Nice facility. Clean rooms. Full kitchen and good sized rooms

The rooms are very furnished and new. The nlbathrooms appeared very clean and we're very nice. The breakfast was ok, however, it had a very small selection of foods

We were there to make a shrimp boil for the bridal party in my sister's wedding. The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly, and courteous. The courtyard was the perfect atmosphere for an informal, get to know you, dinner.

I always stay here if I can when in Bismarck. Great service, great rooms, always friendly and helpful, conveniently located. It's great!

Excellent customer service, breakfast and supper, eco friendly "light touch" housekeeping. Living area, desk for working. Fridge, stove, micro wave, pots, pans, dishes...AND... the kitchen sink. If you want a tub, be sure to reserve it.

My four day stay was perfect! My toy poodle accompanied me as well. From beginning to end the entire staff was top notch! I attended a training while there and every detail was just right. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay! It would be a challenge if I had to come up with something that could be improved upon. Absolutely no complaints. You folks know how to make guests feel at home. Many thanks for all the kind hospitality!

Loved the Queen Studio Suite. Very clean and very close to several restaurants/fast food. Room had a small kitchen area, sitting area, TV and DVD player..and conveniently there is a video rental place just across the street. Very pet friendly although I thought $75 pet fee was a bit steep but luckily they reduced the price to $25 since we only stayed one night. All in all I was extremely happy!

My stay was fantastic. Rooms was clean, and very spacious and cozy. Full kitchenette in the suite. Staff was very friendly, especially at the front desk. Really seemed to care about me as a guest.

First off let me say this.
My family has been in the hospitality industry my entire life. I know the ins and outs of the hotel buissnes. My wife and I stayed here and loved every minute of it. Great breakfast and the pool and hot tub was an amazing experience. But that's not what I'm writing this for. When we went to check out of the hotel I went out to start my van only to find the -10 degree temps rendered my starter useless. Not only did the front desk attendant (with his managers permission) stand out in the Arctic cold with me and helped me jump start the van but made my stressed situation better by just being there with me. TOP NOTCH!!! Now that's a classy guy. I didn't ask him to help he volunteered and did everything he could to help. So with a trailer expected to arrive in the morning we checked back into the hotel with ease and will be headed back to the hot tub. Way to go stay bridge. Your friendly staff has definitely given me a reason to stay again and refer anyone I know staying in Bismarck to rest easy at the Stay bridge suites.

Very nice, super clean Jeanette the general manager is so helpful and very accommodating can't wait to go back again the rooms are fully equipped with a kitchen and all the essentials and comfy and big. The breakfast there is soooo yummy I'm glad we stayed there plan to stay there again thanks for everything staybridge 🤗

It was a very accommodating hotel with a lot of amenities. Guest service was excellent, breakfast was great, the rooms are very nice, there were plenty of stores nearby to get anything you may need during your stay and there's a mall within walking distance.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience. The room was very clean and we all slept very well. Alexis was super nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great! Would highly recommend this location.

Rooms were nice and so were all the amenities. They had a good gym, as well as a decent pool and hot tub. They also provide a basic dinner with drinks a few nights of the week.

Staying in a 1 bedroom suite. Absolutely great room! Also, Mon-Wed they have socials from 530-730pm with free beer, wine and food. Will absolutely stay here again!

Just wanted to post comments regarding my stay Aug 14 to 22. This was the most pleasant environment and the staff were exceptional. I especially enjoyed the full fridge and freezer with ice maker. On a personal note, I came back one evening and read a note from one of the staff explaining they had accidentally damaged my phone charger. This was not a big deal, as I have many chargers. What impressed me was the honesty and that they replaced the charger. If they had not admitted this, I probably would have thought I misplaced it.
Anyway, whoever wrote the note, I want to thank you for being honest. That meant a lot to me and it was greatly appreciated. Everyone makes mistakes, but it takes integrity to admit it and resolve it. You have a great staff and your hotel is top shelf.

Amazing room and amenities. Breakfast everyday and free onsite laundry. Definitely recommend if you are staying for an extended time like I did.

Decent place. Google tells me this is a 4 star hotel though. For those of you who have travelling experience, this is a 3 star. Some of the other 3 stars in the Bismarck area are on par or better.

That's awesome place to stay.only staff is elitrate who don't know how to write your family name because they don't know how to read and write.

We were part of a birthday party group for an 8 year old. I would give this a 5 star if it hadn't been for the ick behind the fridge. Ours rattled REALLY loud and since maintenance wasn't able to fix it that night, they offered us a new room. To avoid the hassle of repacking kiddos and their stuff I asked to just unplug it and was given the OK. It was clear no one has pulled it out in a long time ha. Other than that, the rooms were phenomenal!!! Super comfy beds and cozy rooms. And the staff we had was extremely accommodating. 😄

Best and most honest hotel in Bismarck. I'd give this place the 10 of 10, because they deserved it. I was able to park my Semi truck along the road, come inside, get a hotel room, and even EAT. The selection was a bit mediocre for food, but not THAT bad. Straight across value, price and service was 10 of 10. How would it compare on a national scale. Well if you read all of my 400+ Salty reviews with hotels in the mix. I'd go ahead and give this one the Platinum award, because of it the service and outstanding work. I will be back again. BTW, do NOT stay at the Mariot, they RIP you off on every channel, including they do NOT have free breakfast at the Mariot, here they do!!

I slept in a very nice and spacious extended stay room.

Really nice furniture and decor. The breakfast was pretty average your typical ihg offerings but overall a nice place to rest before a running race.

Meeting room was clean, air worked well. It was nice.

Had to swing by here to fill up some propane tanks. They were fast in the filing and a great price compared to other local places.

Rooms were nice and clean but our reservations got messed up several times before they got it right.

This hotel is setup as an extended stay hotel with a full kitchen with a stove, oven, large fridge, and cabinets with silverware, glasses, and plates. The kitchen and living area were one combined room with a high top counter and 2 stools separating the two areas. It had a large TV on the wall with a pullout couch. The bed room was a separate room with a door. The one thing that was kind of inconvenient was he bathroom was in the bedroom area so you had to walk thru the bedroom to go into the bathroom which would be a hassle if you had guests sleeping on the pullout bed that needed to use the bathroom.

The room is spacious, the price was definitely too high though.

I have been in and out of this hotel for the last three years. Amenities are good. Perfect for extended stays. Meals are regularly offered every Monday Tuesday Wednesday. Pool and hot tub are nice and free laundry for guests.

It was good, fridge made quite a bit of noise when it would turn on. Breakfast wasn't anything to wake up for.

Me and my wife were surprised with a room here for our wedding night and we couldn't be happier. Beautiful and clean room, very kind staff, and great breakfast. Atmosphere is clean, friendly, inviting, and beautiful.

The hotel staff allowed us to check in early. The hotel was clean and we'll organized, the staff was professional and friendly. Room was quiet and well supplied. Breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of food.

This is a great place to stay for business travel. I travel quite a bit and this is on the top of the list. Nice quiet rooms with a nice 'white noise' ac unit and the staff are top notch. Breakfast is good too. I book here every time.

This will be our new place to stay when visiting family and friends in Bismarck. Great price (if you do the non-refundable option) for the really wonderful rooms they have. The rooms have full kitchens and very nice accommodations. We didn't get to check out the pool this time around, but it's a big plus for us since we have a child. Free laundry will make it easier in the future when traveling in the winter so we don't need to pack as many clothes. The breakfast was yummy and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice. Very happy I found this hotel for us.

I travel for work and this hotel is wonderful. Just off the main drag, allows for peace and quiet in the beautiful courtyard. The king suites are huge and so is the pool. The weekly socials and breakfast buffet are plentiful.

Staybridge has now become my choice of hotel thanks to this hotel. Great experience stayed here 2 weeks.
