• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Staff were helpful overall but man on reception was curt and not inviting sometimes our conversation with other members of staff was lost in translation. Fairly good experience but portion food size was small for me. The movie watched at this experience was too family orientated on a evening dominated by couples. The surroundings were nice and clean but lacked character.

Absolutely fabulous afternoon tea with a lovely glass of champagne. Food was excellent and we were celebrating my friends birthday. They had extra chocolate souffle for him. He enjoyed it but the tea was so good that he could not have everything. Perhaps a little gift, postcard of the hotel would be a lovely momento of the day. Couldn't fault it.

Stayed here for two nights - the room was very nice and quite. Bed and bathroom perfect. Tub in the bathroom. The hotel is very centrally located, so easy transportation on foot from there.
The negative part about my stay was some of the staff being exceptionally unprofessional. I'm not asking for much and can take just about anything - but I had an episode with the vaitors and kitchen staff in the evening dinner restaurant that was simply an embarrasment for the hotel. Apparently the staff thinks that just because you stand behind the counter, then the guests cannot hear was is being said (not that they tried to keep their voices down). Almost every profane word you can think of was used and sometimes even screamed because the were touching / poking each other. Sounded like they were having a party - good for them, but me and the other guests were sending each eyes and shaking our heads. They were really stupid listening to - acting like kids (which some almost were). Totally unprofessional, and not to be expected in a hotel restaurant.
Breakfast staff however were very professional and polite, very nice - complete opposite than the unprofessional evening dinner staff.
So three stars for a nice room, location and breakfast staff.

Very central location in the historic Courthouse building. Good sized rooms with decent Internet, I also found this to be a quiet hotel, which was a nice surprise. Nice bar in the lobby built into some of fhe old holding cells. Nice breakfast place next door.

Gorgeous, hidden away hotel in an old court house. Exotic & luxurious bar serving fab wines, champagne & cocktails. We were there to watch a film in its secret cinema. It was cosy, intimate & very comfortable. I'd definitely go back for dinner & drinks. Fab night in a lovely venue.

It was a lovely hotel in a very ideal location (just opposite carnaby street) right round the corner from Oxford Circus underground station. I had my Christmas party here, we had a beautiful cocktail hour in the bar to the back of the hotel on the same floor as the entrance, we then had a private viewing in their cinema which was spacious and lovely AND we were provided with free popcorn and nibbles as we entered! The toilets are fab! Along with the food that was provided for our three course meal! Can't review the rooms as I didn't stay there but I know they are absolutely stunning, there's an indoor pool and a rooftop section where you can chill and take in the sun and the views!

Courthouse hotel has very nice staff and is pleasant place to stay. It's located just off Regent Street near Oxford Circus station. I quite liked the look of the place, tasty drinks and a good vibe. It's worth checking out the cinema too if you get a chance!

Stayed overnight on route to Gatwick Airport. Only 3 minutes from South Terminal and 6 minutes from North terminal with transport provided from hotel at minimal cost. Also stored car for 2 weeks. All this for £150. Great value. Comfortable room and restaurant facilitys but food and drink rather expensive for my taste. Would highly recommend it if flying out of the country.

We visited here for a cinema experience that we got as a present via Virgin Experiences. The hotel staff were very welcoming, the building clean and the bar was well-stocked with a wide range of drinks. The cinema itself was very cosy and had a good, clear screen and comfortable seating for a large number of people. The cinema boasts a number of screenings throughout the year and cover both relatively new as well as older films. Access throughout the hotel is very good.

Not only does this hotel have amazing history and character, its location across from Carnaby St. makes the stay even more ideal.

My black cab dropped me off and immediately I was greeted by a porter to help me get checked in. The lobby alone has a lot of historic character. There is the old jail cell seating areas for your afternoon cocktail before heading to a pub on Carnaby. My room was very clean and it had a large bathroom. I stay at this location on my London trips as much as possible.

Large room. Nice location
But that's all the positive things said. We both have bad backs this morning from the terrible mattresses. Breakfast was chaos and tasteless. It was as if we'd surprised them by arriving.

We did complain about the beds but very little notice was taken. It's not a cheap hotel. The location is good. And the building is interesting. However there are better places to stay. This hotel needs a bit of refurbishment.

Amazing location off Regent Street, almost directly opposite Liberty of London and just around the corner from bustling Oxford Circus. Plenty to do and see nearby with minimal fuss. Tastefully decorated throughout in a low-key grand if mildly dated fashion, and the front of house staff are helpful and welcoming. The Carnaby restaurant is conveniently located just off the lobby.

Good hotel in a historic building between Soho and Oxford Street. Well appointed rooms and decent bar. The other communal areas look a little dated decor wise, but overall really good.

Fantastic hotel. I loved it here. Right in the middle of soho. There were lots of things to do and go seem right in the theatre district. My only complaint was that multiple times my keycard for the room stopped working and u had to have them reset the key.

Great food and service at Silk and then and enjoyable couple of drinks in the hotel bar. They have left in place little bits and bobs to show it was a courthouse. Little things like the cells which you can reserve and enjoy a drink in. :)

Love the location of the of the hotel, right in the heart of London! Easy to walk to a lot of the main attractions, or if you don't want to walk, take the underground. We had booked a Deluxe King, but our initial room was a Superior King, even though we were told it was a Deluxe as the hotel has different types of Deluxe rooms. After complaining, we were told our room would be changed the following day. Huge difference in the our new room...so check to ensure you are getting the right type of room you are paying for! 3 stars because of this....otherwise would be a higher rating.

Ate at Silk. Very pleasant service, the food is very good and the combination of flavours very surprising. The atmosphere is intmate in a grand court. Only downside was the wedding party happening next doors which was a bit noisy, but apart from that it was a great experience.

Generally ok. It's on one hand well-equipped and furnished, but the hotel could use some refreshing. You could feel its best years have gone. Same level equipment I found in 3-stars hotels that weren't so expensive. No toilet brush, old and rickety ironing set, no hangers. Good breakfast, friendly staff, all good in terms of formal requirements.

The building is steeped in history, as soon as you walk through the doors you can just imagine being placed in a cell and waiting for your time in court. Walking to The Bar you dont expect to see the original cells that once held John Lennon and Oscar Wild in; I think they would have approved of how this courthouse has changed and raised a drink to anti-establishment...perhaps! The restaurant is situated in the actual courtroom with original wood pannelling and you can just picture what happened in those four walls. With this backdrop dovetailed with great food and amazing hospitality you are certainly eating with the stars. I would recommend eating here, but if not, just drinking in a cell will help you reflect how lucky you actually are!

My wife and I enjoyed a Japanese Afternoon Tea in the Silk restaurant. It was delicious and I would highly recommend it. The service was excellent - we were left to enjoy our experience and not imposed on or pestered, and the room had a lovely, quiet vibe that helped elevate the eating and drinking experience.

Attended a showing of Rainman in the hotel Cinema. Great movie and a nice hotel set in a former court house. The bar is in the former jail cells which can be booked out for a small group. Bar was a little pricey with only a selection of bottled beers but the bubbly was lovely.

I attended a screening for an independent film, produced by a friend and colleague. I was throughly impressed with the facilities and ability for a hotel to host 100+ attendees. The hotel is a hidden gem with a beautiful interior and very friendly and welcoming staff at the bar and about the venue.

Came here for one of their movie nights in their mini theatre. It was such an intimate and comfortable space, I loved it! Nice spacious chairs, well sized screen and friendly staff when you arrive. They also sold popcorn when arriving which was a nice touch. Also, get a drink at the bar before you go in as well, such a treat!

Terrible Taxi commission business from reception Staff, I went to have few drinks with my partner in courthouse hotel bar last week, the bar and bar guys were great, also the hotel overall is unique in its own way. But when me and my partner came to reception desk at late night to request a taxi, the guy on reception Jose, ordered a taxi for us to go back to our home. and when we did reach home, the taxi driver charged us £65 for that journey which we usually pay around £25 to £30. I thought there is something fishy about it. so I decided to investigate it, and I took the cab company's number from cab driver which is swift cars, and called the company to check how much they charge from oxford circus to my place which is near Heathrow, I said Oxford circus because its a minute walk from the hotel (i purposely don't wanted to take hotel's name). and guess what they said its £28!! then after doing some research about it, i found out that this reception staff or may be that particular individual with whom we booked a cab charges a huge amount of commission in every cab booked for guests and the worst part i figured it is the commission money is more than double than what those poor taxi drivers gets for each ride they book. I think this is a total rip off of the hotel guests in the name of customer service, i m not sure management of this hotel is involved in this commission business, but anyways an advice to people who read the reviews DONT book the cab through reception.

Our group went during a quiet period so we managed to get one of the dimly-lit Prison Cells to have drinks in. A cool experience, oddly cozy..! The cocktails are Legal-themed, and are a treat for sure. I highly recommend the Sweet Escape and Liquid Apple Pie cocktails. The food was also very nice. Staff are super friendly and polite too. Overall a really nice place to visit with a group.

Very attentive staff who were very polite. The quality of food was very good and the selection was wide enough so you don't go hungry!! Not a wide range of different teas but you have the option of coffees. The smoked salmon open sandwich was my favourite in the savouries. The scones were prefect as well as the chocolate dessert. All in all value for money!

I'm not sure if the sheets had been changed when we checked in. There was hair and mascara on them. The mini bar was oven. The night stand kamp didn't work, only half a roll of toilet paper and no kleenexes in the room. We were here a couple of years ago and had a much more pleasant stay then (it was back when you got a warm cookie at check in - why did you take that out?). Definately not a 5-Star hotel experience anymore. Breakfast was ok though. 3-4 Stars max and absolutely not ok with the dirty sheets at check in.

Overpriced for what you get, and needs someone with an eye for detail to bring it up to any where near a 4* hotel, dirty water stained ceilings in restaurant, grubby floors at opening time, wobbly tables

The rooms were lovely and a very good size. The breakfast had a good variety and the location of the hotel was perfect. However the beds were not a 5* standard, they weren't comfortable and felt bumpy?! Also the room we had was above where the lorries came in from. This meant that in the early hours of the morning they were collecting glass and other rubbish so we were woken up several times by this. Lovely location but wouldn't go back.

Great bar with the unique jail cells downstairs or roof garden at the top. Did the classic film screening which was great fun, nice glass of bubbly thrown in etc. Only problem was that it became incredibly hot in the cinema as it doesn't really have ventilation.
In fairness, it was the hottest day of the year so far and is probably fine most of the time. A listed building so not easy for them to do much about the ventilation either to be fair.

Courthouse Hotel London - This 5-star luxury hotel is located in the center of London, near Oxford Circus, in the district fully shops, theaters and other entertainment venues. As befits this class of hotel, offers a range of activities such as: a great restaurant (recommended by the Michelin guide), indoor swimming pool, a luxury spa Sanook, a sauna, a rooftop terrace and well-equipped gym. The air-conditioned rooms are modernly equipped, among others, home theater system. Separate words of appreciation to the wonderfully designed the bathrooms. Great location and highest standard - a frequent advantages mentioned by guests.

As a matter of fact...... this is probably the most gorgeous hotel I've ever seen :-)

Was lucky enough to get invited to a private movie screening at the beautiful Courthouse Hotel - what a beautiful gem! Don't be discouraged by some of the construction outdoors, it is absolutely immaculate inside. The staff are super professional and accommodating and the screening room is gorgeous with luxurious leather seats. A random highlight? I can't remember the last time I saw such a nice public toilet! I only wish I would have gotten to see one of the rooms - undoubtedly beautiful! My boyfriend and I felt like royalty for the night.
