The hotel looks nice but had fruit flies in the lobby and in both of my rooms. Guest services were not accommodating and rude when I came down to inquire about charges to my account that weren't authorized and even with a reservation to check in at 3, one of our rooms wasn't ready until 6 and we had to wait hours to check in. Pool was way over capacity with kids screaming, diving, etc. I was told by front desk that the pool has a 10 p.m. curfew for kids but kids snuck in after security escorted all the kids out at 10. When I contacted front desk I was told security would be coming to escort the kids out but no one showed up. The breakfast options were awful.....undercooked and soggy. For the prices and with this being my first time at this hotel....I was definitely not impressed and will not be returning.

When I walked into the lobby I was amazed .it was beautiful the best place to send your money 100 times better than those overpriced motels. Staff was very nice and caring. This is the place to be if you visiting or just need some me time.

Good family location close to airport.and freeway. Standard of facilities excellent, two room suites, which have kitchenette facilities. Good standard of breakfast buffet included in cost. Five minute drive from airport car rental centre. I have stayed there regularly.

Highly recommend due to friendliness, professionalism, cleanliness and trustworthiness of the housekeeping staff.
Breakfast and cocktail reception was excellent. Most impressive of was the fact that I left my Apple Iwatch in the room and housekeeping secured it in the their safe. I called 2 days later and they were securing it and picked it up the following afternoon.

Demonstrates high level of honesty and integrity. I travel to Atlanta bimonthly and this will be the only hotel I will ever stay.

Thank you for the excellence and integrity. Management should be proud and housekeeping employees recognized.

I have stayed here a few times now, and have enjoyed it each time. I love the snacks and drinks in the evening. Plus, the general ambiance of the lounge area is great, just as I've come to expect from any Embassy Suite. There's really nothing in walking distance from here, so plan accordingly.

This is my go to place when passing thru Atlanta. A very nice hotel with an amazing staff. The evening service is superb as well as the breakfast in the morning is second to none. The rooms are updated, clean and make you feel like you are at home. I have stayed here 11 times now and the only disappointment I have is when my flight is so early that I miss breakfast.

Very nice. All staff has been friendly and courteous. Rooms are very nicely appointed. Location is easy to get to from I-85, and nice shuttles to and from Atlanta airport.
Free breakfast is excellent, and probably the largest I have seen in any hotel chain.

Nicest hotel I've stayed in this summer. Room was clean and furniture was in good condition. Breakfast in the morning was awesome. The staff in the breakfast area was working fast and efficiently. Everything was awesome and exactly what I expect from a Hilton property. Very very happy with my stay at this location.

Excellent Service! I took pictures during a family reunion in one of the ballrooms. Everyone who worked at the Embassy Suites was very accommodating. The only thing that I didn't like was that once you were in the hallway of the ballrooms, I couldn't tell exactly which party was with who.

Beautiful place. Nice little cozy area...well...cozy for an urban area. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Willing to bend over backwards to satisfy any needs. There's really not too much to say except relax and enjoy your stay.

Amazing decor, staff extremely helpful, rooms are huge and bar is amazing. Get there by 4pm (1600) and you get free drinks at the bar until 7pm (1900). Full all you can eat breakfast buffet every morning. Honestly, next time I'm in Atlanta this will be the place I will stay in time and time again.

We had a marvelous stay at this Embassy Suites. If you are flying somewhere from ATL and need convenient service to the airport and long term parking then this is your place. Nikita at the front desk is the kind of employee that makes all the difference for any business. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She saved us a lot of money and hassle with her tips. The hotel itself feels brand new and the rooms were very clean. The beds were also as comfortable as ours at home. Will stay here again for sure.

Ms. Sandra was an excellent host. We had great housekeeping and very accomodating dining service! We booked last minute but you wouldn't know it. Clean, friendly, renovated and new, beautiful foliage in the lobby per Embassy tradition and all around good staff.

The hotel is nice. But the outdoor pool was closed on Memorial Day weekend and we have 3 kids. We were looking forward to swimming outside. The Happy Hour reception was packed. Breakfast was great and the employees were very helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, but there are a lot of marks on the walls.

I'm confused are bartenders supposed to be friendly are they supposed to be knowledgeable about the spirits they serve and they try to engage you so you buy more alcohol? If so that was not my experience, the ladies at the bar we're short sort of rude and disinterested and engaging at all. It was hard to interrupt them from doing busy work to order a drink. After spending about $35 at the bar I decided to go up to my room. It's a shame you have to beg for service. However the rooms nice the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the space.

The Hotel was gorgeous. I was there to attend a conference. It was very spacious. The hallways we're pretty. The sweeping staircase was awesome. I wish I actually had a room.
It's very clean and the staff was very pleasant. You can't tell from the outside but once you walk in, It's a bit majestic. The shops are quaint and cute. The conference rooms are huge and clean. I enjoyed my stay.

Embassy Suites has an extensive southern breakfast bar. They also have a free cocktail hour everyday from 5:30-6:30. Free drinks and yummy snacks. I always stay there whenever I visit ATL. They've recently renovated it, the only drawback is that parking is no longer free. It's now $16.00 per night, you need to factor this into the cost of your hotel stay overall. I've been staying at this hotel since 2009 and the fact that they now charge for parking was a big disappointment for me as I was not informed of this when I booked my stay in March 2018. Other than that, it's a nice place to stay at.

The hotel is lovely by appearance, the staff were great and very helpful. The continental breakfast was a very pleasurable experience b/c of the staff and their willingness to assist you. Although the hotel is beautiful aesthetically, I did have a rough sleep. The bed in my room was not of the best quality mattress, in that I did miss home. Oh, and I find it ridiculous that as a loyal patron I should have to pay to park at the hotel in which I am staying.

Pretty Good! Close to the airport but there are not many restaurants or other retail outlets around. Downtown is 20 mins and with traffic you don't know how much. Didn't get a chance to try the food or evening reception. But, $17 parking on top of a $130 room is unreasonable.

The hotel is excellent with great service. The location was bad for me in that it is quite a distance from any places to eat and/or shop. It does have a restaurant and bar on location. I will definitely be staying at this location again.

Excellent cleanliness on the rooms. I used to work in hospitality for years. No dust anywhere. Not a light bulb out in this hotel. Excellent maintenance and Housekeeping staff. This property here, you can tell it is very well maintained. Great friendly attentive staff. These people are why your hotel is going to remain successful and profitable.

Very beautiful rooms. You walk into the hotel and you are greeted with a huge open area to sit at and hangout or drink and eat. The lobby area is huge and lots of places to sit and even some with some privacy. Staff somewhat friendly.

The rooms are clean, new looking and gorgeous. Two rooms, one a bed room and the other a loving room. Both have big screen TV and nice lighting. Only issue is all the rooms have a large window that opens up to the middle of the hotel so you could leave this window open and anyone could look in. You can cover it but I'm always worried it's not covered enough.

Large pool with a nice big fitness center that has free weights and some machines.

I can't wait to visit this hotel again!

Nice and we're clean place. Most comfortable place to stay. No odors, didn't sneeze once the whole time visiting. Most comfortable beds and pillows. I was on a tight schedule so I didn't have time to experience their continental breakfast.

Awful experience. Newly renovated, but walls within the rooms are paper thin. Front desk not great. Breakfast was good. Will never stay here again. I also just finished a stay at a newly designed Embassy in Syracuse. The new hotel design is much better as it tends to keep nosies down.

my second time staying at this location and for the location, convenience and easy access to transportation, I was impressed. As for kids, there wasn't much to do here (pool is small (4 ft) and no kid friendly toys) my family and I had to get creative on ways to keep the kids entertained. Otherwise, for adults without kids, this place is pretty nice.

Rooms: 1/5
Breakfast: 4/5

I stayed here one night during a business trip. This hotel has certainly seen better days. I could see the feet of people walking by outside under the door as there was a large gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. The furnishings in the room looked like a motel from the 80's and there were red stains on the walls. The bathroom was clean but very basic and the shower/tub was slippery to stand in and dangerous - no non-stop mats were in place to prevent slips. My co-worker had a similar experience with his room.

The complimentary breakfast was quite good. Lots of variety and an omelet bar make the breakfast feel like more than the typical continental breakfast type offering.

Nice place to stay with a great staff! Always comforting, clean, and I liked the amenities. Pool was closed during the 3 weeks I was there and the alarms kept going off twice a day for the first week, but not too bad. The curtains are thick when you need to sleep during the day. I enjoy the extra door with a lock for extra security, and the cook to order veggies were a really nice option.

From the friendly shuttle driver, to quick check-in, and nice evening reception, every aspect of service and performance was the best of any Embassy Suites at which I have stayed. Sherryann provided great hospitality. Close to the airport, lobby has a great layout with a lot of cozy spots, and the food we ordered was very good. Room was nice and updated. Very quiet. No complaints.

I stayed here for a week for work. I arrived late, which I had to coordinate beforehand with some call center that seemed located outside the US. I was able to do that and took the shuttle from the airport which was easy and uneventful. Check in took forever with a staff member that was mumbling to herself for 15 minutes. The hotel also doesn't have tax exemption forms printed out so you have to take the time to print and do it yourself and even then the info won't get put in correctly for your receipt (as happened to me and am currently attempting to work with literally anyone that will help to remedy this).

The hotel itself is in an OK area outside the airport but has a really run down sign. Aircraft will fly directly overhead and it can be loud. The hotel itself is open style so sound just permeates through the whole building and rooms near elevators and the waterfalls in the lobby will surely be interrupted in their sleep along with the aircraft noise.

Breakfast and the evening reception were great and the staff at these were excellent. The staff elsewhere was hit or miss, either extremely rude, like I was bothering them, or incredibly helpful and genuine.

The rooms were clean on the surface but were not actually, which is something you notice after living in a room for a week.

Overall, stay could have been a lot better and it's incredibly annoying having to deal with the mistakes of accounting and not being able to get in contact with literally anyone at the hotel after the stay. Probably will find another place next time I'm in Atlanta, for work or pleasure.

The staff was pleasant, especially checking in. They didn't say anything to us about water issues (sign laid on desk but not noted). Brown water that afternoon but showers tolerable. In the morning however, no cold water. Couldn't shower. Guest services never called back when I let them know. Rooms, and food, were excellent.

The rooms were cool and roomy. The hotel itself is beautiful. There's an indoor and an outdoor pool. They have a "happy hour" with free drinks and light "snacks". The drinks are a nice treat, and they also have a decent breakfast. The morning cafeteria staff isn't the best, but the bartenders are nice. The parking lot was full to capacity the weekend that we stayed. There were two family reunions and some kind of kids football team was there, too. It's conveniently located. Close to the airport and the shuttle runs often. There's no shopping or major activity near the airport, though. I would definitely return.

This is an inner courtyard style hotel. We stayed on the first floor, which was different, but worked pretty well. The staff was laid back, but friendly enough. The breakfast buffet was excellent, including an omelet bar. Good, attentive service and well-staffed. Got a very competitive rate booking through Priceline.

This hotel is newly remodel, modern, and nice. The check-in process took al of 5 minutes, and the front desk ladies were very nice and attentive. We arrived in time for the reception hour, but I was unable to take advantage of that having to leave and meet my other party. The room was nice, but I really wished it was cleaned better; I did read about bed bugs however I didn't have any issues with that. The breakfast is the best, they never ran out of food it was always plenty. Their was a guy making the omelets, and he made them with perfection. I will defiantly return to this hotel.

Very good hotel if you need to stay close to the airport. Shuttles leave every 30 minutes.

Beds are comfortable with king size pillows on the King bed.

Restaurant has moved to the courtyard, which is nice. Big bar added in the area too.

The gym is not as nice as the ATL Hilton... And that is the area that can be improved.

I visited June 24th. I was pleased with my stay, however what I didn't like when I ordered some pizza and one of the mangers came up the delivery driver. Maybe it's me I don't know, also they charge $16.00 for parking. I told them no thank you. When I checked out I didn't get a receipt, which I shouldn't have to ask for one. Other then that everything was great!

Overall our stay was decent. Our room large with a nice living space with a desk, couch and tv. Between the living and bedroom was a small kitchenette with micro, fridge and sink plus mirror. King sized bed and walk in shower were nice. I slept very well on the bed. The only negative was water condensing in the closet from the AC making everything wet. In the AM they had a very nice hot breakfast with made to order omelettes.

Overall very nice. Free drinks in the evening reception were appreciated and the appetizers we ordered during the reception were delicious (specifically the Reuben sliders). The bathroom did have have kind of a funky smell the first time I used it, but everything else was clean otherwise. Rooms were very roomy with a living area with desk, couch and TV and a separate bedroom. I had breakfast just prior to checkout at 6am, my only complaint being the person making made to order omelets was not there yet. Perhaps that isn't available until later. Would have been 5 star if not for the bathroom in the room which very well could have been a fluke (cleaning staff used without leaving the fan on possibly).

Very modern, up to date hotel! Extremely comfy room and beds, everything was clean and neat. Excellent made to order breakfast! Only complaint was that the room was really cold... And setting the temp on the A/C didn't change that at all. Not too big a deal tho. Would stay again!

While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the real show stealer was the bar and the cooks. The bartenders were super friendly, and always ready to refill your drink. The rooms are not all that clean, i.e. molded shower and sticky counters, and the front desk staff is rude. It feels like they are bothered when asked questions. Upon check-in the person at the counter was on what sounded like a personal phone call and left me waiting for several minutes while she wrapped up her call. I had issues with the internet and the front desk acted as though I was a nuisance. Also upon check-out, the front desk person seemed annoyed. The breakfast is OK, not great. I have stayed several times due to work related trips and would not stay if I were traveling on a personal trip.

This hotel has been recently renovated and the spaces and guest rooms, which are all suites, are beautiful and well equipped. The living room of our suite was spacious enough to comfortably host a visit from family members while we were in Atlanta. The staff here from the breakfast service to the front desk were very nice and made us feel welcome. There are both an indoor and an outdoor pool here which are well maintained. We had a nice morning swim in the indoor pool. The gym seemed spacious and the lobby and reception area had tons of spaces to sit and relax as well as a bar with enough TVs to see all of the college football games that were on.

I forgot to take pictures. Didn't like the room setup, bed and living was separated, guess I wasn't used to it. 2 flat screen TV's. Kitchenette was a plus! The place was newly remodeled and still just didn't do it for me. Free full breakfast! Really good too! Staff was always friendly and super helpful. Do not order room service or any food items for that matter, way too expensive, just order take-out at a discount. The bar has menus for local joints. Finger food is served at night at the bar. There is nothing in walking distance, nothing in the area at all! College Park is a bad area from what locals say but we did not hangout there, we always drove to downtown or midtown to kick it. Like most hotels, the gym and the pool is lacking. Only cardio medicine ball and dumbells. Indoor and outdoor pool only goes to 4ft abs 4.5ft, good swim with friends though. Free WiFi, only good enough to download a movie in a few hours, not for streaming anything at all! If you sleep on the couch like I did one night, the waterfall in the common area in the breakfast area will keep you up!

Very modern beautiful site. One of the prettiest embassy we have ever stayed with and very high quality for being an airport hotel. The service was excellent and the amenities were very nice. There is an indoor and outdoor pool.

I came here a year ago and they have made significant changes. The hotel now looks beautiful, but the attention to detail and the service hasn't changed much. It is 5:45 AM on a Monday and there is no place where you can get coffee. Not only that, the staff doesn't seem to care too much.

The driver from the airport to the hotel complained about the long hours he's working. Not a very good way to start.

Embassy Suites is always a favorite of mine. Try to stay there whenever I travel. Rooms were clean, friendly staff, and the daily reception is an excellent option.

The best customer service I have ever received. The NICEST people I've ever met, southern hospitality at its finest. Clean rooms, a little dark, but very pleasant. Perfect for the little time I was spending in my room. I was in downtown and it was about a 20 minute commute to the Georgia World Congress Center.

We just spent three nights there for a girls weekend with four of us coming in from four different States. While it isn't close to downtown it was perfectly convenient for airport trips on the front and back end and we had a fabulous time there. The hotel is still under construction but the lobby is beautiful. The rooms were redecorated in very modern dark woods, chrome and quartz counter tops. The staff was great and the breakfast was worth setting your alarm. Don't let the location scare you since the price is right!
