Perfect location to some of everything! Gas, groceries, food! Nice clean hotel. Not much space for truck parking. The room I booked was a jetted tub ....but the jets didn't work :-( Delicious evening social!

Clean and efficient, good location. The bed was a little hard, but overall a great place to stay.

This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in awhile! Huge room, mini kitchen, large double queen bed room. Everything was clean and comfortable! Great price and breakfast was hot and wonderful. Definitely a hotel to stay at if you are passing through.

The employees couldn't be nicer!!! Sure the bathroom was a little cramped (door almost hits the toilet), and perhaps decor could use a little updating. But it was clean, LOTS of room overall, and did I mention free dinner( as well as breakfast) with free beer and wine! Nice touch!! Our dog was comfortable there as well. Again, the employees were all very nice.

Very friendly staff with a nice evening social and good breakfast. Some of the common areas like elevator could use a cleaning. That's only negative I have. I'd stay here again.

A quiet place to relax. I liked the green space in the back of the building. Staff is nice and helpful. The building can use some renovations & improvements as well as some newer furniture.

Had great comfortable rooms, and complementary breakfast. The hotel includes a gym, swimming pool, and dining area. There is also outdoor patios.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were smaller than I expected, but not unreasonably so. Would stay again.

Pool and hot tub were both nice and warm. The beds were not that comfortable. Units are well stocked and they have an in facility mini store.

We stopped here by luck! Great price! One of the nicest places we stayed! To our suprise we had a hot potato bar for supper, beer and wine included. And a hot breakfast. Couldn't believe it. Very clean rooms and clean pool and a hot tub. Loved the fireplace in our room! Will definitely return!

Stayed in the 2 queen room. The room was really big. Had a living room, kitchen with everything but an oven. Beds we're very comfy and bathroom was clean. Kitchen had cookware too! Would stay again.

The room we got was lovely for $89 with a kitchenette, couch, and TV. The bed was the most confortable I've been on in a while. Everything was cleaned and stocked.
While check in is at 3pm, they let us get a room right away at 1:30pm. So we appreciate the service. Parking is ample, plenty of 'good' spots in front of the door, even the furthest spot away wasn't more than a 30 second walk.
The bathroom was a tight fit though, the fan not working when switched on.
The whirlpool isn't loud which we liked, but more bubbles would of been nice.
Rooms were quite and soundproof so that was a major plus since we slept during the day.

I stayed two nights at Staybridge Suites. Conveniently located near the intersection of the two highways through Columbia and just a few blocks from Broadway made it easy to get everywhere in town. The room was great for me. I was able to hook my PS4 and Switch to the HDTV. Clean bathroom with tub and shower. Kitchen included stove, full size fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, toaster, dish washer, and dishes. Free services included indoor pool, (what I consider fast) WiFi, great breakfast buffet, and laundry. I was next to the stairwell, but its carpet prevented me from hearing any footsteps. incredibly quiet stay. Of course front desk personnel was friendly. They even got me ice from the kitchen since my ice machine had to make ice. I enjoyed my stay and wouldn't mind it again.

We travel with our children often and I gauge our hotels off the experience they have. Upon check in, they gave each kid a welcome bag. The room was very spacious and they loved having popcorn available. We used the pool which they said was also warm. All the children enjoyed a hearty breakfast.

Close friends of ours was in hospital and stayed here. Was very pleased with the room. Very. nice staff too. Will stay here again when In Columbia

Great breakfast! Staff was not very pleasant. Several fixtures in the room were deteriorated. The in room heat/AC unit did not work, so we sweat all night long while the hotel pumped in a bunch of heat from the central ducts. Other than that it was just okay. Also, whole hotel was not super clean. I would not want to return.

Stopped here without a reservation and they got us a room no problem. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was awesome! King size bed, pull out couch, kitchenette that was very nice and modern. The room was very spacious and has a nice feel.
They are pet friendly which is great!
The bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was fine. Everything was clean, although the carpet could've been vacuumed a little more thoroughly. We found a pill on the floor under a side table which isn't great. We have cats and that could've been disastrous had we not found it in our "safety check" of the room before we let the cats out. Overall our stay here was great! We will definitely be staying again when driving through!

Love the room! Hate having to go outside in the frigid cold to smoke a cigarette! Wanted to go swimming but they close the pool at 10 even though it's indoors & can be seen from the front desk. Other than that, the staff are friendly and they're pet friendly which is as a dog owner would be nice if I had brought my dogs with me but everyone else has their dogs.

Enjoyed my stay. The staff was excellent. Especially the women who run the breakfast/dinner events. Our company stays here whenever we are in town.

Wonderful place to stay the staff is excellent, Lisa the manager and Lakisha at the front desk are great! Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights they have a complimentary Social hour in the Lobby. i would recommend this place and will stay again.

We had an exceptional experience here. Loved this hotel. Very clean friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. The room had a full kitchen with everything you would need for an extended stay. I've never stayed in one of these hotels, but I will definitely come back.

This place is absolutely brilliant! Great staff and the rooms are nice and big.... The beds are so comfy you may not want to get out of them. High end quality hotel without the high end price. They have forever customers with us!

Hotel had updated amenities, but smelled musty. The bathroom was out dated and the floor was uneven (it felt like a fun house). The towels were as rough as sand paper. So the bathroom fails. The kitchen and living room were nice. The bed was comfortable but the sheets and bedding seemed cheap.

Very nice room, with a kitchen. Great breakfast. Only downside is the internet is a bit slow. Otherwise it's a great stay with a competitive rate.

Wonderful hotel and staff! Manager Jeanne was absolutely fabulous and made the stay wonderful! I always stay in this hotel when I come to town and can tell the difference from when new owners and management took over! I recommend this hotel to everyone coming to stay in Columbia!

Rooms were very nice and spacious. Location is very convenient, just off the highway. Front desk staff was very polite and personable. Housekeeping staff was quick and room was very clean and organized upon arrival.

While the hotel was slightly difficult to get to from the exit, the staff and services were well worth it. The breakfast in the morning was an amazing buffet that was fully stocked the whole time. Well worth the price.

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice and professional. The first room we got was suppose to have a king and pull out couch. The pull out couch was torn and unuseable, so they switched us to a bigger room with two queen size beds.

Great people. The hotel is due for remodeling so you have to give them a break. Free laundry. Breakfast every morning . I would stay again.

Our short term visitors from South Korea stay here. The staff are always very helpful. The food is good. Very accessible to Hwy 63 and I-70

The Staybridge Suites in Columbia, MOl is clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar had a nice assortments of hot and cold foods. It's designed for long term stay and the room has a small kitchen with a regular size refrigerator and a two burner stove.

Average hotel for the price, limited parking and small spaces. The elevator was noisy and slow. The breakfast area was large but had too many tables and made everything tight. I'll try somewhere else if I go back to Columbia.

Priceline says it's a 3 star. I would say 2.5. Good breakfast and nice rooms though. Nice to have a kitchen if you're working on the road. Couldn't connect to the internet here, that was disappointing.

Excellent pet friendly hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and there was a hot breakfast the next morning. 10 out of 10, would stay again.

We were just there visiting friends of ours that were staying there and from what we saw, the place was nice and the staff were friendly. The room was nice and spacious and had a full kitchenette.

My room had trash and a child's toy on the floor when I checked in. The breakfast buffet plates had food still caked on their bottoms. There were no linens for the pull-out couch in the room, and the ones brought up had a number of stains on them. The tap water smells odd, and had a bunch of softener in it. The pool looked a bit cloudy, but that could just be chlorine. The room was large, but the bedroom and couch area were both average to smaller than normal. "Wood" flooring is starting to warp. Kitchette, dining, and desk, but the rooms are plainly not originally designed for a kitchenette/suite. Gazebo in back is weird to get to and infested with wood bees. The elevator was dirty as well. Breakfast food was sub-par, with stale cereal and a half-pint of spoiled milk (exp date was next-day, and 2 other cartons were OK).
So it probably won't hurt you much to stay here, but the place needs a thorough cleaning: laundry, dishes, rooms, gazebo, and elevator.

Room was very roomy! Very clean. Pool was open and working. Staff busy, but friendly. Breakfast area was a little crowded with all the tables and chairs close together and breakfast could have tasted better as its listed as a highlight of the hotel.

This location is not at par with other Staybridge hotels I've been too. The staff is courteous but leaves room for improvement in making a guest feel welcome. The room and kitchenette was also of low quality IMO, for the bargain price it is average in value. There were strange jars of random condiment packets, that may be a thoughtful gesture but it begs the question if they saved these from trips to local fast food joints and placed them in my room. Just seems out of place and odd. The room checked out clean but although I cant place it i got the feeling like the housekeeping my not be the most thorough or concerned with proper cleanliness, this is baseless gut feeling. Bed and pillows were great and comfortable. Breakfast begins too late for me, after 6:30am, to review but each morning i can see that the waffle irons are not cleaned and the platter that the toaster sits on looks as if there are crumbs from days worth of use. Foil was used as a lid for the waffle batter, lined the waffle iron drip pans and is being reused!? Why? These are details to me that shows lack of interest in house keeping and an attitude of laziness. Coffee was never hot first thing in the morning? Cutting corners somehow? I am curious what the evening socials would be like, they do have a double tap keg fridge in the lounge, plus. I am doubtful ill return for another stay if i return to the area, too many other options nearby to settle for a mediocre experience.

We had a two bedroom and it was nice except for the smell in the room. And how we had no bathroom...

We love Staybridge Suites and will always pick them over another hotel/motel. Unfortunately this time we were not too pleased. The bath tub was peeling and cut my finger to rub across it, so we had to wash our kids hair in the sink.

This place was a little hard to find, but once there, we found the Staff very accommodating. The building and grounds were very well kept. I had a few questions about places to eat. They were very nice and helpful. I would certainly recommend this place to others.

I travel 3 weeks out of each month. This Staybridge is the dirtiest I've ever been in. Nothing is replenished, coffee in the lobby is always cold and stale, the Internet......the internet is enough to make you want to stay elsewhere.
Leave before 12, and don't request a late checkout. They will call you and harass you starting at exactly 12 o'clock. I spent $1000 on my stay and they still had the nerve to force me out the door.

Nice staff. Decent breakfast. Bathroom needs updating and more thorough cleaning. Our mattress was on the bed wrong so our feet were hanging off....actually kind of funny, we were wondering what weird size matttess they had!

The hotel is clean, and the service is friendly. The complimentary breakfast and complimentary dinner leave room for improvement, but they come at no additional cost so no big deal. The rooms in the second floor seem quiet. Overall, this is a nice hotel.

Nice stay. Nice hotel as most Staybridge Suites are. Clean. Indoor pool. Exercise facility.

I really enjoyed the staff and the room. Was a large kitchenette room with sleeping set for 6. Worked out great and was located close to everthing i required.

Under construction but I didn't hear any noise. We got a huge suite, fully stocked for a great price with a great view in a great location. Will stay there again for sure.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a variety to choose from. The room was ok. The ceiling had a spot where the paint was dropping and falling. The sofa bed was older and had worn spots and a couple holes.

This might be the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Rooms were great, beds were comfy, and the free breakfast was even better. Location was in a great spot, near the highway but not too close. We even had a minor plumbing issue(kids plugged the toilet) that the staff took care of quickly. Would definitely recommend to others.

We have stayed here twice. The first time we had some problems which management quickly addressed. The second time was perfect. Clean, spacious rooms; great breakfast; easy access from I-70; friendly, helpful staff and pet friendly! Will stay here the next time we are in Columbia!

To early in my stay to provide honest feedback. So far has positives and negatives to the facilities and staff.

I really had a great experience. A spacious, beautiful room who's amenities took me by surprise when I walked in. The kitchen and bedroom areas are separated by a large and comfortable bathroom supplying a nice bath tub, iron, an adjustable shower massager and hair dryer. A pool, good breakfast, decent workout equipment and friendly staff welcome you when you enter. An adjustable flat screen TV separates the bed and couch. Even the hallways smell fantastic. My only complaint is I couldn't find the remote control, but that was okay because the premium channels gave me little reason to change the channel. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Got this room by surprise off Priceline For $79 great room if u have children especially. There are 6 of us and we all got to sleep in a bed. No hassles or extra charges from the front desk. Full suits with kitchen, full fridge. 2 burner stove etc. 2 queen beds with living room and pull out couch. Free laundry and good pool and hot tub. Awesome free breakfast. Very clean also. Will definitely stay again.

I arrived at Staybridge quite a bit ahead of checkout and my room was not yet ready, but they gave me a time to come back and it was still significantly ahead of when I was supposed to check-in, and sure enough it was ready. The front desk was very quick, helpful and knowledgeable of the property.
The room itself was surprisingly huge. It had a couch, chair, nice work space, comfortable bed, full kitchen, and was very clean, they even included a bag of popcorn in the room which went nicely with watching TV, which I had two of by the way (one for Game of Thrones, one for the NBA Finals).
I used the fitness room. All the equipment worked just fine and it was nice even though it was a tad small. However, the pool was very large and refreshing. It is indoor and heated and felt great after a good workout.
The breakfast in the morning was amazing with a hot buffet and even beer, which surprised me. I was also quite fond of the 12pm checkout because I had a lot I had to work on that day.
The room was quiet, the scenery was nice, they had a very nice outdoor area for cookouts that I imagine is great for families on vacation as well. Overall I was definitely pleased and would not hesitate to book another stay here when I return in a year. Thank you so much.
