A superior hotel! This was the first time I stayed here, and I am very happy with my decisions. I am deeply impressed by how they handled their many customers politely with no hassles at all. A clean and neat place liked this was deeply admirable. The quality of service they provided was amazing! I couldn't ask for more!

Stayed here for a basketball tournament a few months back. Not a 5- star hotel but the boys had a 5-star time here. Clean and spacious. They were able to run around and gain some independent experience just being boys. Good night sleep then off to their games. On the weekend they went 2-2 but that is not the fault of the hotel. Lol

They charge you for parking but in the room it still says free parking for registered guests. Room I checked into with the mobile app wasn't clean yet so they moved me. That new room had a sticky spot on the hard flooring (stepped on that), king bed had a see through stain on the sheets(slept on the pull out bed instead) and hair was in the bath tub still. And that room was clean ready? Not what I'm used to from Embassy Suites. Front desk did apologize and said yes still have to charge for parking and would let the GM know to remove the old Hotel information folders...

The included breakfast has a good selection that is cooked well. The rooms have all the accommodations needed for comfort. There used to be Koi, but now it's just an empty pond in the center. The staff is quick to respond to our needs.

Cameras on all floors and they have a free shuttle to Disneyland. Notable features are "cooked to order breakfast" and electronic key check in (functional). Views of the Santa Ana River Trail brought back cherished memories of Engineering friends and many lovely rides to the ocean.

Thanks for the invite (met a family with a relative at Kaiser Hospital in Anaheim) and meeting everyone from Mom, Sister and Brother was nice. Drinks---alcoholic and otherwise---are provided during the nightly cocktail reception on the main floor (north). Anaheim PD patrols here so safety is not an issue.

See the custom rod iron custom work on the railings, clean windows and delightful pool---south side---and outdoor patio. There is a special children's area at this Embassy. The ponds were clean and the architecture is not basic (notice the lamps). Lemon water was refreshing.

Great place to stay. This should not be confused with the South location which is near Disneyland. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool is small but still fun for kids. The free breakfast if really good with plenty of options. The dining are is the central courtyard which is very nice and well kept. Parking can be tough because the lot is shared with a nightclub. The parking staff was helpful but get back to the hotel too late and you'll be parking in the back.

Excellent location, outstanding breakfast. Poorly managed, $10 for parking. Whether you're in Anaheim to visit breweries or Disneyland, it's hard to beat the location of this hotel. And the hot breakfast, including made to order eggs/omelettes, was fantastic. Unfortunately, the staff don't seem well managed (or supported), where a call into the front desk was put on hold repeatedly for 15 minutes, and the room wasn't ready (housekeeper was still inside and left the sink running onto the floor) despite being told otherwise. And the hotel is not in a densely populated area, so it makes no sense why it charges $10/night for parking. It's a shame, because I really liked the hotel otherwise.

The Embassy Suites in Anaheim is beautiful. They have iron Spanish style balconies inside. We were welcomed when we walked in by the Front Desk personnel. The hotel was super clean, plenty of parking and friendly employees. Enjoyed the visit very much. Will come back.

Bed was amazingly comfy, Juan at the bar was awesome and friendly. Very fond of the happy hour and snacks. Breakfast was surprisingly very good, plenty of options. Staff was nice. Bathroom could of been a little cleaner when we first checked in but other than that the stay was very pleasant.

Excellent hotel. Great for young ones too, the beds and the front room are separated, so if you have young ones, you can hang out while your little one takes a nap in the bedroom. The indoor pool is well kept too. My little guy liked the fountains and finding a couple fish in them (fake plastic fish.)

Recently renovated hotel near the 91fwy. We love staying at the Embassy Suites for the suite rooms, complimentary cooked breakfast, and Manager's reception. We checked in really late and service was fast. No complaints with the room.

Unfortunately we missed the Manager's reception, but we did make breakfast. The hubby and I were really disappointed with breakfast which is a first. The omelet was probably one of the worst I've tasted, it was runny and not tasty at all. Since I had just had an amazing omelet at the Irvine Embassy Suites a couple weeks ago, I was expecting the same. Also it would have been nice if they had bananas like I've seen at other Embassy Suites. When I asked for a couple for the kids I was told they were only providing green apples that day, whereas another location happily provided me a couple bananas in the same scenario.

We got a great rate on the room so the stay was worth the value.

Very nice hotel rooms with two rooms, two beds, two TVs, a couch bed (I don't recommend the couch bed as it's not very comfortable), a nice bathroom, and good lighting. The complimentary breakfast is very good, though I was mostly just a fan of their potatoes. (Also, I'm not absolutely positive they have stairs that go past the second floor) The service is very good as well.

Great hotel at an unbeatable location if you're visiting Bottle Logic taproom. The staff was very welcoming and the room was very clean.

The hotel is located right by the freeway but was very quiet. Although we did not use it,the hotel also offers a shuttle service to go to Disneyland.

Our room had a "wet room" style bathroom which was very nice to experience. Absolutely no complaints at all with this hotel, and the complimentary continental breakfast was great!

The hotel is ok and if you get a room make items it's not towards the freeway because it's loud but i had an enjoyable experience! The breakfast is really good and the service is awesome! Also if you try the restaurant the food is really tasty and the shuttle to Disneyland makes this a great place to stay if you want to go to Disneyland!

Clean hotel, very nice public areas, front desk staff is extremely pleasant. Rooms are okay but do not seem to be newly renovated. TVs are ~32" from a no-name brand that could be 10+yrs old. Bathroom seems to be made for short people.

They remodeled it and it is very modern. I love the fountains throughout and the fact that you can look down from your room and see if the rest of your party is downstairs eating. It makes it convenient. Best of all though, we LOVED the heated, indoor pool! No sunscreen needed! It still had a skylight so we had some natural light too. It was fresh and airy. There was also an outside patio to lay out too if you wanted sun or a quiet place to read where you could still see your party at the pool. I LOVED how warm they kept the pool in the winter....suprisingly that is rare in California. Oh....and the hotel staff does an excellent job of keeping the place clean. I would definitely come back. :-)

Clean rooms and a very good breakfast that is included with the room! Embassy Suites is a great hotel option for big families also! The only negative, although small, a few sections of our room wasn't as clean as they could be, and I'm nit-picking. :)

No complaints after two nights. We decided on this hotel because of the shuttle to Disneyland. the shuttle was a good deal for three days. We even bought the Disney park tickets inside Embassy suites at the reception desk so there was no need to wait in line at the park. Breakfast is unbeatable at Embassy. We saved on buying a meal a day.

Pleasant, professional, clean and efficient. Beautiful Suites & a magnificent atrium. $6 Uber to Disney. Tub drained very slowly the first shower and they forgot our new towels one day. No big deal but that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars.

Nice hotel overall. This location has a much nicer pool area than typical for embassy suites, likely catering to family's visiting Disneyland. I wish they had operational stairs to avoid the elevators, but they are outside and keep them locked.

The rooms were great, the lobby and courtyard was clean. Front desk staff were very helpful, especially when my key card wouldn't work and I had a bag of ice melting all over the front desk. Hotel itself is real nice, had a recent update. The location is a bit sketchy. It shares a parking lot with a night club and is kind of in the middle of nowhere (although it's close to the 91). Staff is great is easy to work with. Prices are also very reasonable.

Nice, clean, quiet suites just like those at any other Embassy Suites hotel, with a large covered atrium-type lobby. Breakfast is superb in that I could have it 3 days in a row. A little noisy during the day when the lobby is being renovated.

I rented a king suite for 2 nights for 4 people and I have to say I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! I paid for the room two weeks in advance which lowered the price and secured which room I wanted. I called the day before and let them know that the the trip was a graduation gift and asked if they were able to decorate the room.. Not only did they decorate the room but they had cake and refreshments for everyone too. We arrived around 5 pm and they had a complimentary happened hour for the guest from 5:30-7:30 which had alcoholic beverages for guest 21+ with ID and soft drinks, lemonade, tea and a refreshing cucumber water. They also served a light snack of fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, celery and cucumbers) with ranch dressing and salsa with corn chips.
For breakfast they have a buffet which includes scrambled eggs, country style potato's, bacon, sausage, english muffins, mini bagels, white and wheat bread which you toast yourself, mini danishes and muffins, yogurt (fruit or plain) fresh fruit and depending on which morning it is french toast sticks or mini pancakes.. They have an omelet station with an egg white option. For beverages they have coffee, orange juice, apple juice, milk and tea. You can sit and eat in the dining area or take it up to your room.
They also have a fitness center and indoor pool and spa.
Room service is available until 11 pm which I did take advantage of. The hotel is 6 miles away from Disneyland and they also have a ticket station to purchase single day or park hopper passes. In total for the 2 nights it was $364.00 and worth it!

Pros: like all embassy suites, the free breakfast and omelet bar is awesome. There is a free happy hour. The lobby/atrium area is beautiful. It is right off of a highway, so easy to find. The staff was very nice. Pool was indoors and nice. Beds were comfy, and the rooms were quite large. Though under construction, it wasn't intrusive and there was no noise from it.

Cons: it shares a parking lot with a nightclub (Did not notice any noise from it, but be careful of people if you arrive in the evening). The rooms are renovated, but not completely, and they smell kind of weird (although not everyone thought so). Some minor things were not updated/broken. There was a hair that was not ours in the tub. The pool water burns your eyes more than I feel like it should. Parking spots are very narrow.
Being next to a highway you do hear some car noise but that didn't bother us.

Overall fine compared to many hotels, just not quite (yet) up to what I think of as embassy suites' standards.

Embassy Suites proved to be an overall enjoyable hotel. With a clean facility and impressive free breakfast, as well as a serene swimming pool and hot tub, the hotel made my experience in California worthwhile. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that definitely exemplifies the "more bang for your buck" statement.

We've stayed here a few times and keep coming back because of how nice the suites are for the price. My only complaint this time is that there is construction going on in the center courtyard, so there was a lot of noise and dust. These are 2 room suites with a little kitchen-type area between the 2 rooms, and a door that closes off the bedroom from the main area that has a large L-shape sofa, table with 3 chairs for business or dining, and a nice-size TV.

Rooms were clean and well furnished but the rooms are showing a bit of age. Not outdated though. They're undergoing what appears to be quite extensive remodeling so I'm guessing it may change. Area is more industrial but they have a security guard that roams the grounds. No parking fee so we chose to stay here during our trip to Disneyland. Well worth the drive if you don't need to go to the hotel during the day. Did see a Disneyland shuttle there in the morning but I didn't take it.

The property is near the Magic Kingdom. The building is a little old, but the management is efforting to renovate the property. The area behind the lobby is closed off, but that's the main section of the atrium. Conference rooms, the bar, indoor swimming pool, and excuse area are still accessible. The rooms are comfortable enough, but compared to other embassy suites I've stayed, this was comparably older. Still it offers a very friendly staff and they do their best to accommodate their guests. Due to its proximity to Disneyland, we encountered a few unsupervised children running amok at the breakfast area. Not the fault of the property, but more deficient parents. Overall, a pleasant stay in Orange County with reasonable access to nearby attractions.

Hotel is currently undergoing renovations. Breakfast and evening reception are good. Hotel shares parking lot with a nightclub, and its next to a metal recycling facility. It's a bit noisy from that and the construction. If you use priceline you'll get a room with a king bed. You can pay $20 more per night for a suite with two beds.

Compared to the other local Embassy Suites in Orange County, this one definitely was the least impressive. For starters, the hotel is going through a major renovation and the majority of the first floor is completely covered and inaccessible. Due to this construction, there is constant noise and the smell of paint was everywhere. Then the manager's reception and cooked to order breakfast areas looked like an after thought, which made it unwelcoming and unorganized. Lastly, there was the constant noise of guests slamming their doors, running around, yelling, etc. and not once did the hotel management ask them to stop and be considered of the other guests. Like other Embassy Suites, the rooms were spacious and the front desk staff was friendly. The indoor pool was nice and so was the complimentary parking.

I enjoyed the stay at this hotel. I did notice some of the noise from the highway, but I am used to that kind of noise and it did not bother me. The lobby is a nice size and welcoming. The staff that greeted me for check in was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast area was a little tight during their current construction, but the food was still good. The rooms were a generous size and I felt that they were clean and well maintained. I would stay here again in the future.

Nice gym, shuttle service to Disneyland, great staff. Only complaint is that the lobby waterfall causes a weird smell. And it's not horrible, it just takes a while to adjust (it took me about a day of 4 staying).

This is my first review ever. I'll start with the positives: gym, free breakfast, close to freeway, reasonable accommodations. As for the staff I have never experienced so much 180. For starters they never answer the phone, except the front desk. If they happen to answer the phone, they won't answer your questions or they'll re-direct you to someone, or even worse have you call another number. Having to eat at this hotel has been such a pain. Every time I wanted to call the restaurant to place an order it was close to impossible. The food was very good and so is happy hour, it is merely the tension I did not appreciate. There are some nice staff and some very rude staff. It makes you feel like an intruder. All in all if you're staying longer than 3 days I would recommend going somewhere else!

Low prices but a bit of a noisy place the hotel is next to a freeway. But they have happy hour with free soft drinks and snacks every night and in the morning there is s complimentary hot breakfast. Decor on the ground floor is beautiful, there are many ponds and plants. But the ponds only had 3 small goldfish. And this hotel is only 6 miles away from Disneyland. And there offer shuttle rides to and from Disney land. When I went an all day shuttle pass was $5.

Stayed here because Anaheim-South was booked. This location is slightly more dated and far less busy. The pool is indoors so regardless of weather you can still swim. The evening reception is not a good as Anaheim-South location. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is really good with made to order omelettes and many other good items.

Came to visit family before going to Disneyland. Had breakfast on the patio in the middle of the hotel and it was delicious. Waffles, though, were the exception. Tasted like cardboard. Rooms are good sized and clean. The atrium is nice but the water fountain is surprisingly loud. The breakfast is pretty good but gets old after a few days. Very close to the freeway, rooms ate clean, sliding door was locked shut and not even able to open 4 inches for ventilation since room was warm after running the AC for awhile, but maintenance came and unlocked it for us. Bathroom light didn't turn on right away. outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Shower water didn't get too hot but they may have been because of the other guests. Room was clean. Great breakfast. Huge room. Beautiful lobby and atrium. Hotel staff were great! Definitely would stay here again! Love the 530 happy hour.

Came her to go to Disneyland it was awesome how they have their shuttle here and the people driving it were very nice. The room was amazing! Very clean every time housekeeping comes in. Everything was fully stocked when we came back to the hotel.

Facilities were sub par. Leaking plumbing fixtures and many missing basic amenities. The website misrepresented the hotel as it did not have a pool or gym as described.

Personnel on staff were great and personable and very pleasant to deal with, however the hotel was a dump.

Great rooms maybe a little upgrade to the rooms wouldn't hurt. Very good service. Maybe little more selection for the breakfast, but overall satisfied with my stay.

Located right off the freeway, about 15 minutes from Disneyland. Clean, spacious rooms and a great breakfast. They recently updated the rooms and lobby and I really like the look. The koi and turtles are no longer in the water though, which is disappointing

No-brainer for Disneyland-bound families. Breakfast is delicious and convenient, cool atmosphere in the hotel, and bar has an OK happy hour and complimentary beer and wine.

4 stars because Kid's menu items have doubled in price recently from $5 to $10...not the end of the world for spaghetti, but for PB&J?

The Swan conference room was very nice, and professional. The lobby was hard to navigate at first. Things are not clearly marked. The breakfast was very good and the service was as well.

We stayed on the 3rd floor the staff was great. This Embassy has been remodeled but kind of a cheap remodel. Breakfast was included and is ok. The omelets were good.
