I love this hotel. I travel quite a bit for work and this is always my favorite hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and conveniently located. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Knoxville area.

For some it may be a positive, but apparently the hotel is dog friendly. Immediately upon walking into the lobby from a long day on the road we were greeted with the distinctive smell of dog. We saw many people with dogs during our stay. The entire first floor and elevators smelled strongly of dog and other dog odors. I once was forced to travel with a dog and could only find a La Quinta to accommodate me - that was a terrible place. As far as dog friendly hotels, this one was decent but it didn't make me stay on this trip superb by means. The room was clean and seemed new but had the typical low quality furnishings you would expect from this type of hotel. If you're looking for a long term suite it was good enough. Our room was on the backside of the hotel which place the room on the side near the interstate. The road noise was constant and made relaxing and resting hard to do. The sound of trucks barrelling by all night made it hard to get good rest for another day of driving. Priceline said I was getting a three star hotel and I suppose this hotel barely qualifies but the dog odor, low quality furnishings, and road noise bring it down to a 2.75 star, in my opinion.

Room was very nice. Very clean! I’m extremely picky about where our family stays on vacation. This was an excellent choice. We were passing through on the way to Nashville. The rate was competitive. Our suite had a couch, a mini kitchen with a small stove and fridge. Restaurants were easily accessible. Highly recommend and it is seldom I do online reviews!

Beautiful hotel, Very nicely appointed room with a kitchenette, bed was reasonably comfortable, shower was nice but pressure was a little low, free internet is always welcome. Breakfast was hot and decent. All on all a great place to spend a night

Clean, modern and very friendly. Staying here recently while on a road trip with my wife and daughter we had the good fortune to stay here on our first night out of Atlanta. What a terrific new hotel, well appointed and exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient to the interstate, we will certainly be back on future trips to or through the area.

Location is good and getting to downtown by car or cab is easy. Hotel day time staff are useless - room cleaning service is poor. They did not change towels or make the bed, despite asking or requesting at the front desk. Overall rooms were clean and they are pretty big and comfortable. Shower was a joke as water would start trickling after 5 minutes.

Hotel is clean and is in great shopping area. Room has little kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishes for convenience. My only complaint was the noise from the highway traffic which pretty much kept me up almost all night. If you are a light-sleeper, this might not be a good place for you to get some zzzz’s.

I stay at hotels on a regular basis, but this is my first stay at a Staybridge hotel. It was an amazing price range for all of the amenities dunday were available to me, I'm so sad I didn't get to take part in most of them because of my one night stay! The rooms feel like mini luxury apartments. My room had a living room with a nice TV, a full size kitchen, a separate bedroom with a king size bed and a TV in that room as well. The shower was a luxurious experience of it's own. I'm going to search for Staybridge hotels from now on, it was that moving of an experience for me.

Stayed there last week for spring break. Excellent hotel, slept well, very clean, great food and the staff WOW... Tammy, Amy, and the gentleman that does the evening events (Monday Tuesday and Wednesday) were wonderful.. thanks for making our experience the best😊

This is, hands down, the best hotel I've stayed at. After I had an unexpected late arrival, they welcomed me warmly and filled me in on the need-to-knows about the hotel (including the upcoming 'Social Hours' where they provide free food and beer). The room was clean, modern, spacious, included amenities that I haven't seen elsewhere, and beds are clean and comfortable. The fact that this was one of the more affordable hotels in the area is just icing on the cake. Will definitely be staying here again.

This place is great! Very clean,and the staff was very nice. The price was a little high, but with the cleanliness alone, it's worth it. The rooms are large with plenty of space. The king beds are not worn in like most place. It has complimentary breakfast , I sleep to long to try it. 4 stars Great place.

We stayed overnight with our kids and dog. A clean, welcoming and spacious suite with two Queen beds awaited us. The toilet was spotlessly clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries. A small kitchenette with new appliances and dinner set, cutlery was arranged neatly. The suite at this home was definitely obe of the cleanest and neatly kept for an overnight stop. The receptionist was very cordial and gave us good info about local restuarants and takeaway/delivery. We ordered food at Mama mia's restuarant and menu was scrumptious Mediterranean food. We loved the breakfast service too with plenty of choices. Will definitely book into Staybridge nexttime.

SBS is always our go to for Iver night stays. With two ten the kids we need space. Included hot breakfast is great. Able too wash a load of clothes, workout in the gym or take a swim. All nice features at affordable rates

Very bright room with the incredible amount of 11 light bulbs in total. Enough space and a fully furnished kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Make sure you ask for the rooms towards the parking lot when you are sensitive for traffic noise.

This hotel has it all. Large quiet suites. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Right off the highway.

Lovely spacious rooms with small kitchen and refrigerator. Very nice linens and comfortable beds, much needed after long days of driving. Nice breakfast and eating area. Great for family traveling. First stay at a Staybridge, we were impressed!

Fantastic stay. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend asking for a room away from the highway. It appears all odd number rooms are facing away from the highway. I will stay here again.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The only complaint was our room faced the backed against the interstate, and the interstate noise could be heard through the night. Not horrible but not pleasant either

Very clean, comfortable and convenient. Staff is A+ and friendly. Pet-friendly hotel with charge per stay. They offered to check in on and walk my dog if I was too busy to do so while out. With an IHG membership, this hotel stay was also affordable. Centrally located in Turkey Creek area. Lots if nearby shopping. Hotel is nestled among nice landscaping separated from shopping complexes by a Greenway. Love the stay.

Beautiful setting and views from the front. Traffic in back of hotel not easily heard due to trees surrounding it. Nice and clean lobby area. Friendly and helpful people at the front desk. Was at a meeting in a conference room, so.unable to see rooms, but everything else appeared clean.

It was a nice location great room but the benefits for spire elite are not worth it so if you are looking for a good hotel chain with fair reward points this is not it. Otherwise amazing

This is a perfect example of what hotel hospitality should be like. From the checking in process to the spacious and clean well designed rooms everything at this place was top notch. Their are so many food options within walking distance. The breakfast here was the best of any hotel I've been to. You know they are at another level when full sized glasses for juice and soda are offered. Summary of this review is I have stayed at some really nice and expensive hotels that weren't half as good as this place. Great job staybridge.

Wonderful! Absolutely wonderful! The staff here will do absolutely anything for their customers, going well above and beyond my expectations. Although they're one of the pricier hotels in the area, it's worth bearing in mind that these are less hotel rooms and more condos / upscale apartment units. People will often stay here for multiple weeks at a time for business trips, etc. VERY accommodating and EXTREMELY pet friendly.

Beautiful rooms with small kitchenettes with all the amenities! Top notch, even has burners, real dishes & glassware, beds very comfortable and entire place is CLEAN! Breakfast is pretty darn good too! CONS: location right next to interstate and oddly....somehow...the noise translates through the bathroom (guessing the sewage vent rubes are facing interstate) BTW...this didn't bother me all that much, but it's very noticeable

We had a great stay last night. The room was very spacious, plenty of room for two adults and two toddlers. Very clean and fresh, feels like it was just built. Downstairs and breakfast area were very comfortable. Will stay here whenever we are in the area again.

Had a wonderful stay!! The suite was very clean and the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and so very nice. Especially one person at the front desk stood out. Her name was Stephanie. She was so pleasant and helpful. We asked for extra towels to be sent to our room (for the pool) she said, no problem. The towels arrived at our room before we finished checking in. They know their way around , they recommended places we could get a good meal. Plus knew what attractions and about where they'd got their favorite things to, in the cities of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg in the Smokey Mountains. There was an area practically across the street from the hotel, called Turkey Creek it was a place of shopping. With tons of major stores and restaurants. So we had a wonderful stay!!!

My wife and I were on a road trip, I researched places to stay and the Staybridge Was rated well. Solid comments and a solid rating. It was all true! for those people coming from out of town that don't know the area like us this place was excellent!, Great for a place to stay long term or just one night, this place was great. We will defiantly stay here again if we are back this way!! Rooms great, people great, clean and solid breakfast.

After the Holiday Inn was full, it was suggested that we try to "Brand new" Staybridge. Finding it was the hardest part, but just drive past Cracker Barrel, stay on that road, and you can't miss it. The inside was beautiful, and very welcoming. Rooms were spacious and our king-size offered a full couch, desk, and full size kitchen with refrigerator and freezer and a dishwasher. The kitchen also contained to stove top eyes. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was exceptionally quiet, even though we were next to the elevators. Water was very hot, and everything was functional. Breakfast buffet had excellent choices, and coffee was served all day. The hotel also offered a "pantry" service with snacks, toiletries, drinks, and even ice cream 24/7. Did not get to take advantage of the pool or the exercise room, both both were clean. Staff was very friendly, will stay again.

Great service and staff!! Very nice hotel super clean. Location is awesome there's shopping and dinning all around the hotel. They have free laundry that is super awesome. This place is has really nice rooms with kitchens in them. It's peaceful and quite there. Best place to stay in the area to me. This place is great!!

Wonderful place to stay; even better staff. I left my iPad in my room and they went above and beyond to ensure it was returned to me. Excellent rooms, wonderful breakfast. Highly recommended!

My stay was excellent.. Service, breakfast, cleanliness of facility, close to shopping and restaurants, workout room, common area with TV and a place to gather with friends, etc.

I did not find the road a problem -- I ate breakfast near the windows in the back area and really didn't notice. I was watching the big screen TV. They have them in three different areas in the gathering an breakfast area. Oh, nice televisions in the rooms.

All of the staff at this staybridge was fantastic.
