Ten or fewer rooms per floor, 38 floors, four elevators. During busy hours, plan to haul your luggage down a staircase that is one person wide.
These are not suites in any sense other than there's a sitting area. The "kitchenette" has a bar sink, a salad plate sized microwave, and the smallest fridge you've ever seen. There is clearly a nook where there used to be an apartment sized fridge.
Halls and lobby hot and humid.
Hotel employees let rude people park their cars in the valet lane and leave it there. To get my 87 year old father to our car, my husband had to stop the car in the street outside the valet lane and I had to assist Dad up and down high curbs.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms obviously used to be apartments because they're huge and comfortable! This place is attached to The Grand Baltimore hotel. You must check that place out too! This is a fairly convenient location depending on what you're in town to do. Baltimore is a fairly walkable city, so you should be just fine.

Clean comfortable updated rooms. Happy hour each night in the lounge with free beer, wine, mixed drinks and cheese/crackers/fruit etc. breakfast in the morning with tons of options and an omelette station. Close to attractions and numerous restaurants within walking distance.

This was an excellent hotel experience. Location is perfect to the inner harbour restaurants and activities. Our suite was roomy and provided a small fridge and microwave. These amenities were very much appreciated in the very hot weather.

The hotel was nice. Service was great. Rooms are also nice. The main problem was the wait time for elevators. Apparently one of these elevators is a service elevator so you can't use that.

The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable. We slept well. The building is a little old. Elevators are slow with very long waiting time. Parking is right next door, not part of the hotel. It is $16 a day on the weekend. But only $5 if you enter after 4pm for overnight parking. Please double check the parking rate and time your arrival of possible. It is a moderate walk to inner harbour. I wished it was closer because it was in the 90s when we went. Too hot to walk.

Still here for one more night. My family is here for Memorial weekend. For the most part, the staff is friendly. There were a few that were miserable and not helpful and rude. The facility is nice. Our room did not seem to have cold water in the bathroom. It either came out as hot or scalding hot. The rooms are pleasant but lack the amenities that you would expect in more updated hotels. For example there is not one alarm clock in the room and we have a 1 bedroom suite. We had to wait forever anytime we needed an elevator and there are 4 of them. You could rarely get an elevator on the first try. Always packed. They had complimentary breakfast which was good but was severely under staffed and under supplied. Never enough plates, utensils, or drinks available. With the amount of guests they have, they don't have the proper system in place to provide proper services

I stayed here with my 2 girlfriends during Light City at the Baltimore Harbour. I have to say everyone who works here was so nice and helpful. Even the maintenance man who was fixing a chair in the restaurant asked me if I was having a nice stay and if I needed anything. The valets were super nice and helped with all our luggage in and out of our room. We needed an extra wastebasket in our room and their was a line at the front desk checking in guests on Friday. The valet took our room number and called housekeeping for us and had it taken care of in a matter of minutes. The breakfast was fabulous with so many choices I ate a different breakfast each of the 3 mornings we were there. The managers cocktail party was really nice and you got to meet and mingle with other guests and talk about Baltimore and favorite places in the city. The hotel is an easy walk to the harbor which was nice and very convenient only about 4-5 blocks. The area around the hotel was very safe and we walked back to the hotel on Saturday evening at 1:00AM. We stayed here 6 years ago before the hotel was renovated and I must say the Embassy did a fantastic job on the hotel as it looks great. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be near the harbor. We had a 2 queen suite room which was nice and roomy with the fridge and microwave and a coffee maker. We used all while we were there. The only problem we had was I could not get my phone to connect to the wifi but I think that was my problem and not the hotels. Its free too.

I stayed here for work at Johns Hopkins hospital. The location was great! Customer service was pretty lacking however. Towels and soaps weren't replaced until I asked for them, they sent me to a nearby 7-11 to get quarters to use in their laundromat because they couldn't be bothered to give be change themselves. My biggest issue was that the thermostat in my room was reading temperatures 15 degrees lower than actual, causing my room to be very hot and uncomfortable for 2 of my 3 nights. Temperature limits on my thermostat prevented me from just setting a very low temperature to compensate. I usually love staying at embassy suites as they're nicer than most other Hilton brand hotels. As a diamond member for the past 3 years this hotel overall was just a disappointment. Stay somewhere else if you're visiting Baltimore.

I had a nice stay at the embassy suites. The room had a nice view and was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was nice too. A good selection of breakfast items and a fresh omelette bar too. Will definitely go back on my next trip to Baltimore.

Spent 3 days! At first glance, was not impressed AT ALL. Didn't like the setup of the front desk. But I love STACKS on the second floor which is a restaurant and also does the room service for the hotel! The prices are a bit high but the food is GOOD! The waiters were attentive and amazing and they have a good HAPPY hour! $5 dollar drinks! Okay back to the hotel...it has a Starbucks on the ground floor connected to the hotel. The room was nice and housekeeping was fast and great! I never waited more than 5 minutes for whatever I called for. The women at the front desk were very nice and helpful! Overall the stay turned out better than my first impressions were!I guess I won't judge a book by its cover again!

Good hotel. Lovely views from the top floor. Complimentary breakfast and evening drinks. Not a glamorous hotel by any means (elevators slow, food left in hallways on plates, rooms pretty dark). But comfy beds and great location.

Check in was quick. Staff is pleasant. Rooms are big and clean. Had two queen beds and a pull out in each room. Full breakfast. But our issue was will the kitchen staff. Dinner took a 45 mins to receive and the was only one other family there. Breakfast for the first day was long lines and they ran out of forks and plates. And there was a long wait on the food. Next morning they ran out of food.

So, first let me start with the fact that I stay at Hilton hotels whenever I travel. I am a hilton honors reward member and I've never experienced ANY HILTON HOTEL this condition. The pics provided online makes the hotel rooms look big, bright and fully furnished. When we arrived at the hotel, the valet staff (who charges $36 a night) was too busy having a full blown conversation to even notice that a new car pulled up. I kindly asked him over to the car to ask a question and he walked over still continuing his conversation. I had to wait while he stood at my car, to finish his conversation FIRST before asking my question. The front desk staff was nice though and rhe check in was quick and easy. BUT When I stepped into the actual room and hit the light switch (that is located right beside the entrance door) I quickly realized that it wasn't connected to anything. There was no overhead light in this already dark and gloomy room. The walls are painted with a dark grey color, no art work on the walls or nothing that looks even the slight bit inviting. To make matters worse, the cable wasn't working, the refrigerator was leaking and the closet was bigger than the bathroom. I am completely unsatisfied with my experience so far and it's only my first night.

My wife and I were visiting our kids who live in Fed Hill. The value of this place was amazing. The front desk people were very accommodating and polite. The evening happy hour was exceptional and the breakfast a bonus. The bar and restaurant area is quite large and a good place to kick back. I even used the exercise room and it was rather large for a hotel. All in all, a great experience.
This is not a fancy, stuffy, elite hotel but the room was enormous and we could have been comfortable there for a longer stay. One complaint: only ice machine is on fourth floor and we were on 33. Not the worst thing in the world.

Upgraded to a bigger room, king bed. Nice view (of Baltimore). Gym is ok, has free weights. Best part is the free drinks at Happy Hour. Yes, that's right, free drinks and snacks. Ali is the man. Will be staying here again when I come back to Baltimore.

Only stayed one night during the off season. Happy hour crew was really good including the bar tender, breakfast crew was awesome including the omelette chef the rest of the staff was ok, not very friendly for an Embassy Suites. Room by the elevator had noises I'm assuming it's from the elevator.

Older building, but staff were cool. Got my room changed bc the heat was killer in my first room (90s) and they upgraded me. Decent breakfast in the morning. Slower elevators but not that bad. Pretty good location and nice view of the city in my room

Overall good value and quality experience. Different from other Embassy Suites I have visited, but the majority of this is due to the building's age and design. Recent rennovation helps bring some life and a modern feel to this hotel. Friendly staff and great service are to be commended.

I stayed here for a wedding. The rooms are large and the property in general is in good shape, but hotel management is screwing up in some serious ways. They were understaffed for check-in and in general. They took our numbers to let us know when our rooms would be ready, but never called. When we went to check in, it took back-and-forth on a radio with housekeeping to find one ready. Most seriously, the elevators are small and slow. It took 20-25 minutes on a Friday to move floors. The stairwells are narrow, steep, not fully lit, and when we were there, strewn with trash. Our room was missing a hairdryer, and the front desk never followed through on their commitment to get us one. Management, you have four elevators. Use them wisely. If it takes an attendant them to make sure full cars aren't stopping on every floor and people still trying to cram on. People have events to get to, that's why they stay in your hotel. Figure it out.

The room we stayed in was on a special, so we saved a bunch of money there. Everything was very updated and nice, and the parking was what you'd expect from a hotel with a public parking lot, and $5 everytime you leave, which isn't so bad. The only issues I had were with the elevators and the continental breakfast. To be fair, we stayed on a Saturday night before the Ravens game, so it was packed, but the breakfast seemed a little too hectic and almost wasn't worth waiting. The elevators were always a five-ten minute + wait, and most times you'd end up having to re-call an elevator as the doors opened to one that is packed (they're small elevators). The bar is also on the expensive side, but the workers were awesome and they had a bunch of options. The Starbucks was pretty bad, though. Not sure if the machines weren't cleaned or the coffee I had was old, but it wasn't drinkable.

Everyone and everything was better than expected. Only issue was the shower. It didn't drain very well and wasn't always as hot as I hoped for. Breakfast was really nice every morning and the managers special happy hour as well. Room was very spacious and clean.

This property was recently remodeled, what they don't tell you is the remodel isn't actually complete.
Staying here is a disjointed experience. The quality of food and service is marginal at best. Staff has not been trained enough to be let loose on clients. The staff's concern with the less than complete property comes across as a condescending, do not care attitude.
The Managers Reception was a joke! Few bags of chips, salsa and cheese.
Oh! There is no phone near the bed.
I have this hotel booked 2 more times in the next month and will be canceling tomorrow.

Came in to Baltimore for the weekend to explore the inner harbor and fells point area - for the money, the suite we had was very spacious, clean, and offered great views of the area. Would stay here again next time I'm back in the area.

You have to valet park, but when I arrived, there was no one to be seen. There was an employee stranding outside, but it seemed far too much trouble for her to say anything to me, even after making eye contact and glancing at my car. After about five minutes, and a couple texts, she walked inside, still not saying anything, to me, and tracked down the valet. That didn't bode well for the rest of the stay, and unfortunately there was more. While my room seemed clean, when I went to take a shower, I discovered the bathtub wafn't cleaned (soap from the last guest was left in the soap dish). There wasn't time to complain about that before I had to leave. The guest reception was pretty bad. It wasn't held at the bar, but was shoved into a service area at the back of the hotel. All in all, it wasn't what I expected, from an Embassy Suites.

Too many problems at this particular Embassy suites. Renovations were supposed to be finished yesterday (August 30th) but WOW, Waiting up to 30 minutes for the elevators, awakened at 6 am to loud noise over my head, moving the breakfast area and not telling anyone, rooms not cleaned, things not working in the room...I could go on and on. I hope they get it together. It wouldn't be a bad place to stay if they did. Otherwise, no thank you!

The room was spacious, and the hotel offered cheap parking right next door ($5/night!). They were doing a complimentary drink special the night we stayed, and the free breakfast had solid buffet choices, plus made-to-order omelets for those willing to wait in line. The elevators are a bit cramped. Overall it's hard to beat the value!

It was a great location near the harbor we walked everywhere we needed it to go. We parked our car at the public parking garage instead of with Embassy since we didn't really take our car out at all. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, room was nice and spacious. Great rate for the night and location. The only bad thing was the WiFi we weren't able to get on the WiFi stated too many guests logged in.

Room was very large and nice! Overall pretty clean, but there was a lot of hair in the bathtub that we had to clean out in order to be able to shower and have the water drain. That was a huge gross factor for me. We also found some trash under the couch, but the rest of the suite was very clean. Happy hour and breakfast were great!!! The staff was extremely friendly!

Could have been way better stayed there last year 2016 Nov or Dec. Elevators are a nightmare!! Long wait times. Hallways were old and** not very bright or clean. Manager refused refund?! I called and asked politely she kind of did not want to hear about it and seemed annoyed. annoyed. I dont recommend this hotel 1 bit. Only reason a 3 is because front desk staff were nice enough and room was somewhat clean. Bathroom was tiny!

As far as the staff I would give a 10. Trey is so nice far as concierge . Front desk is the best for customers service . Staff for breakfast ( buffet) are great. Amenities in the room includes iron, blowdryer, refrigerator , microwave, coffeemaker, and in room safe. There is a huge comfy king size bed and a flat screen tv. There is a happy hour during the week . The view was pretty nice from my room. Only three down sides to the room . Very small closet , hardly any counter space and cable goes in and out on the signal. Over all nice stay.

Location is center of downtown Baltimore. Area can get a little unsafe in the evenings. Services and staff were friendly and knowledgeable in relation to the area. Rooms itself were a bit old and it definitely shows some wear. Looks like it may have been some time since any renovations were done.

Pro1 Very nice front desk staff and service even house keeper was so friendly and nice! Pro 2 Great atmosphere in room, liked the beds and sofa area. Pro3 Wonderful/nice lobby area, very well kept lobby!

-1 OVER crowded lobby! -2 EXTREMELY over crowded elevator!! Very horrible elevator service! -3 Noisy hallways ESPECIALLY @ night. Trying to sleep and someone knocks on our door!? really? -4 OVERPRICED way overpriced over $500 for 2 night NO way! TRASH value, -4 Waited a few times for the elevator over 5 minutes on occasion! o, Did i mention the PRICE is WACK! Giving it a 3 because it was not extremely bad. Nice people and great lobby area and room was fine as well, besides a couple carpet stains here and there but otherwise no issues for the room itself, TIRED and worn around corners and edges. I would NOT be back especially for it being over $500.

UPDATE manager Katie was reluctant and denied a partial refund request. Not too happy @ all w/ Katie. also NOT HELPFUL @ all!! Was not too nice as well. This place is a RIPOFF!!

This place was great! Staff were friendly and great with customer service. Happy hour from 5:30-7:30 with free snacks and drinks including alcoholic beverages , a plus. Trying to get an elevator was a bit of a challenge, but that was the only negative. We got the Junior King suite this time, and the room is "roomy" to say the least. Private master room was great. The shower was nice, big shower head and nice plush towels. Even though it does say parking on website, it doesn't say at $34 a day valet or you can park at public parking for $16 a day but you get charged each time you leave. Also, trying to get around the city is crazy. There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance too.

We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites/Baltimore Bristro at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore on June 18th to 19th. I planned this event to surprise my husband so we could celebrate our 11 years anniversary; both of our birthdays and not to mention Father’s Day! I was totally impressed with the service we received, from Mr. Jay Stany and the staff of the Embassy Suites. They were very polite and hospitable, and made our visit miraculous.

I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Darnell of Baltimore Bristro located inside of the embassy Suites who has proven to be not only a superior employee but an honest and trustworthy person. After an enjoyable happy hour we decided it’s time to go. I guess the happy hour was to happy, because I left my wallet on the chair. Once I realized I left my wallet (an hour later) we immediately returned to find it. At this point I was no longer happy this blew my buzz, because I had something in the wallet that was so valuable to me that could not be replaced.

Once we entered the establishment I went to the chair and my wallet was gone. My heart dropped at that point. I went to the hostess stand and I noticed Darnell standing there when I asked the hostess did they see a wallet and Darnell said “yes, I took it to the front desk”, at the time I felt relief but then I was still nervous, because I hoping nothing was taking out, he assured me the wallet has not been opened, because he took it straight to the front desk.
Once he said all was there my mind was at ease. I would like to thank him once again for being a man of integrity, loyalty and dignity! If I had the power to rate Mr. Jay & Mr. Darnell they would get 10 stars plus more, the employee of the year and a paid trip to Disney World! We will be visiting the Embassy Suites/Baltimore Bristro when we in Maryland again. By the way we enjoyed the breakfast and the free drinks at happy hour was awesome!

Perfect for any Inner Harbor occasion!

It's not often that I rate a hotel as five stars but this hotel is surely worth the rating! We often come to Baltimore for Inner Harbor and Fells Point and this hotel was in the perfect spot! Walking distance to many restaurants and entertainment and not a far cab ride for others. The front desk and ALL associates were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was worth it as well. The hotel unfortunately doesn't have "FREE wifi" but that was not a problem for us. All in all I honestly have not one bad thing to say about this hotel. By far one of the best Baltimore hotels we've been too and definitely a go-to again when we come back!

Thank you Embassy Suites Inner Harbor for a fantastic stay!

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding. I followed their instructions to try to get early check-in and they were booked up but very much unable to accommodate. I checked many times and asked if they could prioritize servicing our room and that did eventually happen but it was pretty stressful. We'd flown in so we were tired and the official check in was only 1 hour prior to the start of the wedding (which was at the venue attached to the hotel), which seems like a logistical oversight on the part of the hotel. They did ultimately get us in a few hours early, and had cleaned the room. It's an older hotel, so some of the furniture and carpeting was a bit beaten up. We were in a 2bed/2bath suite and paying a lot, and I am an HHonors member, so I just expected an above average hotel experience.

Overall, the stay and service were great! The rooms showed some age, and the costs for parking were way overpriced. However, the room was lovely and large, everyone was nice and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. Overall, a great time! Highly recommended.

Good hotel in a great location. The rooms are very nice and if you stay up high, you have a fantastic view of the city. Parking was really easy with the garage right next door and not overly expensive on the weekend. And omelettes are superb!

However, the elevators are really noisy (and really slow, but I have low expectations when staying in the 36th floor) even though we were at the end of the hall. The other big inconvenience was the only ice machines are on the 4th floor. Also, the pool area is really cramped.
