The staff at this hotel are very accommodating and greet us with a warm welcome as if we're home. Also, the hotel itself is relaxing and has complete necessities. Our experience at this hotel was superb, and we enjoyed our stay! You guys are the best! I will definitely come back soon for my next trip.

Amazing! I can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel. The food was superb. All of the staff were there for everything you needed. Very polite and professional throughout. This is the place to stay when you need an affordable and cozy place. I would love to go back here again. Totally recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

This place is was very clean.Nice relaxing atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and you could tell they loved to work there. I felt a home here. The breakfast buffet was a hit! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. The shuttle bus was so convenient to go to Disneyland. Shops and restaurants and even a mall close by. The one negative thing I have to say is we couldn't stay longer! Lol. Highly recommended.

The hotel overall is clean and has a great scenic look. The rooms aren't 100% perfect, as the wallpaper on some of the corners of the wall were peeling, and small holes on the ceiling/walls are visible. This, however, didn't ruin my stay. I will have to agree with others that it's very unfortunate that parking is NOT free, but the free breakfast buffet, free bottomless drinks, and snacks make up for it. One con I will have to say is that the elevators can be a bit bothersome. There are only four in the hotel, and 13 floors. During the happy hours or breakfast hours, it becomes an obstacle to get to your floor, due to the constant stops the elevator has to make because of the many guests with families trying to get to breakfast, or going back to their rooms. I will have to say these are just minor flaws of the hotel, because other than what was mentioned, I enjoyed my stay overall.

The room was perfect. The living room area was spacious and homey. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was bigger than we thought! We couldn't get the AC to lower, but it wasn't too big a deal. We were up early to head to Disneyland and home late. The shuttle service to Disneyland was fast and friendly. By far the best Embassy we have been to yet.

I have stayed at many places around the world, but staying at the Embassy Suites Anaheim South is the best. That accommodation s and the Staff are a cut above. My comfort is Paramount and they see to my every need. The staff is great and they treat me like I am family. I enjoy the free delicious breakfast. Rooms are clean and very nice. There lobby is great with their Lion and the rocks and ponds. You get value for your stay

Good place overall. Oddly, housekeeping didn't get around to our room until late in the afternoon. We know people rave about the bar and happy hour but we weren't terribly impressed with the selection. That said, the bartender was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing place to stay. Great rooms, great service. Housekeeping was awesome. We stayed 6 nights and everyday we returned to a spotless, well stocked room. We used to stay at the Sheraton Park every year. Embassy Suites is our new spot for Disney vacations. 😍A+++

The hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and spacious, but we had a problem with the toilet and the air conditioner would not keep are room cool. Maintenance took long time to come we had to call twice down stairs to fix the air conditioner had to be deice and the toilet had to be plunge twice. There was 5 of us in a group all with rooms. Other than that the stay was very nice. I would recommend.

Hotel is very comfortable. Rooms are very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast is excellent but make sure you go early as it gets busy at 715. Staff is friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are best I have had in a hotel.

Stayed here for a business trip. Nice hotel. Breakfast is nice and lines move quickly even at peak. Happy Hour is okay. Lots of kids and families staying for Disney. Parking spots are tight for a rental SUV. Room is large and very nice, supposedly newly renovated. If I have to come back to the area, I'd consider staying here again.

Given the location (safety concerns) there are cameras on all floors. Nice features are the cooked to order breakfast and electronic key check in (functioned). Vistas of the Santa Ana River Trail brought back memories of engineering amelioration.

Great walking trails on the Santa Ana River Trail and if one is thirsty then drinks (alcoholic and otherwise) are provided along with popcorn and vegetables with ranch dip is offered---nightly cocktail reception---on the main floor (north). Anaheim PD patrols here so safety was insured.

Iron work is of merit, check out the custom work on the railings, clean windows and delightful pool---south side---and outdoor patio with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Nice experience overall and sound proof windows. Thanks for fruit and water on the check in amenities.

It's a standard Embassy Suites with a beautiful atrium and water feature. The front desk staff were courteous and a pleasure despite our 2am check-in time. Our room was quiet and comfy, with plenty of space for my husband and I. We woke up early to get down to breakfast in the atrium which consisted on a custom omelette and the standard breakfast buffet items -all tasty! On our last visit here we used the pool area which was outside, but kept clean and tidy. This is our favorite place to stay for Disney trips since it's convenient, affordable and includes breakfast and the staff have always been a pleasure to interact with.

Food for breakfast was good. U could get a omelet made or eggs the way u like them. Hotel was clean. Rooms are spacious. The staff was friendly. Just a side note. Even though u r sharing the parking lot with 3 hotels and some spaces are small u have to pay 17 dollars a night for parking. 6 dollars for shuttle to Disney per person

We love staying at this hotel. Great free happy hour, free delicious made to order breakfast omelettes, fun tropical feel inside with palm trees, koi pond and turtles. Love this place! Only issue is our room was closed to the elevators and we could hear them going all night sounded like loud wind storm. Love staying here though one of our favorites. ✨🙏✨

First class.
The room had a view of the firework show at Disneyland. The complimentary breakfast and snack time were great.

Hotel was completely booked the night we stayed - even with that - the accommodations were perfect. we went to Disneyland, and the added on shuttle to get there was so nice. The breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of options. On top of it all, we didn't get in to the hotel until 9:30pm and had to request a pack and play. They delivered within 15 minutes.

7E2-401: Great 2 room suites with ample room. King bed very comfortable, slept very well. Great complimentary breakfast with make to order eggs. Close to Disneyland. Only thing negative would be that they charge for parking and the parking spaces are really very narrow.

Really great hotel. Great place to stay with your family if you're visiting Anaheim to visit Disneyland. The parks are only about 1/2 mile away and the hotel offers a shuttle for only $6/day to go to and from the park as much as you'd like. It leaves both the hotel and the park every 30 minutes. Pickup from the hotel is just outside the hotel under a canopy. I really like the free breakfast this place has. Full buffet and a station where a chef can make an omelette to your liking. Really allows you to fill up on a good breakfast before spending all day at the parks. They also have a reception for 2 hours in the evening where they offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks plus snacks! The suite we stayed in, 4 adults + 2 kids fit perfectly, used the sleeper sofa that was in the room each night! An added plus was the fake lion they had in the lobby, it looked so real and roared every 30 minutes!

One of my favorite hotels in the area. The breakfast & happy hour offerings are awesome! The rooms are huge. It's surprisingly private and quiet considering the size of the hotel and amount of food traffic. Lots of Disney visitors here but it's chill overall. Glass elevators and water features make this place fun!

Hotel has been great! Pool is open until 12:00 a.m., which my kids loved because they could swim after Disneyland. The pool is also heated to 75 degrees, which made for a very nice swimming experience in 50 degree February weather. Breakfast is wonderful and they serve free snacks and cheap food during the week at night. My only complaint is when we got back from a long day the bed looked like it had been made by a child. (Really sloppy) not sure what happened there when everything else was pretty fantastic.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only recommendation I have Embassy Suites is... Please upgrade your suites. The last time I stayed at your facility was approximately 10 to 15 years ago. Visited there just recently and to my surprise nothing has changed in the rooms. Definitely time for some upgrading. With all the competition out there Embassy needs to do a little something something to make their rooms more inviting an up-to-date

Really spacious and clean. This hotel is definitely one of the better ones I have stayed in. The view from the hotel entrance looking down is gorgeous and the service is excellent. I love the convenience of the hotel. Short easy drive the Disneyland. It isn't as nice as other Embassy Suites I've been too, definitely an older facility. The breakfast is also not nearly as good and omelettes are sloppy. But these are things that I think could be better, not really complaining. I stay here 3-4 times a year.

LOVED it here! We stayed here 4 nights.
Free breakfast was great, my kids loved seeing the fish and the lion while enjoying their food.
Free happy hour and snacks, great for the whole family!
You do have to pay for the shuttle to Disneyland but it was worth it! They came by every 30 minutes so we were able to leave the parks and come back when we needed without worry.
Clean beds, and a clean pullout bed in the couch! Everything about our room was great! And such friendly staff!
We always enjoy our stay at Embassy Suites and would definitely stay here again!

I am currently stating at the Embassy Suites in Anaheim South for a Thanksgiving get away at Disneyland. My family always chooses Embassy Suites for hotel stays. We enjoy the comfortable beds, friendly service at the front desk and great breakfast options. My only thing is the continuity of stocking breakfast options as well as more staff cleaning tables in the morning. It was a bit frustrating coming down for breakfast and there no available seats due to dishes on the table. other than they everything else is phenomenal!

This is my second time at this location staying overnight. I'm a big series of Embassy Suites and they are always my first choice for hotel. However it feels like this location is a bit run down and out of date. Room was clean but rugs and decor are old. TVs were a good size and wifi was fast. Parking spots are very small and almost impossible to park in. Doesn't seem like they have a valet either. If they do, we weren't offered that service. I prefer the Embassy Suites in Santa Ana off Dyer to this Anaheim location.

This hotel will be my go-to when staying overnight for a trip to Disneyland. It met my expectations and even exceeded them. The room suites are spacious and the staff are absolutely accommodating. The free breakfast buffet is delicious. They have staples like trays of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages, pancakes or French toast (depends on the day) they have a cereal bar which includes corn flakes, bran flakes, ricr krispies, and fruit loops. They have a steel cut oatmeal bar with toppings that include coconut flakes, granola, brown sugar, cherry pie filling, raisins and peanuts. There's packs of yogurt and fruit to choose from: apples or bananas. There's so much more. A great touch was the manager's happy hour with free snacks and drinks. It's probably the deciding factor for wanting to come back.

Very nice hotel with great breakfast and unbeatable complementary happy hour. Room design, though very clean, does look a bit tired and could use a remodel. We stayed 3 nights. The fold away sofa bed is horrible. We used it one night when family friends came over one night. Perfect location from Disney! I would go back!

The location is great, though not for walking, they have shuttles which run until an hour after the latest park closing. Lots of restaurants nearby, tho also 1 on property & a little convenience mini store. Free hot breakfast w/an omelet station, free cocktail hour. Room layout is perfect for large families. They have a separate bedroom with up to 2 doubles and a living room with a pullout couch. Plus, there is a mini-fridge, microwave and wetbar. Not the most modern/trendy decor, but can't beat all the other perks!!

Free Good breakfast. Eggs, potatoes, melons, yogurt, coffee, tea, meats etc.
Free Good dinner. Free drinks, chips dips etc. They give free wine beer..
Also Dining area is very cool with pond water falls and live fish .
Good staff . Good house keeping. .
....The only thing I didn't like was loud AC and no fan in a bathroom.
But it's very good hotel .

I love it here. Fair prices, great free breakfast. Waterfalls and a robot lion. I wake up feeling like f***ing Tarzan. Loved the food and the rooms were very clean!! The only negative comment I have is your Bartenders need bigger shirts they were REALLY tight and busting out of their buttons we all could see everything. You are a classy hotel with bartenders who are not. They were very nice girls and did a great job bartending they just need bigger shirts.

Very nice lobby and spacious room. However, also very noisy. It sounded like we were right under heavy duty washing machines and when they spun up, it resembled a train passing overhead. I write this as I specifically asked for a quiet room. Also a whistling noise in the pipes did not exactly help in a good night's sleep.

Separate living/sleeping room suites with complimentary morning breakfast buffet and evening happy hour during the week. They also provide their own shuttle service for $5 a passenger to Disneyland. The rooms were clean and the central atrium had a nice tropical rainforest feel to it. Would definitely go back and stay next time we go to Disneyland.

This hotel has 14 floors and their room rates are very reasonable, not expensive. Maybe because there's many hotels near Disneyland area. They offer FREE breakfast with make to order omelette. Their rooms are quiet big around 425 sq feet compare to other hotel rooms at 300-350 sq feet. They also offer free parking which is rare since most hotels charge you for parking in southern california.

The room was clean and large. There was a minor problem but it was fixed after we told the staff about it. All the staff were friendly and hard-working. I walked several times each day in the area and felt safe.
My only complaint was that I wish there was an adult only or larger pool as it was so crowded that it was nearly impossible to do anything but stand in it. But, I know families aren't there for the pool as it is in the Disneyland vicinity. Overall, a very good place to stay.

This is our preferred place to stay when we come for Disneyland. I love the breakfast here because we all can eat pretty healthy without having to leave the hotel. My mom is vegetarian and my son is picky and I am able to find something for them both at breakfast. The staff are very nice.

6

Convenient family friendly hotel located near Disneyland with clean and spacious rooms. As is with all Embassy Suites, all of their rooms are suites with a living room and include cooked to order breakfast, as well as the manager's reception. Their manager's reception is a little lackluster compared to others since they are always running out of beer or giving excuses as to why the beer is unavailable. Additionally, the bartender working the manager's reception is rude and constantly telling people that they can only serve you two drinks per hour - which is not posted anywhere. The snacks that are provided with the manager's reception are also unimpressive. There is a gift shop located inside the hotel lobby in case you need any last minute snacks or some Disney items for your trip or to take home with you as souvenirs.

This hotel is close to Disneyland with shuttle service to the park, which makes it very busy. The rooms were clean and quiet, which was surprising given the number of kids around. They offer a full breakfast and complimentary drinks in the evening and the staff were very helpful. There is a little shop in the hotel, plus restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Standard embassy suites. Their happy hour was good and they let you order food which was great. One negative was that we had asked about taking the shuttle to the park and they just told us the times to be outside. They failed to mention that you had to buy tickets inside first. We had a group of 12 standing in line only to be told we had to go back in and buy tickets but by that time we would have missed the shuttle so we ended up driving and paying for parking instead.

All of the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. We had a couple of issues with our rooms; first room was beside ice and vending with too much traffic for the kids to sleep in the suites living room, so the manager promptly and kindly found us a new room in a different location. Our new room had a slow drain in the shower, which happens all the time at hotels, so NBD, and a call sent someone right up to fix it. Other calls for pillows and towels were all met quickly and cheerfully by the staff. We would definitely stay here again. I took away one star because the $15/day parking fee should be built into the rate, not charged in addition.

To start, the hotel itself looks amazing. Both the exterior and interior of this specific hotel are beautiful. I have not spent much time, but from what I can tell, the service is great as well. Within the limited time I have spent, my roomates and I asked for another blanket which came in less then two minutes. Overall the hotel itself is very well-kept and the service is very good. I highly recommend this hotel if you are taking a trip to Anaheim or Disneyland.

Rooms are spacious. The breakfast is plentiful. The bathroom sink is inside the bathroom so it's difficult to use it when someone else is showering something else in there. We have a large group so it's inconvenient. Did treat her right though. They're free snacks and drinks in the evening time and that's alright. The staff is very accommodating and they have Disneyland tickets on sale in the lobby.

This is a popular hotel for big groups such as marching bands and sports teams, so sometimes it can be a little loud or crowded at the complimentary breakfast. For my family of 4, it is such a great hotel. Shuttle to Disneyland takes around 15 minutes. Breakfast is very delicious with a wide assortment. The pool and hot tub are open until midnight and you can take drinks from the bar to the poolside. If you request rooms on the right side of the hotel, you can watch the fireworks from your window. This is my family's favorite place to stay when we go to Disneyland.

Are you Kidding Me!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!

A full breakfast is included in the price, which in my mind makes the cost of the hotel that much sweeter.

Hey, the cost of taking everyone out just for breakfast is a fortune down here in "tourist land!"

The rooms were clean, great view of the lobby area and had no problems whatsoever!

And the best part of staying here is that we are minutes from Disneyland!

Our favorite Italian Restaurant is also in the lot, "Bucca De Peppo"!  Wow, great places, theme parks, favorite restaurant, "PRICELESS!"

Fantastic location close to everything, rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is so much more than continental. Completely recommend this for future visits.

Love the room set-up. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Some of the seats at the table were damaged, however the hotel acknowledged this issue and comped the daily parking cost at the hotel. My particular room had a horrible view of the empty, open lot next door, but that didn't bother me, I don't use hotels for the views from the windows

Visited the hotel for a small convention. Though the hotel has been around a while, place is very clean and well kept. Lots of natural light in their atrium, which gives the lobby area a nice ambiance

Service has been excellent! Everyone goes out of their way to take care of us during our visit. The free brekfast is amazing and the free happy hour (2 hours) is just as amazing. Only thing I disagree with is being charged $10 a day to park your vehicle in their parking lot. Pay to park so you can stay at their place? Where else are you suppose to park?

Overall, this hotel was pretty good. However, I did have a few problems with their wifi. Also, in my opinion, their shuttle was a bit over priced. In general, this was a pretty good hotel with great meals and service.

Very nice hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here. I will warn that parking is extra on top of cost of the room but that's pretty common.

Mark checked us in and did a fantastic job welcoming us. Room is nice. Good for a small family. Evening reception is a good snack and drinks for everyone. Breakfast included is nice as well. Hotel is clean and close to Disneyland via shuttle. Go see a Ducks game while here too! Will definately come back.

Stayed here for about two weeks and overall a pretty nice experience. The rooms are quite large (at least some are, I suggest you do some research so you know what rooms to ask for). We had a view that could see Disneyland fireworks at night. Great selection for breakfast with made to order omelettes . They also have an evening reception that does provide complimentary adult beverages to wind down from a busy day.

Clean, well-kept facility; the conference center was lovely, the lunches and breakfast buffet was great, and the staff was universally friendly and helpful. I missed them when I had to leave! Parking is ample, and the location is relatively near Disney.

A nice hotel with the classic Embassy layout. The hotel is only a mile from DisneyLand so it is within walking distance. The complementary breakfast is reasonably good and the bar in the hotel is well stocked for a hotel bar.

The staff here is nice for the most part but I found the counter staff to be most unhelpful when there was an issue with my credit card (their reader couldn't read the magnetic strip although other establishments had no issue).

Great place to stay while visiting for Disneyland. Free breakfast for entire party (that are in room), free snacks (chips, salsa, pita bread, and hummus), free alcohol (beer, wine, some hard), heated pool and hot tub.

Great rooms and the service is typical of a Hilton hotel. This is the second time I have stayed in a year and would recommend this as a great option for Disney guests.

The rooms were clean and the price was alright. Happy hour was great and the breakfast was fantastic. Be aware of the $15 parking fee per night and $6 per person fee for the shuttle service between the park and the hotel. We'd probably stay there again.

We've stayed here couple times when we visit Anaheim. It's an average Embassy Suites. Because it gets so much tourist business, it tend to be a little louder at night with screaming kids, embarrassingly ours has been one of those. And the facilities will always be in some state of disrepair. During our latest visit (July 2016), the main lobby/atrium air handler was out, so while the rooms were comfortable the common areas were uncomfortably muggy and hot. When I asked management about it they shrugged and said the system was old and breaks a lot. (Hey, I've got an idea multi-billion dollar company. Buy a new one!) In all seriousness the stay was fine, and aside from this issue mentioned above your stay will be fine.

I highly recommend staying here. I did for a business trip. First, I was greeted by Mark Morihiro the evening I arrived. He was friendly and had a smile on his face. A great first impression. I dealt with him several times during my stay and his demeanor was always more than pleasant. He even noticed that my motorcycle helmet was modeled after Luke Skywalker's helmet from Star Wars! BONUS POINTS!!

The room was clean and they served free drinks in the evenings along with light refreshments, on the house!

The location is perfect as it is close to tons of places to eat.

After leaving my receipt needed adjustment and that is where Gwyn Masapequena came into play. She was professional and EXTREMELY helpful. At one point on the phone she told me that she would take care of it and call me back. "Yeah right" I thought. within 15 minutes my phone was ringing and it was Gwyn! My issue resolved, I feel I have only one option, rate this place 5 stars and make sure that when I take my daughter to Disney, I stay here!

Thanks guys for making my stay so easy!!!

I really enjoyed our Guest Srvices, anything we requested they brought to our room very quickly. Everyone gets to have a free breakfast in the morning, has an amazing omelet bar and has a buffet filled with great hot food, yogurt, bread, fruits, cereals, juices, milk, and even soda. The first night we arrived the dinner room had complimentary drinks. Would definitely come back to this hotel. Also not very far from Disneyland.

I run a lot of disneyland races and this is always my go to hotel. Location is great, sometimes it's along the course of a run so it's easy for my boyfriend to spectate the race. And as soon as I finish my run and take the shuttle back to the hotel I get breakfast :) very convenient. Love this place

We stayed a week for a work conference. Hotel was fully booked. When you walk into the hotel you are greated with a hot and muggy atmosphere, two out of the four elevators are working. Sign posted saying for your convenience take the stairs. Oh yes 12 flights of stairs with my luggage and 3 kids I think not! Second morning at 7am no hot water tell about 8:30am and the rest of the week it was a race to see who would get hot water and who wouldn't. And have to wait 20 minutes for an elevator because it was full every time it came to our floor, my husband had to take the stairs because he would be late if he didn't. Third day fire alarm goes off and told To get ready to evacuate if needed over the intercoms. Then on the fourth day they interrupted the conference to tell everyone if your rooms end in 1, 2, or 3 please go check your room because there is a flood due to possible busted pipe. Day 7 check out bell hop dropped one of our bags on the way down and I didn't notice because he took the service elevator and loaded the car for me because my husband was doing work stuff. Called when I got home to say a bag was missing and they procceded to tell me I had to pay for shipping if I wanted it back. Why would I have to pay for shipping if your bell hop lost my bag, I would be more than willing if I forgot the bag in the room but they even admitted it fell off in the service elevator on the way down. Why didn't they call they knew what room I was in they had my cell phone number. All those things added up makes me want to never stay in an embassy suites or Hilton again. I expected a whole lot more!

The hotel in and of itself was decent. The hot breakfast was nice. The beds were small. The elevators were very loud, you could hear them running all night long. Not to mention 3 of them weren't working, including the service elevator. There were long waits to use the elevator and every time I got in one there was someone from housekeeping in there with a cart full of towels. They were polite but it seemed awkward that we had to maneuver around them and they couldn't effectively do what they needed to service the guests. The reason that I have given them 2 stars is due to their lack of professionalism and customer service. Upon my arrival to the hotel, I had prepaid for my stay ($600) through a 3rd party site Rocketmiles in order to obtain additional rapid reward points. The hotel required a credit card for incidentals which was no problem. Unfortunately for me, my credit card had been compromised and was declined for the $26 parking. On my last night in the hotel, I was notifed of this problem. I immediately contacted my credit card company and they assured me that they would approve the hotel charges. I went to the front desk and encounter the night clerk Bonnie B. And the night manager Gary Johnson who refused to run the card again saying it had been declined twice. I attempted to tell them of the fraud and it had been corrected by the credit card company but they refused. I provided them with another credit card that they claimed was also declined. I contacted that credit card company to find out that the night manager Gary had lied and the card had never been swiped, therefore it had NOT been declined. I went back to the front desk with my credit card company on the phone and they refused to speak with them stating the card was declined there was no reason to speak with the credit card company. After having to use a few unpleasant words they ran the card again and it was approved. Granted, it's not the hotels fault that my credit card was compromised, but there was no reason to be rude and try to humiliate me, or to treat me as if I were trying to cheat them out of $26. I had spent of $2000 in the last 2 days at Disneyland, I could afford $26. This is my 3rd time to Disneyland in the last 8 months. Typically I stay at a neighboring hotel (Residence Inn Marriott). Their accommodations are much better overall. Hot breakfast daily and (dinner during the week) cheaper shuttle service to Disneyland, nicer staff and bigger beds, just to name a few things. But I gave this hotel a chance due to rapid rewards points, and boy do I regret it. This will be the last time I stay at this hotel. I don't care how many rapid rewards points are available. This hotel had the opportunity to be my new "go to hotel" for my annual quarterly trips to Disneyland, but you only get one chance to make a good first impression... and they BLEW IT!!!
