The staff are fantastic. They took the time and patience to answer all my questions. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to airport and they have a shuttle service.

Everything was perfect the only problem that nobody pick my dirty towels and they not make my bed, never know that I need to make my bed. The pool was close I understand why so no problem with that but beside that everything was perfect.

great hotel if you are heading to the airport early. They have a great gym and pool. Not to mention they have a buffet snack time around 5 which is very filling.

Comfortable hotel and convenient location. Comfortable room with good bed and shower. Didn’t hear any airplane noise, very well insulated. Not to impressed by shuttle service (arrived 9 PM) and didn’t see s shuttle in 15-20 minutes. Breakfast was OK but for dinner I recommend to go somewhere else.

Overall a pretty decent hotel right by the airport. The room was large and we'll appointed.

I liked how convenient it was to return my car the night before my flight and walk right to the hotel across from the Hertz return. Then I got up early and had breakfast (made to order omelettes!) and took the shuttle right to the airport. Stress free.

Beware of the coffee at breakfast. Between 5:30am when it opened and 6am I couldn't get it to dispense hot coffee. Several folks commented "it's always cold". That's the only thing I found really disappointing about my stay.

Nice comfortable bed. We were on 9th floor with great view of city. Hotel has nice evening reception which offers appetizers and drinks. It has 24 hrs shuttle service to airport. We arrived late at Boston and needed a place to spend the night. Booked it online just after I landed at Boston. Rooms are big with separate living room and bedroom. Nice towels in bathroom.

My wife and me stayed here for a week while finding an apartment after having moved to the US from The Netherlands. Reception staff is plain awesome. Super helpful with all of our requests. Valet staff, shuttle bus drivers, waiters, everyone was on top of their game. Thanks so much again for your service!
PS: got the loveliest note from the reception team congratulating us on our new place with a bottle of wine. Such a sweet gesture!

Great job guys. Checked in easy and they had huge TV's all over the place and a bar that was serving drinks and food till 11pm. The room was clean with good to service and a working refrigerator. We ended up asking the front desk for a pizza place that delivered and they were quick to offer a great place that came straight to the room and the food was quick, hot and delicious. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. In the morning we had to miss the breakfast but it looked good. The shuttle to the airport was running every 15-20 min and we made our flight no problem.

The room was nice. Beds comfortable. The room was a bedroom with a living area, separate. The living room had a refrigerator and microwave and a sink. Plenty of tables face for work, you didn't, game of cards. Would be nice if there had been a different thermostat for the bedroom and the living space. Key to this hotel is the location... And the shuttle to the airport. Staff is friendly. Had a nice selection of local craft beers in the bar.

Very close to the airport with shuttles to and from (the shuttle is only an airport shuttle). The suite that I had was very spacious and had up to date amenities. The breakfast in the morning was good and could be made to order and opened at 5:30. The staff was very friendly and gave good suggestions for travel means around the area. There Ali's very large common room with tables and free finger food in the afternoon.

This location is very convenient to/from the airport. They, of course, offer your standard Embassy Suites breakfast and evening fare, which I found to be petty standard. The front desk check in staff was friendly, and I found my room to be comfortable and clean. This hotel is not the traditional courtyard layout like many Embassies, but of the style most hotels are. The neighborhood is very residential, with limited dining options without, at minimum, a 5-10 minute walk. I come here in work and won't hesitate to stay here again.

Rooms were large and comfortable. TVs were large and great quality. Fitness center and pool were nice, if a bit small. Dinner food was okay, but breakfast was fantastic. Shuttles to and from the airport are speedy and super friendly. Great stay

This hotel despite being close to the airport is actually pretty nice inside and close enough to important sites. There are places that will deliver food to your room which is nice. The breakfast was way better than i expected and didnt feel like i needed to go anywhere else and just ate at the hotel. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel. The rooms and the staff were very nice.

I stayed there for my business trip and liked the amenities over this place. Room was clean, nice and tidy. It was more than what i expected actually. Breakfast started ealry morning (from 5:30), so was able to get ready for my day with a nice breakfast. A piece of advice, do not use google maps to find this place as the map will take you to the other side of the facility from where you can not get your vehicle inside. Follow sign boards to arrive. One star less, because they do not have a parking space included in the rent. You have to pay for additional valet parking which is as high as $50 per night. Overall, good place to stay.

280 usd a night for a suite, around 7 dollars a beer at the bar. Breakfast is good, with cook to order omelette. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. There is a small pool and fitness center. There aren't any places to eat nearby, but the bar does meals at around 17 to 20 dollars a main.

Hotel is awesome. Staff is very friendly. You get a real breakfast not the cheap ones like many other hotels. The bar and common area are very clean and tidy. The pool was occupied by a lot of kids but we stayed on a Saturday night. Room was very comfortable. The AC worked for us and got cold that we slept like babies. We got a suite so we had a nice sized bathroom and separate room with a couch and desk. Highly recommend this hotel. There are shuttle buses that take you to your terminal at the airport and also one to take you to the train to get into downtown Boston. Can't wait to visit again.

Nice hotel with evening snacks and good breakfast in the morning. 5 min. walk to the subway for easy access to downtown. Better than staying at the hotels right by the airport because you aren't as stranded, having to wait for shuttles all the time.

At first glance this hotel is nice as clean. But so are most modern hotels these days. What stands out to me are these two points. One is the parking situation. They charge $50 a day to park. Street parking is hit or miss but can be free for weekends. But they don't tell you that. Also the parking ticket is only $40 so it's cheaper per day to try your luck there. The other issue was the managers reception. This is the first Embassy Suites I've been to that does not include drinks. The Free Happy Hour was a big draw to the ES, but this location does not play. Wish I had known! Professional staff, no other issues.

The room layout is actually bigger than the one we stayed in Houston TX. Not a spectacular views because of the location but it’s fairly easy to get to the Subway. The room itself is very comfortable and I think it deserve a lot props.

I feel like the hotel is under staffed. The breakfast staff look like they are working on a million things at one time. You can also tell because of their irritability. Also, the cleanliness is not the best as you walk through the restaurant and lobby area. The floor is sticky and the seats are has syrup and milk stain on it.

Overall this is a good hotel and can be GREAT!

Excellent location. Rooms are large, separate bedroom. Couch pulls out into a sleeper. Desk and work station very convenient. Tons of charging outlets around room. Breakfast is the best. Complimentary hot and made to order. Try an omlette!

The property seems to suffer from not enough staff. Only two people working the desk knowing that they were a designated hotel for a large convention. Breakfast ended at 9am on Monday and 10:30 on the weekend? With no room service option until 11am? Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Too bad service suffers from under-staffing.

Great Hotel, Excellent staff
The staff at this hotel, from the shuttle drives to the front desk, and the valet guys, were amazing. My only hangups were-I requested ahead of time in the HHonors app that I get a crib/extra pillows delivered prior to us arriving at 10:30pm, and they weren't there, I had to call fr them again... There were a few black hairs in the shower. Other than that, the room was great. Clean, the bed was comfortable, and checkout was quite easy.

Skip room service, though. It was $49 for a chicken finger basket, a kid's chicken finger basket, a coke (can), and two glasses of apple juice... and was sort of bland.

I'd recommend this hotel and would stay again :)

They do NOT have overnight parking but will do valet for $46. On top of that, their valet was FULL. Then we had to use the overflow airport economy lot, what a hassle to stay here! As I was pulling away, they continued to take a valet customer.. is it a point status thing? I'm a Hilton Gold member AND a HGVC owner. Totally confused as to how they we're prioritizing the parking (I think they were too). 40 min later, I got back from parking my car and I heard them valet park yet another customer..made me angry. Don't come here if you have a vehicle... HASSLE.
Otherwise, service, rooms, beds were great, I just won't choose THIS Hilton property again.

Good coffee. We got the premium floor room, nice room with two bedrooms. Unclear if it included the snacks/drinks/coffee that were in the room. The breakfast was really good with an omelette bar. The airport shuttle is convenient though we waited awhile for it upon landing at the airport.

They keep this property fresh, I had a very nice room. The bar/restaurant feels somewhat public, not what one would call romantic at all. Service was good though and I enjoyed a nice meal.

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and well setup. Convenient shuttle to and from airport 24/7. The building was under some light construction in the main atrium and it pushed the eating areas into a much smaller space than our last visit. But the complimentary breakfast in the morning, and chips and cheese in the evening is fantastic. The hot apple cider was probably the best. All in all nice stay and easy check out.

Large, comfortable room and friendly staff. Even with its proximity to the airport, our room was very quiet. Don't listen to your GPS or you'll get lost-- getting there can be a little tricky. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The park and stay rates are decent for the area.

Location is PERFECT. Free shuttle to and from airport. The blue line is about a 5 minute, easy walk across the park and super convenient to get all over. Rooms are comfortable and the staff has been great. Front desk has been great. Their very friendly and helpful, especially Calvin. He's been INCREDIBLE. So friendly, helpful and just an amazing guy who enjoys his job and shows it. He has been so sweet to our family and our baby and just makes our whole stay here even better. The breakfast is free and it has an egg station that has great omelettes made exactly how you ask.

Fairly priced alternative when downtown rates get too high. The rooms were cleaned very well (although a bit dated). The restaurant could take awhile to seat / serve but overall the food was good for a hotel. It’s located a walkable half a mile from the blue line airport exit. Memorial Park is also right next to the hotel. The park has a public track and several soccer fields.

Nice hotel which is conveniently located near the airport, rental cars, and the train to go into the city. An abundant complimentary breakfast is served daily. We had an issue with the water faucet in the bathroom and a maintenance man was sent to fix it.

Great hotel. Good price compared to other hotels near Logan International Airport. Just be mindful of the address (207 Porter). The entrance on this side is closed, the easiest way to get in is by driving to the car rental return area.

The staff is very nice and willing to accommodate for just about anything. However, they are so busy on the phones and they seemed stressed out by it. The omlete is the best part of the breakfast and the rooms are a bit old. They still offer a solid level of comfort though.

Suites are very nice and the lobby is beautiful. Within walking distance of good restaurants, and a 2 minute shuttle ride to any terminal. Price was a bit steep, but the room was booked on fairly short notice, so the price was to be expected. All in all, highly recommended.

Nice hotel, with a great location close to the airport. The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Shuttle service to and from the airport. The typical evening reception and breakfast that all Embassy Suites offer.

Front desk was awesome! Check-in was smooth and easy. They also helped with getting to and from the metro and which stops we needed to get to the Red Sox game. Watch your kids in the morning if you are waiting for a shuttle. The driver pulled straight into the overhang at a high rate of speed and created a dangerous situation that is 100% avoidable. For convenience to the rental car center it's awesome, however, I recommend staying at the Hilton if you just need a place to crash for the night and have a flight before 0800. Anything after that, the Embassy is the place to be for a nice breakfast.

7

Generally a great experience, as with nearly every Embassy Suites. But the breakfast buffet was a touch off, and we were there only about an hour after opening so it was not like we just had the leftovers, and more importantly, this is the hardest hotel to physically reach that I have ever encountered. There are three roads that, if you are looking at a GPS, seem to lead to this hotel. Two of the three of them lead to literal metal gates preventing access to the final 50 feet of the drive, and are surrounded by tow-away parking to ensure that you do not try to park there and walk the tiny distance remaining to the hotel. One 15-minute enormous loop on a mile of back roads later and we finally found the real road, but the fact that they do not see a problem with this road setup is astounding.

We arrived mid morning after disembarking from a cruise. Our toddler was close to nap time so we were worried about getting him to sleep since check in is normally 3pm (our boy is a picky sleeper!). The staff was extremely accommodating and were able to get us into our room much, much earlier. It was a life saver and we were able to enjoy the rest of our day sight seeing around the city. They also recommended an excellent pizza place within walking distance. Next time we're in the Boston area we will definitely stay here.

This airport hotel served its purpose very well. Getting from the airport was easy once the hotel shuttle bus has been called. The bus took approx 20 minutes, so I would recommend calling slightly in advance. The rooms were well maintained and easy to sleep in. Breakfast was very good, especially the omelette station which really helped. If only better coffee had been available to go with the breakfast!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around...

Convenient location if you are doing a quick stopover on your way to the airport. Clean rooms with kitchenette. Not so easy to get a crib / pack & play for the babies. Kind of a huge pain to get to. Valet parking only, do ride a shuttle or take the T. Nice rooms, decent size. The lobby bar is a good size with good food and has lots of event rooms if needed.
Just the access to downtown Boston is kind of a killer. If youre looking for late night action not the place, quiet and full of travelers.

We ended up in this hotel after we missed our stop-over flight. We had dinner here as well. Room (suite) was perfect; clean, quiet and lot of amenities. Stayed in a room overnight due to a missed connecting flight. Staff was happy to answer any questions and the food at the bar was excellent. I only had two issues with my stay. First, naming the restaurant Porter bar and grill and not having a dark beer on tap made me sad. Second there is no free WiFi in the rooms, so I had to rely on my data plan or face extra charges. Charging for WiFi feels cheap and outdated to me. Otherwise the place was great!

Convenient location if you are doing a quick stopover on your way to the airport. Clean rooms with kitchenette. Not so easy to get a crib / pack & play for the babies. Good shuttle service to the airport. Please consider serving breakfast from earlier or preparing a bag for early travelers. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an 11 hour layover at the airport and needed a last minute stay near the airport. This hotel was one of the only one with occupancy. The hotel was really the location was great and it had a free shuttle to to and from the airport. However the price was way too much based on the room. Normally its priced around 230 and we had to pay 342 for the same room. They only hiked the price because other hotels closer were booked. Which is fine for their business but for a room for a few hours sleep was way too much.

Adequate stay, but will try someplace else if ever returning to Boston.

Room HVAC system was loud and 'clunky'. Fan was loud, compressor was loud, and every time it shut-off there was a loud "thunk" sound (compressor shutting-off?) about 10sec before the fan stopped. Very obnoxious and woke me up numerous times during the evening.

Couldn't "sleep in" much past about 6:00am due to having to hear the elevator announce its arrival ("Ding!", "Ding Ding!") all morning long, despite my room being well down the hall from the elevators. Really, elevators don't need to "Ding" . . . people waiting for them can see/hear the doors open!! The people in the hotel who are trying to sleep don't need to know that the elevator has arrived . . .again . . . and again . . .and again.

Hotel restaurant service was slow . . . had to stand-about for nearly 5 mins (around 7pm when the place was nearly empty) before anyone came-by to find us a table. Took another 5 mins before someone took our drink order.

Bathroom vent/fan didn't pull any air . . . was one of those "always on" (central vacuum duct) systems, and airflow was non-existent. Why bother putting the system in of you're not going to run the suction fan?

Room was spacious and clean. Didn't like the "Jack and Jill" bathroom between the 'master' room and the 'guest suite' area . . . too many doors to lock and unlock. Nice, huge flat-screen TVs were a nice touch. Room could have had more electrical outlets (say, on the night-stand lamps!).

We just came back from 3 nights at the Embassy. We are a family of 4 with kids age 13 & 15. We were impressed but also don't travel much so nothing to really compare it with. However, I looked at many hotels for our 3 night stay trying to keep the price reasonable. Embassy was it! great amenities + for the price. With 2 adults and 2 teens having a bedroom and living room was amazing. The breakfast is amazing, so much to choose from, we didn't try the made to order omelets but they looked and smelled amazing. The managers reception was also a real treat, the kids loved it and after a busy day of travel and big lunches several of the nights we just munched on the treats at the reception. The biggest negative? our first night in the hotel the air conditioner stopped working, we found it quite warm going to bed but a/c seemed to be running....woke in the middle of the night and the room was 80 degrees! it was terrible, disappointed the hotel didn't offer a discount or refund for the night. Pool is decent, only 3ft deep so that was a disappointment for my teens but great for little ones. It did go out of order around 8pm the first night but was open the rest of our stay. The hotel is great access to the T station and the shuttle service was great. Oh and the food was delicious from the onsite restaurant however service was incredibly slow. Our whole family agrees that we would stay there again if we have the opportunity to visit Boston again!

Great service from the front desk and valet. The room was very clean and laid out very well. The surrounding neighborhood had some good restaurants and was very lively. Proximity to the airport is a huge plus.

The hotel was very nice, affordable, and amazingly convenient for my early flight out. The downside is that it is close enough to the airport that you have to pay a toll to get back into the city via car. The rooms we clean and comfortable. I do get tired of being told by front desks not to use third party booking services. News flash: people use them because you mark up your prices booking directly through your hotel chains. Charge a better price direct than through a third party and we would have something to talk about.

The rooms are big and nice. The free breakfast is good. And the staff that I've met are nice. Overall a good stay.

pros of this hotel: great location (just five minute walk from nearest subway), accommodating staff, free shuttle service to and from airport, great free breakfast and evening snacks, clean and comfortable rooms
cons: furniture was a little outdated, A/C was loud, not many restaurants or other attractions around
overall: def. more budget friendly then hotels in downtown Boston. Would def. stay here again

Not bad. The food and coffee are subpar in the restaurant. The omelets always good. Mixed review of some staff customer service, just OK.

I waited for an airport shuttle 20 min before realizing I had to call to request the pick up. This should be made more clear when reserving a room.
