Recently remodeled so all the rooms have that fresh smell. I got an upgrade to a killer suite. The staff was awesome. The breakfast was great too

We're staying here for a couple weeks while we move. We only just arrived but the rooms are lovely. We're staying in a suite which has a two queen bedroom, a living room, and a small kitchen area. The room is clean and everything is in working order. The complimentary breakfast includes cereals, bagels, waffles, and a fruit and yogurt bar. It was welcome surprise to have a real breakfast after our long drive here. I'm looking forward to the dinner provided 3 nights a week. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is very slow. I tried to take care of some online billing and it took me an hour to square that away.

Stayed at this location while I was working out of the Norfolk area for a week. This place has a lot of amenities, but my favorite was the hot breakfast every morning and the hit dinner Monday through Wednesday with free beer or wine.

The Suites are very nice and spacious. I appreciate the kitchenette and the dishes and they also provide you with dishwashing liquid. My room has been renovated I appreciate that and it has a very nice and cozy feel. The pool is nice as well very well send it to. There's a nice area outside in the back where there are turtles at where you can feed them LOL my apologies they're in the pond in the back they have a big pond or like a little river or something in the back and there's also a grill and a patio area where you can entertain if you are wanting to do something. I would recommend the place and if your budget is mid range it is a good place to go.

When I arrived at the Staybridge Suites everything was beautiful clean nice the hotel had a warm welcoming feeling as if you were in your own home professional staff courteous and helpful big breakfast buffet in the morning free popcorn in the afternoon and it's a wonderful place for kids to watch movies in their home theater indoor swimming pool jacuzzi everything that you need to make your stay absolutely spectacular they are dog friendly everything about the sweet was wonderful I would stay there again and recommended for you

Excellent hotel, really striving to be perfect. Front Desk ladies are GREAT! Free dinner on Mon/Tue/Wed, and the Manager was checking on the guests one night, neat to meet her!

This is one of my staple hotels when I'm in the Chesapeake area. Front desk is always helpful and courteous. Housekeeping are polite and quite friendly. I've been pretty lucky to ask for the same room each time I visit which I prefer and have never been given a hard time about it. Great location and professionalism.

Stay was ok. They were renovating and our room was not what was told to us. We weren't able to change and my husband and I and our 3 kids had to be cramped in the little suite.

December 2017 - Checked in and was a pleasant experience. Got to my room on the 3rd floor (there’s 4 total floors) to find extremely loud noise above my room with people working and machines running. I called the front desk. They said it would stop at 5pm each day and didn’t offer to move me to the first floor. I went to do laundry and found that the workout center is under remodel. Neither of these items were disclosed on their website when I made reservations 3 weeks ago. I never complain a lot but the loud noise in the room would prevent anyone from rest and relaxation.

A true respite for families and couples alike. Beautiful hot tub and pool.

Just OK. Was sufficient for our one night stay but we'd probably not return. The rooms & furniture show real signs of use & wear, need to be updated. Overall cleanliness was lacking, housekeeping dont appear to be doing a good job. Would rather spend a few more $$ to get better accommodations. We didnt use the pool, hot tub or washer/dryer but thgt it was a + to hv onsite. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast was great! Front desk staff was friendly.

Customer service was terrible. Hung up on a few times when calling front desk asking for towels. Bad storm on Friday which turned off electricity. I left and called a few hours later to see if it was back on, and she acted like she was the one that was inconvenienced. Hotel was nice but customer service is horrible!

The hotel looks very clean. Stayed one night - On the second day after a long driving back home, found several bumps on my neck and arm. Yes! Bedbugs - according to my experience as a new yorker. Room 310. My wife was fine because she wore long sleeve and pants while sleeping.

Came to visit a friend staying at the hotel. Very secure hotel no access without a room key after 10pm. Very clean room, Libby, and elevators. Super polite desk clerk.

The room was very beautiful, pull out couch, had to order sheets for it. Nice bed. 2nd floor, good kitchen with fridge sink microwave and coffee maker. Convenient Wawa across the road (Chesapeake location) and lastly, good breakfast with lots of food choices at great quality.

Once you walk in the Doors Of Staybridge all of your cares and Troubles Melt away. It's like being on a mini Vaction right in your your own back yard. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere is always peaceful and family friendly.

I was here on business and this is close to being at home. My room had a small kitchen with utensils and appliances an area to use as an office and my bed was quite comfortable. The TV swiveled so I could watch from the couch or bed. They offered breakfast every day and dinner three nights a week which was great and had plenty of options. The pool and jacuzzi were a fabulous way to pass some time in the evenings. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Great location as well, near everything. Wizard of Where

It's like living in your own private condo. Everything is super quiet in the room and I stayed on the third floor. The breakfast is delicious with staff that is nice and helpful. The business center has three computers with three big printers. Nice parking as well. Real nice scenery in the front lobby

Room size was family friendly with two queen beds in a separate room from the sleeper sofa. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a small scare though, we went to the Adventure Park and had a great time, but got bitten by mosquitos which left a couple of itchy bumps. The scary part was when I got up in the morning the itchy bumps had doubled. My wife also complained about additional itchy bites. We chalked it up to mosquitos, but after 4 day the bumps we not going away. That got me worried and I started thinking the dreaded "Bed Bugs." After 3 nights we left the hotel, but the bumps had not gone away, so my wife called up the hotel and explained the situation. The site manager said that he would have the room checked and get backed to her. I went on line and found an interesting website called bedbugreports that list Hotels and apartments with reported bed bug issues - Staybridge was not on it (thank goodness). The site manager eventually called back and explained that the room (207) was checked and there were no bugs were found. I still had the bumps 6 days later (still itch) but no new bumps.
Overall the stay was nice, but I don't think I will stay there again.

Outstanding! Stayed there for 8 weeks. The breakfast crew had the food out a little earlier to accommodate our early shift for work. Front desk was very courteous. When I needed maintenance the 1 time he was there in minutes. Housekeeping was very good also.

this is a great place to stay for work or for fun and has good customer service has a great breakfast in the morning to start your day . They have customer appreciation nights and that's also a really extra treat.

This hotel is one of the best inHampton Roads. I was having a hotel sleepover for my daughter and the kids loved it. There was even a private movie theater, the girls loved it. My parents also came down to visit and stayed here, they said they will never stay anywhere else when they come to visit not even at my house. My whole family loves this hotel.

This was the best hotel stay in a very long time. All the staff was helpful. The place is clean. The breakfast was delicious. This is going to be our first choice of hotel stays.
