I feel like I was in a 1970 movie lobby instead of a current hotel lobby. It was kind of old and outdated, however the bathrooms were clean and fairly modern. The lobby was lackluster, but the pool was very nice and well maintained. The staff seem to be caring and professional.

It's a pretty nice looking Hotel. The lobby decor is a bit run down and 1980 ish, however the pool is very clean and well-maintained. They seem to allow pets here as well.

The rooms are amazing, the socials every night are super cool. The pool is refreshing and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I will always stay here.

Very nice hotel. We shared a 2 bedroom suite with 2 baths. Plenty of room, very clean, comfortable beds. I would stay here again.

Overall good experience. Needs parking lot surveillance. Rooms were nice. Spacious. Fast internet. Awesome helpful employees. The parking lot on the other hand had children playing basket ball & tag at just past midnight, and the "parents" blocking the lot with their car and lawn chairs.

Our stay at the Staybridge BWI was enjoyable. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. One toilet handle needed repair but that was a small item. Overall, we had a great time.

Breakfast was medium quality. Room was clean but bathroom needed minor attention to fix fan coming out of ceiling and minor black on caulking. Pool was a great respite in the heat. AC in room was awesome. Great fridge and stovetop.

My low rating is infouenced by the carpet in my room. It was so dirty that it stained my socks and my foot kept getting into something sticky. The rest of the hotels rwtes a 6 out of 10. A renovation would work, like the Holiday Inn Express around the corner. We stayed at the HIE the previous night and it was great.

Nice rooms and friendly staff. Didn't use many of the amenities because I was working long hours but the appetizers and beer social is a nice touch. Would stay here again

This hotel is good but not great hotel. It's relatively clean but some rooms have a weird smell. The gym has nice equipment but is a little small. The WiFi is fairly consistent. The breakfast was great and the staff was really friendly. Everything was good for the price.

Rooms are clean and the service is friendly. The fitness center doesn't have the best equipment, but it did the job.

From the moment I pulled into the parking lot I felt very welcome and like my stay would be a very nice. The hotel was clean, the staff was courtious, helpful and very very polite. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Clean, affordable accommodations with free soft drinks for guests and a hot breakfast. The shuttle was great.... props to Sandy Gonzalez! The room was fine but painting was weird and there was no good angle for the TV. Would stay again.

First off, I reserve 5 stars for places that exceed all of my expectations. 4 stars is a good review from me. I was very pleased with our room. It appeared freshly painted. All the furniture was in good repair. I noticed the towels were of particularly good quality. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. We didn't use the suite amenities, but they seemed well designed for a longer stay.

Room was very nice for the price. People across the hall were loud and couldn't talk in their room without swearing. Puts a damper on the stay. Not a reflection on Staybridge, but on the guests.

This property is not only a great value, but it is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Everything is very modern and they have the BEST Breakfast of any hotel we have ever stayed at. We will stay here from now on!!!!

Very professional from the moment we got into the airport shuttle to check in. The kitchen staff was very polite. One staff member spoke/greeted everyone that entered the dining room area. The food was great and so fresh and the room was very nice and clean.

Great location if you are catching a flight from BWI. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, clean. I was at the end of the hall and it was nice and quiet. Good breakfast in the morning. Nothing fancy, gets the job done. My only beef is the crowded parking lot in late evening. I had to park against the curb in the rear.

Nice big rooms with clean linen. Great to have a full kitchen! TV selections we're good! Awesome awesome to have a full dinner Monday through Wed! Breakfast is awesome too. Beer on M-W!

Great hotel. Newly renovated suites are really nice for a great price. Really can't think of anything negative to say.

I stayed in the King bedroom suite, which was very nice. Separate bedroom, living room and kitchen area. In room kitchen had dishes, silverware, pots, plates, glasses, a two burner stovetop, sink, dishwasher and full size fridge. Staff was nice and attentive when needed and out of the way when not. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and Monday social was nice as well. Not a lot to do in the immediate area, but quick access to multiple major highways, I guess it's what you'd expect for an airport location. Would/will definitely stay there again.

Decor appears recently updated. Public areas are clean and in good repair.

Excellent service, room, and amenities. Great breakfast every morning. My only complaint is wifi is slow, but the upside is the wifi is free. My room was very clean and didn't appear old or worn down like other hotels tend to. The staff appear to be committed to cleaning and maintaining the building and rooms. They are also very pleasant while making great effort to ensure your satisfaction and comfort. I would recommend this hotel and stay again if I had the opportunity.

I've stayed here before. There are good bits and bad bits about this property. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Free laundry, free breakfast, and supper Monday through Wednesday. Parking is a bit odd here, especially I'd you have a big vehicle. I had one room that was clearly stayed in by a dog. Chairs were chewed up and the place smelled of pee. They promptly switched our rooms though. Loads of workers here who have been staying here over a year, some families living here. It's great budget accommodations.

I was not comfortable throughout my stay here at Christmas time. I just wanted it to be over quickly. Bathroom did not seem like it was cleaned. Hair everywhere from previous guests. Yuck! And worse of all, cockroach infestation in our room. So gross. We killed at least 4 roaches. This place needs some fumigation, extermination, something. Just glad we didn't encounter any bedbugs. Girl at front desk was pleasant.

Visited the hotel to attend a professional class. The staff was very professional and courteous. Internet was not very fast, but decent. Clean hotel.

We chose to stay here based on our excellent experience at a location in TN. They had a good variety of breakfast food. Our room was not very clean. There was food in the fridge from the previous guest. I went to get ice from the freezer and found that something had exploded in there and was covering the ice. Yucky! I'll give them another chance at Christmas time when we visit family again.

Easy access to Airport. Breakfast included. Clean and very comfortable rooms. Housekeeping services is good. Overall, I liked it.

Not too much contact with the front desk beside walking in and out. But they acknowledge you. The house keeper were amazing with full of smiles and positively. Mr.Jeremy and his staff that works in the kitchen...... Were sooooo awesome. Very helpful and informative. Even while working they had no problems stopping what they were doing to assist people. I come here now just to see them! Thank you guys for the wonderful services.

Stayed in a suite. Very clean, staff was friendly. Pool was very clean and toiletries provided. A little out of the way so be sure to grab snacks before you get there!

I am a frequent business traveler and over the last 10 years have stayed in countless hotels across the Unites States and Canada. The Staybridge Suites is by far one of my favorites. The front desk staff is welcoming and friendly and always make an effort to say hello every time you pass by. Sabrina, Jeremy, Marcus, and Louis all helped to ensure my check-in, check-out, and overall stay was a positive one. In fact, I have stayed at this property a multiple times now and most of the staff knows me by name! The rooms are always very clean and the housekeeping staff is by far the best I have ever encountered. I even had one of them offer to carry my bags downstairs for me. That has never happened before! The breakfast area is well-maintained and Lesia and TK are always very attentive to the guests. Sam, Dale, and Angela have created an environment that is very welcoming and comfortable for their guests and will have me as a returning customer for years to come.

RECOMMEND!!! I was so impressed. The hotel is VERY well maintained; incredibly neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast buffet was the best I've seen. TK and Lesia do a great job of preparing and presenting a very wide range of selections. I would recommend this hotel for any number of reasons: clean, conveniently located near the airport and interstate if you are driving, friendly staff and that breakfast!

Very clean and decently priced! You definitely get the most of your money here. The bed was more then exceptional, which really surprised us. Bathroom, kitchen, all of it was up to par! The one and only downside was parking. The lot seemed to fill up quick. By the time the event we were at was over it was after 1AM and we had to park down the road a little bit which wasnt too much of a problem. Will definitely recommend to people for our next event!

I travel to this place about every week on business and always find a room available at my Corporate Rate. The staff is excellent, as are the warm cookies every afternoon.

First time family stayed at Staybridge and it was an excellent experience. The suite was very nice and near the places we had to go to. Kudos to the staff for the quality of service.
