ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Attended NM Humane Conference. Very attentive staff and delicious vegan fare for our lunches. Can't thing of anything we lacked in any regard!! Conference Rooms had comfortable seating and lighting for presentations. Beautiful Atria and dining area beside the elevators. Will have to come back for a hotel stay there!! Nice location relative to local tourist attractions, and easy freeway access.

Love this place and all the amenities! Only gave it 4 stars because of the fake plants. All the other one's we've stayed at had amazing, large plants that makes the whole place magical in a way. They did have some small palm trees downstairs though. Great breakfast and amazing room service!! All the food was delicious! Also, they set out complimentary snacks like nachos and fruit trays :)

Great hotel. Parents stayed there when my mom had a conference. Rooms are modern and very clean. Design of the hotel is cool. Used the swimming pool and hot tub. Great experience. Heard from my dad that breakfast was great. Overall would recommend it for friends and family.

The professional function was very nice. The seats were comfortable, but not overly so. The conference room was nice. And the food provided looked very good, although I didn't have any. I would say some light fruit would have been a welcome addition, but not needed. The bathroom could be easier to find, but that's my only negative.

I was in Albuquerque for jury duty and I chose this hotel because it was close to the courthouse. I was pleased to find that the room was clean, comfortable and quite large.
Because of the nature of my stay I wasn't really sure how long I would need the room. Mark, at the front desk, did everything in his power to insure I would have a place to stay if I needed it. In fact, all of the front desk staff went out of their way to help me. I wound up only having to stay one night, but I know I would have been accommodated if I had needed more time.
I also tried the room service, and was amazed by how good the food was and how much I got. My simple pasta dinner came on three plates, and would have been plenty for two people. It was also quite delicious.
I have stayed in several hotels in Albuquerque, and this one is by far my favorite. Embassy suites will be my go-to in the future, for sure!

I'm still staying here but very dissatisfied .No blackout curtains in our room. The lights from the building below are glaring right into our room all night made it impossible to sleep. So much for a good night rest. Air in the front room doesn't stay on so it's hot, my daughter's pull out is hard as rock. We had lunch downstairs before we checked in and they tried to give me bad meat on my sandwich. Have one more night paid for but I don't know if we are going to stay. Can't sleep with no curtains to shut out the bright light. No R&R for us. Won't be back.

This hotel needs a face lift. We got stuck in a room without blackout shades and had spot lights shining in our room both nights. The staff was very unaccommodating and only said "they were on order" did us no good when we were trying to sleep. A much needed restful stay it was not. The breakfast was decent. They pool was salt water and warm. But we won't be returning. As Hilton honors members we were unimpressed.

This hotel is clean and the staff is professional in speech but not action at times. 3 days into our 9 day stay we had not seen housekeeping and were completely of toilet paper and towels. I had to call multiple times for someone to come up after I was forced to go downstairs to the public restroom because I couldn't edit any longer. Total wait time was around 25 minutes! The housekeeper was super nice and brought more than was requested. You are also limited to 1 drink rather than the 2 that are customary to Embassy evening receptions. Overall a good place to stay, but so far the customer service has been subpar.

Great looking property with a quality atmosphere. Very helpful and courteous staff. Very close to the freeway. Only issue I had was that the ice maker on my floor did not work. I seem to be a magnet for the hotel floor with the non-working ice maker. 🤪

I have stayed here many times for various functions and events and the quality of service has always been the same. My family and I are always welcomed with a friendly smile and great customer service.
The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing. The building, rooms, and linens have always been clean and comfortable. Their bartenders are a hoot and make nice conversation after a long day. The breakfast buffet and dinning staff are kind and welcoming.
I have certain dietary needs and the staff remembers. I stay here often, but not often enough that I would expect for the omelette bar staff to remember my dietary needs and where I travel from. The staff here is obviously committed to great customer service and it shows! The house cleaning and room service staff doesn’t disappoint either, always very helpful and eager to please. For these reasons and more Embassy Suites is my/our number one choice wheneywe are in Albuquerque.

This place is pricey, but really nice. I did enjoy my stay there!

They had a decent breakfast, a free drink in the afternoon as a happy hour with light snack , and a couple areas to grab a bite to eat at. I would definitely consider coming back when in the area.

The 2 doubles premium suite was perfect room for our family of 4. Plenty of room and even a door between the living area and bedroom. The hallway was noisy for the person who slept on the foldout couch, and the older, heavy doors to the rooms were often heard slamming shut. Sink, microwave, fridge and coffeepot (no regular coffee though, just decaf and hazelnut??) Staff was great, lots of choices for breakfast, room service was fast though we were missing some specially requested items, Starbucks in the lobby (no frappuccinos, though). We didn't use the pool, fitness room or spa so can't comment on those, but for the spacious room and service and price, we'd go back.

Three stars because they didn't clean our room during our multiple night stay. I called reception at 5pm and asked why and they said it's something you have to request. I replied that I've never heard of such a thing, and asked for the service, as the trash was full and towels were dirty. When housekeeping finally came they only emptied one trash and exchanged towels. Very disappointing. I understand the that hotel was completely booked but it's no excuse to lie about your cleaning policy. And when you say housekeeping will clean a room, ensure they do.

Otherwise it seemed like a nice hotel with great breakfast buffet and evening reception.

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. The staff was very accommodating and met my every need. The hotel has a lot of amenities also. Probably had the best food I have had for the price and all the banquet food was good also.

The rooms were very clean, easy access elevator and stairs. What made my stay was the remarkable service provided by the front desk and the gentlemen and ladies at breakfast. I also loved the food- amazing breakfast and dinner! This is the best hotel experience I think I've EVER had. It's worth the price and I wish I could extend my stay!!

Everything about this place is just Wow! The only thing that was disappointing was the beds and pillows. In our 3 nights stay, could not get a good sleep for once. Very uncomfortable. So much so that even the beautiful view from our room, the complimentary lavish breakfast spread with live counter, free evening snacks and a drink, the beautiful lobby can not make me chose it blindly the next time.
We do not have sleep issues. We stay in Wyndham, Hampton, Comfort Inn, Ramada and we always get very sound sleep.

Everyone there was very kind and the food was amazing. The complimentary refreshments after 5:30 were perfect. They had a large variety of foods I've never seen in any other embassy suites. (There is only one beer allowed) The breakfast was tasty and was an awesome meal that filled my family up. 10/10 would come back.

Had training today. The Continental breakfast was great and they didn't keep people waiting long as they replenished the table. They were accommodating to our very large group and that made the day more enjoyable. Glad to start off the new year with such a great experience.

COLD COLD COLD!!! No BREAKFAST! I usually Give this place a 5 star plus rating...We always choose Embassy for our family getaways and spend the holidays here. this Thanksgiving our stay was not pleasant...We Stayed in room 821...our heater did not work it through out cold air all night. In the morning we were looking forward to breakfast, which has never let us down, until that day there was no breakfast left. i was very upset. We were planning to stay here Christmas eve and Christmas day, but with the weather, not sure if it will be a comfortable stay. We recommended this hotel to my brother and mother and they said they had the same experience with the cold air, but i refused to believe them, Until we experienced it our selves. I hope they gets those heaters working. Undecided if we will stay this Christmas. Amy Gonzales

The receptionist was wonderful when I booked the room and I loved the fact they have a military rate for the suite. My kids were able to enjoy the pool, although there were a ton of kids in there without adult supervision. I would've given 5 stars, but the breakfast did not impress me. It was actually one of the worst I've ever had. But that's ok, that won't stop me from staying there again or referring people to the hotel. The people that work there made me feel great and were so nice.

Very lovely hotel. Usually a conference going on, but does not over run the hotel. Had 2 issues, my digital key would not work so I had to get a key from desk. Also A.C. in main bedroom was only blowing heat. Worker that came to fix was very pleasant ex pained the issue (ppl before us requested no A.C. and only heater) so he quickly corrected our 91 degree room.

Would love to return, usually the Embassy Suites are not my favorite but this one was exceptional. Need to get massage next visit!

This a very nice property that seems to have serious staffing problems. Check in time is 3 pm, we finally got a room at 5 pm which was a very nice upgrade because our room type was still not ready. In the evening, there was only one server in the cafe. They wisely required reservations to control guest numbers so once seated the service was okay. Front desk and door staff were friendly and efficient. Easy drive access to Old Town, Art Museum and shopping.

The check in process was very smooth and the front desk staff was very helpful. The breakfast and bar staff put in a lot of effort to make for a pleasant experience. The main areas for improvement would be the housekeeping staff which couldn't seem to get our coffee replenishment right, and the beds felt worn out.

My office had it's annual "All Employee Meeting" at this location earlier this week. We had nothing but problems during the hotel provided lunch. Everyone eventually got food. However not all of my co-workers got what they ordered since the hotel ran out of pot roast. And some of those did not get the lunch until almost 2 hours after it started. During this time we had different employees telling us different things. Depending on the employee, they were out of chicken, out of roast, X would be here shortly (an hour before getting their food), there is no food available, and several other versions with slight variations.

I attended a meeting. I enjoyed the food and the service. I had a very delicious Pot Roast. It was nice but not anything super fancy. The room we were in was freezing so it would have been nice to have an employee around checking in during the all day event so we could have asked to have the temperature adjusted. Lots of parking available.

Very good hotel with a great central location! Personable staff and good managers reception and breakfast. Green Chile available for omelettes! My only criticism is lack of USB/bedside power outlets and my neighbors started smoking some skunk weed at some point...smelled pretty nasty. I also like the fact they offer 500 bonus points for opting out of daily turn down service which I never take advantage of anyway so win-win! All in all, great place to stay!

Great place to stay. The rooms are nice. Nice atmosphere inside. Wonderful breakfast with real eggs and meat great selection. The only downside is when they have other events in the board rooms or meeting rooms you can't find a place you park. That is not cool when you are staying at the hotel!!

This Embassy Suites is very nice. The building is immense with a large breakfast/snack area and large conference and meeting spaces. The pool is also huge, and the gym area is very bright and airy. The food at breakfast and the snack period is not the best but the food is hot. The rooms are very nice though the corners are of course not very clean. This is a nice hotel but if you have high standards you might find problems.

This place was fancy! There's an area in the middle for people to get together for whatever event was going on at the time, they also have a ton of events, and every floor surrounded that area so it was a pretty cool view from the glass elevator. It feels kinda like being outside when you're inside. They even had fancy fruit infused water (2 different flavors! ) just sitting out for everyone. Very ritzy place!

The rooms are large with a wonderful view. They have a social hour every night with a nice snack and free alcohol. Free breakfast every morning that includes omletes. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only drawback is if you need a store, there is nothing for miles but I think the shuttle will take you to the grocery store. Otherwise, very nice!

We asked for a room with a sofa bed and when got there the sofa bed didn't have a mattress. They switched us into a new room, so kudos for addressing the issue. But we specifically asked for a sofa bed when we booked, so it would've been nice if they had the room ready.

Pretty nice hotel. I'm personally not a big fan of atrium style hotels because of the noise. This hotel makes up for it with the bedroom part of the suite being the farthest away from the door. The rooms had microwaves and refrigerators so that was nice. The blackout curtains in our room were torn up a bit which resulted in light getting in every morning. Also, the bed was way too soft. It was probably beyond the point of needing replacement. Still giving it four stars though. I was there for a conference and their catering and convention services were superb. Also, breakfast was great!

They honor our Second Amendment rights!!!

I did not sleep here. We used this place's Ballroom for a meeting. The facility is large, clean, quiet. Great for having large meetings. All you drink coffee and they had food services available as well. Parking was easy and very easy to access off the freeway.

I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for meeting space in a professional and safe atmosphere that respects Second Amendment!

We stayed here recently for 19 days due to a federal relocation. Being tired and distracted from the move, we didn't notice the rate was wrong on the email confirmation. My husband checked-in, but was not asked to initial the rate. Being that he travels frequently, he thought this was unusual, but didn't say anything. He had to extend his stay and he was verbally told federal government rate. Having been a Hilton Honors member for 13 years without a problem, he didn't have a reason to question anything. Upon check out, he realized the error. We were able to obtain the name of the General Manager, Obed through some internet searching. Obed clearly makes an effort to maintain the quality and reputation of his hotel since I have seen several of his responses on several review sites. Although he was on vacation, we received an immediate response stating he would be in contact Monday. He followed through and discussed the issue with my husband. We reached a resolution that was better than hoped. We are so thankful and so relieved.
The hotel is a bit dated but nice. The location is near downtown, but not IN downtown. This is probably good thing for coming and going. Thank you Obed. You have really made a difference.

Rooms were like every Embassy Suites, with fairly new decor but the lights didn't have outlets on them. There was a free outlet behind the nightstand, so it was fine.

Breakfast was delicious, and they made pancakes fresh - at least before 7am. A hot buffet was also available for people in a hurry.

We arrived and had feather pillows in our room, it was requested that all pillows be foam because my little girl is highly allergic. We waited hours for new pillows to be brought up....Our shower was broken...which took time out of our morning to be fixed. The toilet (leaked from the back) all over the bathroom floor...the shower heads etc haven't been really cleaned in a long time. Room service screwed up our order the wait staff is rude BUT the manager was very kind and made every thing right after my husband went downstairs not wanting to wait another hour for them to come back up. I rarely leave negative reviews but it's been one of those trips lol. NOW for the positives...the rooms have a neat layout, even though the repairs were annoying the maintenance guy was professional and very kind. The housekeeping staff is just lovely they even set up my kids animals all cute on the beds! The breakfast is awesome! Everyone has been really nice with the exception of the host in the restaurant on 10/3.

We love this hotel because of the friendly staff and amenities. However we are noticing that it is slowly going down hill. We always pay the extra pricing to get the top floor however the snack machine on the 9th floor is never stalked with snacks when we arrive and by the time we get back from our day out in the city it is empty again. The pool is always a waiting list and waking up early to go for a swim on Sunday morning was not an option because they were doing a chemical treatment. Something that probably could have been done during the week when the hotel was not so busy. I guess all in all this is a good hotel as long as you don't have children and aren't planning on swimming whenever it's convient for the guest because you can only swim when it's convient for the hotel. On Saturday morning we woke to attend the breakfast at 8:30 and there was a spoon full of food in the buffet. We waited a good 10-15 min before more food was brought out. The evening reception snacks were the same way got there about 5:45 barely any snacks and 20 min later still nothing. Hope this hotel isn't losing it's stride...this used to our favorite hotel in Albuquerque but we are thinking of checking around before making reservations on our next trip.

So, I stayed here for a night during a vacation. My experience was pretty nice...with a few problems.

Pros:

Pool and hot tub were nice and clean, bathroom was clean, breakfast and evening reception were great. The courtyard in the center was beautiful.

Cons:

My number one nitpick was this: I had bedbugs in my room.

When my family and I woke up, there were bug bites on our legs. I haven't seen anyone else complain about the bedbugs, so maybe it was just my room.

Also, the comforter on one of our beds had a stain on it.

It was easy to access and in the middle of Abq. The staff was so friendly. We were placed here because of a cancelation at another Abq hotel that was definitely less high end then this one. My husband and I were amazed at how luxurious this place was. The room accommodations were extraordinary. The made to order breakfast was delicious. If you do book this hotel, appreciate it. It is amazing!

We love Embassy Suites Albuquerque! The pancake chief is awesome. Makes my boys Mickey Mouse pancakes for breakfast. The rooms are comfortable. The location is perfect for our trip through the city. We look forward to our next stay there!

This is one of your typical Embassy Suites. Good breakfasts, small gym, good bar and the restaurant has some excellent options. The bathrooms could use updating in the rooms but they are functional and clean. Plenty of water pressure. I always stay here when visiting Albuquerque. My only complaint is there are very few walking distance dining options. But that is not their fault.

Very nice hotel. Most Embassy Suites are similar when it comes to rooms so if you've been to one you've been to them all. This one was very nice and clean. The breakfast was probably the best I've ever had at a hotel. Will stay here again when I'm in Albuquerque.
