My boyfriend and I stayed here in one of the suites, such a nice room!

No room service - resturant closed at 9 (on the dot) yet customers still at their tables enjoying refreshments. By the way- website says 10pm. Saying that the rooms were nice and very clean! Downtown was a sight to see.

Nice hotel and cool location. Our room smelled like sewage half the time, however.... they were doing some renovation at the time so I assume that was the cause.

I rented myself a room here for my birthday. My neighborhood has been loud lately, so I thought a getting myself a room would be a good way to unwind. The room and hotel are beautiful. Unfortunately, It is midnight, and I've been kept awake by a drumset all night so far. I could have spared myself the money and listened to my neighbors slam around all night instead.

Nice hotel! The rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. Very kind and helpful. I had a room overlooking the interior of the hotel. Liz at the front desk upgraded our room to include a view of the city.

Went there for our honeymoon night. It was a nice stay. Bed was comfortable. But for the price and location I expected it to be a little fancier. They charge for everything! And charge a lot. The room was small and ac was hard to figure out.

Loved this hotel! Convenient location in downtown and super close to free shuttle bus! The room was very clean and comfy and loved the larger sized Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner and body soap they provide in their showers! The hotel was very pleasant. Security was awesome. Required the card key to use the elevators and to get into the hotel in the evening. Felt safe, considering it is located in downtown. But calm and peaceful area.

Rooms are really nice and large with a vaulted ceiling too. Large screen new TV with internet apps so you can use your own accounts to watch your own tv services. Clean from top to bottom. Staff is super friendly and helpful for my every need. I would easily stay here again.

It was Family Night Out, we all gathered in the restaurant. And cocktails where are the first on the list for all 8 of us. They were served on time and we really enjoyed them, perfectly made. Next on our list where appetizers we had fried calamari, truffle fries, and we had fried brussel sprouts,Every last one of them were amazing. Next was, entrees, we had chicken, salmon ,fillet ,chicken Pot pie's, and another steak Entre don't remember what it was but it was huge. Anyways, the atmosphere was amazing, the service was amazing, the company was amazing. It was a little pricey but it is someplace I would eat again.

Great location in the middle of the action. However, the view out my window was a narrow alleyway and the adjacent building. It's hard not to notice their conservation programs. Not a lot of fancy amenities, but a good place to stay if you plan to keep busy.

Great location, but the beds are only okay. Since 90% of my time at a hotel is in bed... I'd prefer something a bit nicer. Parking isn't cheap. I might stay again but only if the price is right

Great place to stay. 16th Street has an incredibly amount of night life, which could be a book or a curse. My night in Denver had a great evening at an awesome nearby brewery, though at midnight a demonstration began right outside of my hotel room. Positives with the negatives.

Some of the rooms have brilliant, enormous windows. But this time I was in a junior suite, and it was a bit dark and gloomy.

Great amenities and lobby, and lovely hotel staff!

The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The valets are fast in retrieving your car. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel staff really cares about the customer. The location is really nice too. It allows you a lot of options for extracurricular activities. I would definitely recommend this Marriott to my friends and family.

You really cannot beat this location. The rooms are a bit dated but the are super cute with high ceilings and crown molding. Also the Rialto cafe downstairs serves yummy dishes that can be ordered to the room. The only downside of this hotel would be the front desk that only had one inpatient receptionist for both counters. That’s why it doesn’t get the full 5 stars. Otherwise I highly recommend.

This is the perfect downtown location. Located in a historical building right on the mall which is a fantastic place to shop, eat or people watch. The Courtyard is walking distance so many great places and the outside dining at the hotel is an added bonus. Can't wait to go back.

Friendly staff, very clean, business centered, 24/7 fitness center, guest laundry. Comfortable beds, nice artwork in the room. King room had a microwave, mini frig, & spacious bathroom. Rialto Cafe is attached to the hotel & provides eat-in dining or room service. Walking distance to many shops, other restaurants, & entertainment as well. No continental breakfast.

Cool location and nice hotel, but feels old. Room was weird in that it seemed to be a combination of two rooms to make a "Junior Suite" and had pillars in the oddest of places in both rooms. Has a restaurant attached and a Starbucks attached as well that are easily accessible directly from the hotel lobby.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

This is one of 4 Marriott hotels within a 1 square mile area. All the hotels are off a very high standard - I visited one in error and was provided with a shuttle to my hotel. The hotel meets the standard highest quality expected. The rooms were lovely and large and well decorated. The reception was well staffed and were courteous. The restaurant was relatively large and busy.

great hotel and location!
Kudos to the hotel staff..We checked out at 630 am to catch our train at Union Station. After we arrived, we were told our train was delayed by 3 hours. We called the front desk and explained our situation and the manager allowed us back in our room. We are so grateful, thank you!!

Amenities kinda sick; no coffee, no breakfast, parking is ridiculously expensive at $40 per day. Room service is for dinner only and the food isn't all that and overpriced. The rooms are pretty basic! The lobby is nice though. And the hotel is in the heart of Denver. Fyi, finding food is a little hard if you're vegan. Personally, I wouldn't stay here again.

This was the nicest Courtyard by Marriott I have stayed in, and I travel quite a bit. Check in staff was very courteous and friendly, lobby was well appointed and felt more luxurious than most Courtyards, the restaurant's food quality was fantastic, and the room was really nice (high ceilings in room 214). The location is perfect as well, just off of the 16th Street Mall which is full of shops and restaurants, as well as a free bus that takes you up and down the mall. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Denver!

I took my mom to dinner before we went to a show at the Buell. The food was delicious and our waiter, Ryan D. was great. The restaurant was very busy, but Ryan took great care of our table. We were in and out within an hour. I will gladly eat here again!

Location, location, location. This place is smack dab in the middle of Downtown Denver. The rooms are large and very clean. We had a very large tub in the bathroom. That was a plus. The service was excellent and the valet parking was very close so you can get to your car easily. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice location, right off the 16th street mall, which is a huge outdoor walking mall ending at union station. Parking was valet only, and there was construction out front. But the place was nice enough. What you'd expect from this brand.

Decent hotel with standard offerings. The best part is it's location, right on 16th Street Mall. They should offer at least a free bottle of water though.... Seems like you have to pay for everything.

This is one of the most architecturally pleasant Courtyards I have stayed at. Front desk staff were great with a can do attitude. Rates are acceptable. My two complaints with this facility are 1) bathtub backs up. Required 90 minutes to drain the tub after a shower. 2) 3.55 for a cup of coffee at the restaurant. The waitress apologized for not having coffee (it was 10PM) and provided me with " a more expensive coffee" . It was a cappuccino. At 3.55/cup you can make a pot and still turn a profit. Based on that one experience I spent my meal and entertainment money outside the hotel for remainder of the trip. Starbucks (part in the building but only accessible from the outside) and Rock Bottom are local and Freshcraft a short walk. Just submitted my expense report and Courtyard could have doubled their revenue (meals and entertainment) over the base room rate. Penny foolish!

Grear downtown location right on the 16th Street Mall so you can walk most places or take the free 16th Street shuttle bus. Nice rooms with fridge, coffee machine and microwave. Starbucks is right next door so that's a plus, too.

Spent an impromptu anniversary celebration evening here this past weekend and I was so pleased. The package we got was very affordable and included champagne and an awesome room that they upgraded for us for free. Might not have had all the amenities as they were renovating, but for the location and price and the awesome service you really can't beat it.
We had one fluke where I had thought our package included valet parking and the bill charged us $40 for parking. We went downstairs to ask the desk and the clerk didn't even have us finish the sentence before he says "Well I'll just take that off for you guys." I seriously have never had such nice service and our package included breakfast at an attached restaurant that was amazing and would have otherwise run about $65 on its own. Highly considering coming back a few times for weekend getaways and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

5

Decent hotel downtown. They have a couple rooms with great view, some with "street view" which aren't worth the 40 dollar upgrade. And a bunch of alley view rooms. Rooms are cleanish and ageing. Not much for parking and valet is ridiculous. Not much for extras. Decent hotel but a bit over priced for the experience.

Nice location. Rooms need updating and a better maintenance plan. Caulked bathroom tiles ( not grout), peeling bathroom wallpaper (painted over and clear caulked).

Chair vinyl was peeling. (Room 324)

Need more comfortable, new mattresses.

By the way, while Yelp reports free parking- there is none. $37.00 per day to valet or a public lot down the street ( hump your bags). I was told it was 6.00 per night but the second evening I parked at 4:20 and was charged $26.00- not the six the day before.

Parking too damn expensive! Nice rooms and nicest attendants though. Not the 5 star experience though. Would go back for good rates but if someone in the area is lower, not really enough to convince me to pay a few more bucks to stay there.

It was a great location. Close to everything easy to walk to bars and shops. The room was clean and I liked that we could set out air conditioner at whatever we wanted. Its a great place to stay if u go to denver for a few days and its kind of cheap too our stay costed $109 and got a nice looking room. Only problem was the toilet cuz it would keep getting clogged but it was like that for other people too. They have a continental breakfast but its not free like they said it was. Over all i wouldnt stay there again but it is a great place to go.

Fairly standard business hotel, but it's showing its age. Plumbing needs a bit of work, and air conditioning sounds like an airplane jet engine when ramping up -- if only the windows opened...

Good location, friendly staff, but nothing terribly outstanding for the price.

9

Excellent customer service, combined with the perfect location right on the 16th Street Promenade. Parking is unfortunately non-existent, as the tiny parking lot they have is very expensive. Otherwise, the rooms are well done, the whole hotel is clean, the gym is empty (but well-appointed), and the amenities are typical Courtyard. Attached restaurant, adjacent Starbucks, and charming exterior architecture add to the mix. Would stay here again, and would recommend to anyone visiting downtown Denver in this particular area (considering you're not driving).

It was alright. Pros: nice furniture and tv, shampoo and soap is from paul mitchell, possible view of 16th st mall. Cons: some of the rooms have windows facing the inside of the hotel... It's wierd, and its $35 a night for valet parking. Also, on a side note, I couldn't connect to xbox live in my room.
