The employees are great! I did have a few problems with the TV, however one of the gentlemen at the front desk did his best to help me fix it! The only problem is this hotel restricts connecting devices to their TVs in a new way, so I wasn't able to find a solution to my problem at all.

I did not stay overnight. I was there for a professional meeting. The hotel staff was very nice, no issue, the amenities seemed like they would be fine. I can't speak to the rooms as I did not stay overnight at the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay this past week of fourth of July. We stayed here because our usual hotel is under improvements. Self parking and they also have a mini market. And what I loved most is that there’s also a Starbucks inside, check their hours of operation it’s not opened all day so make sure you know the hours. Laundry room and workout room i first floor. Several lounge areas. Definitely recommend staying here. It’s about 25mins (depending on traffic) to Six Flags. Staff really nice and friendly. Rooms really clean. Microwave, coffee maker and mini refrigerator. I believe they have room service as well. Panda express and Jack in the box in walking distance. Other restaurants close also a Del Taco in short drive distance. Walmart right behind the hotel. Target nearby.

Really enjoyed the TV set top box that allows you to sign in to your own streaming service accounts (Netflix, etc). In-room fridge was also a great amenity. Soft towels

The staff was great and the rooms were clean and kept in order. Parking was awesome as well.

Short, pleasant business trip. The staff was very friendly and they had a little Oscar viewing party for guests. The breakfast options were delicious and a good variety. The room was clean & spacious, the bed and bedding very comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of counter space.

I've stayed here multiple times whenever I'm in town for business. There's a reason I keep coming back to this hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, professional and friendly staff, Courtyard in Simi impresses every time I visit. The restaraunt has many options, breakfast is especially good. Highly recommend for anyone needing accommodations in Simi Valley.

Clean, comfortable beds, fire pit out back, pool, jacuzzi, and a business center. Nice place. Do NOT buy , alcohol from their bar... they are quite pricey. There is a beverage store within walking distance which makes more sense to buy your stuff there and then bring it back to the hotel

Loved our stay. Consistently great clean rooms at a fair price. Located close to shopping and food. Will say one small dislike. No continental breakfast. They have a small restaurant inside with reasonable prices though.

Excellent service, clean lobby and rooms, also. Comfortable and spacious bed, however, the TV worked poorly and the AC rattled. Still it was a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

This is a typical courtyard. Staff is SUPER friendly. Rooms are nice. Convenient location.

The pull out beds in the couches are very uncomfortable and do not provide a good night's sleep.

Rooms were really clean and the service was amazing. The food was pretty good, but we only ate breakfast there. I left my glasses in the room after we left and they shipped them to me. I got them the next day!

Location is very nice with plenty of stores, restaurants and cafes near by. The hotel is clean, and well appointed with plenty of parking.

Easy check in. Nice Bistro with televisions at most tables and lounge area with couches. Lobby or guest wifi for use in lobby or elsewhere in hotel with excellent signal strength. Interesting decor reminded me of mid century modern and boutique hotel which was a feast for the eyes and very pleasant. Room welcomed us with music and a friendly message on the television screen. Very comfortable beds with crisp sheets. Well stocked bathrooms with soft towels and unimposing scent to bath products. And last and very important, Very Clean. Will stay there again.

Everything was nice and clean. We were there to stay for after a wedding and even though we were extremely loud, the managers did a good job to balance us out.

The Courtyard Ventura Semi Valley was the right hotel in the right location for me and the event I was working. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I liked that the hotel was located near food options and had easy hi way access. If I work in this area I will stay here again

I stayed here for a night and had a fantastic experience! The staff was extremely helpful, kind and understanding! Jared helped me out as I had a lot of luggage, cannot thank him enough. The only issue I encountered is the hotel's Bistro isn't open after 10PM which is a little inconvenient but otherwise I had a very good time here! Will definitely stay here again!

"It's ok", I guess is the best rating. No free breakfast which is the norm elsewhere. If you want to eat here it's $10 each. Lots of AC outlets which is good. Many things could be better. Found food in the refrigerator so cleaning staff is rushed. So maybe I would stay elsewhere next time.

The hotel is extremely nice. Comfortable setting and very friendly/professional service .Great view of the valley from the hotel and good central location for things you may need.

One night stay, I requested a corner end room. When I arrived they said, "your room is ready" and indeed it was a corner room very quiet a bit of a view. Although the view was of the back of Walmart but the Simi Valley Hills could also be seen. The best part of the stay was the cozy bed, the bedding is GREAT .. I snuggled right in. The only negative is the wall air conditioner but it was a cool night so I did not really use it. Also it would be so great if they served cookies in the lobby at night or crackers and cheese, just a little something extra for the guest. But honestly this is my second stay the first was not rated as highly but this stay was wonderful.

I stay at the Marriott all the time great place and location. However, last week two ladies behind the check in counter door, where apparently unhappy about something. I was going to stop by the counter but I kept walking they where busy. Figure, you have a door.. close it and be professional, tall lady and person inside, couldn't see. A couple people stood until they where done. Language being used was slang like. It was also something that made me question their abilities. Couple days later I noticed the 2 ladies I recognize the voice of the other, they appeared more concerned with their issues. I love your hotel so I thought I mention, I doubt that management would question who they are. I'm surprised this was not noticed, I think Im more upset about the lack of customer service. I created this account to remain anonymous, my company has an account with you.

Great hotel, a couple things to fix no big deal. But another person could react differently.

I considered 2 stars but thought it was not fair to punish the hotel.
