Ready great location fitness Center needs updating! Food and drinks are great!

Very friendly employees during our stay for a week. Nice rooms and property. The pool is great for kids, but we had to leave since employees did not follow COVID procedures. Talked with the manager who was polite and agreed to fix.

Awesome venue for celebrations, excellent buffet for lunch and dinner, easy access to the beach, cool pool area, outstanding customer service, friendly staff, superstar hospitality!

Staff was mostly professional and courteous, but the facility itself is embarrassingly in need of renovation and a deep clean. It may once have been priced appropriately, but those days have long since passed. I didn't read the reviews beforehand, but for other guests to not notice or acknowledge the dilapidation is kind of astonishing. I wouldn't normally be this harsh toward a business, but the black mold and peeling paint blanketing the ceiling of the lobby was too much to ignore for the amount I paid.

Well as one would expect the Westin Hotel is absolutely amazing. I only gave it four stars because the price is extremely high and for the price, you can find other places that are almost as good and not nearly as expensive. But nonetheless this still is an amazing place with very friendly and helpful people. It’s right on the beach and has a nice little bar and a beautiful atrium. If you have money to burn then by all means go for the Westin!! 😀

Why give 4 stars to an otherwise 5 star hotel? Simply put, the bathrooms are kind gross. Water spots on the glass shower walls so dense the walls might as well have been ceramic tile. A toilet that refused to flush properly. And... mildew... here, there and everywhere. I get it. It's a tropical island. It is always hot and humid. So use bleach! Bleach everywhere! Also.... a lot of the equipment in the workout center was not working. Overall, though, a very deluxe hotel. Light years ahead of the Holiday Hotel. That place was really bad.

Good location and helpful staffs for extra bed setting before check-in, transportation and pool access with locker after check-out. Comfortable room with partial ocean sunset view.

Sure will come to stay again.

Nice hotel. A little dated but well kept. Big spacious rooms. The beach is really nice, waist deep all the way out to the reefs it's a long way away. Water was a little warmer than I expected.

Location is good, right at the top of the hill with a bunch of places to eat. Great views and really calm water just outside the hotel.

Bathroom in good shape although really bad waterspots on the shower glass. Guessing hard water here on Guam.

A good hotel on an amazing beach. Bring snorkeling gear to really enjoy the sights.

Pretty amazing hotel! They were so so sweet to us. The rooms iron was older and it got a HUGE iron stain on my husbands military uniform and when I went down to ask if they had lemons or vinegar they felt so bad they came up to our room and had the uniform dry cleaned and fixed for him. So test your rooms iron on something before your clothes but they were sweet to fix the problem. And the rooms were great and clean! The pool was amazing. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and I would go back just to eat there. Kind of expansive per meal but worth it if you love a fancy buffet(Lobster/shrimp/steak/sushi/omelet bar ethnic food/etc).
The beach access is amazing and beautiful you will love every inch of it! Truly picture perfect. We did not do any of the sight tours but they offer a ton so those are options.
Cons- not great laundry options, only 2 laundry rooms In the whole hotel and they are on the 4th floor and another floor. With 2 small washer/dryers. Was there for a week with my family so we had to wash clothes and finding an opportunity to wash was hard the machines were always being used.
And I disliked how the room we had did not have a fridge it just had a drink chiller which really wouldn't even keep a drink cool so we could not have milk or other foods Im the room.

Hotel is very nice. The clothing store is quite expensive. The breakfast buffet is legit. Big selection of foods and the beach pool area is quite nice.

I just go here for the gym but it's still a nice place to stay. If you want to go here for the gym it's ideal to have a partner so the cost is a lot less.

Love this hotel. Situated in what used to be known as Blue Lagoon because of the beach and clear waters. Taste restaurant. Good people.

Classy Lobby with aerial views of the interior rooms. Perfect for sitting at the lobby and enjoying coffee or beer. Restaurant offerings are very good, from Italian to Japanese and their award winning lunch and dinner buffet offering. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Guam in general is a place I can live my whole life, beautiful, nice people, and this particularly hotel is just dream. Beautiful hotel, costumer services 5 stars. I will never forget that experience.

Pro:

1. location is fine, close to town center by around 3-min walk.
2. Generally, service is good.

Cons:

1. Our shower room had a leaking problem since day 1 we lived in, and my 1-year-old daughter slipped in the bathroom and hit her head because of this.

Until day 5, last night of our stay, the problem was still there and they had checked it 3 times already.

Normally hotels should have suggested a room change but not this one.

2. Aged deco and room equipment.

We were really looking forward to coming to Westin as our first time to stay in the series, but eventually it turns out that we had more disappointment.

Nice hotel with lots of amenities and plenty of activities within the complex. Rooms are comfortable and spacious

The beach water is so clear and warm, and the hotel is located beautifully at the end of the beach at a great place for casual snorkelling. It's pleasant and beautiful place.

I like to go there when I want to go to the beach. I love their cafe. I usually stop there and get an earl grey iced tea and a slice of hazlenut cake. Actually, it has been a while since I got one... maybe they still have it. Any way, I always get the tea. I've never stayed there, but I did get the prenatal massage at Mandara Spa and it was great. I highly recommend it.

Like it's own little resort. It has several restaurants, two pools,a spa, several bars including one at the pool, and direct access to a fairly private beach. The only thing I would have liked would be microwaves in the room. You can request one but they have limited supplies. There is a small fridge but it not good at keeping multiple things cold (technically just a chiller)

This resort hotel proved to be quite good. Checking in was a breeze, and I enjoyed all the workers I'd encountered in the hotel. The location is nice since it's on the main Tumon strip. The beach is pretty small, so expect it to be crowded during peak season.

I really liked my spacious room. Their Heavenly Bed was indeed heavenly. I didn't encounter any high noisy level, so I was able to relax in my room each night

I left this hotel as a fan of the Westin brand. If I return to Guam, and I want a luxurious place to stay, I'll return to Westin!

Had a department luncheon gathering at Taste. Staff and management (didn't get his name) awesome customer service and very helpful. Variety of food and it was Great. Co-workers had the crab but they didn't have enough of the cracker utensils to give more then 1 per table.

Well furnished rooms in a good location. The shower was one of the best I have ever had. The beds are very soft as well.

We stayed at this hotel for two days over the weekend. The front desk and house keeping staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large enough to accommodate two people. We had a partial ocean view but we could see half of the bay, sunset was the best time to be on the balcony. Will upgrade to get lounge access next visit.

This hotel has a good location to the beautiful white sandy beach, every room has a balcony with a nice ocean view (Great for Sunset viewing). Also, 5-10 minutes walking distance to nearby shopping arcade and downtown Tumon district. The staff are so helpful and nice. The hotel restaurant serves seafood and steak buffet every night which is worth to try.

However, the furniture inside the room and some facilities in the hotel are quite old but acceptable for a short vacation.

Had Sunday brunch with my sisters and experienced the best service. The service was great. All of the waitstaff was attentive and pleasant.
One of our servers Ms. Shenna, was so accommodating by providing us with the applications to become members. As a family we enjoyed our experience and look forward to our next family event to celebrate at Taste!

The buffet (Taste) is delicious. The staff is friendly and the rooms were exactly what I thought it would be. The only 2 things I didn't care for was that in my room there was no refrigerator only a "chiller" for drinks. Second there was microwave.

Beautiful ocean view rooms. The hotel provides countless amenities and customer service is excellent.

Accidentally booked the wrong dates and came in a day late. The hotel staff held my room despite not being able to reach me and were very accommodating once I arrived. The hotel itself is quite nice also.

I love its private beach. A little bit old but neat and clean. The resort provides its guests with chairs and cavanas for free.

Amazing view from the room balconies onto the ocean. ...but is there really a bad viewpoint in Guam???

Nice rooms, safe area, many local foodery places, and located near the strip.

Best bed I've ever slept on in a hotel. This was worth the price. Wish we had chairs for balcony. But all the staff was amazing, the restaurants were good (over priced for sure but it's a resort) the spa was great,and the pool and beach access,well my husband and I planned to do a ton of touristy things but wound up living in the lounge chairs! I would definitely stay here again! Just be aware of the 100$ a day deposit Not always listed (depending on your booking site) on top of your room rate. And the hotel rate to shuttle u from airport was steep,was cheaper to rent a car and park for free.

We enjoyed the food at Taste. Had a really great time with family. Although, I have to say the service attendants could use a bit more training in Customer Service Etiquette.

Beautiful and well kept hotel. Not a fan of the positioning of the building, which was their attempt to give everyone an "ocean view" but that's only true when you lean over your small balcony railing and crane your head in the direction of the shore.

Right in the "downtown" area which makes it convenient for walking to all sorts of nearby places.

Westin has an underground parking garage, which is convenient.

MANDARA SPA is inside the Westin. The spa was the BEST MASSAGE EXPERIENCE I've ever had. Couple's massage... very serene, respectful, and high quality service. Thoroughly relaxing. Can't praise this place enough... HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mandara.

Their crabs are so tasty and amazing. I dine out here every time I visit Guam and I think this is the best restaurant in Guam.

They have really nice meats and a variety of desserts to include awesome banana pie!! Overall I would come again.

We ate at Taste, one of the Westin's buffet restaurants. Impressive selection of seafood. My nephew tore up a couple pounds of stone crab claws. I had a slipper lobster. I can even remember the last time I had slipper lobster. I guarantee 90% don't even know what slipper lobster is, but you can get it here. All you can drink wine and beer, Heineken at that. A little pricey but worth the awesome seafood selection.

Does not suck and they are receptive to sailors on port calls. Go Navy!

Right on the beach with great service and staff. Shuttles pick you up on the main road to take you to several areas around the island. The hotel has some nice gift shops, a good bar near the check in area and downstairs leading out to the pool is a restaurant and spa. Love staying at this hotel.

Excellent location, outstanding staff..

It may need a lick of paint here and there, but you will enjoy the resort stlye open atmosphere and the beach is absolutely amazing. The service is very good with all levels of staff very friendly. It is only a short walk to some very nice eateries (eggs and things is fantastic).
Across the road are some nice convenient stores and there is a bus stop outside the hotel. Their shuttle is 25 dollars per person to the airport, so a taxi is best. A long island ice tea in a lounge on the beach at sunset is very relaxing.
