Nice amenities and modern design. Some lumpy pillows and questionable design choices (barn door to the bathroom, exposed sink prone to splashing) tick off a star.

I had some difficulties with my cell service in the hotel (T-Mobile) that meant I had to go all the way to the lobby for reception.

We hosted a graduation party there, rented one of the conference rooms. The location was great for us as most of the guests were within a 5 mile radius. You have to buy packages of food combination and they charge by guest. The prices were not too bad. The manager was very helpful, she worked closely with us through the reservation and helped with the planning, etc. We wanted to bring in one of our own dishes and they accommodated us, in fact, even provided a slow heater to boot. The guests loved the place as did we. It was a graduation party and we all enjoyed it.

Don't get this place confused with the Aloft San Jose Cupertino. They're two different places!! We made the mistake of coming to this one when we had a reservation at the SJ one. PLEASE RENAME THE SJ ONE TO JUST ALOFT SAN JOSE. Anyways, this one looked super nice and the guy at the counter was super nice and accommodating and helped us figure out where we were staying. The bathrooms were dark with blue lights which was cool.

Staff very friendly. The room was comfortable, and our request for late check out was honored without any morning interruptions from housekeeping. Outside setting was great, and we even played a game of pool:)

John in the bar was awesome! We were there for a wedding after party. The staff was very accommodating and professional.

They have a cool robot that delivers requested items! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I checked in at night and the girl was sincerely friendly. The housekeeping staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome.
The surrounding area seemed safe and there are plenty of places to eat.
I will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel for business travellers with lots of convenient eateries around the area and also shops. Great and clean rooms too.

I have very basic requirements and this motel met all of them. 1) No bad smells. 2) clean bed sheets 3) Staff that aren't overly rude. This place met all of these requirements and I couldnt be happier.

I have one minor nitpick, no microwave, at least in the room I was in. But there are food choices all around so not too big a deal.

Decent lounge. A party was going on and it was noisy, so we went out and sat near the pool. Had a good time, and might visit again for a laid back experience.

Clean, good location. I like the underground parking. Our shower kept on leaking despite them trying to fix it. Besides that tho, bed was comfortable and rooms are quiet.

Wonderful atmosphere, great bar staff, and management. I got a fantastic Manhattan and sat on the patio, it was very enjoyable.

This is one of the coziest motels I've stayed at ever. The service from the front desk to maids was flexible and fantastic. Haven't checked out the pool yet, but hope to get some time in this afternoon. (Note: The pool was comfortably heated and nice for families and couples alike) I highly recommend this place for any cozy or romantic get away.

Always consistently clean and modern. There's a cool robot butler named Botlr. Aloft is always consistent about their rooms as well. Great location. Limited garage parking. Great gym and pool.

Nice rooms, very modern and comfortable. Awesome room service robot, wish we could have used it, called the office and ordered more towels and he called back an hour later at 11 PM asking if we still wanted them. Really?

Stayed here overnight. There was no room service, but there is a bar downstairs with some food options. Luckily there was a target and several restaurants nearby for me to walk to. There's no view. It pretty much was a place to crash until my flight the next day. Felt meh....

A small hotel that delivers big. Aloft comes through with a modern twist on the Starwood hotel experience. The modernity mostly delivers with updated rooms, no nonsense food service, and a heavy emphasis on the lounge area that gives you plenty of room to work during the day and plenty of space to unwind at night. There are times when the colors and music can be too much (the elevator and bathrooms do not need to be that hip). A great destination is you are doing local business or want to explore the South Bay.

It's a no-bs, hip minimalist take on hotel lodging. The first floor has a bar and a seating area with music and neon lighting. The rooms themselves are very clean and although there are some things they could improve (a shower valve trim that doesn't cover the hole completely, for example), I liked the minimalistic design of the rooms.

This place is not as technologically advanced as Aloft Santa Clara, which has fancier lighting controls. But they're expectedly pretty similar.

The front desk staff are pleasant and so are the cleaning staff. I'd come back to stay again.

The ambience was nice, and the staff were respectful and helpful. Our night stand was broken, as the top came apart when force was applied. It was easy to find parking. There was a lot of space in the lobby to hang out.

The atmosphere was great. I went with a friend of mine do sit and hang out since we haven't had much time to catch up and the outdoor seating area was very peaceful and relaxing. Granted, it was a little chilly out, but when you sit next to the fire on the patio, it was very nice and comfortably warm.

Stopped in with a work group to check out their delivery robot. The manager was very accommodating and didn't rush us at all even though we weren't staying at the hotel. They have a robot that they use for delivery to the room and have named it the Botlr.

Decent, clean place to sleep. I would have preferred having a room where the cable to the TV wasn't frayed, or the elevator didn't shake when ascending, but it was a relatively inexpensive place to sleep, and for that I am grateful.

My room was nice. The hallways are dark, and the elevator has electronica and black lights - weird. The service here was terrible. The front desk people acted as if extra hangers was a strange request that they didn't know how to fill. There was a miscommunication about my check-out date, which they didn't verify when I checked in. They claimed that my receipt was e-mailed, when it wasn't, so I had to call back to get it. They charged the wrong credit card, even though I stopped at the front desk half way through my stay to change the card number.

Went here for the wicked and sexy Halloween party. The bar was great and dancing was great. Let there was a free buffet as party of the entrance fee

Very update modern. Bed was comfortable and slept very well. Of course no room service nor veiw. Parking kinda iffy but we still enjoy coming to Aloft.

I can understand the value of making small talk by keeping business sociable and personalizing customer interactions. There are however lines that hospitality staff should not cross such as assuming that two men entering a hotel room must be either a father and son or brothers. That is precisely what happened when I checked into this hotel with my partner of over two years. It's the kind of faux pas that spoils and otherwise decent stay overnight.

Room was nice and clean. Service was very good. I had an experience with a big rowdy overnight guests at 3 a.m. that made it unbearable to sleep for 2 hours. Overall hotel was good. Good fast free Wi-Fi as well.

The staff was great, there are friendly and helpful people working there. The room was in need of some minor repairs but otherwise adequate. The elevators are like a 90's skate city, which is hilarious.

Beautiful pool and nice rooms. Wish they had locks on the bathroom door. It's hard when you have kids. Customer service I give a 5 stars.

Good hotel with fast check in and check out. Room had large king size bed and it was very comfortable. Shower was a bit weak in terms of pressure but did the job.

Very modern feel like the rest of the chain. They had a nice bar and drinking areas. It had a good pool table for guests which was free to play. There was also this robot that would deliver stuff to your room, kind of weird to run into in the halls but pretty cool.

The place is at a convenient location. The swimming pool is a nice perk. However, I wish it was well maintained. The carpets in the corridors are badly stained. A robot literally delivers stuff if you need something. A nice touch I would say.

Location was in the heart of Cupertino. Not far from I280 but not so close that noise from the freeway was remotely noticable. Underground parking was free. The room was nice, the king bed I has was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. There was no couch to watch TV if that's important to you. The pool was nice, clean, and the water was warm. I had a few drinks at the bar and it was a bit pricey though there's a happy hour with some reasonable priced options.

Enjoyed my 3 night stay at the aloft. Bed was comfortable with extra pillows. Nice cloths cabinet with plenty of space to hang cloths. Large shower with shops and shampoo dispensers. Comfortable couch and cool ac.

I think if you do something and it turns out pretty good, then you should go do something else wonderful, not dwell on it for too long. Just figure out what's next. I'm doing that best while peeing.

Nestled in the heart of Cupertino, Aloft is close to nearby shopping, Target, Asian shopping mall, and eateries. The bar was nicely stocked, and had plenty of lounging space both indoors and outdoors. There was also a pool around the corner. Parking was simple and straightforward in their underground garage.

Clean and new. This Aloft doesn't break from the norm that it has achieved, but that's fine. The cost is reasonable and it's close to Apple and Google (within 20 minutes if traffic is low).

Staff was nice and efficient and got me into a room in less than 3 minutes.

I had a lovely stay here. The room was very nice & spacious and the bed was comfy! The staff was friendly and accomodating. Aloft is not only pet friendly (which is important to me since I came with my fur child) but also modern in terms of decor and atmosphere. Although I didnt get to check it out, their bar area seemed popular with other guests. They even have a room service robot! I will definitely always be on the look out for Aloft hotels when I need a place to stay.

Nice hotel in South Bay. Had spacious and quiet rooms, friendly staff and free underground parking. A few good restaurants in walking distance.

New Years Eve party was fun, and staying the night there meant a discount for the whole evening. A good deal.

Beautiful hotel. We were unable to get 2 queens and were left with a king only room for 5 people. The staff bent over backwards to help make the experience comfortable, with air mattresses, additional blankets, etc.

Nice room, sound proofing of rooms could be better. I can hear the elevator from my room down the hall. Friendly staff and complimentary parking.

Aloft is a cool modern looking hotel close to Apple. Some friends and I enjoyed drinks at their bar, and the bartender was quick and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk that evening was also very helpful and went out of his way to help us find our way back home! Thank you, Michael!

The location was nice the rooms were set up good. I didn't care for the selection of TV channels I wasn't able to watch the Warriors game which was a disappointment to me.

Nice property. Close to the Apple campus, and there's free underground parking, handy if you have a car. Rooms are a nice size (much larger than the Aloft Sunnyvale), beds are comfortable and fairly quiet. The W XYZ lounge/bar is fun, but a little quiet due to all the techies that stay here. Recommended if you're a SPG member. Rates are crazy, but that's expected in Silicon Valley.

Got married at Saratoga Springs and stayed at Aloft for the night. We reserved a block of rooms which went well. The team there lost our reservation twice! Not sure why, but it's unacceptable to lose the bride and grooms reservation twice. The hotel and bar were great besides losing our reservation.

Check in and check out were extremely smooth. The facilities felt sleek and well-kept. The room had a large closet and a safe which was nice. I would definitely recommend Aloft.

Clean room with very comfortable beds. Awesome price and location, about 45 minutes to San Francisco or Santa Cruz. Plenty of great tech amenities offered that more expensive places fail to offer ( free WiFi, Apple TV in room for streaming, usb wall outlets, robot room service).

I stayed at the hotel for a conference at the flint center. It is close by and convenient. The hotel itself is a bit strange, the elevator has a nightclub feel to it and all the decoration is all gray. The room is clean and comfortable. The pool is very small but the gym is decent, and all in all I think it was a good choice for what I needed.

Service was good. It definitely felt like it catered to a younger crowd. The room was very nice and the WiFi was free. Breakfast options felt lacking, though (especially in the breakfast buffet)

Bar review: Cool atmosphere in the bar with changing color led lights all over bar. Nice outdoor patio. A cool evening though and nobody turned on the heaters or fireplace. I could have asked them to turn heaters/fireplace on but I was busy talking and it would be nice if we didn't have to ask. I went for a group event and the bar provided special happy hour prices all night for our event. $5 for a beer and $6 for wine. Good prices. Recommended for a group event in the bar. I would expect bar would be lightly attended if you don't bring your own friends.
