Staff is nice, however not always there when you call. Price is way too high for the service, amenities, and rooms. Somewhat Smokey and musty smell. Room service is non-existent.

This hotel was conveniently located for my work. The hotel was comfortable and clean. I did have an issue with my fridge, but the front desk fixed it quickly. Solid overnight hotel with no frills.

The rooms could do with some renovation...our bathtub had chips in it and some bad caulking done on a shelf, and the shower curtain had holes all over it. The bed pillows were also extremely old and lumpy. When we first arrived, no one greeted us and we had to wait about 15 min before anyone said they were going to help. Also, when I asked the front staff if they had a water fountain, I had to explain to them the function of such an appliance. The most infuriating part was how they raised our room rate the 2nd night without telling us. No The only reason I give 2 stars is because of their delicious breakfast. Lots of variety of cold and hot items.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. The staff is happy and willing to fix any problem. The breakfasts were wonderful, they made different style eggs every day (We stayed 3 days) we always got a great start to the day. It is conveniently located, the room space is fine for 2. We had king sized bed. Kitchenette is very efficient and stocked with real dishes, pans utensils and silverware. I would stay here again and am encouraged to stay in a Staybridge on our next trip to a new location. Well done!

The hotel staff was fantastic and accommodating. Rooms were large and very well put together. Only draw back is that the beds are as hard as boards.

Amazing place to stay! Received the best service from checkin to checkout. Made it easier to be away from home. Free dinner and drinks Monday to Wednesday. I will diffently stay here the next time I'm in South Bent and look for a staybridge in every town I go to.

The one staff member we talked to was very nice. The hotel was clean and had good amenities. Pool was fine. Breakfast was a bit sparce especially towards the end of the morning. The rooms had plenty of space and light but pillows were no good (5 people in our group felt this way) and the beds were very firm. We don't like beds that firm but I'm sure that is preferance. Good price for the area and looks nice, but the place you really need it to be acceptable, the bed and pillow, was lacking

Rooms are well equipped and spacious, the breakfast buffet is ok, nothing special. They seem to struggle when the place is busy. Good toiletries.

My family and I have stayed her 3 timea before service was great food was decent, room was clean. I stayed here yesterday and today employees were rude, food was nasty, waffle machine had no more batter one our lights didn't work, and ice machine was broken. Other than that it was clean and the pool and hot tub is great.

Room was good, Breakfast was good. People where nice. Wish they would consider having there parking lot plowed in the winter on a regular basis. It was the only place in town I was worried about getting stuck in.

Excellent, friendly staff, very clean and modern facilities. I would welcome staying there again and highly recommend these accommodations for single night stays or multiple days. I feel there is significant value for dollar in this purchase and stay.

Room is nice and relaxing plenty of cable channels on tv and a blue ray player in the room kitchenette couch. Like a small apartment for the night plenty of amenities

Awesome hotel! Large rooms, free dinner Monday-Wednesday, free breakfast every day. Dog friendly. Beds are a little older, I could feel the springs. Other than that great!

Sturbridge on 933 was fantastic as always. Rooms always clean. Staff always on point. Check in and check out was seamless.

Went to the ND-WF football game. Chose Staybridge for the night. Good choice. Nice, clean room. Close to everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area.

This staff should seriously give lessons to every other hotel on how to convey warmth to customers. My husband and I were amazed at how friendly and considerate everyone was. The meals were prepped in advance, there was a ton of options to choose from for their social hour and for breakfast. Everything was perfect, down to the smell of the lobby (pumpkin spice). Seriously, this is one of the most thoughtful places I have ever been to.

Very nice and clean hotel. Was welcomed with dinner and a drink and they have a nice movie room with a big screen, that's a first. Rooms were very clean and the staff was great. Would stay again.

The best Hotel Expierence we've ever had. We recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites In South Bend, IN for four days during our Son's Baseball tournament. The service was beyond fantastic. I don't remember everyone's name but Shell, Katie and John, you guys were awesome.

The rooms were clean and had all the amenities such as a cooktop, dishwasher, actual family size Fridge etc. The air went out one night and we were quickly moved to another room which had the same layout. Katie gave us some great advice on restaurants. John was nuce enough to help the kids hook up the ps4 in the theater room. I just can't say enough to justify the rooms and service. Thank GOD there are still a few places like this left.

Great rooms, nice and clean but the bathroom door wasn't installed correctly so it doesn't lock (or close all the way). The free food is on point though, so it's worth it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Staybridge Suites! The room was clean and quiet, and the amenities were abundant! Hot breakfast daily, dinner and drinks Monday through Wednesday, free laundry, pool, hot tub, fitness center, even propane grills! We would definitely return.

Stayed for 2 nights in the "off season". Very clean property, very warm and helpful staff. Good breakfast included. Well located. Cost very reasonable, but for ND Football weekends they apparently require a minimum 2 night stay @ +/- $475 per night.

This location is similar to the other properties in this category with things I am starting to take for granted, comfy bed, clean rooms with all the normal amenities. First time in a Staybridge. Was impressed with experience and will include this in my future searches. Price was comparable to other hotels in the area. Family enjoyed the adult swim and theater room greatly.

We had a lovely room, and the service was fine, very helpful. The buffet was supposed to be a highlight of the area. Mostly it is an unexceptional buffet, but they do make real eggs over soft, and that was a treat in a long line of hotel scrambled eggs. Real biscuits as well.

Pleasant stay on the way to Chicago from Detroit. Quiet place, and clean rooms. Free breakfast and coffee. Staff were very nice and helpful. Overall it was a good hotel, near to town and a comfortable stay there.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay here. Rooms are nice sized. Recommend the one bedroom suite if staying more than one night and travelling with a family. Breakfast good and staff was just the best. Also like the dinner hour buffet on a few of the days...

First, the good -- we are frequent guests of extended stay properties and Stay bridge has really nice sized two bedroom units. And the people at the front desk at this property are very friendly and helpful. The bad -- it is frustrating that you can't check in or out online using the app like you can at other chains. Also, the breakfast buffet was not very well replenished so toward the end of the window each morning, there was not much food left. And the quality of the furnishings (mattress, pillows, towels) does not feel on par with the competition.

Best stay I have had in years! We travelled with my Daughter, son-in-law and their 4 children and stayed in a suite. The price was excellent, staff so friendly and helpful, as well as the manager. They went out of our way to provide extra services for our grandchildren, even though one evening our disabled child was too loud and jumping around. The rooms had plenty of space, dvd, 3 tv's microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Comfortable beds, with plenty of layers. Had stayed at the Holiday Inn in Niles before which was where I was actually visiting, but the extra 5 mile drive was worth it, because in Niles you were lucky to get your room vacuumed and they were rude if you asked for anything.

My stay has been nice, but someone keeps pulling the fire alarm and it's very loud and obnoxious when there isn't a real fire.

The hotel is in a good location near the University of Notre Dame and close to the fields where we had baseball games scheduled all weekend. We were able to find restaurants and stores close by when needed. The staff at the hotel were all very courteous and helpful. Our only complaint is our refrigerator was not very cold during our stay
