WWF

WWF aims to build a future where human needs are met in harmony with nature.

It is focused around 6 ambitious goals with people at the center:
WWF's work has evolved from saving species and landscapes to addressing the larger global threats and forces that impact them. Recognizing that the problems facing our planet are increasingly more complex and urgent. The new strategy puts people at the center and organizes our work around six key areas: forests, marine, freshwater, wildlife, food and climate. By linking these six areas in an integrated approach, WWF can direct all resources to protecting vulnerable places, species and communities worldwide.

People are at the center because together we can change the trajectory of the threats to nature, and help ensure nature's ability to provide - for the sake of every living thing, including ourselves. To accomplish goals, WWF works to educate and influence people into making sustainable choices and decisions, including those who work in business and make decisions around the use of natural resources, and those who work in government and set policy that impacts nature.

Nice location facing the Atlantic Ocean with Chatham Sand Bars protecting it from Ocean wave and Rip current making the bay as quite as it could be. Well manicured garden and service on the lounging bar area was great.

My husband and I recently stayed here to celebrate our honeymoon. While the staff and amenities were nice we found the entire experience slightly underwhelming. We were told check in was 4 and had to wait around until 5:30 to receive our keys. Three different groups of friends tried to send surprises to the room (chocolate covered strawberries, champagne and make your own mimosas) and each came with an issue - two had no cards so no idea who it was from - the mimosa bar was forgotten to be delivered in the morning so it was delivered at night (!?). We also rented a cabana for a day (which is not cheap) and it was broken! The zipper on one side would not go up (and it was windy and would have been preferable). Maybe these seem like small incidents, but this was an expensive stay.

This is as close to the perfect resort as you can find. A five star experience in every respect. Rooms are stunning, food is delicious and over the top, service is first rate - professional and bend over backwards helpful. I've stayed at luxury resorts all over the globe and the Chatham Bars in is world class in every respect. Kudos to Gary Thulander and his team for a job well done. We will be back!

Wonderful place to relax ; great setting. Staff very friendly & helpful. Make sure you get to the beach & swim as opposed to the pool. Cannot comment on the food as couldn't get a table during our short stay which speaks to the popularity of the place. If we come to this part of NE again this is where the wife & I would look to stay.

Come have a drink and watch the ocean on the front veranda. It's a perfect place to grab a cocktail at the end of the day with your loved ones and it's family friendly. During the summer the place gets packed during the early evening. Other than that the property is truly something special: make sure to go down to the pool and rent out a cabana.

I had an amazing experience at this location. The atmosphere is one of a kind, paired with more of a "high class" vibe. I felt like I was truely cared for by the staff, making sure my ever want/need was attended to. I will be returning next year for another outstanding visit. 10/10 highly recommend.

The service and everything was wonderful! I ordered the mussels and most were delicious, but some we're unopened (mussels should open when cooked). They should have all been checked before being sent out. But those that were opened we're delicious!

Extremely elegant and high class. Menu items are from a very short range of options (about 4 picks per course). Delicious and beautiful preparation. Stellar and unique dessert options not found elsewhere. A great choice for a special celebratory occasion, but be prepared to lay down some serious cash in exchange for the wonderful experience here.

We did not stay here but did enjoy drinks with the most beautiful on a huge patio! It was seriously so gorgeous and the staff was very attentive to us. If you are looking for a great place for appetizers and drinks, this is it! Prices are high but so it the quality. You get what you pay for!

Came to CBI for the first time in 10 years and enjoyed lunch at the beach house with my wife. It was fun seeing what changed and what's still the same since I last stayed here. The views are still breathtaking and the service very friendly and professional even though it was very busy as is typical for a summer week. There were also some nice updates including a new patio/bar area next to the Veranda (maybe this has been here for some time).

I had dinner on the veranda at the Chatham Bars Inn. The menu was more limited than I expected, but they had some interesting choices. I had the burrata salad which was delicious. The goat cheese flat bread was good but nothing special. The best things about the dining experience were the views of the beach and the wait staff. The servers were friendly and personable. When asked about their opinions on choices, they honestly shared what they knew and did not know. I feared the way they describe themselves as an elite hotel would mean that the servers would act more reserved. Instead they seemed to adjust to their customers demeanor. At least they did for me. Valet parking made that part of the experience easy.

This is the quintessential cape cod resort. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff, excellent food, fantastic spa are just a few of the exceptionally things you will find here. Also complimentary boat shuttle to quiet, soft Sandy Beach! Outdoor bar with fire pits and pool area with cabanas. When the flowers are blooming, it is the icing on the cake! Complete cape cod experience.

A truly excellent experience. Would highly recommend getting a spa room. Includes a sauna, steam shower, tub, and fire place. The turn down service was truly ninja like and every time we went for an extended leave our room was brought to its original condition. Visit off season to experience the tranquility of the winter.

Overpriced and overrated. Stayed 2 nights in a cottage. Bed mattress was soft and uncomfortable. Left in the AM at 8 and returned at 2 and the room still wasn’t attended to! At that point, it was like don’t bother to do it. I put the do not disturb sign up so we could nap. We reused the towels. Didn’t bother to eat or drink there because there are more reasonable price options elsewhere. If you are rich and have money to burn this place is for you. Otherwise, for half the price you can do just as well for accommodations

This place is absolutely gorgeous, valet parking, chandeliers everywhere! My work did our office party there and the food was absolutely amazing, the staff was extremely professional and the inside was decorated beautifully! Just to give you a sense of the fanciness even the bathrooms were very nice, each stall had an actual door, and you dried your hands with linen cloths, lol!

I came here for a drink with three friends on a quiet Saturday night. We walked into the bar area to look for a seat. There were only two seats at the bar, so we asked if we could be seated at a table in the bar area. Now, this seems like an easy request, but for some reason we couldn't get a straight answer out of the two staff members we asked. One of the staff members was sitting nearby, socializing with some of the hotel guests, ignoring the rest of the patrons. So, we sat at a nearby table, unsure of where to place our order. The hostess was nowhere to be found when we had come in, but after a few minutes she came by and told us we were fine to sit at the table and that someone would be out soon to take our order. So we ordered drinks a few minutes later, no problem. We got our drinks, and 10-15 minutes later our server brought us the check. We were not even a quarte of the way through our drinks. We said nothing, but looked at each other in confusion. We had given no indication that we were only staying for one drink or that we were in a rush to close out, and our server had not even asked if we would like another round. So we were a little thrown by this, and felt uncomfortable. We let the check sit, as we were not planning to leave for a while. A few minutes later, our server came back to collect the check and we had to stop her from taking it because we had not put a card down yet. All of this made us feel unwelcome, and we tried to figure out the situation after leaving - was it our ages (We are all 22), was it the way we were dressed (sweaters and jeans, but we had not been the only patrons attired this way)? We couldn't quite figure out why we had received this treatment, but nevertheless we were left with a bad taste. The drinks were ok, nothing to write home about - New York prices but not New York quality. The restrooms were sorely disappointing for such a lovely hotel. (The valet gets 5 stars; he was lovely.) Overall, a bit of a strange experience. I would recommend this place for wealthy, white 50-somethings who enjoy making small talk in hushed tones.

Stay at East Wind Cottage! (ocean view side, obvs) I just had the privilege of spending two nights in East Wind Cottage, room 292 -- the view of the beach and ocean from my living room was stunning. Best property on Cape Cod. Had lunch and drinks there at the Beach Bar. The swordfish tacos with truffle fries were delicious. The entire staff at the Inn were extremely well trained and provided top notch service. Daniel, the manager, was particularly attentive. 6

Overpriced. Great start, staff was amazing at check-in and every employee we met, outside of Stars, was caring and helpful. However, the allure ended there. Actually ask for a service and it's slow, sometimes nonexistent until you complain. We left the room at 7:30am and came back at 1pm and the room still wasn't made. When they did they left only decaf coffee when we only used regular; I called for replacements which came 3 hours later after our do not disturb sign was on which they ignored. I had gone down to the front desk 2 hours earlier to get replacements which obviously wasn't noted. For the price I expected much better.

Whenever I'm on the cape, the CBI is a must hit. The kitchen is always putting out interesting and tip quality food. And what better compliment than having some of the best cocktails and views in New England? You must visit if you haven't. Time seems to slow down here.

Stayed here during the January 2017 noreastern storm. Came to see the cape outside of the summer months. We were more than pleased with the treatment and experience we had storm and all. We were beyond grateful and delighted by everyone's service especially our waiter, Orlando. Our food, our cottage, the staff were all amazing but Orlando added that special touch as our waiter. He went out of his way to make us feel as though we were the only people he was catering to and explained each and every meal and the intricacies behind it. When we go back it will be to see a familiar face like his while having the best food and experience the cape has to offer, even (surprisingly) in the winter.

We have never visited the cape in the winter and I am so glad we were able to and stay at Chatham Bars Inn. Shockingly there were 120 guests in the dead of winter including a huge storm but the staff made the stay absolutely incredible. Our waiter Orlando went above and beyond to ensure our dining experiences were top notch and made my birthday/anniversary dinner have extra special touches. Everything we ate was phenomenal and cooked to perfection. Everyone knew our name and took care of us during a wild storm. Even though the cape was pretty desolate with it being January, but there are also still local places to visit and shop. An absolute amazing experience and Chatham Bars Inn made our experience perfect.

EXCEPTIONAL Weekend! The stay was so much more than we expected, the staff were willing to go above and beyond. We had dinner in the stars restaurant my husband started of with the oyster stew and then had butter poached lobster, both were FANTASTIC. I had the clam chowder and the roasted chicken I would order the exact same things next time. While we were there we got approx. 14 inches of snow, they had a car service that would take us anywhere we wanted to go, house keeping still provided turn down service in blizzard conditions and when we woke up the next morning they had shoveled all around our car. The Chatham Bars Inn is ALL about the guests and making sure their every need is met. We can't wait to go back, Christine and Dean Richard

My wife and I stopped in on our minimoon. We were just driving through looking around and the doorman told us to come on in despite our exercise clothes. There is one restaurant that has a dress code and one that is more casual. Excellent service, these people understand that it's all about the experience.

Review for lunch on the verandah, lovely spot with great views. Food was excellent, had the crab cake sandwich and it was very tasty, moist and fresh. The service however was a disappointment and no where near what you would expect from such a place. Cocktails took ages, server then seem surprised they had not arrived when we asked, and then it still took time. Food arrived and servers didn't know who ordered what, so it was as round of " who had the fish and chips, who had the crab cakes" etc, basic skill, especially in a high end place. One order was also incorrect, but soon rectified. All in all, nothing major but numerous slip ups that one does not expect.

We are dinner at the Chatham Bars Inn on the Saturday of Labor day weekend. We are in the main dining room, which was beautiful and the service was amazing! My only complaint was in the food sizes. The oyster on the half shell appetizer was delicious, but you only got 5 oysters instead of the usual 6. Also the Scallop entree was 30 dollars for what appeared to be 2 dollars worth of scallops. For those reasons I took one star off of the review.

While we waited for our table, we sat in a beautiful, peaceful cabana on the beach complete with pillows and a couch. We were seated under the awning of the boat house for our lunch and our waiter was very quick and helpful. The lobster roll, and the fish tacos were delicious and well portioned.

Wholly molly it's expensive. Great food, great preparation. Even the vinagrette on the house salad (a pile of lettuces) was great. Service was great. They even brought the kids' dishes early. I had the tuna burger which was a little salty, and wife had the lobster roll which was also well done. I just wish it wasn't insanely expensive, but you do get what you pay for

Fantastic place - the views are superb, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean; the staff is excellent; the food is elegant; the rooms and public areas are lovely and best of all, they are highly supportive of the local community. Second time i was there my husband and i enjoy the grounds and the roll in shower. Had to get a staff member to show us how to work coffee maker. Also needed a refrigrater for meds for my husband had to get another one. Also had to call to have our room clean at 1:00pm next day. New years eve party was great, in the south lounge. Food was the best. Staff one the best teams we ever stay at. Went to the spa very strange chairs not comfortable. Two many people moving around removing the trash. Twice two of the staff were looking for clients that were not there. My treatment was great. We will return soon.

This hotel is just gorgeous. Beautiful views, great rooms, great restaurant. One of the most attentive staffs I have seen at a hotel. We go every year for a getaway during the off-season and it is always perfect. The food is fantastic, the ambiance is outstanding, and the rooms are perfect. If you stay in a spa suite you have no reason to observe any of the other amenities because you have no real reason to leave your room. Put on a robe, order some room service champagne, turn on the fireplace, and start your soak in the hot-tub. You won't regret it.
