Nice modern hotel with convenient access to airport and local offices. Spacious fitness room and pool/hot tub. Complementary evening reception and breakfast are nice touch.

I was here with a group. Four of us complained that the air conditioners in our rooms were not working right. My room was not "hot", but it definitely was not cooling either. It got warmer each day I was there. The atrium was always warm and muggy. You can't beat the happy hour, which is the main reason this rating isn't lower. It's about the details. The comforter on my bed was shredded on the bottom, meaning it was way past time to be replaced. That sort of summed up what I felt the hotel's attention to the rooms. Breakfast was good, but I can't say this hotel would be high on my list to stay at again with other better options in the area.

Reservation for 1 adult 3 kids. Every day never had towels for 4 people. Could not get into room due to night latch malfunctioning locking us out. Maintenance person very helpful and kind. Once we were able to get into the room, my granddaughter had to use the toilet. The toilet would not flush. The maintenance person stop working on the problem with the night latch to fix the problem on the toilet so my other 2 granddaughters could use the toilet. The defect with the night latch very inconvenience.

Breakfast was awesome. Shuttle from airport was really slow, I waited for just over 45 minutes for it after I called for a pickup. A folded towel in the room seemed to be used. It had a small strain on it. The receptionist was competent and checked me in quickly, but she wasn't friendly at all.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Food at the bar is good. The only problem we had was the equipment was broken in the exercise room. Easy fix (we do it for a living) but was told it would be down for some time. After the first night we switch to the Hilton for their excuse room. Mgr even offered free drinks to make up for it. That's not going to work unless we get drunk and not look in the mirror. If they fixed the equipment we most likely would stay there again.

Favorite get away place. Love happy hour and breakfast. We go at least once or twice a month. Some minor repairs could be made with the thermostat in the Presidential suite and a few rooms we have stayed in, but over all pretty nice. Kitchen, room service staff, and 4-5 floor housekeeping are the real MVP'S.

The room was OK, although overcooled as I came in (65 degrees!) - the overall look and feel was all right and the food service was OK quality. The problem is the shuttle. Several of us nearly missed our flights. We came and asked for a shuttle at 4.10 PM. They said it would be there at 4.30 and we waited. It got there at 4.42 PM and they're supposed to be there every half hour. I am not sure what the issue was and I don't mean to make a big deal out of it, but it should be noted.

I love staying at Embassy Suites. The breakfasts are made to order and the happy hour helps me unwind on business trips. This location checks all of those boxes. The employees are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable. Where it misses is the location and layout. It's branded with the BWI location, but is tucked further back and over 295, toward Ellicot City. This means any movement to or from the hotel takes an extra 5 to 10 minutes compared to other airport lodging in the area. The open atrium is an Embassy Suites classic. Some noise is a given due to the design. At this hotel, however, the noise level is much louder. Even with only 6 people in the bar area, noise penetrates the sitting room area. When it gets packed on a weekend night, it is hard to hold a conversation in your own room. The only other complaint is minor. The shower rail is at about 5'9". That means I smashed my head several mornings in a row as I exited the shower.

The Embassy Suites brand is awesome. This particular hotel was not as courteous nor as eager to serve as Embassy Suites in other areas. It is still a great hotel. Very clean.

Spent two days here for a meeting. While the property is a little bit older than other surrounding property, it looks to be clean and well maintained. What stands out at this location is the great service by all, including the shuttle driver, desk staff, housekeeping and food service.

Very nice place. Surprisingly spacious. Bar downstairs was pretty active if you are looking to socialize. Meanwhile my room on the second floor was insulated from the noise. All around a very pleasant experience.

Stayed two nights for a work trip. The entire building is recently renovated and looks great! The building is cool with a giant atrium on the interior, this allows all the rooms to have windows into the interior as well as looking outside the building, cool! The breakfast was fantastic with a made to order chef, and the evening happy hour was a lot of fun.

What a wonderful stay. The staff was very pleasant and caring. They welcomed me with great service, and answered any questions I had. They offered swimming in the indoor pool, complimentary breakfast in the morning. My room was beautiful, and fully stocked with clothes and extra bedding. However cleanliness was lacking by a lot. I feel like they only cleaned what most people look at, everything else was disgusting. I will be back however.

I've stayed at this particular Embassy Suites several times. It's a good hotel that it's still in pretty good shape. You can tell along the corners that it's a little tired but other than that it's always a good hotel to stay at. It's a good distance from the airport and takes less than 10 minutes to get to and from the airport. The guy behind the omelet bar is always delightful to talk to in the mornings and he always whips out a really quick and hot breakfast. Whenever I'm in Baltimore and need to stay near the airport I always enjoy staying at this property.

Came here for a company safety class. Rooms are nice but you do not have control of the temp of the room. I sleep cold and the lowest it would go was 70... not sleeping temperature for myself. The food provided for our classes was exceptional. Great taste, great presentation. The staff were all wonderful and appreciative.

Loved the hotel. Breakfast was great with the cooked to order omelets and other items. There is an evening reception. We had a family reunion here and loved every moment. The hotel sits in the back off to itself which is need. Parking could be better though. There is a mall and casino about five minutes away.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Regular shuttle available between the hotel and the airport. The rooms were nice and large, they helped with a cot for our child and the breakfast in the morning was generous and really good.

We ended up her due to a cancelled flight but it felt like as a good a place to pitstop as possible.

Honestly this hotel is just way to far below average compared to other embassy suites properties. The evening reception was a wreck. It was severely understaffed, and the "food" was trail mix that had been picked over by a bunch of kids. The drinks were fine. We tried to eat at the "Bistro" and heard our food being microwaved in the back seeing as we were the only ones in the restaurant at 6:30PM. The food was garbage and I very rarely say that about a Hilton property, but this one is a hearty exception. The pool needs to be worked on, and the hotel is still under construction as they are peeling the wallpaper off the walls downstairs and repainting (this was not advertised on the hotels website as it normally is). I am a Hilton Honors Gold member and the room I was put in on the first floor straight across from the elevator. Could hear children screaming all night, and was forced to listen to the elevator open and close all night. This hotel is just honestly pathetic for the cost would not recommend compared to other Hilton properties.

This hotel got everything right! It’s in the right location for easy highway and airport access. It has the right convenient parking. From front desk to housekeeping, it has the right staff. Throughout, it has the right level of cleanliness. It has the right amenities. Awakening to the at-home aroma of fresh ground coffee, onions and bacon, this hotel has the right quality of food and offers a great dining experience. This hotel was on the lodging locations list for patients getting cancer treatment at Johns Hopkins. I arrived at the Embassy Suites late evening on November 28, 2017. The perfect king suite for my brief stay was #224. Considering everything Embassy has right, even my suite was priced right. Hopefully, on my next soon upcoming stay, I will again get my perfect suite.

The staff were all friendly and helpful whenever needed. The room was very clean and comfortable - more so than many other Embassy Suites that I've stayed at recently. The breakfast was great every morning, and they are quick to serve. I just wish they offered more food options in the evening for when you don't feel like going out for dinner. Great hotel overall.

We usually stay at an Embassy Suites when we travel. This location is struggling. First, they had trouble with not only the air conditioning in our room but the entire hotel seemed stuffy several times. The 8th floor was incredibly hot even outside of the guest laundry. They did end up getting our room to cool off a bit. Then because the refrigerator was over frozen, the door didn't seal and started to leak. Thankfully they quickly replaced it. The pool was awful. It was so dirty we couldn't see our feet. Once a clump of hair floated by, we got out! I'm not sure the filter was operating. After that, all 3 of our kids started throwing up. It was a long week! The maid staff were always friendly, especially when helping me with soiled linens from the illness. The breakfast was good. The spread was smaller but the cook to order items made it worth it. The reception in the evening had a nice spread and the bartenders were very helpful. I liked the idea of the library area for working outside of the room. Overall, this location needs some help with it's facility operations. We appreciated the way the suite was set up. The staff were usually really friendly.

Come for the proximity to the airport, stay for Clef the shuttle driver! The room and everything was fine. Great water pressure, big, clean room. Happy hour with free drinks in the lobby in evenings. Clef was awesome, he recommended G & M nearby for dinner (shuttle service distance) and it was a busy but good dinner spot. Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

The staff has been very nice and the included breakfast was amazing. Had a sticky spot on the carpet that we kept getting stuck in because of placement. Mentioned it to the front desk and housekeeping directly and it was not addressed during our stay. Additionally there was a night and morning we did not have water. The front desk was able to accomidate us with a late check out so we could shower after it was restored and before we left for the airport. The staff was able to make the issues up to us before we left for home.

It is a very nice and friendly hotel. We have been there with my family - 2 adults and 3 kids aged 4,7,10, in a suite, while finding out new flight after missing ours from BWI. The price/performance was great. It is easy (below 1 HR drive) to get to center of DC. Near the hotel are services as well - different food and grocery options. So if you have some business related to the airport on the way in or out, it is very good place.

It was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast is suppose to be served until 10:00 am but they actually stopped restocking early and started putting everything away at 9:45 so the door was closed at 10:00. We got the last waffle mix at 9:45. We felt rushed to grab what we could. That was a little disappointing not only for us but for a few others as well. The king size room was comfortable and clean but the furniture layout has the air conditioner at the foot of the bed which blows the air right in your face all night. That's not good for people with allergy and sinus issues.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but we did visit the happy hour each night. David was our regular bartender and was super friendly and seemed to have regulars each time a new person stepped up to the bar. He gave us solid restaurant suggestions, too.
The rooms are a bit dated, but clean, the pool and hot tub were a little rough with cloudy water and a ring along the waterline, but they had lots of families, so I'm sure that's hard to stay on top of.
The location was great for driving into Baltimore, or catching a cheap Uber. We would definitely stay here again.

Always try to stay here if my per diem allows . Even nicer rooms since they have been remodeled. Digital key is pretty cool the first time, but I suggest getting a physical card key because the app on the phone has to be opened and then you tap unlock on your phone and it opens about 5 secs later. Wish it was just a tap to open similar to the physical card. When returning from work with dinner in my hands and a backpack it's just not very practical. The whole process takes about a "real" minute to open the door, which is pretty long when your hands are full and fumbling for the app on your phone . Other than that the place has great free breakfast and social nights with snacks and open bar for 2 hrs with specific beers, wines and liquor that is free

Hotel was in very close proximity to BWI Airport, which was extremely convenient when are plane was delayed. We have stayed at Embassy Hotels in the past and have always been pleased with spacious rooms, separate room for kids was key, and service and the friendly staff. Also, the breakfast is superb! However, cannot give five stars, because bathroom showed signs of wear, but did not take away from our families' overall experience.

We only stayed one night before a flight, but we found the rooms to be nice, clean, and roomy. They also offer free parking and a shuttle to and from BWI got guests. They offer a continental breakfast in the morning, but we didn't take advantage because we left early.

Overall my stay was good.
Pros: The maid did a great job cleaning my room, good channel sections, nice size pool, great location with good parking, and the bed are very comfortable. The happy hour food and drinks were amazing. Safe environment.

Cons: for a week the guy with dreads messed up my omlet, the potatoes were constantly cold, and there were little nets flying around the food. The staff was helpfully but it would be nice to be greeted when coming or going. They don't even look at you.

Overall I'll probably stay again when I'm bk in town and I'll recommend this hotel to any family member or friend.

Check in process was very quick, being that I had already picked a room online. Parking was plentiful, and the lobby was very nice. I was given a free drink coupon for my first night stay and they didn't skimp on the booze.

The room was very nice, quiet for the most part. They provided a keurig with a good selection of coffees and teas. Only minor complaints were a low shower head which didn't affect me since I'm 5'6" and very slow internet.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. The living area and sofa bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. We also called to get an extra blanket and it was brought up to the room very quickly. WILL was the representative at the front desk when we checked in and he was super friendly and most helpful in suggesting places to eat. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was during the reception hours were because the attendant filled the snacks quickly during the first hour but after that there was crumbs. So get there early or you will enjoy drinks but no snacks. The pool area was nice and clean with enough towels. I haven't used the gym but other guest have commented that it had enough equipment to meet every workout.

Very nice, all-suite hotel. Modern decor, very clean, mostly friendly staff. The free cooked to order breakfast is the best of any hotel chain. The manager's reception is also a nice feature, though I've had better food, and a better selection, at other Embassy hotels. All in all, definitely recommended.

I typically like Embassy Suites. This one left something to be desired. AC in my room didn't work properly, some mold in the shower, and the food selection for the evening reception was mediocre. I didn't get all of my Diamond benefits either. Ample parking and breakfast was great!

We arrived at about 9:30 with a couple kids after a very long ride. The hotel was clean and spacious and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. I was pleased that my crib and extra pillows were already in my room, which we typically have issues with! What really set this hotel above others was the very late dinner we had. We sat and I asked if my pasta plate came with enough pasta to share with my daughter who was not terribly hungry. Not only did they make sure there was enough pasta, they served her own plate! After a long drive with a toddler and a teenager, this was one of the best things I could have imagined. Not only was it fast and fresh, it was delicious! I never would have thought I'd get such a great dinner. To Red, the chef, thank you so much, it was just what we needed. Embassy suites has always been a favorite hotel of ours, but this experience really stood out.

Such a comfortable and relaxing getaway for my friends and I. To our pleasant surprise, we were satisfied from check-in to check-out. Representative Will was phenomenal in customer service. The only concerns with the suite were the tub water having slow drainage, but did go down eventually; the wifi signal was terribly weak, and some tv shows signals would freeze. Not sure if these could be rectified in the future. Otherwise, the free breakfast made-to-order was delicious and the cooks were friendly. The free parking was convenient. The gym and pool was fine. The bed was comfortable and lots of space in the suite. I would return with no questions asked.

Love embassy suites, best hotel to stay at. There breakfast is to die for (omelettes, waffles, pancakes, etc) and everything is made to perfection. There lobby is amazing and feels like a 5 star fancy restaurant with a bar and place to sit down and order food. Hotel has a decent gym, great pool and Jacuzzi, beds are more than comfortable to sleep on, and tv is a flat screen that has access to the ports in the back to hook up your hdmi or other wires

This is my first experience ordering a hotel room by myself. And everything was so simple and easy. The app for the Hilton Hotels definitely aided it in a different experience that I truly enjoyed

Close to airport with free shuttle. Nice clean spacious rooms. Was only here to sleep before an early morning flight. Staff we interacted with were great. Shuttle staff were very helpful especially with our car seat and extra bags. Would definitely stay here again for my next early flight.

We had a wonderful stay! There were some issues with the pool. However, the issues were resolved quickly. The rooms were spacious and clean. There were also plenty of restaurants to choose from as well.

Rooms were clean and spacious . The temperature controls worked well. Pool and workout rooms were fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. 1 of the three elevators was broken. Two family members had an upset stomach after eating the breakfast. Remote was broken in the room.

This place was nice. Front desk was super accomodating we came in late and they were attentive. The bedding was like sleeping on clouds. And the rooms were spacious. Breakfast was AMAZING made to order omelettes...real silverware...fresh fruits

Stayed three nights while visiting Baltimore with the wife and two kids. We stayed on the 8th floor facing the rear of the hotel do it was fairly quiet. Room and facilities were clean and pleasant and the breakfast was decent. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for three nights in August and was happy overall. The room was mostly clean (could have been better), the food for room service was actually good and it was like staying in a one bedroom apartment. Overall I would give this place a 3.75/5 star review and would stay again for sure.

I absolutely love the staff at this hotel. When we first checked in, the receptionist was so nice. She really made me feel like they were here for me. After checking it, we went into the room and it was so beautiful. The room was so spacious and clean. I love that they separate the living room from the bedroom. Next, we went to the restaurant. The waiter, his name is Joe, was incredible. He recommend foods, gave us helpful tips about our stay, getting our free drinks from the bar, and anything we wanted, he was right there catering to us. Such an amazing man. The food was great too. After eating, we went to see the pool and it was very nice. It's inside and had a jacuzzi next to it. Only thing bad about that is it was very hot. I know it was to keep the pool warm but it was like a sauna down there. The fitness room was great too. Everything about this suite was wonderful. I will definitely come back and recommend to others. It is worth the money that you pay.

***Great choice for military heading in or out on rotator!***

Stayed one night. I've stayed there once before and enjoyed it, so chose it again. Glad I did. Fantastic room at the military per diem rate. The hotel looks nice on outside and inside, very clean and the atrium surrounded by rooms is a nice touch. Convenient and quick shuttle service to and from airport. Got me checked in right away, staff was polite and helpful. Room was clean. Ordered food from the restaurant/bar to take up to my room. It was ready right away and looked/tasted good. Bed/pillows were comfortable. Shower was hot. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, best I've had at a hotel, including made to order eggs at a grill line. Checkout was quick and easy. Not one complaint, will be my hotel of choice when heading into or out of the country. Highly recommended.

Beautiful architecture, beautiful view. There is a complementary breakfast, with made to order omlettes, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea, and more. The service seemed rather nice, though there was limited confrontation. The pool was a great temperature, and the hot tub was so relaxing. Last of all, the rooms were spacious, although the furniture seemed uninviting. But the bed was very comfy.

Was a nice stay, rooms were ok and clean, front desk was courteous and helpful. Pool was great for the kids, hotel is in the process of remodeling so some things on the floors looked worn such as carpet and walls. Breakfast areas were nice. Noise from outside the room could use a lot more reduction.

I spent 3 days at this hotel. The hotel suites are very large. However, it needs to be updated. My room was not cleaned. We left the room at 11am and returned at 7 pm. I call housekeeping at 7 got a recording. I waited 1 hour called the front desk, no one answered. I went to the front desk to request towels, and asked about the housekeeping recording and the no answer at the front desk and was told the buttons on the phone do not work. I then asked, How was I supposed to know this?. During check out I was asked if everything was OK and I responded, I just didn't have the room cleaned. Her response was I am sorry about that.....
I would stay here again but would hope for a better experience.

Excellent accommodations and awesome friendly and helpful staff! I especially loved the woman who made everyone's omelette sat breakfast - always with a smile and good humor, even during a rush. Thank you again, if you see this! Your omelettes are delicious!
