• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:

- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

My stay at Embassy Suites Perimeter Center was great! The entire staff was very courteous and very accommodating. Sheldon, the person who set-up the conference/dining room, provided excellent services.
Ishia the catering manager and Shari the event manager was very accommodating. They were on top of their game. I would highly recommend this crew/staff. Even the clerks at the registration desk provided great service.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and it was a reasonably convenient location for what we needed. I write this review because at the breakfast buffet I had the privilege of eating some of the best hominy grits I have ever tasted, and I order grits whenever it is offered in most restaurants. They were creamy, buttery and slightly crunchy. I can’t recall the name of the staff member who makes them (I’m sorry) but thank you for that treat.

My husband and I, were vacationing here, from Detroit.

This hotel was spot on,
Rate: Awesome Price
Cleanliness: Super Clean yet Comfortable
Food: Better than average, But wasn't great. Could be better
Customer Service: My husband mainly dealt with them, and he gives them 5 stars.
Parking: Easily accessible
Smoking Section: Great ambience

Overall, We enjoyed ourselves and we recommend it to everyone.

Thank You Embassy Suites

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious 2 room suite with a fridge. Free breakfast and a daily happy hour. If you need to stay in this area then this is a fantastic option.

We take the children here every year. We love it. We are a big family so the adjoining rooms are perfect for us. The complimentary breakfast buffet and cocktail hour was excellent. I enjoy the staff very much. The pool had to too much chlorine in it though. Not good my eyes we burning just sitting there. Other than that it's an A in my book!

This review is LONG overdue. I had my daughter's sleepover/birthday party here last year November and it was a WONDERFUL experience. The room was clean the staff was MORE than friendly and accommodating. Even with 11 young girls they never seems to be annoyed or uncomfortable when we walked through and/or asked for special accommodations. I wish I knew their names. But everyone from the young man at the desk to the wait staff at breakfast were extremely helpful. Even the MANAGER assisted me with getting food for the children and getting them in place. I have never done a hotel event before and I was a bit nervous. But my daughter was so pleased she asked to go back again this year. And we WILL! I'm booking right now. We won't have 11 girls this year so it will be a lot easier on me. Lol. But I really hope the staff is as great as they were then.

The people are great. The evening social was nice. The room was clean. Breakfast was disappointing, buffet items were not refilled frequently and the omelets were not as good as usual, more like eggs with stuff on top. The common area restrooms were nasty, and the pool was so murky I wouldn't get near it. Definitely should be checked by the health department.

Rooms were nice. As always, the atrium is gorgeous; but the "bar and restaurant" area was a little lack luster. All in all, it served it's purpose and the staff were excellent!

Great location with shopping, food and public transportation near by. While traffic is typically congested, most shops and dining are within walking distance.
Complimentary breakfast with omelets made to order. But I'd go to Waffle House if I were you.

Beds are comfortable and staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are stains on the carpet in our room and on the upholstery on one of the chairs. The room took hours to cool down. The free alcohol at the reception in the evening is very nice and breakfast is tasty but multiple plates and bowls in the buffet line were dirty.

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing that could use some TLC is the room itself. The toilets are so low that you're almost squatting to use it. I'm not sure why they still have popcorn ceilings... The front desk staff and housekeeping were super great and friendly, I give them 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

This is the WORST Embassy Suites I have ever stayed at before. I don't understand why this hotel in this area has such cheap rates ... the rates match the guests that stay here. There should be a limit on the number of guests in a room. If there are, I don't think it is being enforced. It seems there are a lot of kids here that just run crazy on the floors. If you are looking for peace and relaxation then this is not the hotel to stay at. The rooms are outdated as most previous guests stated. The only reason I gave two stars is because housekeeping and the engineer were very nice and helpful.

A suggestion would be to renovate this entire hotel and charge more to match this area to get a better mix of guests.

This rating is in comparison to other Embassy Suites I've stayed at. The lines to check in were a little long, as well as the line during their happy hour they offer. It seems that just adding one more person at the bar and front desk would have made things run smoother. Also, the jacuzzi in the pool was out of order. When in the room it looked like they had remodeled and replaced the wall lamps with table lamps but the connection to the turn them on was still there. Overall it was an okay stay. Its just when compared to other Embassy Suites this was a little disappointing.

This hotel was easy to find. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was in need of a decorative update and didn't look fantastic. There was hair on the floor, sand in the hot tub, the phone by our bed was missing almost every button, and the bar lock on the door was broken. The staff is what kept this review above 2 stars. There is a $5 charge a night for Internet access and a $10 charge a night if you want to stream anything. We stayed at anot her hotel a month ago that was half the price with none of this foolishness. We will be finding another hotel for our next stay.

Embassy Suites is a Lovely Hotel. it has beautiful scenery inside. As soon as you walk in the door it seems very elegant inside. The staff was very nice to me. They had an amazing breakfast selection with a cook to make you personalized omelets and other such things. One of the best breakfast is I've ever had at a hotel. I will definitely be going back to the embassy suites. One of the things I like most about the rooms though is that when you walk into living room and it's a separate bedroom with a bathroom in between the two. Good for a weekend getaway or to bring the family.

Good location, quick access to shopping and the Marta. Has complimentary nightly cocktail and snacks. Good breakfast with small buffet and custom cooked omelets, but go down early to avoid a rush if you are there when the hotel is heavily booked. Has parking deck. Small TVs in the rooms, but the suites are spacious and have a refrigerator.

This hotel is overpriced. It's not bad by any means, but the Homewood Suites by Hilton nearby is much cheaper and a better experience. Parking isn't convenient at Embassy: you have to pay for parking and you have to walk around the side of the building into a big shared parking lot. Breakfast isn't complementary. There is a complementary happy hour which is probably nice but I haven't experienced it. They do provide quite a bit of free junk food in the room. The pillows are soft, and the bed comfortable, but the other furniture look dated. I thought it was weird that housekeeping replaced my soap daily, which I find wasteful - but the room was clean! The main hall is fancy and the staff has been friendly.

I stay here every time I visit for work. Great place to stay. Respectful staff. Free breakfast. Free happy hour drink a day. Beautiful lobby area to work and eat breakfast. They have shuttles that can take you to your office during the day time. If you're Hilton Honors, you get some free water bottles, which is always better than hotel sink water. Overall, this is my favorite hotel in Perimeter Center / Dunwoody area.

First at this Embassy Suites. We had a 2 night stay and the staff was wonderful the entire weekend. Hotel is dated and can use some upgrades. (furniture in rooms, common area and lobby) Suite was clean except bathroom around the base of the toilet had what looked like dried urine on both sides. So it hadn't been cleaned properly. Breakfast bar food was very good but not enough help in the kitchen area to keep everything stocked for the crowd of people. My friends and I got stuck in elevator 9 floors high with two young kids, whom parents were standing waiting in worry mode. This was a little scary. To the staff it seemed like something that was common to them. We love Embassy Suites overall and will continue to stay with them.

Breath taking hotel, very clean, Modernized rooms.....I’m a Gold member..I didn’t feel as if I received this type of treatment.

I unfortunately lost my wallet in the hotel, I went back to ask House keeping they said they would call me if found. No one called, I had to hunt them down. Long story short, I came here 3 times to get my wallet, I never got it back, they continuously told me they had to check with housekeeping

...I had to check into my next hotel and because of their “nonchalant” attitude, I couldn’t check in! I came to the hotel at 6:30am and was told by security I had to leave, he got loud and threatened to call the police. He took pictures of me and my tag. I tried to explain I was there to speak with housekeeping (they got into work at 7-8am) I was going to sit and wait because I had no where else to go and they made me leave

Bad experience! I probably won’t ever go back again, rude staff

Hotel was clean, comfortable and inviting. ..my only complaint is breakfast, especially weekend mornings (Saturday) when it was the most busiest from our Friday evening to Monday morning stay....the made to order line wait time was extremely too long...about 30 minutes. ..myself and others in the line only wanted bacon but had to endure the long wait. .maybe there should be 2 lines...one for people wanting cook to ordered foods and one for people who want food already cooked from this area such as the bacon but not on the buffet...even when bacon was on the buffet. ..the better quality bacon was in the grill area which again resulted in standing in long line...

First of all the staff was great. This Embassy Suites had the best staff by far of any Hilton group hotel that I've stayed in ever. The thing that bothered me the most was the condition of the hotel. It needs a lot of cosmetic repairs. The doors I'm my room had cracks, holes, and peeling at the bottom. The common areas had banister that we're chipped. Also, door handles were loose on the interior doors. I'd stay there again if some of those issues have been addressed.

We stayed here a couple weeks ago, along with the Florida evacuees (Hurricane Irma), so there were dogs everywhere!! They might've been unexpectedly busy, but I feel like the place could've been cleaner. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the free breakfast was delicious. However, we got back to the hotel late one night (around midnight) and there was a lot of trash in the hallways and a couple people passed out in the atrium. I love the area--lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance--but I would probably stay at a different hotel nearby. If you stay here, be sure to review your invoice when checking out!! We were almost charge a $79 dog fee and we didn't have a dog!

The embassy suites are really nice hotels. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated, the amenities are excellent, along with the complimentary food they offer for breakfast and in the evenings. I feel like they really care about their guests and want them to be happy during their stay at the hotel. They also provide a pool with hot tub, and a 24hr exercise room with barbells! Overall, I would not only stay at the embassy suites again, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a exceptional stay experience!

The executive suite was spacious & nice. There's a TV in every room & two bathrooms. The beds are cozy. The staff are the best. They provide a delicious made-to-order breakfast as well as a buffet & they even have light refreshments in the early evening. The hotel is beautiful with an indoor heated pool & 24 hour work out center. I would definitely return to this hotel.

This was our second stay. We like the fact that it was spacious. The kids had a lot of room to play with. The pool was awesome. The only concern I have is that it was too hot. Every now and then it would get cold.

The bartender had a policy that the first drink you get, you get it in a nice glass, and if you dont bring that glass back up to get a refill then he gives you a plastic cup. Well, for my first drink I didn't get a glass, I got a plastic cup, and when i went back up for a refill he told me that he wouldnt give me anymore refills if I didn't bring him my glass. (But I never got one.) I told him as such, but he just said the same thing. It wasn't even like I was having too much to drink, all I wanted was a soda. :( Other than that, the place was nice. Nice pool, nice rooms, nice surrounding area.

Rooms were spacious and clean. However carpet seemed damp. Breakfast was great all you can eat. The lobby wreaked of chlorine smell from the fountain. Fountain was pretty. You could hear the running of the fountain in the evening as you relaxed in your room. Happy hour was great as well with free drinks and little snack.

Very difficult to find (probably more of a Google maps issue.) Rooms were okay, but felt dated/neglected minor repairs (electrical outlets scary/loose, tile cracked and falling off wall, bathroom door falling apart.) One of three elevators out of order. Breakfast was definitely below average (food cold and lots of empty warmers where food should have. been. Choices were few. Way too crowded (and too few employees to accommodate) to be able to order from the "made to order" breakfast. Very disappointing) In room directory told us check out time was 12, but staff rudely told us we had to be out by 11, no later check out available and room cleaners banging on our door at 11. Parking $10. per day. Guest services left something to desired.

Stayed here with 4 friends Friday 4-7-2017 until Sunday 4-10-2017 and we had an amazing stay. We did see 3 bugs(roaches) and we killed them because unfortunately they didn't put in on our room!! Outside of that, everything was great. Plenty of towels and wash cloths, clean room clean sheets. The breakfast was good but that BACON WAS EXCELLENT! I ATE AN ENTIRE PLATE OF BACON it was too good!! Myself and all my fiends truly enjoyed our stay and ine recommend. ONLY ONLY DOWNFALL THE ELEVATOR IS SLOW ONE OF THE THREE DID NOT WORK SO THE WAIT IN THE MORNING FOR THE ELEVATOR WAS LUDACRIS!!! after my first experience seeing how long it took, I just decided I had to give myself 15 minutes whenever I needed to use the elevator!!! Everything worked out alright well for us. Thank you

Wasn't here overnight, just for a meeting. Lobby courtyard is definitely nice for events, and the location is quite convenient. Parking is slightly confusing, it seems that the lot next to the hotel is OK for visitors, but no clear indication either way. Also, there's a really loud elevator that you can hear throughout the lobby whenever it's in motion.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel, it was aged & did have areas that needed attention such a stained hallway carpet, chipped wood in door, etc all cosmetic stuff that is to be expected in a not new hotel. Our room was clean & welcoming with a huge table! Sofa bed provided a decent sleep for the kids. Room bed was comfortable & provided a good night sleep, pillows were full & comfortable. Pool was fun & warm. hot tub was hot but jets were subpar, still relaxing. Staff were welcoming, friendly, & energetic. No signs of bugs anywhere. Made to order breakfast was great, omelets, eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, pancakes, french toast, & all the normal continental breakfast fixings. Located in a great location that felt safe. We will stay again.

This hotel is great. The inside is atrium style, and you can see the 10 stories of rooms and potted (real) plants along the railings. The staff is great and checks you in without any needless waiting around and generally everything in terms of management goes smoothly. The rooms are well furnished and feature a living room space as well as a bedroom, a great bathroom, a mini fridge, sink, coffeemaker with not-terrible coffee and some tea. There are also 2 TVs, one per room.
Breakfast is complimentary and very good. There is a complete buffet of breakfast food as well as a kitchen that will make things like pancakes, omelettes, etc. The one thing that rubs me the wrong way about this hotel is that the wifi is difficult to get working right.

I was disappointed by this Embassy Suites. It took forever to get checked in, there was a line of 5 people in front of me and although the girl at the front desk was kind and courteous and was doing her best, someone should have come and out and helped her long before they did.
Secondly, the room was sub par. I had no toiletries in my room and had to call to get some. The gentleman who brought them was really friendly. The cleanliness was lacking. There were spots on the sofa and floor that were obviously neglected by housekeeping.
Parking is really a pain in this hotel, you have to walk around the entire building to get to the parking garage.

The best quality of this hotel is it's location, that will be the only thing that keeps me coming back.

Staff were friendly but not efficient. Room was showing wear and furniture was oddly placed. Breakfast was pretty good. Happy hour was not at the bar but dining tables. It did not encourage us to speak to other travelers. Location was good but signage was HORRIBLE. It was our last day before we didn't drive past it. The sign was back from the road and not lit up. The building was up a hill and behind trees so it was very hard to find even in broad daylight. I will try another Embassy Suites next time I am in the Atlanta area.

Great location. I went running every morning and felt completely safe. There's shopping and dining extremely close. Parking could be improved since you had to walk around the hotel after you park to get back in. Also, some of the plugs in our bathroom didn't work. Breakfast was edible but not the best I've ever had. The free cocktails and snack reception at 5:30 is what really gave this place four stars instead of three. The gym was small, very small, but there is a gym so, yeah. Overall, not a bad time though things could improve with the breakfast and parking situations.

The hotel is a bit dated, but overall a decent place to stay for business travel. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a true suite with two separate rooms, and includes a fridge & microwave. The gym was not the best - they were out of cleaning wipes, and there was a sign saying you could get headphones at the front desk, but they were out of those as well. They have a happy hour type event in the evening with snacks in the lobby, which was a nice touch.

The serve the service was really good, and I enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff is nice, it looks professional, and I will definitely be back again to enjoy more drinks and food from this establishment.
