooms are dated and we're not cleaned to our standard when we first arrived. However, after leaving a nite for the maid service in the room, they did clean it much better. All in all, this is a nice hotel that the staff makes even nicer due to their level of kindness and professionalism.

Nice Breakfast, dinner with free beer and wine. Comfortable room with fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, two burner stove. Queen bed with the best pillows. Ample room for four.

Rooms are big, breakfast is good and I will like to give a five star because of the great service we received from David at the breakfast restaurant. I always give great reviews when someone goes above expectations, it sure makes you feel welcome. Thank you!

Overall, a lovely experience. Staff was very friendly, and the room was big and comfortable. The only complaint I could find is that about 2 or 3 times during my month long stay, the housekeeping would put up dishes that were still dirty from the dishwasher. I don't mind doing my own dishes, so instead of putting away dishes that still have food on them, I'd prefer to do them myself. That's it (rare enough that I don't feel justified complaining about it). Everything else was quite nice, to include the social hours and the mini gym, and I would happily recommend others to come here.

They just changed over to Directv and its great way better than the wow service they had. The Internet wifi is a bit slow at times on the 3rd floor. But other than that Staybride is a nice place with a great staff...

Right next door to all kinds of restraunts this is a nice hotel with some great amenities. Full breakfast, nice rooms, workout and business centers. They even serve alcohol Monday thru Wednesday with dinner and social hour. I stayed in the king suite and it was amazing. Full size fridge, dishwasher, pots and pans, stove and super comfy bed. Will definitely stay here again.

We had to pay $200 instead of $75 because of the weight of our dogs. But overall the place was quite and clean and very spacious. The lady at the front desk was rude but overall great hotel. I wish they had a pool though

It took way too long for the shower to get hot. Like, it didn't. But bed slept great. Clean and sizeable rooms. Great location.

The rooms and extras are pretty good for a single bed. The housekeeping has lots of people so they're through. I do wish the wifi was a bit more stable as I would randomly get hiccups while gaming.

The free hot breakfast needs improvement and the TV channel selection could be better. Other than that it's a nice place to stay with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Recent renovations have paid off. Hotel is well decorated and clean throughout. Has been good for my family to stay in while house hunting!

Very pleased with this location. Our room was very spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was very good with a good selection of hot and cold foods. They also have a dinner social during the week that offers free dinner and beer/wine. We have yet to check that out but we will sometime this week.

Friendly and accommodating staff, clean rooms with actual plates, glasses, silverware. Couple pots and pans. Full size fridge and freezer, mini dishwasher, small stove top, microwave, coffee maker, small closet. Large bed and couch. Small TV but has HDMI input and SDCARD input.

Amazing hotel! Possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It has everything you could need. Short of having an oven, I honestly could probably live here as if it were an apartment.

This hotel is good value for the money the rooms are clean staff is exceptionally friendly and courteous the breakfast they serve each day is good but doesn't change very much day today so if your stay is more than 2 or 3 days you will see the same. Currently they are renovating which has limited the amenities including both the fitness center and the washing and drying facilities. It was disappointing that despite several complaints to the management about the facilities they were unwilling to make accommodations to either find temporary replacements or accommodations at other facilities. While I cannot recommend staying here during the renovations upon completion the hotel will be a nice place to stay.

Nice place, decent location. Evening meals are a little lacking but free. Rooms are large with small kitchen.

Nice size rooms and good service. Free laundry facility and the workers are helpful and polite.
Will definitely be back again.
