The hotel was nice except there was a funky smell in the room. Other than that, everything else was great. The breakfast was really good and they have great customer service.

This was the first international trip of my wife and our children. From the check-in to check-out everyone in the staff was courteous and helpful. From Monday to Wednesday they have free meals for the guests at the evening. On our departure the manager, Jon, walked the extra mile and helped us beyond his duties. Staybridge is now a brand we'll carry with us for the positive experience we had, specially my family which never had an international experience before. I couldn't recommend it enough for those seeking for comfort, competitive prices and good location.

Very calm, relaxing atmosphere, loved that they had the infused water available, clean guest bathrooms downstairs, and the front desk attendant seemed very business focused which gives me a sense that she can do her job well. I would recommend this location for future stay.

Took my family here for a weekend getaway and had a blast. It's rare to find a hotel with a two-room suite so when we saw they had one, we jumped on it. It was great to have the kids in one room and the wife and I still had our own room.

My fiance and I love this place. Very clean and customer service is fantastic. Breakfast bar is awesome and a variety of items to choose from. There is an on-site laundry mat there to do your own laundry. There is a fitness center and media center there as well. I loved that there was a little store or pantry as they call it to purchase food items or hygiene items as well as ice cream etc. I definitely recommend this location to everyone!

the place was nice. the comforter was a little too thin so I got cold in the middle of the night. I did, however, love their breakfast selection!

The hotel and suite was amazingly clean and well maintained. Breakfast had plenty of options. Staff was kind and courteous. Only complaints are that the freezer in the suite didn't freeze and that the sofa mattress was slightly broken from use over time.

Place is quiet and clean, from my experience. Breakfast was dope although the croissant I got was stale. They have restrooms on the 1st floor so if you don't want to poop in front of others in your room head there. Staff was cool.

We were displaced after Harvey and were so happy to find this hotel. Jon, the manager, sorted things out to provide us with the last room available at the time - and we stayed an entire month. The staff actually makes it so special. They were always smiling and willing to help in any way. The dinners provided Mon - Wed were tasty and a big help, as was the breakfast daily. The hotel was always clean and tidy and more than sufficient for our family. Thank you, Staybridge!

Very very nice hotel. But we found it on a Corporate Lodging list and they don't take the Corporate Lodging Credit card. Major issue.

I had an overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and professional. However, the room seemed like it needed some touch ups here and there. It was clean, it just seemed dated and not well taken care of. For example, the paint was peeling on the tub. Overall, not a bad experience for the price though.

My family needed a place to stay after a small disaster in the middle of the night. We were warmly greeted by the front desk staff who was able to get us the perfect two room suite! I was impressed by the accommodations, especially considering the price. We all slept comfortably, and the breakfast was top notch. No complaints at all.

Our second time at Staybridge and it still holds to a 5 stars rating! Nice place, clean and quiet, dog friendly, fantastic staff, conveniently located! I wish that all hotels I do stay at while travelling were all like this one! Kudos for maintains such a level of hospitality and service!

A colleague, and myself stayed here for 5 nights while on a business trip to Houston for training. From the moment we arrived, John (Manager), and his staff welcomed us with open arms. Everything from the grounds, to the rooms were meticulously maintained. Complimentary hot Breakfast was served every morning, and to my surprise there was tons of variety from fruits, meats, local cuisine, eggs, milk, juices, etc...to get the day started. The free shuttle service made sure we were at the training facility on time every morning, and picked us up everyday when we were done with training. When we would arrive back to the hotel there was a variety of wines, beers, and somedays there were even social events to wind down the day. I cannot stress enough how clean, and welcoming the staff at Staybridge was to us during our stay. I used the complimentary gym, the complimentary laundry facilities, and the pool during our stay. Once again to my surprise every facility was meticulously maintained. If you're staying in the Energy Corridor or Houston, this is the Hotel to visit. Thank you John for an unforgettable stay, and for being so hospitable during our travels. John and his staff deserve way more than 5 stars. As an out of towner with no familiarity with the area they kept us and our belongings safe, and helped guide us to some phenomenal local cuisine. Way to go John, I can't say enough about how great of a job you and your staff did during our stay!

Great hotel in a good area. Everything was very nice and clean. Also great amenities; however, the pet fee is pretty steep ($75 per pet) and the didn't have a crib/playpen available. If it wasn't for that I'd be giving it five stars for an apartment style suites hotel for business travelers.

It was a wonderful location. The hotel was amazing. I did not know that they served free dinner I believe it's three nights a week. The breakfast is always amazing as they serve items outside of the typical continental breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through.

The Staybridge Suites Houston West / Energy Corridor is my Houston home away from home when we come in to visit family. Jon Lau (GM) and his staff go above and beyond to take care of the needs of their guests. Jon took time to help me modify an existing reservation and make some changes so my son and I had the room we needed when we arrived and I realized I had booked the wrong room type – he spent time finding the best option for us so we didn’t have to switch rooms during our stay. Once in our room, my laptop mouse needed a battery and I called down to see if I could buy one in their small store and in less than five minutes one was brought to our room at no cost. The weekly happy hour and dinner are great and the breakfast and coffee service every morning is super as well. No other place to stay for us.
