Great place to stay. The swimming pool and sauna are an added bonus. The apartment sizes are really good and have handy amenities close by such as bar and restaurant downstairs, there is also a shop next door. There are a few restaurants, café and bakery within a short distance.
It is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro stop or about 30 minutes walk into the city centre. The walk into the centre is a nice walk along past the little mermaid statue and great views of the city, would definitely recommend taking this route.

Pretty good hotel with a great kitchen facility with utensils. Very clean and well maintained. The fitness centre is good enough for a quick workout. The room heater worked quite well and I did not feel the freezing temperatures outside.

Very clean facility. Nice and helpful staff. The pool is great - more for kids than for real swimming, but still fun. The sauna is very small but sufficient. Only downside is that the windows are not very soundproof: if you get a room towards the rails you might find it hard to fall asleep. Also: I don't know if it was me, but it was quite cold in the hallways and even a little chill in the rooms - you guys should turn up the heaters! Ok be window in our room had kind of a leak somewhere so cold air from outside flew in during the night. The breakfast is really good and far more than you can possibly eat in early morning.

To sum it all up: a pretty good hotel with some minor downsides

This is a very nice hotel apartment in Copenhagen, even though it is 10 min walk from Østerbro station, but you get a great looking apartment of 45 m2 with washer/dryer and you even have a kitchen. I really enjoyed this place, nice and quiet with a delicious breakfast every morning for 3 days. If you are hungry late at night, I can recommend there delicious and yummy burgers, to settle your hunger. Best of all I would come back, because they have friendly service and reasonable prices. Great way to enjoy Copenhagen;)

This is probably one of the best hotels i have been in. The reason for four stars is that the pool was closed for the whole time i was there. Apart from that, the location is great, the food is good, and the service is great too. I must say though that the parking near the hotel is not permitted so you will have to pay to park in the hotels parking. But over all its a great hotel.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean and quite. It was a pleasure to come back home after a day of sightseeing. There is a little grocery store next door if you prefer to have something instead of dining out. We would highly recommend this hotel!!

A family member is staying here soon so went to check it out. The reception staff were very helpful and showed us around. The apartment rooms are arranged well so it's a good option if you are staying for longer than a couple of days. Swimming pool had just been under maintenance and looks spotless.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. I ve been to many and it's probably the first to which I have 10 in almost anything was asked during the survey except only the pool which I would like to have warm water and the jacuzzi to be working... The location is very beautiful and the breakfast must have. The staff very helpful and also a good place for conference also. Miss Denmark's casting took place during our stay, so it seems that we did a good choice. We will definitely go there again...!!!

Good location near Nordhavn and walkable to town but railroad noise. Shower ran too hot, too cold all week, TV didnt work, issues accessing internet. Nice to have living room, kitchen and laundry, also little balcony. Staff pleasant. Restaurant hours not that great but food and wine choices nice. Decent fitness room looking at courtyard, nice lap pool but jacuzzi broken.

A great location if you are going to UN City. Easy access to downtown via bus and airport via light rail. The restaurant is excellent and the rooms
Spacious. Undergoing major renovations so gym and pool were closed.

Clean rooms with useful appliances like washer/dryer and kitchen. Couches and beds are firmer than I'm used to but it's probably Danish design.

Nice hotel. Like the apartment concept. My room is insanely warm though, no matter what I do with the thermostat.

8

Very nice hotel and room, service is excellent too. Only gripe is it's the wrong side of the train tracks for walking into Copenhagen but I guess that's my fault for not studying the map before booking. Just adds 5 minutes traversing the bridge when heading out. The hotel is undergoing restuarant and pool building work and we got an excellent price to compensate. I'd like to experience the full experience because if it's all the same standard that I've seen it would definitely not disappoint. I'd recommend this hotel and I'd like to stay again.

Brilliant apartment. Loved the pool and fresh towels and a clean space every day is fantastic! 26 bus or a walk takes you into the centre. Brilliant apartment with space to chill, cook and lovely beds

8

We had a 1 bed apartment for ourselves and our daughter. It is a little out of town, but don't let that worry you the 26 bus goes to all the places you will want you to go. We bought City Pass tickets online which let you use all of the buses trains and the metro (also certain river taxis).

The rooms are new and contemporary. A kitchen diner / living space. My daughter preferred the sofa to the put me up IKEA special bed. The kitchen is small but we used to cook basic meals. The bed room for me and the missus was perfect, although we found the pillows a bit soft. The bathroom was fine, the only complaint was the variable temperature of the shower.

I would come back again.

Huge hotel rooms in a beautiful and peaceful location! Would absolutely recommend! They let us check in at 9:30 AM after getting off our cruise ship which saved us lots of money by not having to check our bags somewhere. Other people didn't have their rooms ready, but the hotel checked them into the office for them. So nice!

Nice, clean place with helpful staff. The restaurant was expensive but they are all over Copenhagen. Easy to get into the city by bus or train, nice swimming pool in the hotel. Best of all - the mattress in the self catering appartment was outstanding!

Very nice and spacious rooms. Definitely feels more like an apartment than a hotel room. Great service. Every thing that we needed for a wonderful week in Copenhagen!

Our stay here was phenomenal! The staff was kind and thoughtful and helpful, and it was wonderful to have a home away from home during our one week stay in Copenhagen. We loved riding the rental bikes, taking a dip in the lap pool, and relaxing in the hot tub and sauna. We especially loved making breakfast in our kitchen, and hosting a friendly gathering of fellow travelers in our living room. The only reason I gave a 4 star rating is because as an interior designer, I wanted to change a bit of the layout of the space, as the mirrors were positioned in odd placements throughout the layout. The lobby was really cool, though, and overall, much better design and flair than other hotels (think crappy wall art).

Such a great idea having mini apartments in the hotel. It had everything I needed to cook a meal Making the trip less expensive. Adina was very clean. The beds really comfortable & excellent helpful staff. Although it's a 30 minute walk to the city centre it's a nice walk but there's an excellent bus service right outside the hotel door. I would definitely recommend it.

Family weekend stay in Copenhagen, and this apartment hotel is a wonderful choice if you look for spacious rooms at decent cost. Location is no problem if you're open for a little walk or taxi/Uber. Great nearby locations, like bakery and coffeeshop, grocery and an Italian pizza. Good food in the hotel restaurant Otto's. Breakfast was really good, but you need to be early to get the for å best deal of breakfast. Not that good at filling up missing "items" when empty. Great service. Clean rooms, and good cleaning between nights. Temperature in pool was too low for me, but for others decent. Free for guests! Next time in Copenhagen with the family - probably this place!

I stayed there for one night only. Impressive rooms with kitchen living and sleeping separated. Good restaurant with excellent food and drinks and perfect service.
Located in the city centre of Copenhagen, walking distance to little mermaid and Kastellet.

8

Lovely hotel and stuff, breakfast good, location and spacious rooms make this place unique, as it's still close to the center but much cheaper than big named hotels and - the main for me - has family rooms! The only minus is the pool, the area is shabby and the space there enough for five people, not more. It's always queue to the jacuzzi and shower. But if you don't need the pool - it's sure the best option for families.

7

Great quite location on the harbour. Easy walking distance to the Little Mermaid and 5 minutes walk from the train station 2 stops from central station.

Rooms are very clean and tidy. Have the kitchen meant we saved money by cooking breakfast.

Would rate 5 stars but the shower temperature didn't stay consistent.

I would stay again.

8

The desk staff is very friendly. The studio room is comfortable for two. The bath facilities are high end. The linens are posh. We requested a room away from the trains, but we didn't get one so we hear them all night. Fortunately, we haven't had to open the windows because the trains are incredibly loud. They advertise laundry facilities, but that is only for one/two bedroom apartments with the built in washer/dryer. The location is excellent: a grocer on the corner; a bakery a half block from the grocer; returning bus stop a block away from the bakery. The away bus stop is a half block in the other direction from the grocer. The hotel has a restaurant. There is a small Italian restaurant across the patio area which has reasonable prices.

Good location, not far away from the mermaid statue and a food store around the corner. Parking underneath the hotel with elevator straight to our floor. The apartment was really nice. The only thing I didn't like was the pillow and the thick blanket and that the shower heat fluctuated between too warm and too cold on its own.

Modern, spacious, well equipped serviced apartments in a hotel setting. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, couldn't do enough for us. Amenities include an exercise room and pool.
Slight drawback is location, about a 35-40 minute walk to city centre.

8

Great hotel and friendly staff. Very comfortable. We stayed in a studio which was nice and spacious. It was all very clean and well maintained with hotel staff catering to us even when we had a hangover and stayed in the following day.

The only thing that let us down was that free WiFi is not available in the rooms and that you need to go to the lobby to get it. Though the lobby is is fairly comfortable it is not the same as having it in your room.

Gorgeous apartment hotel very conveniently located with everything to make you feel comfortable like refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, swimming pool, really excellent breakfast included (you can ask for any kind of eggs), etc. but with a few caveats:
- shower not suited for children
- toilets not separated
- beds are way toooooooo soft
- car park at additional cost (DO NOT believe what the front might tell you about parking on the street, not the huge and empty car park during holidays and weekends in front of the hotel reserved for others, as it is not permitted even though there is no clear sign, another way of making money from the tourists)
- internet in your room at additional cost (free WLAN in the lobby on the ground floor though)
- train tracks not far away thus generating some noise (ask for remote rooms)
- old LCD TV sets with poor picture quality

On a local basis, quality/price ratio is simply excellent (DKK 1.000 per day including breakfast for 3, 2 adults + 1 kid aged 10.

Apart from those caveats, highly recommended!!!

Stay during Easter 2010
