ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

The THREE people working at the hotel were great. They worked very hard and when I was able to find them ( again they had to work the entire hotel) they gave good customer service. I am very disappointed in upper management. When I made a reservation there was no mention of no services available. The website made no mention. The website boosted of the opposite. I realize times are tough and people have to adjust. Not being honest is the same thing as lying. My family and I stay at the Embassy Suites in most of our travel. I am very disappointed in the integrity of the hotel. Just be honest. I probably would have stayed any way. Business ethics are always important.
Again, I would like to say that the limited staff were great. The hotel was clean and despite their working conditions they were always pleasant.

Awesome Experience at this hotel! Stayed here while visiting some friends from out of town. Tanner at the front desk was great, we were sad that the restaurant, pool and breakfast buffet were closed but the clean room and great service made the stay awesome! We will definitely stay here again, once everything opens back up.

Truly enjoyed my stay.. I came to visit my daughter in college Austin... and even though the hotel was short stuff (due to covid-19).. and even though we where not able to use the amenities at the hotel..I must say that the staff really did a good job.. But I Really miss the full buffet in the mornings at the Embassy suites I used to have...

Wonderful hotel with awesome aesthetics. The view inside is really relaxing and the happy hours free drinks was a welcoming sight after getting off the road. The pool was closed when we went but looking forward to going back. The hotel room suite was luxurious and easily accommodated our party.

We didn’t really enjoy our one night stay here. Check in is fairly late. Walls in the hotel rooms are paper thin. Additionally, since the hotel room doors all face the open courtyard, it is very loud. Plus, the housekeeping folks are also a bit loud. That leads to a not so stellar night of sleep. So when you ask for a late checkout, you would think they might be a bit more understanding — but no. I was told that the hotel does not have a late checkout.

I’d rather stay at the double tree a mile or so away. I stayed there last time and it was much better.

This was a very disappointing experience. I last stayed in this facility 15 years ago. Unfortunately, it look like it did 15 years ago in many aspects. They were doing renovations and the renovations were occurring as quietly as possible. Unfortunately the side effects of the renovations were huge contributors to this low rating. One elevator was not functioning and the staff we're having to use the three remaining elevators to move equipment and cleaning carts to the other floors. I never did see it but I assume that the service elevator must have also been out of order.

The breakfast area was renovated but do not expect a made-to-order omelet at this facility because there is not any place for an omelet to be made. There was also a terrible fly condition that I am hoping was related to the construction.

The room in which I was placed was convenient and looked like it had been recently updated.

The staff were very friendly and genial and it is for that reason that I have given the two stars that I have given. If the staff had not been so outgoing, friendly, and helpful, this would have received zero Stars and a very unfavorable rating.

If you should stay in this facility, also ask if they have any teenage groups staying in the hotel. There were teenage softball and baseball players everywhere.

The room/suite was quite spacious. I was disappointed that the King suite I booked online through the Hilton website over a month in advance was not available upon check in. Otherwise, our stay was very enjoyable. Clean rooms, nice amenities, great breakfast and happy hour.

Disappointed by this Embassy Suites. I stay in Embassy Suites when travelling for business and I am usually very happy, but this particular one is below par. I stayed for one week with my wife.

Pros - Room service tastes great and comes in a timely manner. Room is adequate. Happy hour. Pool was nice and iodine is used instead of chlorine.

Cons - Was woken up in the morning by remodelling multiple days. Housekeeping was VERY inconsistent. One elevator was out of commission for 6 out of the 7 days we were staying, so the elevator wait times were extremely long especially since the workers that we're remodelling were using the elevators as well. Hard to get ahold of front desk at times. Tried calling multiple times with no answer in the middle of the day.

Please note, remodelling was being done at this time, but if full price is going to be charged and it is not disclosed that remodelling is taking place, this is not an excuse.

This place is pretty cool. Kids love the elevator that goes up and down 10 floors with windows exposing the elevator to the outside as it moves. Great breakfast option and decent free dinner stuffs. Room was just fine. Minor age issues, but nothing to write home about. Staff is friendly.

Stayed while attending state softball tournament. Great place for large groups to stay. Lobby was nice and roomy for hanging out and visiting. Rooms were clean and large. Hotel is in process of some remodel, which is needed. Little outdated. Helpful and friendly staff.

The room is spacious, separate living room with sofa bed is nice! However, for a $200-$300 per night hotel, the bathroom is OLD and tiny. Even for a small person is a squeeze. Sound insulation is none existent. There was a drunk person singing in the hall last night (right next to the curtain is that hallway) at 12:30 am and one can hear every word. Breakfast is not that great either. Some Holiday Inn or Marriott serves better quality food. Not worth the money.

the place is absolutely beautiful. the staff is great and the food is friendly~ but the price is outrageously and ridiculously high, just like all hotels these days. pricing far exceeds people's paychecks. hopefully embassy suites will be a leader in returning prices back to a legit rate for travelers to be able to enjoy traveling again~

Personnel very helpful and friendly. New renovations are splendid. The room was comfortable and pretty.

The free Happy Hour and Breakfast fare were great!

I was there for a meeting, using their meeting facilities, and all went as planned. They gave us the best offer among nearby Hotels, many of which we had been using for years.

A positive experience for all the group members.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

The Hilton brand is the only place I stay at. My family and I book a room here for one night and while here is some of the amenities that we love to use weren't available because of renovation. When booking to stay we weren't made aware of the renovations so we called the front desk to ask what they can do and of course Hilton always takes care of us which is why we always stay with them because even though things might not go as planned they always make it better.

Its a beautiful style of hotel. There is one much like it I've been to in San Antonio and I'm sure others across the nation. I was there for a Landmark Forum that lasts for 3 days. There is construction going on in the hotel so there were power tools that were being used. I will say it was only a couple of times in an afternoon but the times it did happen it was very jarring and took me out of the experience of the seminar.

Other than the appearance and inconvenience of the plastic sheets over certain places the place was adequate. The good at the restaurant was good. I had a brisquit burger and my partner had the stuffed portebello. The lounge area is very comfortable.

I am staying here during a conference and it is great. Rooms are perfect the happy hour is just right. The only reason I deduct one star was the beakfast buffet is not open yet. I peeked and see that it is almost done. Still a real good experience.

We were staying on the top floor, and it was pretty cool. The elevators are really nice and QUICK. And the food at the bar is pretty good. However, of the four of us, NONE OF us slept well--although we don't have a concrete reason as to why that would be.

We stayed here on a Saturday night. There seems to be sections of the hotel that are being remodeled right now. However, it did not affect the quality of the staff here. They were very friendly and helpful, that we didn't mind the remodeling areas at all. I am always impressed with Embassy Suites.

This is a newly redesigned Embassy Suites. The inside is very modern and we loved our stay here. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Austin. The price was significantly cheaper than the one in downtown and the drive was about 7 minutes

I've stayed at an Embassy Suites (in Chicago) once prior and it was fantastic - clean, well-maintained. This location did not meet the expectations that I set based on my first experience. There was smell of leftover cigarette smoke everywhere - in the lobby, rooms. The carpet wreaked of it. The hotel was a little run-down, but in the hotel's defense, they are currently renovating. The rooms are very spacious, however I was not too happy with shower in the bathroom. It definitely needed some updating. The continental breakfast buffet was phenomenal! The options guests have are numerous! As breakfast is my favorite meal of the day, I was in heaven. All in all, the hotel just needs a little TLC and this would surely be an Embassy Suites that would meet my expectations.

We were able to get a very good deal for this hotel but Unfortunately, the embassy suite central is under construction. The lobby is over crowded with furniture and the other half of the lobby is not finished. A big chunk of the cafeteria is closed for construction too. The worst part was the breakfast because the egg making chef is not available. Only scrambled eggs. We look forward to having omelets in the morning. Oh well, now we know why it was cheaper. No issues with the rooms at all but we like to take advantage of the Embassy amenities and we didn't this time.

The people working for this hotel are amazing! I only wish everything was. Most all of the rooms are newly renovated and very spacious. I didn't like how some of the air conditioning systems would sometimes drain in unexpected places or the fact that our room smelled a bit like bug bait. I think once the remodel of the hotel is finished and the new pool put in, this hotel will be top notch.

Spacious, lovely staff and newly remodeled. They were in the middle of remodeling when we got there. Would have been nice to know that when we made our reservations. We were put in one of the remodeled rooms. They didn't replace the heating and air conditioning unit in the room so our air never really got cold. It felt old but with a fresh coat of paint. Location was convenient to the highways which you can't hear from your room which was nice. I think I would recommend somewhere else while they finish the remodeling.

Very nice hotel. It is right off the interstate, so it is easy to get to and from the hotel. The staff here is amazing. I'm not sure I've stayed at a hotel with such friendly service. And the free breakfast! It's amazing! Hot breakfast items made to order! And delicious as well! The only downside to our stay was the remodel, but those are necessary every so often. Overall excellent stay. I would highly recommend.

I usually love this hotel. With the beautiful water fountains and the goldfish to the pool and the wonderful staff. Unfortunately, this last time I attended, the hotel is under construction. Total bummer. I was told it should be finished in a few months. I wish I had known this prior to booking a room at this usually awesome hotel. I guess one bad visit in a dozen isn't so bad.

The service was great, the hotel was under contlstruction at the time and the staff bent over backwards to make sure you are taken care of. Breakfast was TOP NOTCH. If you are looking to stay at a place with breakfast, they have made to order breakfast included. The building itself is dated... Hence the construction but very clean and the front desk answers on the first ring.

I was at the hotel for the BBB Annual Meeting Luncheon. I just wanted to say that the two gentlemen who handled the Valet Parking were outstanding. I watched as David ran to retrieve vehicles for the 3 people I was behind, and when he was ready to retrieve mine, he apologized profusely for me having to wait. It is endearing when a nice hotel like the Archer Austin hires the right valet service people. Kudos to all of you.

Great hotel, friendly staff and perfect location. Noted as a "haunted" hotel making the stay exciting, especially if you walk the halls on the old side of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet was great, the restaurant is small, but the food is good. Recommended.

Great place to stay with easy access right off of I-35 in Austin. Only about a 5 or 6 mile drive to the convention center and other downtown venues.

Rooms were clean, the atrium was AWESEOME. The ONLY complaint I have is the strong fragrant smell of perfume or room deodorizer in the rooms. I got used to it in about 10 minutes but had to do so for several days while I stayed there. Other than that, no complains and I would stay again.

Got a great price last minute. About 10-15 minute car ride from downtown. Breakfast was great. They make omelettes to order. Have a great selection of other options as well. Breakfast is free. Very nice hotel. I loved the decor on the outside and inside. My understanding is that they will be remodeling the atrium. A shame. It is nice the way it is.
The rooms are nice. Clean and well designed. However, one can tell that they need updating and fixing. Sink in bathroom had a cracked in it running lengthwise. Also handlebar in tub was starting to come loose.
The bar was great. Friendly staff and good food. I really enjoyed the manager's reception with the free drinks and hor'dourves. I also liked the free breakfast in the morning.
The staff was friendly and attentive.

Not a half bad stay. Embassy Suites always has nice hotels. All I can say is:

- Clean rooms
- AWESOME continental breakfast
- Amazing indoor hot tub and heated pool

HOWEVER

- Avoid the Bar & Grill, not very clean, Nats crawling beneath the draft beers, and about 35 minutes for chips and spinach dip

- Didn't care much for the WiFi

Second Hilton chain experience and yet again, not impressed. We didn't have a bath plug or a blowdryer to begin with and the wifi was the absolute worst. I'd rather have them charge me and give me wifi that lasts more than 5 seconds and with which i'm able to watch let's say a simple Youtube video than this horrible failing complementary one. It took me half an hour just to get this review online. If a dingy motel can do it, why can't Hilton?
Plusses? Nice staff, spacious rooms and a whirlpool. To me it did seem clean and hopefully breakfast is decent.

Great location, quiet rooms! We're close to downtown and close a short drive to Circuit of the Americas. The rooms are spacious and quiet, although could use some updating. What's outside is inside - looks great! They have free breakfast that starts at 6:30 AM, and the noise level from outside cannot be heard when inside the room. A block away from a convenience store. Highly recommend it.
