Paul Davis is the manager I dealt with during my stay. Paul was amazingly professional and sincerely polite and accommodating. I usually stay at the Embassy when I travel. I have stayed here in the past and after Paul. I will stay here in the future.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!

This Embassy Suites had an open airy feel with the swans swimming in the lobby canal. Clean spacious rooms, made to order breakfast or choice of cold cereals and fruits. Free nightly happy hour with light snacks. Features an indoor pool and outdoor deck.

After 2 days the staff began to recognize me and the morning breakfast staff remembered my breakfast order. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Shuttle service makes travel easy. 5 to 7pm free drinks happy hour. Nice little spread of bar snacks. This place is my go to for Austin work trips. Butch and Cassidy are a great addition to the lobby.

GREAT hotel. Very spacious suites. Friendly staff: Paul, Laura, Jade, and ESPECIALLY Cornelia who really goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Free breakfast is far better than what I've seen in the executive lounges at flagship properties and Hilton Resorts. Evening reception is 7 days/week and includes food and drinks from the bar. Swans in the atrium add to the personality of this place and are fun for the kids to look and feed lettuce to. Great location to be in also: easy access to Mopac and 183 so you can get many places fairly quickly. Very close to grocery stores like HEB, Whole Foods, and Costco. Overall, a fantastic value for the money.

We Loved our stay on our 47 anniversary. Needed to get away and relax, and that we did. The hotel is wonderful. Staff were so friendly. Room was comfortable as usual. Managers reception, pool and hot tub were all awesome. The atmosphere was relaxing and extremely pleasant. Thanks again for a wonderful evening.

Best thing about Embaddy suites is ha hing that amazing made to order omelets by their chef!

Breakfast is included with your room as well as a well as complimentary snacks and drinks from 5-7pm every day!

Every single room here is a suite so you definitely get the best possible room everytime!

The staff here are amazing and really helpful people!
Alex at the front desk is the best! She helped us get into our room early and made sure we were taken care of!

I definitely plan on staying here again!

This is a great hotel. The room has a great amount of person for one person in the king size suite. With the usual necessities. Coffee maker. Sink. Microwave and a small fridge. The hotel come equipped with a restaurant. Bar. Lounge area. Business center etc. Personal a/c system that is ducted into your room. Which is a plus as most hotel use window units. A spotless room awaits you.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for a work conference. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had a good selection. The omlette station made very tasty omlettes. The complimentary evening drinks and snacks were a nice touch and made networking after the conference easier. The conference rooms were a tad small, but were well equipped and the staff ensured all needs were met. The hotel location is in an ideal spot in North Austin near restaurants and shops.

I like everything about them, but the cost. I can't say they're overly expensive, for what you get they are actually a good buy. It's just difficult at times to get employers to go that route. They have great breakfasts, fairly comfortable rooms, and very spacious rooms.

In town for a leadership conference. The hotel offers an option of allergen free rooms, which include an air filter system, hypo allergenic bedding, and pillows. There is complimentary breakfast with made to order omelettes in the mornings and social hour with light snacks in the evenings. In the exercise room, they offer headphones, just in case you forget yours to use with the exercise equipment. There's also an indoor pool, but I didn't use it. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel accommodations. The service is very customer oriented and all employees I have observed and interacted with, are very courteous and hospitable. I will be staying here in the future for business and leisure. The hotel is located close to several shopping centers. I was able to get an inexpensive uber ride to The Domain and back.

We loved our stay here. We had a premium room on the 6th floor. Loved the snacks and drinks that were included in the room. The indoor pool was awesome. It was actually heated, and my kids really enjoyed it. The evening social hour and breakfast were really good! Overall, this was the perfect little hotel for a family getaway.

Not what I expected at an Embassy Suites. I have stayed at a lot of Embassy Suite Hotels over the USA, and normally recieve good service, the right room, and an over all outstanding experience. This weekend, I have had an awful customer service experience at this hotel. First, I received the wrong room. One king bed instead of 2 queens. The representative at the front said, "well, there is nothing we can do we are completely and you have to take what we have. " While I understand that at this point there was probably little she could do. She was unhelpful and just not very polite. At this point we just figured we would try and figure it out with sleeping arrangements as we could not get any help from the "customer service" employee, so we tried to go to our room with our luggage. Tried, because this fully booked hotel only had one elevator working.....All in all, this Embassy Suites does not live up to company standards that I have grown to trust.

Room is nice, facility is nice, swans are entertaining...but the shower is the worst shower ever. Flow and pressure is so low and no hot water (warm to cool); I had to stand directly under the shower head. Issue was reported to front desk. Rated two stars because a shower like this ruins your morning.

THEY HAVE SWANS INSIDE! The story of the swans is sweet. The saltwater pool is great. Beds and sofas are comfy. Showers have good pressure. The happy hour drinks were a blast for girls weekend out.

My visit was only for an hour and consisted of sitting in a chair in the lobby and walking about 20 more feet to a conference room. The two were clean, furniture was comfortable, and signage was easy to find and read for directions. Not a single employee greeted, smiled, or acknowledged my presence. The decor and facilities were average; not worth the cost unless there are incredible service options I did not get t experience due to the nature of my visit.

I just went to meet up with my parents as they were staying there for Thanksgiving. Only went in for an hour or so, but it was nice. On Saturdays they do a swan "show" with their resident swans, Butch and Sundance. The kids get to feed them lettuce and that's about it, but the kids really enjoy it. I will say, the swan water looks gross and needs some maintenance, but other than that it was nice.

Great hotel especially if you have kids with you. They will enjoy the swans, indoor pool and free breakfast. The hotel is also located in a place in Austin where there are many things to do as a family without having to deal with the traffic that plagues the city.

Beautiful hotel. Swans in fountain were remarkable. They are brothers! I was here for an Amazon event at the hotel for potential employment the day I first walked in to an Embassy Suites. This hotel is definitely expensive but overall is wuiet and safe, so I see why they obtain and retain guests business! Great job.

Close to lots of restaurants, stores and gas stations.

My family and I stayed overnight during the weekend. Our room was already ready for us even when we came an hour early. We didn't have to wait for our room. Had a great stay here. Everything was clean and beautiful. Traveling with my family. My son loved the indoor saltwater pool. We also enjoyed the free hot breakfast bar or with a chef on duty, you could order omelets, pancakes, etc. Pretty much anything you want, they have it. Also loved the friendly staff, the royal swans in the hotel lobby we're such a nice touch. They have their own little sanctuary pool and the staff will give you food to feed them. My son loved that. We also enjoyed the free happy hour at the bar at 5:30p everyday along with free snacks set out in the dinning area next to bar. What other hotel does that?? None that I know! All very family oriented. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Austin. Loved it!

Embassy Suites truly is the premium experience. From the swans swimming in the center of the lobby to the scenic glass-door elevators, every step of the way from the front doors to your room has been tailored for a seamless and luxurious feel. Breakfasts are free with fresh made pancakes and custom omelets made to order on your request; the evening provides a "happy hour" with free drinks, both alcoholic and non, along with light snacks. The 6 floors of rooms are excellent and comfy, and no aspect of a premium hotel-going venture is left untouched. Embassy Suites is a definite must if staying in the Austin area.

We LOVE staying at the Embassy Suites. The staff are all very nice, courteous and very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. One of the main things I love about staying at the Embassy Suites is that the rooms are suites so you can watch TV or work in the living room and not worry about keepng anyone awake 11are Suites so they have a FREE happy hour from 5 to 7:30 p.m. which is a great way to unwind after a long day of boring meetings. They also have a indoor pool and hot tub so no matter what time of year it is you can always go for a nice swim.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms were cozy and the staff was very nice...except the Russian omelette lady. She was the rudiest! She made me hate breakfast for the three days I was there. I asked her for lunch if she could warm up my left overs (the only microwave was behind the counter). She stuck her finger in my food to check if it was warm. When I caught her with her fingers in my food, she laughed.

This is probably my favorite Embassy Suites that I've stayed at. The atrium area is nicely decorated and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has easy access to nearby freeways and restaurants. The rooms are on the smaller side of other Embassy Suites but they are better decorated. The only downside is that the elevators are kind of slow.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. "Suite" doesn't have a real kitchen... just a microwave and fridge. I think they are referring to the two room aspect maybe. Shower had decent pressure and heat but the shower head was crappy. I enjoyed the daily reception but the one day I skipped out I realized how much noise travels up to my room (5th floor).

This is a pretty nice hotel! Great rooms, although we had trouble with some locks. Nice heated hotel pool, and there are swans in the atrium, who are really cool. The hotel bar is OK, but there are better out there, and there's no real dining to speak of. The staff were very nice and helpful though and I'd probably stay here again if I had to be nearby!

We went here for New Year's Eve we stayed December 30, 16 to January 2, 17 and I have to say this is one of our best stays anywhere yet! We stayed on the 6th floor suites room
Was clean and well kept each day! I think the staff is by far the best staff! From the bartender to the cleaning staff to the front desk associates everyone was extremely nice. Did I forget to mention complementary snacks in your room, cocktail hour, and breakfast(that actually tasted good) !! The only thing I didn't like were the live Swans in the lobby! I'm not a fan of having animals in unnecessary captivity for people's viewing purposes! But they were friendly too and huge! Our 1st time in Austin went great!

My first time staying at a Embassy Suites, so I'm not sure if this is standard or not. The layout of the hotel is that the middle is an open area with a water feature with two live swans. Unfortunately, this seems to make the noise from the lounge area carry throughout and you can easily hear it from your room. Fortunately, being a suite, you can close the door to your bedroom and block out the noise. My room seemed a bit dated and a weird lingering smell seemed be to stuck to the wallpaper.

They offer free drinks in the evenings and free made to order breakfast in the mornings.

All the service people I dealt with were excellent.

This place is well kept, only issue me and my family had and concerned us. The staff allowed non paying guest to utilize facilities at the establishment. Not only is that an issue if we are paying to stay but the security of the rest of the hotel is put at risk when random people are roaming around not accounted for.

Ended up at this Embassy Suites because of work, the location was close to my assignment, but not especially interesting. The rooms are clean, but haven't been updated for some time. Bed was nice. Some the staff were not helpful and even a little rude, others were very nice. Probably wouldn't stay here again unless I needed the extra space traveling with family, but then I might look for some place closer to a more interesting part of the town.

Nice place to stay and friendly staff. There was a few small hiccups but they were handled promptly and without fuss. The ac wasn't working correctly in the first room they gave us so I called down and asked if they could move us. They didn't question me or try to fix the ac first just said okay and moved our room. Both rooms were clean and well stocked, though that was because we were on the premium floor.

The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because of how disorganized breakfast is. To me it seems like they are short staffed in the mornings. They have one person at the grill making made to order omlets and the line tends to get long really quickly. The tables aren't cleared fast enough so at times you have to stand around and wait for a table to open up. The utensil containers were also empty more times than they were full, in fact the entire 3 nights we stayed I never once saw more than 5 pieces of silverware in the container so again you have to wait around for that.

Breakfast is my one and only complaint. The swans are wonderful to watch, the place is clean and the staff was friendly.

My expectations may have been raised too high from staying in hotels in Asia but this was just sad. Wifi didn't even reach the bedroom so I tried to use my travel router. After troubleshooting for a while I called the front desk and found that all LAN ports were disabled (got link but no IP).

There's no food in the room minibar. Instead you have to buy it at the little shop at the front desk. Also the room service food comes in cheap disposable trays with plastic utensils. That was just sad.

The only great thing about the hotel was the breakfast buffet. The pancakes and biscuits were amazing. Possibly best I've ever had.

Embassy Suites are generally my goto hotel for work and personal travel. The Austin Arboretum location had one of the nicest lobbies and restaurant area. Rooms are pretty standard and very clean. Breakfast however is where they fall short. The "hot items" are guarded by some foreign lady working the omelet bar who scowls and has zero customer service skills. Breakfast quality was subpar too compared to other embassy suites locations I've stayed at.

Super nice staff (Freddy in particular makes you feel special as soon as he sees you), confortable rooms (even if a bit aged decorative), nice free reception and better than average breakfast. Both family and business friendly. On down side wifi signal poor in bedroom, and poor swans making circles in 5 square meters of water.

We actually won't be checking in to this hotel until tomorrow, but I'm already impressed by their level of service. We had some changes we needed to make for our block of five rooms. The reservations option on the phone forwards you to a central phone bank (not sure where it is, and the accent of the person helping me was a bit challenging to understand). The lady on the phone offered no help other than to say she was sorry she couldn't help because the hotel was full. I asked to speak to someone directly at the hotel and was transferred to Sharon at the Arboretum front desk. She was very understanding, worked through the details with me, and came up with a solution that was perfect for us. So far, so good.

Celebrated Easter visiting our daughter - great cook-to-order-breakfast and played board games in one of the banquet rooms. Got to help feed the swans in the lobby - great place and very friendly staff

We celebrated my Grandma's 95th birthday at this Embassy Suites. My family came from all over the country, from New York to California and everywhere in between. We all stayed for a four day weekend. WE LOVED IT! The Embassy Family, at this location, are wonderful, everyone! They really have the Austin hospitality. Thank you for helping us celebrate such a great person and giving us a chance to visit with family.
