• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and

Fantastic hotel! The swimming pool was amazing, the breakfast can't be better, you have everything that you wished, with an amazing view of the pool and the amazing garden. The hotel was super clean, and everyone was so friendly with a genuine smile. I will surely recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

One of the best, if not the best, place to stay in Phoenix! It's spectacular grounds are location immediately adjacent to the Biltmore Fashion Plaza which has a lot of good food and clothing boutiques. The rooms are elegant, the food is delicious, and the amenities are incredible. I hope to stay here again soon! :)

A very classy place to stay, relax and do business. The pools are a good size and each offers a nice bar nearby, some within a few steps of the water. The rooms are nice and quiet, well-stocked and maintained. The staff is friendly and went the extra mile, leaving a small treat for my wife and I when we returned from a shopping trip. Great food and shopping is nearby. If you don’t valet, there is a large parking garage near the entrance. The conference rooms in the business center are a good size and there is a small office supply store for last-minute needs, too. Here and throughout the center, staff is at-the-ready to assist when needed.

What an experience! Aside from the debacle of parking, the staff is gracious and willing to help, they truly exemplify what customer service is about. Our accommodations were stellar, the room service was too notch and the grounds were well kept, even though is was raining the whole time. Highly recommended if you have the means, it's a journey into the past, with highlights of the Phoenix of the old days. Elegant and lively, I feel like Sinatra could be playing downstairs at any moment (which was one of the many legends of this beautiful property) a definite must see!

Beautiful resort! The pool area has a great vibe, with live music. We rented a cabana, which included a private indoor area with a bathroom and shower, fridge, couches, etc. The staff was excellent and we had an amazing time. The room was large and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Helped with an event here. All the managers and staff were pleasant to work with. I had no issues and things went as they should. The pool bar is good, those beyond the counter could be more well informed of presence though. Will be back and will have a good working relationship for my friends and all at this nice hidden and quaint resort setting. Thank you So Team and Management.

Amazing resort!! The beds in the rooms are super comfortable, and everything is very clean. The resort has all types of recreation areas, including a fully equipped gym, spa, several pools and restaurants as well. While you’re there, you can participate in the activities they hold every day for all ages, they have fitness classes and clinics, contests, tours, and many more. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There are not enough stars to give this marvelous hotel. It's not only stunningly beautiful, but also possesses the aura of a romantic charm from a by- gone era when the rich and famous referred to it as the jewel of the desert. It has all the modern amenities you need for business, comfy rooms, fun food shops and delicious food.

The workers were very nice and helpful. The service was great. The buildings were kept up and outside maintenance was up to par. The pool was clean and bid so there was no running into anyone. All in all it was a great experience.

My husband and I stayed here after our wedding a few weeks ago. And the hotel staff treated us so well! Since they knew it was our honeymoon, they left rose petals and chocolate covered strawberries in our room and at brunch the next morning, rose petals on our table. Such a delightful treat! The restaurants here serve amazing food and are able to accommodate all kinds of dietary needs. Originally I wasn't interested in the Sunday brunch but I'm very glad we went. The assortment of food was surprising and they even had a small menu of hot foods that were incredibly creative and delicious. The grounds (although very hot since it was Arizona heat) were enjoyable to explore during the day and at night. Obviously the architecture is interesting. Many places to just lounge around with a smoothie both inside and outside. The live music in the lobby was excellent. This is truly a magical place and I cannot wait until we can stay here again.

First time back here in almost 20 years. Not overly impressed with the remodel, but all Frank Lloyd Wright buildings eventually show their age. The new design is a decent nod to the original, but it has a more modern, albeit necessary, feel to it that is somewhat disappointing. We had lunch in Frank & Albert's restaurant. The food was very good, the service as super friendly & attentive. Worth a return visit should we be in the area again.

I was so disappointed with the staff and accommodations. They put us in a villa, which would have been great if the air conditioning would get below 80 - 85 degrees. The first night they bought us a fan. The next day we asked 3 times to have maintenance look at the air. Finally at 6 in the evening they told me they were going to change the filter. Are you kidding me!! He finally said, he would talk to management because the ac guy left an hour ago. They finally sent someone with a new room key. He was nice enough to help us pack and move. He was surprised they put us in the villa because it’s been so hot. They don’t rent the villa when it hot. Never in the summer because they can’t cool them. That was the most upsetting. Every staff member I talked to about the air seemed so shocked it we 80+ degrees the night before. They knew they wouldn’t be able to cool the room but tried to pacify me with a fan and new filter. Half of our three day getaway was spent uncomfortable. The hotel is beautiful but deceiving the customer is unacceptable.

Absolutely beautiful. Very large resort property with lots of great things to do. Lawn chess, pools, hot tubs, bean bag toss, tennis courts basketball court, small kids play area, water slide, wet bar, restaurants, bars, full golf course, putt putt golf, driving range, shopping, spa, salon, massage spa, flower gardens, and more. Very friendly staff, comfortable spacious rooms, easy check-in, and best of all the concierge staff is amazing. Highly recommended, had a amazing time while here.

The hotel is nice but the rooms are average and old.
The location is peaceful, no traffic noise. The grounds are huge, and the restaurants are fairly nice.
There is unfortunately, nothing that speaks "this is true luxury".

I've stayed in nicer hotels above and below the same price point.

Was here for Passover. We have been going for years now. Always a pleasure to stay at this gorgeous hotel. In my opinion, it is one of the best in the world. The hotel has huge open spaces which are great to walk around in. It's extremely dog friendly which is great since the dogs love the grounds. I recommend staying in the paradise wing because of it's close vicinity to the Pool and spa.

Easy to give this a 5-Star rating. Love this place. Love he Frank Lloyd Wright feel, gardens, multiple pools, vibe, the whole thing. Try it. You won’t be disappointed. Had a small issue first night and they went out of their way to make it right, which they did. Will come back for sure.

Absolutely gorgeous grounds, with equally beautiful room accommodations. Superb customer service, very attentive to making sure our stay was as perfect as possible. Concierge was quite helpful and got us great seats at an Arizona Diamondbacks game. It was extremely hot when we were there, however we availed ourselves to their spa services which were also 5 star. There gift shop in the hotel sells their name brand line of body wash and lotion which is signature scent. It smells terrific so I had to bring some back home. If you like to play golf this hotel is adjacent to a very nice course, the concierge will book your tee times.

The resort grounds are beautiful and the staff was great. Only reason I’m marking down one star was because of the location of our room. I booked the cottage with fire pit for a getaway because they looked more secluded and private. However we ended up with cottage H which was right on the main court and the fire pit was not private at all, it was literally just on a sidewalk out side our room. Besides that the room was very nice and clean.

Very beautiful, historic hotel. Great for families or a romantic getaway as there is plenty of activities to do on-site for all ages! Rooms are pretty and designed to the style of the hotel, rooms are tucked away with some having patio access to pool area. Biltmore area outdoor shopping mall and fine dining just blocks from the hotel.
Also a fantastic space for a meeting or conference !

Nice clean rooms. Everything smelled so nice outdoors at the resort. I'm assuming flowers in bloom? Property was very difficult to locate. Very inconvenient self park. Very far from front entrance and always a detour to the parking garage due to events making it even further. Wouldn't have been a big deal if it was free, but it is paid parking. Also paid $58 for breakfast for two at Frank and Alberts that was just alright. Many more places to have a better breakfast at a fraction of the price.

A visit here is a nice complement to the nearby Tailesin West. Have dinner at Frank & Albert's and tour the marvelous grounds. I didn't stay overnight this trip, but the rooms are equally marvelous. The grounds and lobby areas are filled with originals and replicas of Frank Lloyd's work.

Be sure to make a reservation for dinner. The gift shop has unique items not available on line.

Beautiful spaced designed by Arthur MacDonald and with stylistic consulting from Frank Lloyd Wright. The staff are very helpful, rooms are immaculate and the grounds and facilities are stunning. Health club has lots of equipment with soaking tubs, sauna, steam room in men’s and women’s locker rooms.

Families, retirees, newlyweds and the rich and famous clientele make for an interesting vibe. The grounds, pools, gardens and building make for a lovely place to relax and be.

BUT, the sink stoppers didn’t fit, the self parking is paid and doesn’t allow unlimited in/out ($4 short term, 12 overnight), the usb charging port didn’t work on one side of bed, service was slow and food expensive and uninspired at Wright Bar.

So in short sometimes it feels like a oasis of beauty and charm in the hustle of modern Phoenix and sometimes it feels like an overpriced hotel.

If it is in your price range it is a fun splurge. But there are certainly other great ways to explore the beauty of Scottsdale and Phoenix that are easier on the budget and even further removed from the bustle of life.

This place is hands down the best place to stay in Phoenix. The rooms are simply beautiful. The level of comfort is a true indulgence. Excellent room service. I’m an early morning coffee drinker and each morning had it brought up to the room. It was perfect!! Food is excellent and the service here will blow you away. They think of everything. It’s gorgeous inside and out. You can’t go wrong staying here.

It's a very unique and peaceful place. We stayed here in Summer, and we really loved our two days here. Our room was well equipped, spacious enough, and the bed was comfortable. Staffs were very friendly as well. I heard that the pool here is very popular, so I will probably come again in Summer for sure. We also plan to have a very special day here soon, and I am sure that we will have a great time!

This resort is beautiful. Went here to meet up with a friend from out of town. Beautiful, beautiful resort. Golf course, shopping, clubhouse, meeting building. This is my second visit. The first visit we were delayed hours getting into a room. The room was not as expected. We ultimately-after waiting another 1 hour- checked into a very nice room. This year we requested the same room. This of course did not happen. The manager was very unapologetic.
Great architecture
Very good food and food service.
Excellent wine and beverages director
Lousy business office

And good luck getting poolside service. I have asked 2 staff that send a server and have been waiting 20 minutes to order

Beautiful resort with great food and an amazing staff. I felt like I was off on a vacation outside of the States but I was right in Arizona. Wonderful place and highly recommended. Came here for a four day conference and absolutely loved it. It's relatively close to the airport but feels like a secluded getaway. Our room in the Cocatilla section was great and the concierge lounge downstairs had a great selection of drinks and appetizers in the evening. I was "working" the whole time I was here, but I definitely want to go back to appreciate the comfortable, leisurely pace here, as well as the romantic atmosphere. Service was phenomenal. The only issue we had was that the bar seemed to be struggling to keep up with the chaos that the conference brought, but they were gracious and comped our drinks and appetizers to apologize. Will definitely return at some point to fully appreciate it.

This was a nice property. It's the kind of place where they've been relying on their history to carry them though. Don't get me wrong, it is still very unique and interesting, it could just use a little extra love. The rooms were remodeled but the toilets are horrible. At least mine was. The food at Wrights was very good but didn't live up to the price tag. Elevators are showing disrepair. Grand ballroom is a little outdated. Overall still a decent place to go.

Can't really go wrong with the Frank Lloyd Wright themed grounds. Just about any room in this place is in an awesomely created building. The food is good and the staff is friendly but they "get you" with pricey options for food and drink which you have to use unless you are able to leave the campus-like property. It's beautiful though, and the HJ's are some of the best staff provided amenities in all of Phoenix.

Many of my relatives are members of the Biltmore. We love to walk around the grounds and visit the shops in the main courtyard area. The restaurants and bars are amazing (with the exception of the swim-up bar which is adequate. But hey, a swim up bar is a luxury in and of itself and doesn't need to be anything special.)

Staying here for a conference, and so far so good. The staff seem friendly as many will greet you as they pass by. The room I stay in is clean and well organized. It's nothing that has blown me away, but it's very nice. I haven't eaten anything on the property as it all seems entirely way overcharged. Overall, I'd stay here again!

This is such an amazing place with awesome views and the friendliest staff. We stayed at Ocatilla, which is basically a hotel within the hotel. The suite was immaculate with a balcony with mountain views. You have access to the Club Lounge with complementary beer, wine, breakfast and refreshments throughout the day. The pools were great as well. I would definitely recommend the Arizona Biltmore to anyone.

The Arizona Biltmore is effortlessly relaxing. So many pools to choose from... my 2 year old even had her favorite (which also happened to be Marilyn Monroe's favorite pool). I highly recommend the historical tour if you're interested in history, architecture and tales of famous guests who have stayed here.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were celebrating our anniversary and they sent us champagne and chocolates! Really cool, different place to stay! Upon checking in, they gave us a signature key/bottle opener as a token of appreciation. While staying there, Get the signature tequila sunrise as often as possible, it is a great drink with a great history! Due to the renovations this summer, we got a great deal, but unfortunately the main building was closed. The staff made up for it with golf cart rides you could request via text, as well as any other need which was nice. It felt like I was staying back in time during a hot and hazy summer of the 1960s or something. The pool was great with a really unique slide, and the smaller side pools were nice as well. My only negatives are that the breakfast buffet seemed quite over priced for what it was, and we had to call to get ice in the cottages (which could take a while).

The Arizona Biltmore is that rare luxury property that values it's history and architecture over glitz and opulence. Friendly staff, well maintained grounds and Frank Lloyd Wright inspired architecture combine for a relaxing and contemplative experience. And there is a modest, but notable, effort to reduce waste and promote recycling and energy conservation (more please!). Great pools also (love the historic Catalina Pool as well as the waterslide at the Paradise pool).

I have been here several times and always look forward to my stay.

This hotel is more like a resort. The grounds are immaculate and there are many activities to fill your days (golf, swimming, tennis, spa). The rooms are comfortable (a little warm in the summer) and well appointed. The location is convenient to much of Phoenix. Expect resort prices, but also expect a great experience!

We had an amazing experience. My family of 4 came to stay for a night on an inclusive package. We had a couple of issues during our first meal but we were treated like royalty for the remainder of the trip and felt appreciated and like they truly were concerned about the issues we experienced. Only rated 4 stars due to the overcrowded and loud pool conditions and somewhat rude staff at the pool bar. Outside of this, our room was clean and beautiful and food was delicious. We will return. 😊

Every employee was extremely friendly. The hotel was luxurious and clean. Food and drink were delicious. The room was extremely comfortable. We stayed in a cottage. The air conditioner didn't seem to drop the room temperature below 81 degrees, but it is mid summer and the room was still comfortable while sleeping cool due to the low crm rate blowing directly on to the bed for nice cool breeze. My no girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay and we wished we didn't have to leave.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around...

More of the rich white man's getaway. Lots of million-dollar neighborhoods with nice cars and golf courses as far as the eye can see. The "hotel" is nice and the activities for the guests are rather refreshing. Fitness center was great and the food tastes fairly decent, but beware of the $$$. Overall, this is more of a neighborhood club rather than a hotel/resort.

A beautiful location. Nice facilities. My only complaint is that the bathrooms are way too small. When you have a conference you need more stalls and you need a hallway big enough for people to walk in and out, especially if there aren't enough stalls and there is a big line. The toilets made a weird noise and maybe because it was so small, it did not smell as nice as it should. :)

The "hotel" is nice and the activities for the guests are rather refreshing. Fitness center was great and the food tastes fairly decent, but beware of the $$$. Overall, this is more of a neighborhood club rather than a hotel/resort.

Amazing property well managed and maintained. Staff was so super nice, helpful, and informative on services and amenities. Food experiences were great. 24 hour pools and hot tubs were also the best ever. Will return as soon as time allows.

This resort is beautiful. Went here to meet up with a friend from out of town. Beautiful, beautiful resort. Golf coarse, shopping, clubhouse, meeting building. Rooms are huge, nice walking space, not crowded, room service serves full meals and drinks whatever you like. They also have valet service or self parking.

It's located in a lively area of uptown Phoenix. The hotel is very classy and has a lot of rich history. The architecture is astounding as well as the grounds. The rooms are nice, spactious, and well-designed. The service is good. Sometime it's very busy and the quantity of staff is lower than maybe it should be, but that doesn't happen very often. It's a common place for events and live music. The drinks and food are spectacular!

The property itself was beautiful. I came for a work conference and is the first time I've been to AZ. The staff is supper friendly and helpful except the gift shop lady she was a total bit$!. I stayed for 3 nights. My room was kept very clean by the maid staff. The beds are cozy but I was not in my room a lot. Overall a great stay.

Wondering rooms with great staff and service. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure the stay is a memorable and pleasant one. I attended for a work event over a free days in April. I had a first floor room in Valley which was very nice. Sounded like others at event had a larger room but mine had a garden view and was colorful and beautiful. The architect of Frank Lloyd Wright can be seen thought it and makes for a unique setting. Food at the events was great and a large variety. Through enjoyed my stay.

This hotel and it's history was amazing. My son loved the pool slide, which is where he spent most of his time. The kids "arcade" could certainly use an upgrade/update. It's a room about 10x10, with a few chairs in it. The rooms were nice, beds very soft and comfortable!!

The AZ Biltmore, home to vacationing Presidents. Definitely a 5 Star hotel.
I do wish they advertised thier food obtains better. Left b to go off property several nights before I realized the had food service at the bar. Restaurant was too fancy for business traveler dinning alone.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around...

Loved staying at the hotel. Restaurants were great. Pool and grounds were beautiful. Our room was recently updated. Only problem we had was my husband got stung by a scorpion that was in our bathroom. We called down to the front desk and they sent up staff to dispose of the scorpion. Medical staff also gave my husband ice packs and lotion for the sting bite. We ended up receiving a complimentary dinner from management. Would recommend the hotel as the hotel and staff were great.

Just popped in for a drink and lunch. Gorgeous hotel designed by one of Frank Lloyd Wrights pupils. Beautiful grounds and delicious food. Sunday buffet is to die for!

High Tea with Kevin at the Biltmore is one of my favorite things to do in Phoenix. His enthusiasm is contagious, and his knowledge of tea continues to boggle my mind, even though we have been going for years now. Service is outstanding, food is delicious, and the setting is beautiful. Literally nothing bad to say. I hope I can continue to make high tea an annual, if not more frequent, even.

Went here for our company's holiday party. Overall a good experience. Room was well done and large enough. Dance floor was good. Two issues was some gruff staff and one of our group dishes was cold.

This hotel is amazing. Beautifully decorated and lots to do. Very conveniently located, it's a 15 minute drive to pretty much anywhere. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. There's a bar lounge that's nice to hang out in and the gym is very nice!

Had the first room on the left, I hear there's a lot of history in that building. It was very beautiful and we had a lawn outside to hang out afterwards. The whole building and facility is top notch. Only bad part was bad service from one bartender. All other employees were phenomenal.

Iattended this Arizona School Board Assoc. annual meeting and stayed 2 nights at the Biltmore. Items been lovely!
When I first started here I'm 2012 I was quite disappointed. Not this time. The rooms are recently beautiful renovated with peaceful and soothing colors and fabrics. The bath had exceptionally good lighting. Everything about the room is wonderful.
I've sad several banquet meals and the good had been delicious - not an easy thing when serving 500
Check-in and out had been easy with plenty of staff on hand. All staff have been especially friendly and attentive.
This had been a GREAT stay!

Very nice higher end hotel in the Hilton family. Very comfortable bed. Everything in the on-site restaurants is a bit pricey. The hotel ballrooms are a bit rundown and older in the old side of the hotel. Sleeping rooms are not affordable. Very nice high-end hotel though if you can afford it. Sunday brunch was good in the on-site restaurant.

I attended an event hosted by my company in the Aztec room, which was amazing! The staff were all very courteous and the room itself was spacious and beautiful. The food was also excellently prepared and plentiful!

Raised my star rating because they did try to make things better, but I have to say for a Waldorf Astoria property, they really need to renovate and refresh the resort, particularly the grounds, interior hallways, and outside signage as it's all very confusing and outdated. Pros are the beautiful architecture and great pool. As one of the most famous hotels in the world, Hilton should treat this hotel as the gem it is and put as much money as it takes to make it compete with the other 5 star properties in the area which are much fresher and newer.

Great hotel. Very clean and we had a suite so our room was spacious.

The bathroom comes with two Toca Berry robes which are the best in my opinion. They supply guests with Salvatore Ferragamo shampoo and conditioner which is awesome.

They offer room service and surprising, include room service meals for your pets.

The only downfall for us .....

The hotel itself is huge and we found it difficult to find places in the hotel since signs to different wings and buildings were confusing or did not exist making it frustrating since most of the walking and getting lost is outside in the blistering heat.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We rented a cabana and have been hanging out by the pool all day. This has been a wonderful place for our "stay-cation!"

The rooms are beautiful and the staff is fabulous! I would highly recommend this hotel. The price is great this time of year, so I have absolutely no complaints, only compliments!!!

Our suite was lovely, spacious, and beds and pillows were comfortable. The valets are super nice about taking our kids, me, and all our stuff across the resort to our rooms when I am by myself. Room service food is great. It is difficult to call front desk and reach anyone but they provide a number to text and that helps. Giant lawn chessboard is fun and pools and fountains are lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

This historic place is one of a kind. Absolutely worth a visit. Any fan of Frank Lloyd Wright can learn a lot about him, his style, and his colleagues here. A stroll around the grounds will reveal numerous fascinating architectural details. Interesting historical exhibits may be seen in the lobby area. Seasonal and promotional discounts are available.

Frank Lloyd Write did not design this hotel. The formal architect of record is Chase McArthur. Frank Lloyd write was an on-site consultant for 4 months for his work with textile blocks AKA bricks. Which also leads to confusion and folk lore surrounding the design of the textile blocks. FLW didn't design those either.

Great hotel. Great food. Great service. Just don't believe the Frank Lloyd Wright hype.

Absolutely horrible experience. Very disappointed and a huge waste of money. The rooms need to be updated. The service was poor. I am currently waiting for extra pillows and it has been over 50 minutes. This is not a "Biltmore" quality Hilton. This should be a "Garden Inn" Hilton.
