We stayed there this past weekend with my daughter and mom.. Had a "girls 👭 road trip"! We did alot of different activities in the Charleston area . 😁 The hotel was GREAT. We were complimentary upgraded to a Premium Suite on the 7th floor. The room was nice and clean . More than enough room for 3 people. We spent our nights hanging out downstairs at the bar and restaurants. 😁 The pool was nice as well . Many kudos to the staff. They were awesome.Very nice and friendly. Our room service person was Candace and she was great! We will stay there again.

Ive stayed at this hotel a couple of times and don't think I will return until a renovation is done. The hotels staff are top notch. This hotel is past needing renovation. I wanted to ask the front desk if I could buy the TV and clock radio, they would make great antiques. The system that handles the TV channels is also antiquated. My last two stays here, one of the 3 main elevators were not working. Scary. Hotel also charges for self parking. None of the other Hilton's in this area do that, it's a joke. There are just too many other Hilton options in the area that are much much newer and/or newly renovated.

Nice, clean rooms. Happy hour with complimentary drinks from 5:30-7:30. Awesome breakfast from 6-9 with custom made to order omelettes & eggs. Friendly staff & great location. Very convenient for convention center events and airport. Tons of restaurants close by as well as the outlet mall for shopping. Overall a great hotel & will definitely be returning.

Staying here for a weekend vacation and it's been quite wonderful. Inside the hotel is beautiful with the restaurant and bar on the bottom floor. Plants throughout the area and adds a bit of class and comfort. It's in a great location to enjoy all of Charleston and it's museums. Arrived at the hotel late on our first night and called ahead to have room service delivery prior to our arrival. The staff was incredibly helpful and filled out request with extreme professionalism. We will definitely be back!

What a nice place to stay! Most places that have a suite with kitchen facilities and separate bed and living facilities do not have room service or even an restaurant. This place has both. My room service person was a lovely middle aged woman who worked her job there for fun and a bit of extra money to enhance her 9-5 job after her kids were launched. She was lovely and conversational, and acted like family. I loved that. The lodging is connected to a large conference and banquet area by a bridge or tunnel. We used one of those rooms for a meeting our staff had flown in from different areas of the country in which to present. There was absolutely no signage in front of the hotel or in the lobby to tell attendees that we were a thousand feet away in another building or that there was handicapped parking available where we were. We had a room full of exhausted participants who were in wheelchairs, walkers and using canes and had to give them time to recover from the poor planning of the staff to get them where they needed to go with minimal difficulty. Not a lot of thought was put into the needs of the group at hand. This is just 2 blocks from the airport. Literally beautifully awesome , lovely, comfortable. The only problem was the apparent lack of planning for a group using the facility that had mobility issues.

I was a part of a large group who had used a "block" of rooms for several reservations. When we arrived, we were told the kinds of rooms we reserved were not available due to people extending their stays. We were told we would have to take King Rooms and move to Double Rooms the next day. That was such an inconvenience. I feel that the people extending their stays should have moved so that the kinds of rooms we chose would have been available at the promised time of check-in. Skye Pluchino, who was assisting us at the front desk, was not very helpful. At one time, when she was asked a question, she just stood there with no reaction or response. When she did answer, she gave false information and incorrect rates. Upon check-out, Asia assisted some of us at the front desk and she was wonderful. She was pleasant and competent! Without having to call for guidance, she was able to right the wrongs in no time.
At the evening reception, Yirk, the bartender rudely told us, "I wish you tipped like you drank." That was so out of line considering some of us had been tipping him.
Also, at the breakfast, the attendees (especially a young, African American lady and an older Caucasian lady) were really nice and accommodating. However, Kevin, who was making omelettes, seemed to be frustrated, was curt when speaking to visitors and slammed their plates on the counter.
Mr. Chuck, one of the Shuttle Drivers, was very nice and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

The location is slightly out of the way if you're visiting the downtown historic section of Charleston. Instead of being able to walk, it's a short drive to see all the main attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the area including Walmart and Tanger Outlets. The hotel is very large and has a wonderful fitness center. There was plenty of seating for breakfast and the cocktail hour. Rooms are slightly outdated but clean. The only problem we had was our room was conjoining and the other guests were very loud, it sounded as though the doors were open.

I stayed at a two-bed suite, it was pretty large. TVs were easy access for External Media(Laptop,Ps4) had to unplug the remote due to no closer outlets, the location is pretty good, it's around a decent amount of food and malls for shopping, I choose to not get room service due to moving furniture around (I moved it back, don't be crazy!) Other then that the staff was friendly, and the hotel food/drinks were good. When I went a convention was happening in the building next to the hotel, luckily a officer was watching to make sure the only spots being taken were by Hotel Guests, so that was nice

Family vacation had a great time. The hotel was very accommodating Donovan at front desk was very helpful. We had to switch the rooms due to my elderly mother.
They have complimentary breakfast, but you can have omelets made your way. The hotel was clean with modern decor, swimming pool and nice fitness room if you wish to workout. Great hotel to stay for family reunion, wedding party or just a family vacation.

Went for lunch and drinks after the Charleston Arts Festival. The Embassy Suites prices were a little high, but the food was great, and there was enough space for a big party to spread out and have fun. Our kids also had some room to play without bothering any other groups.

I am a Hilton Diamond member and travel the world staying at Hilton properties. I have never been so disappointed with a Hilton property as I was this weekend. I went to Charleston for the Cooper Bridge Run. Upon checking in I inquired if breakfast would be available for Runner’s and was told yes and it would be available at 6:00 am. When I came down at 6:15 there was nothing! There was about 12 people standing around all complaining of not having fruit, cold bagels or even cereal to choose from. When we asked the night manager if she could at least get us some bananas she went in the back and brought out 3. After much complaining from the gathering runners, she went in and got 5 more ~ then told us that was all there was and they were waiting on their delivery.

For the last several years for the race, we have stayed across the street at the Homewood Suites. Every year Homewood Suites puts a table in the lobby with individual bags for each runner to take on their way out the door. In these bags were water, banana, protein bar etc. . Very well thought out from their Manager.

Even as we were leaving the Embassy we also commented that there were still dirty glasses sitting on tables through out the lobby area.

Runner’s beware do not stay at this hotel or either pack your own breakfast items cause Embassy will not think outside the box and prepare for the event.

Very disappointed and I will never stay at this Embassy again! Interesting thing I also heard many others saying the same thing.

The Hilton is located near the Charleston International Airport. ✈️ I went there for a training event for my company. 🤵 The staff at every Hilton I've been to were very helpful and professional. 😌 The decore and the atmosphere were amazing! 🌷 My company had another event at The Hilton in Dallas, Texas and it was also amazing. I've never stayed overnight at a Hilton Hotel but I'm sure I wouldn't be disappointed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I personally appreciate that my company hosts their events at The Hilton because they're amazing venues. 😊

Hotel is fine, spacious rooms, a bit old, bathrooms need an update. Decent made to order breakfast. Love the happy hour with free drinks and snacks daily. When crowded, gets pretty noisy due to the hotel's layout with that big open space top to bottom in the middle

We LOVE this hotel. The manager goes above and beyond to make sure the guests are taken care of. Bar on site, restaurant on site, both are amazing. Complimentary bar/snacks AND hot breakfast. We can't say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be returning.

I was there for dinner and drinks and the bartender, Olivia, was amazing! Very friendly, she recommended the perfect wine similar to what I usually drink and she always noticed when I needed another drink even when it was busy and the manager, Pershant, was just as amazing. He took the time to check on my party multiple times and was accommodating to all our needs. And the food was the absolute best. Best burger I've ever had!!! And the wings and dessert. Will definitely go there again!

Hosted our work holiday party here. It was very lovely, the food was ample and good. Cash bar had ridiculous prices. Service was short handed, but not much impact from that as we did a buffet. Overall, a terrific party!

Nice stay, great breakfast. Only complaint was the hotel had to be evacuated twice, Friday night during the reception and early Sunday morning (7am) because of a fire alarm. Friday night there was actually a fire so I can't fault them for that but Sunday morning I think was a malfunction. And the hotel said they would not compensate anyone with a free night for the inconvenience. Disappointing.

My guest suite was huge! My family and I stayed here for a week while I attended a conference next door at the convention center. The room was well equipped, but had stale/mildewy smell upon entering. Breakfast at the hotel is free and super good. There is an nice outlet mall and large selection of great restaurants just across the street. This location is about a 15 minute drive to historic Charleston.

Room was nice and clean but a bit dated. STAFF was phenomenal. Complementary breakfast outstanding thanks to Sue. My first egg white omelette was amazing. Dogs. You can bring yours here. And it's a nice place. That alone is worth at least three stars. The lobby is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the pool is lovely, and the restaurants and complimentary manager's reception are a big draw. Plus, the rooms are spacious - I suggest the two-room king suite. Sure, the rooms are about five years behind in updates, but honestly, you're not going to care. Dogs!!!

Wonderful accommodations for the price. Had issues trying to find out the best deal and the online help desk sweetened the deal. Also had a wonderful experience with the omelette counter preparer!!! Found out from the customer service her name. It was Sue. She was very pleasant and genuine and seems to enjoy her job. The table cleaning staff at breakfast: Monica and Joel were very pleasant also. The only complaints are there seemed to be a shortage on towels. I had gone to the front desk and requested additional towels since we had 5 people and never received them in time. Also the hot tub was bombarded with many small children with only three caregivers and no lifeguard supplied by the company but the child situation seemed to be resolved by a management. We also noticed the hot tub needed cleaning. "Stuff" was floating in it that appeared to be dirt. Overall a very nice stay.

So far, this has been a great experience! The staff has been very attentive. You receive a little pamphlet at the beginning which answers most of your questions. We love the trees in the main area. Please don't get rid of them! The only thing I would recommend is that maybe there might be a better choice of meet for breakfast for those of us who don't eat pork! We definitely recommend staying here. We absolutely love the Hilton hotels!

We found this location to be very typical of ES. Our room (428) was immaculate, if a little bizzarre. The living area was huge, to the point that the hotel had decided to place the furniture in the middle of the room to 'fill the space'. Breakfast was sub-par by ES norms. Flavorless eggs, and over prepped meats. Managers reception included a strange "blended whiskey" for bourbon. Check in was strange as they were 'out' of luggage carts, but no bell service? I am a big fan of ES, but this location was in the lower 50%.

Stayed at the Embassy suites for a conference and found it quite a pleasant stay. Easy walk right into the conference venue next door, the food was quite good and rooms comfortable and clean. Shuttle ride from the airport was short and pleasant and shuttle rides locally were very useful. Breakfast included and complimentary happy hour was definitely a huge plus. Easy taxi ride into Charleston for an evening on the town as well. Well worth the stay.

We always get drinks at the Embassy Suites bar after performing at the North Charleston Arts Festival. I'm the sound guy and my wife's dance troupe is always happy to unwind there after months of practice for a performance. Great service, cold drinks, and a breath of fresh air. Beautiful facility- lobby and atrium are breathtaking. Rooms are older and in need of a remodel. They are small and worn looking. Great breakfast and evening reception. Both were very nice and appreciated. Excellent location- right beside the Convention center. We were there fora gymnastics competition so we could walk right over with the kids- no driving or busy roads to cross. That alone made it worth it.

I stayed one night in room 901, a king suite right in front of the elevator. Spoiler alert: The atrium was filled like a high school cafeteria, but my room was actually very quiet. It was nice and large, comfortable bed, and good bathroom. I arrived too late to partake in the comp drinks & appetizers, but the cook-to-order breakfast was the best I've had in SC. I also enjoyed the atrium bar, open until midnight.

My favorite hotel in North Charleston. Convenient to the airport and shopping; walking distance to restaurants. The nightly (except weekends) Manager's Reception is a great time with drinks and finger food for hotel guests. The 2-room suite accommodations are quite nice and quiet to allow you to get some rest. 5 stars!

This place was incredibly beautiful. They had an atrium with a small waterfall and bar in the middle. The breakfast was the best part, I have never had such an extensive breakfast at a hotel before! They had literally everything. The only reason I knocked a star is this is located so close to the paper mill and it smelled something awful throughout the entire building, so if you have a chemical injury or cannot stand strong scents, you might want to consider this before booking here.

Food was good but hotel rooms are dated and need some renovations. I was surprised to see in our room that it looked like someone dropped an iron on the carpet and melted two large sections of carpeting. But instead of repairing before using the room it was given to us in this condition.

This is an excellent hotel to hold conferences with a lot of people, because there is an adjoining convention center next door with ballrooms and lots of meeting space. They have 255 guest rooms. I love my corner room. It is very spacious. All rooms are 2 room suites, but the corner rooms are bigger. There is a free breakfast every day with an awesome buffet and made to order eggs with amazing omelets. There is a happy hour with free drinks and snacks daily from 5:30-7:30pm. I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again.

This is a very nice place to stay. The beds are comfortable and the steaks for room service are really good.
Charleston, SC is a wonderful place to visit and the staff at Embassy Suites on International Blvd. CAN'T be beat!
We have so enjoyed their Excellent breakfast, wonderful housekeeping staff (Hi, April!!!); the reservation specialist, Andrea, has a way of making every person walking into the lobby feel like they're 'coming back home', regardless if you have ever been there or not.
Enough said! The only thing I wish for is more comfortable living room furniture and king size pillows! Then, they would pay us to leave!!!

My wife and I with our 60lb dog checked into this Embassy Suites on the eve of Hurricane
Matthew and honestly expected it to be a fiasco. I couldn't have been more wrong. Every person at the hotel that we came in contact with were eager to help and bent over backwards to assist in any way possible. There were people everywhere, dogs everywhere and in the middle of a nasty storm this team excelled and gave what is probably the best service I've ever received at a hotel. I was very impressed with their clean rooms, big smiles, and hospitality. Thank you for a great stay ! Will definitely be back!

Excellent room, friendly staff and reasonable breakfast. Eggs at the bar were underwhelming but made to order is better. Not this locations fault. WiFi was 5/10 for hotel wifi. Overall good stay.

Room was clean and roomy. While normally staying at Hilton properties, we are given excellent service, I did feel like the service at the front desk wasn't quite what I was used to. While the location of the hotel was ideal, the hotel is somewhat outdated in the décor in the rooms (I do love the old atriums full of plants and waterfalls though). We had trouble connecting to the WiFi the first night, but the second night (in a different room) had no trouble at all. Free (made to order) breakfast is always delightful, and will keep me as a permanent Embassy Suites customer.

The hotel it's conveniently located near the airport and Tanger outlets. The room was great. Very spacious and welcoming. Awesome breakfast options and they even have a free happy hour.

Hotel is nice. Rooms are big and spacious. Breakfast is good. Hotel restaurant has horrible service, at least from the one time I went. Had a hamburger and it was like eating shoe leather. I can make a better burger at home.
