My family and I loved this hotel! Very close to shopping and the metro (about a 3 minute walk), and close to Notre Dame and the Louvre (about a 10 minute walk each). The staff was also amazing! Very welcoming and gave great advice on touring the city! Definitely recommend.

Superb hotel. Been staying here regularly for 12yrs. Thought about trying others but then why change when the service is so good and always receive a warm welcome. Freshly refurbished and now even better.

Don't expect something fancy. A quiet lodge in the middle of the city. Near to Louvre and Notre Dame. Near to Seine river. Breakfast is basic but croissants are fresh. Plenty of dining options nearby.

Literally one of the best run hotels I've ever experienced. The staff went above and beyond and then above again. However, if you're considering their breakfast, my advice would be investing in a nearby cafe. The price point is a little off. It doesn't impact my overall impression of this place, though. It's an easy 5/5. The location is ABSOLUTELY perfect. (I've been to over 60 countries and hundreds of different hotels) Also, I very rarely right a review, but this place warrants one. Uber from CDG is €40-60. 6-8 minute walk to the louvre. 30 minutes to the base of the Eiffel tower. Money very well spent.

Fabulous location, very close to the Louvre and subway. Great restaurants close by as well. Staff speak English and are really friendly.

Excellent service, staff were very accommodating. The room was well equipped with a comfortable bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and plenty of power outlets. A big plus is that the entire property is non-smoking, a welcome oasis in Europe.

I love this charming hotel in Paris, France. The staff was excellent. Especially Elodie who was at the front desk. The rooms were pristine and comfortable. The shower was state of the art. Walking distance to the Louvre. I highly recommend it .

Wow wow wow. Lovely hotel rooms with just about everything you could want. The staff were fantastic and maybe the best customer service we have ever received from a hotel. My wife left a small piece of make up when we checked out and before we were half way to the euro tunnel the lovely staff emailed us asking if we wanted them to post it back to us. How great does customer service get. Would go back time and time again

Good and nice hotel in the center of Paris.Metro is just by, and everything is at walking distance. It has some modern features like USB charging plugs, nice shower, and fun toilets, most people do not have those at home! The only minus is the breakfast, bread is frozen and they finish baking it. While there is a backery just round the corner with fresh bread.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was clean and beautiful. The location was amazing. I loved it. The front desk person Elodie was so awesome. With her help we were able to get to other destinations like the palace of Versailles so easy with public transportation. It saved us 40 euros because of her help. She made our trip outstanding. Not to mention the hotel is top notch. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

We were due to reside at this location for 8days and wasnt treated with top customer service from all who are employed there. The rooms were small and the maid service was substandard. She kept coming back to clean when it was just 9am and we, then, allowed her to come in, only to spot clean our room and not refilling the travel size bath gels and lotion. Then, we had to beg for extra coffee, (cafe) & tea for the room as i explained that i Love coffee and wanted extra, General manager told me that would be an extra charge, WHAT?? You got to be joking!!!! Then, the exit of the property wasnt courteous, the Front desk clerk knew something was wrong and wanted to ask me 10 question related to my early departure- wanted to know WHERE i was going, did i NEED a ride to the Airport etc. No!!!! I'm going siteseeing. He charged me an extra night's fee due to early cancellation without notice. Thats fine. You lost $1000 because of approximately $20 worth of coffee/tea I wanted OVER my 8day span. Go explain that to corporate as I'm sure they will want to know why an 8 day stay was suddenly interrupted??? I will be sending corporate a letter as well. We have moved to a 4 star property based upon reviews and im so glad i did. And the 4 star is cheaper than the 3 star you claim to be. Wow. My 1st time in Paris but it's all good. We are glad for all experiences and we spend money where we are welcomed. Not here Ever. Happy Service in the Customer dept. Btw, the clerk tried to charge me for breakfast that i never Signed up for. We dont know why breakfast have to be $19 Euros and YOUR rooms are $266/ night and we are Premier Rewards Members.

Perfect location, lovely staff and rooms are lovely after the recent renovation. Bathroom immaculate and nice touch with heated toilet seat, heated towel rack and daily room clean. A bath would have been nice, and the shower did not get as hot as I would have liked.

Nice hotel. New renovations. Nice view of the city and was relatively quiet. Wish they had better breakfast options but was still nice. Attached photo is view from room.

Great location is all that I can say for this place. A general lack of attention to detail is my overall feeling about the service. A couple of items during our stay: We weren't made aware that it was undergoing a renovation, and the fire alarm went off at 6:30am but there was no announcement that it was all clear so I had to go to the front desk to inquire.

The hotel is quite simple but very comfortable and nice. All the attendances are lovely and very helpful people. The breakfast that is served in a other place near the hotel is fantastic, very nice food. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The new updated rooms were great, however the construction outside and inside the lobby makes it look unpleasant for the time being. But overall room and location wise it has been good.

Rooms were decent and location was great, but would not recommend staying here until the renovations are completed. The continental breakfast was subpar at best and inside the dimly lit basement of the hotel. Out morning breakfasts were complimented with the sound of jackhammers and nail pounding by the construction crew. Would not recommend.

Best customer service in Central Paris. It's a very nice small hotel with warm, friendly & helpful employees. The room given to me was newly remodeled with all the amenities. Bed was very comfortable, one of the few times i actually got a good nights sleep. The location was close to the metro/train stations, shopping and attractions. I was able to walk around easily and felt safe. its just a few meters to Rue La Rivoloi (50). I adore the Pont Neuf location and citi isle with Notre Dame, Concierge & St. Chappelle. The Louvre is 10 min. walk or you can take the metro- 2 stops. The cafe's near the hotel are charming. This is the perfect hotel for taking in Paris at your leisure. Tres Bien!

If your wanting hotel breakfast, check the details before you book, but if you hit the town for food you'll be best served with a much bigger selection and even better pricing. Hotel was $200 night both times I stayed and the lower advertised pricing is only available through online bookings. My next visit to Paris, I would stay here again.

The world's smallest elevator and the tiniest rooms. The location is very good and rates are reasonable, for Paris.

Room was small and we had to keep the lights on during the day time. If your booking a room, request a street facing room for better light. The toilet was not cleaned in the four days we were there, however the staff were very friendly and the location is excellent.

The small rooms are not THAT small. Comfortable, great location, really nice and helpful people. A lot of homeless people nearby (common in Paris). Safe.
