The Embassy Suites @ Hunt Valley Hilton is a very special place to stay. I came every New Years Eve I get 2 suites next to each other. I've bring my Granddaughter & 1 or 2 of her friends. All the children have a great time, they stay up all night. The basically have a run of the hotel. They are safe, the ride the see thru elevators all night. When 12 midnight comes it's a sound you've never heard before. The staff are wonderful. Your greeted @ the front desk like family. If you've been there before they welcome you back. I will continue to come back. I'm here now to spend time with my granddaughter for my birthday last week & her's next week. See you New Years Eve( by the way I make my New Years Eve reservation every January).

This place is so pretty! It feels like an oasis. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the crew was friendly. I can't wait to come back!

The room smelled of smoke even though it's supposed to be smoke free. The room was dated and ok - there was an audible whine that was coming from the vent when it was not running and they could not figure it out. On the bright side, the breakfast was pretty good. Staff was pleasant and amenities decent.

Great hotel. Comfortable bed, clean rooms. Pool is only open from 5-10pm so the kids were disappointed. Evening reception provides free drinks and snacks. Beautiful atrium and made to order breakfast included in price.

The staff was nice and accommodating. Free breakfast was very good. The elevators take a really long time and I know this isn't the hotels fault but kids running around the halls and yelling at night took away from the visit.

Great hotel. Great location. Right across the street from a shopping plaza. The hotel itself is beautiful. Free breakfast buffet, complimentary drinks 5:30-7:30. The only downside is that the pool doesn't open till 5pm on weekdays. Other than that, I highly recommend

The Embassy suites @Hunt Valley were a disappointment for me. This is a very big hotel with a lovely lobby and atrium. However, the glass elevator was smeared and dirty, the room's furniture looked worn and there were crowds of people milling about. We were told there were 3 different
Family reunions going on. One man was shouting from the Grill dining, to another man who was on one of the upper floors.
We were grateful our room was in the corner and a quiet place. The bathroom offered one washcloth and one towel, no xtras.
I would not choose to return to this hotel again.

Stayed here for my wedding- I suffered a severe spine injury 3 days before my wedding and the hotel staff was extremely nice and accommodating. We had to cancel our honeymoon and they allowed us to extend our stay for several days without question to aide in my recovery because I could hardly walk and needed assistance with a walker/cane. Everyone there was so sweet and helpful!

The Embassy is now a pretty dated facility in need of an update to the latest Hilton theme. The staff and GM are great, doing the best they can with what they've got. The breakfast is acceptable but unfortunately management is hamstrung by marching orders from Hilton. Rooms are clean but dated and nearly every one I've stayed in needs some level of minor repairs. Please, for your own sanity request a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor and take the stairs, this building has what might be the slowest elevators I've ever come across in all my travels.

Cool atrium, breakfast was really good. Nice staff. Rooms seemed slightly dated. Could use an update but still good. Each room has a pull out couch so a double really has three beds.

Everything was ok. Breakfast is great. Otherwise, the room could have been a little cleaner. There were crumbs on the table and counters in my room and behind the kitchenette sink was gross with buildup. Main complaint is regarding the huge water bugs that come out at night from the lobby fountain/jungle area. The bugs seemed to stay on the first level and on the walls in the center of the hotel away from the rooms but don't be shocked if you see a 2 inch roach by the elevator if you return to the hotel from a late night out.

The meeting room was nice. The temperature in the room was far too cold. It was bone chilling, but maintenance tried several times to adjust the temperature without disturbing the presenter. The lunch was delicious. I dont think I have ever hard a turkey bacon wrap that tasted great.

We held our wedding reception here 3 years ago. Recently, we booked a suite. There was a slight "mishap" that was taken care of by the GM and Ariana. They host a great complimentary breakfast. We will be back again. I advise not booking through a 3rd party. Call them directly.

Well I had a waterfall in my room, not in a good way. The AC in the ceiling just started pouring on to our counter. I had to call the front desk 2x then finally went and found a housekeeper who found a maintenance man to call someone to fix it. Apparently this happens often and they just wipe down the counter. Did not offer to cover anything that was ruined. Heck they didn't even want to replace the glasses that had gotten the AC water in them. The guy just shrugged and said it's clean it's just ac water. What?!? Gross! It got in what was going to be our dinner that night so I threw that out.
Even without the waterfall it's so wet with humidity in this place. (Coming from southern Alabama) the popcorn ceiling is falling down. Some fell in our room. I thought maybe we had especially gross room. But our friends staying there had a strong smell of mold in their room she kept the door open hoping it would desipate... It never did. The housekeeping only seems to happen if you bribe them. In two weeks they only came by a few times. The lobby area is fantastic with a koi pond and a waterfall (one that is intended) the elevators are very old shaft elevators I think. They are glass so they are great when they are working. They went out a few times we were there.

This has to be one of the best places I have ever stayed. I can't wait to go back honestly. The suites are very up to date & clean. All the basics are covered & free down to shavers, toothpaste & toothbrushes. The suites are actually 2 large rooms & a bathroom & well equipped. The free breakfast is delicious & has so much to choose from. I love the see thru elevator & the waterfalls and pond with fish is like an oasis in the middle of the hotel. They also have a nice indoor pool & whirlpool area, a workout room, a lounge, a small store & more. I am being very honest when I say I loved this place & wasn't ready to leave. They have a late check out as well. Great place for a quick get away, wedding receptions, & so much more. I will be returning.

Front desk was nice and friendly. It reminds me of the Gaylord with the atrium in the middle but this hotel is older and could use renovations. The carpet was dirty and there was hair in my shower and on my bedding. I prefer Marriott chains to Hilton. I was not impressed. The location is across the street from Hunt valley Town center an surrounded but office buildings in a business Park area. I walked to the Town center which is a reasonable walk but wear sneakers because the road is hilly. Also if you walk, leave out the car entrance because there's steep hills on the other side of the parking lot. You can't really get down to the sidewalk safely. I stayed here for free for a job interview. It was next door to the office. I didn't get the job.

Nice, clean hotel. The suite had a sitting room and bedroom. The bathroom had a shower stall (no tub). The hotel has an open atrium in the center, with the rooms lining the perimeter. There were usually people in the atrium, but the sound did not carry up into our room. Complimentary breakfast was good, with a lot of options. They were very strict about the check-in time of 3:00pm. Elevators are slooooow.

This is a very fancy upscale hotel. They were very accommodating and there are a great many amenities included in the cost of the overnight stay. There was free bottled water and fresh fruit, complimentary hot buffet breakfast with lots of options including personalized omelettes, and complimentary drinks and snacks from 5:30 to 7:30. I only stayed one night but the room was very spacious and included an attached office/lounge area, mini fridge and microwave. They also have a pool and a hot tub. The pool is a little on the small side but the temperature was good, it didn't feel cold at all after being in the hot tub. They did have to fix some plastic wall corner protectors that had fallen off and it made the room smell like glue for a little while after but it wasn't bad. The shower door was also a little tough to open and close but all in all I had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful facilities, but considering the level a hotel like this is on, their lighting design is in DESPERATE need of some serious upgrading, energy efficiency introduction, and general improvement of the lighting design throughout the facility.
I noticed this because I am an electrician and specialize in lighting design, so I am of course very critical of the lighting design and layout in any place I visit.
Overall, excellent hotel though. 😀

Loved the hotel. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean, location is great for what we needed. I wish the hotel was a little more modern, it doesn't seem like it's been renovated in a while. But it's still great hotel. My only complaint was it seemed like there's a lot of flies in the hotel. I realize it's summer but there was a fly in my suite when I checked in. In addition you see flies randomly flying near the bar and sitting area. That would be my only complaint. Other that that loved the hotel, great staff

The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The made to order omelette are the best thing about the breakfast. But I do believe it depends on who's the chef. The first day everything except the made to order waffles were good. The second day everything except the made to order omelette was disgusting. Unless your palette is bland, go to the nearest IHOP. We did and everything was great, they even offered items that you don't see at other establishments.

The lobby and dining area was beautiful with rocks, plants, and a stream with koi and waterfalls. It made for a relaxing free breakfast the next morning.
The room was comfortable and clean and had all of the typical amenities. There were some small signs of the buildings age but overall it is maintained well.
I was happy with what the hotel offered for the price.

I have not stayed over night but have attended a few events and ladies nights in suite. They are cozy and clean. The hotel is beautiful for dinner and drinks by the pond or fountains. We had valentine's carryout on our way from a dance class and the food was delicious. Bartenders were friendly and we'll educated about the menu.

This is a great hotel, but the series of issues we encountered upon arrival made for a really unpleasant experience right off the bat. It's worth mentioning that we were both going on over 24 hours without sleep after a day of flying, so we were tired, hungry & miserable by the time we arrived. So, a couple of these things probably wouldn't have been quite as big of a deal had that not been the case. Anyway, (1) our room was set to 62 degrees, so it was absolutely freezing cold ALL night because the heater didn't work. It only blew "lukewarm" air which felt cold, but we kept it on because at least it was less cold than the current temp. So, no matter how much we bundled up for the first couple hours, we were just absolutely miserably cold (and tired, and jet lagged, and hungry). (2) The room service menu is very expensive ($12 burgers, $30 NY Strip, etc), so I expect at least above average food & service to go along with the price. I don't think that's an unreasonable or uncommon expectation... I ended up ordering the kids chicken fingers w/ fries (only $6 - totally reasonable) & a slice of cheesecake ($8! Totally unreasonable). The food came an hour later, after we were told "30 minutes, 40 tops," and it was barely warm (not hot at all). It was also missing ketchup, so I called down to ask if we could get some & they said they'd bring it right up b/c it was supposed to be included. The fries were already soggy & getting cold, but I didn't know that until right after I hung up. I figured the ketchup would make them more edible, so I chose to wait on the ketchup. It arrived like 30 minutes later (at which point the fries were gross). So I had 3 small chicken fingers for dinner. By the way, these were NOT $6.00 chicken fingers. They were cheaply made & overpriced, but they tasted fine and the fries also had a good flavor. As for the astronomically priced slice of cheesecake, it was also very small & cheap, and the strawberries & whipped cream topping were missing, but it tasted good. So, overall, it just felt like everything was going wrong & it was a really miserable arrival. HOWEVER! After having said all that, I have to say we're much happier today, and here's why: the room is nice, the bed is SO COMFY, and the free buffet-style breakfast is awesome, with a huge variety to choose from including a cook to make you a custom omelette (!!), eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, bread, bagels, English muffins, pastries, muffins, 4 different types of cereal, every type of jelly, butter, milk, coffee stuff, condiments, etc you could want, a HUGE beverage selection, and even more that I know I can't remember. The breakfast seating area - and the entire interior of the hotel's center area actually - are really cool as far as decor goes. So, today was much better, and overall we really like the hotel & would probably stay again, but last night was miserable & we didn't get nearly the value for both the room and the food.

The staff is amazing, but the hotel is getting very old. Certainly not the worst Hilton family property I've stayed at. Based on it's cost point, convenient location, and amazing staff that definitely bumps it up one star, it's a good value for hunt valley and cockeysville work.

We only went for a Mother's Day brunch buffet. It was nice, although we were seated in one if the convention rooms instead of the normal dining area, and the lighting was a bit dim. Food was good, not incredible, but a very large selection. There was a shortage of spoons.

The Embassy Suites in Hunt Valley is a reasonably nice facility considering it's somewhat dated. I've stayed with them 3-4 times in the last year and each time has been inconsistent. The rooms are nicely sized, my only gripe is all rooms face the courtyard and have significant amount of window area so despite the curtains privacy is a bit of an issue. The other amenities are what you'd expect at an average Hilton property, decent but not great. I'm a breakfast person, give me a nice selection of fruit and protein and I'm happy, here you're lucky if you get one type of fruit. On the more filling side they do offer made to order eggs and omlets and the cook preparing has been here quite a while so he does a great job preparing what you want how you like it. The staff has always been pleasant and accomodating. Only one time did I encounter someone at the check in desk that was less than pleasurable. TL:DR - Give them a try, I'm sure you'll be satisfied just not blown away.

I really like this hotel. While it is nothing "spectacular"- rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and accommodating, and continental breakfast was great and many options! My favorite part about this venue is the atmosphere with the atrium in the middle- it really does add something to the hotel. I stayed here the night before the wedding with my bridesmaids and we had a good time!

Nice place. Staff is always on top of things. Rooms are dated, but very comfortable and clean. Lobby, complimentary meals, and bar are top-notch.

The foyer in this hotel looks back at a time when they built hotels differently. There's a large atrium that goes from the ground level all the way to the roof, and the hotel is built in a rectangle around it, allowing even guests on the highest floors to see down to the gardens, ponds, and small seating areas on different levels. The breakfast is included with the room price and offers just about everything you could want with a buffet breakfast. The rooms didn't have terribly high ceilings, but were very comfortable and nicely done. Would definitely stay there again.

I stay here for a conference every year. It is a typical Embassy Suites. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. The dining room service always seems slow to me and the wait staff is kind of laid back.

I visited this hotel for a work symposium. THEY had coffee and tea available in the morning, with every add-in you could need (variety of sugar and substitutes, flavored creamers and half & half, options for hot tea). THE mugs were small but adorably so. The restrooms were right across the hallway from the ballroom which was convenient. HOwever, the door to the ladies room was difficult to open (I believe a mechanic came to look at the issue because it was with the hinge). One of the stalls was very dark because the overhead lights weren't in that stall. The symposium included 3 lunch options from the hotel (a sandwich, a wrap, and a salad). The sandwich was on basic wheat bread which wasn't really impressive, but the wrap was in a spinach tortilla. The only issue for beverages during lunch was that the only non-soda option was water. I wish there had been iced tea or something along that line.

Hotel looks very clean and nice, but once you get to your hotel room you can tell its a bit old. The elevators' lights were broken which was slightly baffling. Room was very clean and tidy but the shower dripped all night long. Service was excellent. Location was convenient for where I was trying to go. Overall a good experience.

The Embassy Suites meets my needs by being centrally located in northern Baltimore County. It is close to my family and friends. I especially like the complimentary fresh made breakfast. It helps me to start the day on the right foot. The rooms are sized well to allow individual privacy when traveling with someone else.

We love coming here because the rooms are clean and they have a free breakfast buffet. The staff is also very courteous and professional. The elevators are a little slow and it can get quite warm in the hallways durung the summer but otherwise it's always worth it to stay here. I suspect others feel the same because I often find that they are nearly full whenever I stay here.

My experience with Embassy Suites was ok. I'm from out of state and for the price of the room that's not what I expected. Not being high maintenance but I thought there would be a bit more. No big deal you have one pool that is not as big and indoor. But if you have 4 wedding receptions in your hotel please be considerate of your other guests. I stayed on the 8th floor and it sounded like fights broke out all over, but they were only in the bar area part and lobby. Thank you for your hospitality but it will be my last time. Breakfast was great though.

The atrium was really nice. The koi in the ponds were really pretty and lively. The room was divided with a "living room" area that faced out into the atrium area but had shaded curtains for privacy.
The bed was comfortable, I tried turning on the TV but everything was on demand. I guess there is no regular TV.
Shower pressure was very high, might be an issue if you have sensitivities but it's nice to have higher water pressure for quicker showers to get the soap/shampoo off.
Complimentary breakfast bar was pretty standard but good even when arriving on the tail end. You can also get custom order omelettes.

Very friendly front desk staff, beautiful inside, well designed rooms with the bedroom private from the living room. Very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Complimentary breakfast was great. Overall great experience, would love to stay here again.

The place is beautiful, I will stay here every time I'm in Baltimore. Posted pictures of the lobby, free drink menu at the bar. The rooms are tremendous with a great view overlooking the city.

Polite and helpful staff, clean rooms, nice ambiance, and plenty of customer services amenities. Great to have free WiFi as a Hilton Honors member but should be extended to all guests.

Nice location, they had it decorated for Halloween which was cool! The food was okay, not amazing. Was there for a pre wedding event.

The staff was very helpful. I travelled there with the 323 piece Penn State Marching Blue Band and the staff and management were nothing but accommodating of us and our needs. Great staff and better people.

Amazing! The interior lobby is gorgeous, you feel like you are in a jungle. The pool is great, and the rooms are comfy and large. Each room has a balcony.
