If I could, I would give this 7 stars based on the quality of service. The place itself looks good of course, but good looking hotels can go to naught with horrible service. Not even a hint of this at this Staybridge. Matt was just absolutely fantastic, and the other staff members were amazing. Very accommodating, and one of the few places that also operates with a general element of common sense (vs. everything textbook). One of the chefs brought out homemade cookies for a social they put on, which were INCREDIBLE. Will probably end up using Staybridge/IHG for our company's trips going forward.

Nice place to stay. It is fairly close to DC. Surrounded by lots of places to eat and shop. However, our first room had a weird odor, and we had to move to another room. Other than this, I think that this is a great place to stay while passing through the area.

Lovely stay! The hotel is very nice and clean, the breakfast is wonderful, the staff are kind and accommodating. The matress was a dream to sleep on, so comfortable (not sinking soft and not hard at all, just perfect!) They also have a nice laundry room where you can wash your clothes during your stay for free which was so helpful! My only advice is bring hangers or you may need to request some at the front desk.. Our room didn't have any but perhaps it was an oversight in our room only. The kitchen in the room is so convenient and was even equipped with cookware in the cupboards. Another bonus, they stock your bathroom with JR Watkins soaps lotion and hair shampoo / conditioner which is great stuff. The location is great for accessing the highway quickly and a good location to be in general while visiting DC. Plenty of great food around the area in chantilly, a lot of places just a block or two away. Diverse selection and everything we tried was a hit. Its about 20 min from Tyson's corner which is fun. We have a toddler and there are a few places in and near Chantilly to entertain young kids. Many parks as well as indoor play places within 15 min or so.

So check this. I visited and stayed there. The employees are so cool. They tolerated my drunk ass the whole time i stayed with them and i would love to stay there again. The picture is just a car i saw down there but still. Quiet fun safe place

This was overall a very nice hotel. The rooms were nice and well kept. The only down side is that I had to leave at 3:30 in the morning and they didn’t have breakfast or a shuttle bus running at that time but I guess that is probably pretty typical. Overall a good hotel and I don’t really have any issues and would recommend to people who have flights at the Dulles airport.

They really go all out here to give you a pleasant experience. So much free food and drink, much higher quality utilities than I normally expect from a hotel, and great staff. I'll be sure to come here again

Honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the area. I’m currently staying here due to a fire that took our home, but since being here my experience has been lovely. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Well kept grounds and high-end service! Feels like you’re walking in to a 5 star hotel in New York City! Did I mention FREE breakfast every morning! Why not stay a few nights if you want to feel like you’re at home.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights and loved everything about it. This hotel did have that "average" chain look to it, but beyond that, the rooms and service were great! The hotel shuttled me from and to the Dulles airport on demand, the staff was friendly and inviting, the rooms were clean, large, and well lit, the complementary breakfast was awesome! Granola, juicy fresh-cut fruit, honey, and nuts... helped me start my day of very well... along with waking totally rested from the super comfy bed! Would totally stay here again! Nice rooms, free breakfast, and free dinner with beer Monday through Wednesday. The only downside is there's no restaurant in the hotel. However, there's a Longhorn steakhouse right down the road that's pretty good.

I've quite enjoyed my time here! The rooms are excellent and large. Bed is extremely comfortable. Free dinner and beer M/T/W, and free breakfast daily.

It is fantastic. If you are traveling with a pet this is a great place to stay. They have plenty places to walk you pet and take them out. The staff is friendly. I would recommend staying here.

Nice clean hotel near Dulles airport. Book a 1 night stay here to fly out early in the morning. Front desk suggest I take a $25 cab ride or wait until 9am for airport shuttle service because they have no driver until then. This totally defeat the purpose of staying at this hotel. Charge $10 a day to park which is the same price as economy parking at Dulles.

I had a wonderful stay due to a power outage which was caused by serve wind. But because of the accommodations, it turned out to be a nice little staycation.

Last stay here I had no hot water, 3 complaints to the front desk, 1 of which had maintenance come to the room, and no viable solution. This stay I asked for an upgrade to a 1 king bed suite, was told none were available. Upon checking the company website I discovered there was in fact several of that room available. The only reason it's getting 3 stars is because of the great location and a better then average continental breakfast.

Stayed one night with wife and two kids at this very clean and modern hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was best we've had in a couple months (hot items could have been better though). Room was very clean and up to date. Bed and pillows were comfy. Hotel also had decent gym and laundry as well.

Rooms were nice but small. Nothing to do in the area or walk. Thermostat was in living room but heater in bedroom resulting in it being very hot and dry in bedroom but cold in living room. My kid got a blood nose and kept waking up from the uneven temperature. Staff need to be trained better about IHG points. Ashley the front desk manager was nice but everyone else used the excuse that they did not know or were new or were not trained when asked a question like IHG points or room types. Did not feel like a valued IHG member and room was placed far walk away even though I had 2 babies. Did not get good value nor any compensation.

Including NFL, NBA, network, Starz, Showtime and HBO ( multiple) and Encore, even music channels. Free popcorn, full sized kitchen, 24 hour coffee and remodeled bathrooms with chrome and glass showers. Lots of towels and a nice large microwave.

The rooms are wonderful. Good layout. Detailed cleaning. Powerful showerheads. Free food and social opportunities throughout the week. Numerous amenities. Hard to find a place this nice at this price.

Excellent service with comfortable rooms. Complimentary breakfast is provided with free coffee available throughout the day. There is an outside patio, exercise room, and laundry facilities. Was under construction during my stay and may have factored into the water temperature being cold for a few hours onemorning.

Great hotel for longer stays, they have 2 bed 2 bath rooms available. Also have BBQ grills outside and free laundromat.

I like the showers in this hotel. The hallways are really long, and can sometimes confusing. They also have free laundry, breakfast, and a stove in the rooms

Recently remodeled. It has all the typical amenities, comfortable, with hot breakfast bar and evening socials several times a week.

I got stranded overnight after my flight was cancelled and then rebooked for the next day. The staff at staybridge went out of their way to help me out and the room was great. Would stay here again anytime.

Hotel is currently being renovated. Over a three week stay, I was awakened by construction a few times. Most nights I didn't sleep as my mattress felt like it was made of stone. Hot breakfast in the morning was nice though.

The suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were all very pleasant and the breakfast was tasty and had everything you would expect from a paid breakfast while still being complimentary.

I stayed for 6 nights at the hotel for a professional event. I had to check in very late and the hotel staff was very accommodating. The bed was always made and the rooms were cleaned spotless daily.

Great value for a hotel room near the Dulles Airport. Convenient shuttle service, social events included with stay, and solid service in general.

I stayed at Staybridge Suites for 4 weeks in July 2016 after losing my home due to mold contamination. I arrived tired and overwhelmed and was welcomed warmly by the friendly, compassionate staff. Special thanks go to David, Amy, Karen, and Michael for making my stay as pleasant as possible. Very clean and well-maintained hotel. The free plentiful hot breakfast always includes eggs, sausage or bacon, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and bagels. A free buffet dinner is included Mon. - Wed. The included meals really cut down on out-of-pocket food costs, but the kitchenette in each suite allows you to prepare simple meals if needed. Highly recommend!

Very clean updated and renovated place. Staff is responsive and friendly. We have no regrets about choosing this hotel as our wedding hotel for guests. The nightly rate was good as well.

The desk chair was great in my opinion. An Ethernet connection was available in addition to free Wi-Fi. The flatscreen tv had a cable package with a couple hbo channels and was connected to a DVD player. The hotel has a little business area open 24 hours with two PCs where you can print/scan or use the internet. They serve complimentary food and drinks in the lounge from 5:30 to 7:30pm, but I'm not sure if that's every day of the week. Close to a bunch of restaurants and the airport.

The staff were very friendly and I appreciate all the courtesy they provided us. However, this is the only hotel that I have stayed where toothbrush and toothpaste is not complimentary but have to be purchased. I have not had that experience in over 5 years so that was a bit disappointment. I would like to give a shout out to David for all his help and assistance though, you're a great person and made our stay a lot more enjoyable.

The staff was extremely accommodating. I have been there dozens of times to pick up my friend and they have always been friendly and helpful. The meals that were provided on occasion were delicious and I was very impressed with their Willingness to provide for their guests.

Stayed for one night for business. The suites are big and fully equipped. This is probably great if staying awhile, but for a short stay you're probably overpaying.

They breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

Overall, no complaints... Just not worth the cost for me.

The guy that works the front desk at evenings is not very friendly. Basically there is absolutely no acknowledgment of your IHG elite status at this hotel. They don't care you are an elite member of a random transit case off the highway.

My husband surprised me with a weekend getaway to explore Historic Clifton, VA and visit two wineries in the area, Paradise Springs Winery and The Winery at Bull Run. We stayed at Staybridge Suites and it was so perfect! We were there in the cold of winter with snow falling so it was so welcoming and pleasant to walk in and see the fireplace roaring and toasty warm! We were immediately greeted with hellos and smiles and right around the corner was the self-serve hot tea and coffee bar, open 24/7. The hotel has a nice layout with an open ‘living room’ and ‘kitchen’ area to relax and enjoy the truly wonderful breakfast each morning. You even get to make your own Belgian Waffle with all the fixings!!! It was amazing and memorable! They even provide dinners some nights! Our room was perfect and adorable with everything you need in the kitchen. The space was the perfect size and very nice and included popcorn. There is a fitness room and free laundry which we thought was really nice to provide. We highly recommend Staybridge Suites as your home away from home for however long you would need. Ours was a very enjoyable experience. We were treated like family, not as just a temporary visitor at a hotel. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!
