ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Not bad, very quiet of course. Just one thing I would change if I were the manager. Talk to the ATM service person about that incredibly tacky and annoying ATM video monitor going 24/7 like a Vegas slot machine announcing its presense. It's as if the ATM were the hotel's star attraction.

What a beautiful place! Hotel staves were delightful. They were also genuinely friendly and happy to help. The rooms are beautifully clean with a nice outlook. Our room was big, clean and very comfortable. The views from our balcony were extremely beautiful. It was a very good and remarkable experience in my whole life!

I am one of the healthcare workers. The hilton has shown their appreciation by offering $0 to discount rooms. Also you need to be a member of ana. This is a very beautiful hotel. They are professional and make sure that everything is ok

Very lovely hotel. Our suite was really nice, we were with our 2 kids and there was plenty of room. It was clean and modern looking. They had a great buffet breakfast with made to order omelettes. The happy hour free drinks and snacks were also a plus. My only critique would be as you walk by the check in desk they have sales people stationed there trying to sell you their vacation club package. It just seemed pushy to me. Every time you walk by they try to talk to you. I’m not a fan of that.

This is a beautiful facility. They have walls of fresh and healthy greenery growing in the main lobby. Great breakfast not at all a typical hotel free breakfast. Specially made omelets to order included. The evenings are topped off with snacks and 4 drinks per person no charge.
Great lobby area plenty of guest area to hang out.

great location, very good breakfasts, & extremely friendly & helpful staff @ all levels (except for one evening janitor dude). parking with in & out privileges @ a very good rate for chicago. parking pass didn't work on day of checkout, but issue resolved & only a minor inconvenience. elevator crushed my hand when holding door open for more peeps, so that wasn't cool. doors should reopen if encountering something, not continue to close & crush...please fix. awesome happy hour with free snacks & drinks (both adult & kid). i would definitely stay again.

Great breakfast and happy hour. Chefs were great and bartender was excellent. Check in was super easy with Dinah. Texts about concerns were nice but Barbara and Tim did not seem to take comments about room not cool enough seriously. Oh well. I will stay again as good outweighs the bad.

Great location at the foot of the Magnificent Mile. Beside a Whole Foods which is super handy for snacks and dinners! Included breakfast lacks variety, but is good and fresh.
Main complaint is the walls between living rooms could use more soundproofing. The bedrooms seemed to be much more insolated allowing everyone to sleep.
Great choice for families.
Pool is on the smaller side, and gets busy.
We enjoyed our stay.

Like the service. They have typical Hilton manners and style. Location is great, in the best part of Chicago. Rooms are generous sized but nothing special. Reservation was for a king, and I called to assure room was held for late arrival... But I ended up with a double. Biggest challenge was parking and then getting to the "Sky Lobby". Three elevators to complete the journey to the room. Not good if you don't valet park and pack generously. Complementary breakfast is above average faire because made to order is an option.

Clean and professional staff. Very touched to see the workers carry trays for the handicapped and elderly during breakfast. Breakfast is awesome....Drinks were a nice way to end the day. Another plus was speed/efficiency and view from the elevators.

We went for a Bachelorette party. The free drinks in the evening were awesome, as was the buffet. It was a great selection. We did have issues with the bathroom door. It was supposed to be wheelchair friendly, but it was so heavy it got stuck halfway. With four girls with one toilet, it was a good thing we were all friends! However, they did cone to fix it promptly.

Booked 2 suites at this hotel in January for a bachelorette in May. I was very specific about the types of rooms as we had 7 girls, so we needed a room with 2 double beds and a room with a king/pull out sofa. When we arrived at 6pm on Saturday (2 hours after check in began) we were told that we would only be able to have 2 suites with king beds, which unfortunately didn't work with the number of girls we had. Then after 15 minutes of back and forth we were told there was only one room available. Then another 10 minutes went by and there was no room available for us. How this happens I am not sure, especially since I had a reservation which I had made FOUR MONTHS in advance. I was told they "had several rooms that were out of commission" and that "if you check in on Saturday, most people have checked in for the weekend on Friday, so you can't get the rooms you want." Not sure what the point of making the reservation is if that's the case. Poor customer service which was surprising and disappointing considering many other reviews say the customer service is great. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because we were given some money off our bill for the inconvenience. Probably wouldn't stay again if it's this much of a hassle to check in every time.

Excellent location! Very clean and modern. Within easy walking distance of River Walk, Navy Pier and Water Tower. About 15 minute walk to Hancock Tower. Easy to get a cab or Uber if preferred. Very professional and friendly staff. Good bar and exceptional breakfast service. First visit but will definitely return.

Had a nice overnight stay recent at this property. It's a really nice building, in a great location, just off the Magnificent Mile. Great spot for families, with a grocery store across the street, bowling alley, and movie theater. The rooms are a good size with a nice size sitting area in the front room. Love the breakfast and happy hour. Highly recommend this property.

Great location. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. We had a beautiful corner room with a view of the lake. Clean and great welcome snacks. The evening social was a great way to meet fellow travelers and learn about things to do that you might have missed. Breakfast was delicious but you definitely want to try and get there early as it can be really busy. Overall the service was top notch, everyone was respectful and went out of their way to be helpful. Looking forward to my next trip to Chicago.

Very friendly staff! Micah at the front desk got us set up right away. Clean rooms. Good breakfast.
Would like to see some time for adults only at the pool. Loaded with kids from open to close, which isn't necessarily bad, but some adult only time would be good.

It's always a great experience staying at the Embassy Suites. The complimentary breakfast and evening snacks with drinks is always appreciated. They have a great selection. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. And one thing that you may not think about is that the elevators are fast and there are four of them, so you don't have to wait but a moment.

Great hotel, perfect location - about a block from the Magnificent Mile where you can shop your till you drop! The reception and hotel staff are amazing. The check in feature on the map is superb - you can pick your own room and use your smartphone as the room key. This hotel gets 4 stars for two reasons: (1) parking is horrible and ridiculously priced; (2) every time I entered the elevator area, I was accosted by a Hilton Ambassador shoving Hilton Grand Vacation specials down my throat. Now I have to admit, I did purchase one of the offers; would've been nice to have had my profile flagged or something as I had to politely tell the other Ambassadors this every time I was encountered (appropriately 5 times during a 1 night stay).

Our family stayed during St. Patrick's Day weekend. Excellent location to see the sites. Easy to access all tourist attractions. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and have lots of choices. The evening social was good as well. The view from our room was great because we could watch them turn the river green. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I've stayed here three times and will continue to do so in the future. The staff is very friendly and gave our family a bag of chips, candy and the like when we checked in. We stayed in a corner room for no extra charge, there were spectacular views of the lake and the Loop. As the name suggests, this is an all-suite hotel. Our room fit 5 comfortably and was modern and very clean. Free breakfast is served each morning in the beautiful atrium lobby. To cap it off, there's 4 high-speed, full-glass elevators accessing the rooms. What's not to like?

Very good service. I like that they have free food at night in the lobby. The rooms were very nice as well. It was generally quiet in our room and a great selection of TV channels. The staff always helped us out when we needed it like if we needed direction or where the best pizza place around is. If we needed an extra blanket they would come to our room and give it to us without a problem. It was always nice to see that they would often change the sheets and towels in our room too. It was really one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

Embassy Suites, as usual, is the gold standard for hotels. My specific stay, however, was not quite as nice as excellent as usual. I was surprised by a few things. First, since this hotel is in the middle of the city, you have to pay for parking despite the fact that you are a guest. That cost more than half again the cost of my room. Second, the bed was incredibly firm. It felt like sleeping on the carpet. Third, and this was the most annoying, the walls were too thin and I could hear the activities of the neighboring rooms. This kept me awake until the early morning, and I awoke rather tired and wanting for better sleep. The breakfast menu more than made up for any complaints I had. It is truly amazing what a fresh made to order omelet can do for one's spirit.

This is the best hotel ever!! You walk in, past the friendly concierge, and take the shuttle elevators to the lobby where check-in is. The staff are all very friendly. We had stayed at the other Embassy Suites and thought we would give this one a try. This location seems a little nicer and more updated than the other. We booked a corner room with nice views and it was out of the way. However, the walls seemed pretty thin because we could hear people talking most of the time. I personally would pass on the breakfast as it was too crowded and not worth the wait. The location is great for this hotel as well. We liked this hotel, but love some of the others Chicago has to offer.

Six of us stayed there for our annual girls’ weekend and we are not easy to please. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and the view of Lake Michigan was terrific. The service was top notch. I absolutely love the 2 room suites they provide, I like the fact that you can relax in a living room type setting before going out or before heading to bed. The managers reception is a good idea to have fun and unwind after the commute to the hotel, whether it be from a flight or the long drive to the destination. Breakfast is always a plus, made to order egg dishes are amazing along with fruit, bacon, sausage and other breakfast items that you might crave.

Very convenient location, couple blocks from Michigan Ave shopping one way, about half mile from Navy Pier the other direction. Nice parking ramp and Whole Foods store across the street. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Great free breakfast. Stayed 2 nights with my family of 6. Just what we needed. My only tiny complaint was that while at breakfast, we were approached by someone trying to sell Hilton Honors program for discounted future stay rates. Maybe a good deal, but felt awkward.

The location is excellent. It is within walking distance to shops on Michigan Avenue and Millennium Park area. The staff were extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean. They have a great happy hour where you get 4 free drinks each night from 5 to 7pm and they have snacks out. They lost a star because they have satellite tv... which means when it's too windy or raining then you can't get any TV. Considering thus is Chicago and they are right by the river, that doesn't seem very smart.

Excellent location with great amenities! I have stayed at both Downtown Embassy Suite locations, and I have had a pleasant experience at both. The Magnificent Mile location seems to be older, but my room was still very clean. No complaints! High Floor, Lake View Suite.

We stayed in room 1015. It was exceptionally quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. Parking is confusing at first, but once you locate the Embassy entrance coming and going is easy. The pool was nice as well. The staff at the desk was helpful and friendly. We will stay here again. I would have preferred more water pressure in the shower, but it would not keep me from staying here. The pull out bed was comfortable for our son. We also loved the extra sink in the bedroom.

Nice stay, really close to some of the best parts of Chicago. I stayed for business but it would be great for families too. Included breakfast was a good way to start the day but follow the staff's advice and go earlier. It gets busy. Only complaint, the walls seem a bit thin. Didn't bother me too much except for the baby crying next door in the middle of the night. Even still, very pleased with the stay.

The best part was the front desk service, a young man who checked us in. He was friendly & gave great suggestions for touring the city several different times. There was one person with the kitchen whom I didn't understand; she did not have an American accent; who appeared to be impatient or frustrated. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The breakfast food was excellent especially the bisquits & gravy.

Recommended for: Large families (4+) that want a good "bed and breakfast" and will spend their day exploring the City.

Nice rooms with soft beds. On the east site you can get a view of Lake Michigan. As in every Embassy Suites the breakfast is included, It has buffet or make to order omelets, they are tasty but arrive early because the lines get busy. Also there is a happy hour every afternoon 5:30-7:30PM. As for dinner, avoid the room service and go outside, there are plenty of restaurants around the area. The underground self parking is $46 but you can use the public parking across the street. You can walk (

Nice design. Beautiful open hotel in downtown Chicago. Great for conferences or large get togethers. It can get a little noisy at times with hundreds of people in the commons because the open format let's the sound travel a long way. Nice accommodations, but parking is a little on the pricey side. Overall, it was a nice experience. Very friendly staff.

I stayed here for a family summer trip. I thought the rates were fair since they included on site parking. I thought the $90.00 a night deposit was a little extreme (considering I'm a hilton honors member without any previous problems). I have yet to receive that back. The day after I returned home I was charged again for 3 nights parking. After contacting them they said it was their error and will be reversing the fees. I have yet to receive that back. On a positive note, the room was clean and very spacious. The maid was great. She was quick to get whatever we needed. The happy hour was a nice. Breakfast was delicious but be prepared to wait in line for the cook to order. Also, they have a text messaging service to stay in touch, love it!

Spectacular service at all times. As we entered the building someone was there to hold the door and the elevator for my mother who was in a wheelchair. All weekend long the staff was more than attentive to her needs. The hotel was extremely busy and crowded during our visit and still rooms were cleaned in a timely manner and all common areas were kept clean. The only problem with our visit was that we made a reservation for a room with two queen beds, but when we checked in, they only had a room with one king bed and a fold out couch. This was my first visit to Chicago so I paid extra for a Corner Room. I was expecting an awesome view but what I got was a window on one side of the building and a window on the other side that was completely covered by a wardrobe, a table, and a big screen TV. The window that was open looked directly into the next building over where a bunch of construction men were staring back at us. Their solution was to put me in the other corner on the same floor with the same kind of obstructions. The only thing that was better about the room was the fact that we weren't staring at any construction people. Because I booked through a third-party they said they couldn't put the money back on my card. Their solution was to give me money back that I could spend at the hotel. I didn't spend the weekend in my hotel room so it basically did me no good whatsoever. Don't bother paying extra for the corner room but the hotel itself is very very nice. They have a good buffet breakfast along with a made-to-order option. If you want the made-to-order option go down early or you will be standing in line for about 15 to 20 minutes. The buffet is also very busy but at least you don't have to stand in line that long. They do have lots of options. The nightly reception is good with snacks and drinks. You will receive drink tickets for each night of your stay. There are four drinks per ticket and they are liberal with the alcohol LOL. Overall I enjoyed Chicago very very much.

All staff were very friendly. First room's a/c didn't work and smelled like cigarette smoke, second room's door didn't lock. This was all at 1am. Finally got a 3rd room that worked great for us. The kind maintenance man did offer us a free movie but we just wanted to sleep. Breakfast was good but crowded.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around...

This hotel is simply AMAZING! From check in to check out the staff could not have been more friendlier respectful and engaging! Delilah at the front desk is a star ... she gives you everything you need to know about your room the hotel and its services. My corner king room was super clean and well appointed. Room service was quick and the food prepared to perfection. No miss steps. Thank you to my new family at Embassy Suites. I have finally found a new home away from home. I'll definitely be back.

The rooms are beautiful. The free breakfast quality and variety is excellent. They give you four free drinks for their happy hour! Fitness center lacks a bit from some other hotels I've been in recently. Great location as well, in the middle of everything.

Incredibly nice hotel. The service was great and the breakfast was phenomenal. The trendy design and extra amenities made our stay splendid. Parking was the biggest downside. Expect to pay anywhere from $20 to $60 for parking alone.

This hotel is so nice! Everyone here was so friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour made it that much sweeter. The magnificent mile and navy pier were in walking distance. Will definitely be back soon!

We stayed in a high floor City view room. It had a spectacular view of Chicago and equally impressive amenities to match. We were treated with great service from the moment we arrived. Our stay included a complimentary breakfast each morning and an invitation to a reception each night with complimentary appetizers and drinks. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again on our next trip to Chicago.

Wasn't such a great experience for me. Cons first: They overcharge you at least $50 a night for "incidentals" then refund you the money after "10 or so" days if "nothing incidental comes up". I am not kidding... they easily get $5000 - $10,000 a day in money they can invest and then return to you with no interest. Apparently legal in Chicago. Then, my room didn't face the interior lobby, but rather a wall in a hotel corner. My outside view was just construction. Even though everyone else in my group got rooms at higher levels, mine was on the sixth floor and way too close to the street noise outside (and in the lobby!). There was also a strange noise that kept coming and going at about 10-second intervals that sounded like someone was vacuuming the floor in the room next door... except there wasn't a room next door on that side. The air-conditioner had a motion sensor and seemed to only work while I was walking around. It was always warm when returning to my room, and no air flow at all which made sleeping feel hot. A fan would have helped a lot. You could hear people in other rooms talking through the A/C vents in the wall. I don't know if they were above or beside me. Even though the main lobby is on the fifth floor, there were no stairs from the sixth floor to the fifth floor, so I had to trek all the way around the lobby to the elevators to ride up or down one floor.
PROS: Awesomely big rooms (suites) that were immaculately clean. Lots of extra big soft towels, and actual overhead lights in the rooms. The water pressure was good and the amenities were excellent. The TVs were large and high-quality, although they had ads embedded in the channel guide which I've never seen before. One TV did "seize" on the hotel's ad-channel, but unplugging it and plugging it back in seemed to fix the problem. The breakfast was awesome too, with a made-to-order fresh chef line, and a line for a pre-made hot buffet, and a cold-buffet/continental-style with anything you could want. The food (and coffee) was always kept full and fresh. The best "free" breakfast I've ever had at a motel. Too bad there aren't enough seats for people to sit in the lobby. They also had a free cocktails venue every night with four free drinks per person. Naturally the bartenders skimped on the good stuff, but it was still an enjoyable time with the group. The snacks that were served at cocktails were marginal, although the hummus was good. Again, not enough seating. The staff were helpful, polite, and friendly. That's it, my honest review.

Edit: Reply to management reply: You have a great motel, and from what I've read, it's quite possible for damages to occur due to children and older "children". So the "incidentals" charge may simply be good business practice based on years of experience at your location. I don't know, and the room was booked for me by the office. The part of the stay that was insulting to me personally was getting placed in a room that the front desk knows is a very noisy room (maybe the noisiest in the hotel?) with absolutely nothing to see from any window. Having to "demand" a better room gets tiresome after 30 years of business travel. Who do you think would have appreciated a quiet view of the lake more: the teenagers, or the tired old guy? Those details are what bring travelers back. Peace.

Tony was absolutely amazing! He offered to help us with anything we needed, gave us extra Hilton Honors points, and informed us of current Hilton Honors promotions. The rooms we're clean a d comfortable and the complimentary evening reception was a bonus after walking around the city. Breakfast was a bonus and started our day off right! We will definitely stay again!

Good location, nice, clean rooms. Free breakfast in the morning includes omelettes made to order — if the line isn't too long. Reception at night includes four free alcoholic drinks for adult guests. Pool is kind of weirdly narrow but warm and well maintained. Wifi is not included — $10 per night for three devices, with other options available for multiple days. The elevators experience very heavy traffic at peak times during the day, so put on your patient face. Self parking available on site. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Nice rooms, long lines for food and drinks, food was cold unless it was made to order. A lot of children at the hotel. Spring break . Would stay at another hotel if I want to be around quiet, respectful and clean guests. Was not told about the $90 incidental hold on my debit card for each night til I got there. Staff was extremely friendly and hard working.

It's perfect for kiddos. A nice small pool, an open atrium that they loved looking up and down on, nice little dinner banquet each night, a good breakfast option. Just overall nice. Perfect location as well. Will return again.

When we checked in we only had to wait in line for 2 minutes. But when we checked in there was this really nice lady names Jocelyn and she helped us a lot she told us everything about the Pool and Breakfast and the good tourist attractions and everything within walking distance. The only problem was we had pulled up where the valet parking was and we had paid for it and we thought it was included in the charge for the hotel but when we got up to the front desk she said it wasn't included and you had to pay $63.00 per day to keep your car in the valet. We were staying for 4 days so that would of been $252.00 just for valet parking. We ended up storing our car just a few blocks away from the hotel. Overall our stay was great and the breakfast was good. another plus about the hotel is that you can buy a batter charger pack for $5.00 in case you are traveling and need to charge your phone. Another thing that my family liked was that there was a good gift shop with lots of merchandise which was good so we could have souviners. The evening reception is held from 5-7pm every day and it has a bunch of healthy snacks and quick food to eat in case you are in a hurry. My trip to embassy Suites was the best and Hannah and Jocelyn and the concerige made the trip the best. Thank you we will be back!!

Well, I'm pretty sure I'll never stay anywhere this nice again... A wonderful lobby with living walls and bar, modern and open design gives off a very trendy and chill vibe. Four Stars because it is very expensive. Two years of Visa purchases got me three days here in points.

If you have the funds, the clean and friendly environment is highly recommended.

It's a very nice, classy, stylish Hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, but, as has been commented before, the walls are very very thin.

I had a neighbor for three nights who incessantly listened to loud rap music all night (till around midnight) and early in the morning (6am). I wasn't just able to hear the music; I could understand every single word of it. Even though I covered my head with pillows, I still could not get to sleep with all the obnoxious noise.

I will give the hotel some credit as they did have security talk to them, causing them to turn the music down substantially. Evidence that the walls are just too thin, even though their music was turned down, it was still heard, along with the one sided phone conversation they had with security.

This hotel is so nice. They offer 3 complimentary drinks for each visit day. The concierge texts you to check and make sure everything is going well. And, you can text them any time to ask for room service, towels, parking garage rules, etc.

We stayed here in August for a family trip to the Windy City. We were on an upper floor facing the Wrigley and Trump buildings.Nice room! We are a family of 6 with 4 older children/teens. The suite set up was convenient: Little girls and us in the bedroom, boys in the front room.

Nice hotel and amenities. The rooms are nice suites. Not luxury of boutique, but got solid quality suites. The fitness center is OK, but lags behind other hotels in the area. Breakfast is really nice. I was leery of the wait for cook to order, but it was fine. They strike the right balance between cook to order and speed. The evening social had poor bar snacks. Overall good property and value- I will be back.

I stayed here for 15 days. It was a good stay. The rooms are large and spacious and the kitchenette is very convenient. Service is also very efficient and friendly. Be warned about long wait for breakfast. My biggest disappointment however was the noise in the room. Its bad enough that the walls are so thin, but the fact that I could hear street sounds clearly on the 13th floor was just shocking. I might as well have been sleeping at the construction site across the street given the amount of noise filtering through into the room. The hotel should urgently sincerely work toward this matter and at least put in some temporary if not permanent fixes for outside noise cancellation. It makes it difficult to get a good night's sleep if you can hear construction workers whistling on the street at 7 am !

Hotel staff was friendly but gave us a hard time on NYE when we had two local friends wanting to come back to our room after the Navy Pier fireworks. I understand they are trying to prevent parties, but we are in our 30's, respectful and quiet. Ended up having to pay $40 to get them wristbands to come to our room for 2 hours. Management wouldn't budge on the issue. Room was clean and breakfast was on par with what you'd expect from an Embassy Suites.

The 2 room suites were perfect for our family. The room was what you would expect from a 4star in chicago, it was clean and comfortable. We have stayed at many hotels in the area and the room size was by far the best. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it looked great for our kids for next time. Free breakfast in the morning was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Been to better hotels with fewer stars. The location was by far the best feature. Breakfast was ok, but get the made to order, the buffet was a little cool. Pool was decent and clean, I was a little sad there was no hot tub. The room is nice, nice view, dim... But walls are thin and you can hear everybody not in your room, so don't plan on sleeping in without ear plugs. You'll take two elevator trips just to get to room. Staff was decent, however the valet didn't seem thrilled working there and the man standing at the first desk liked to size up people and roll his eyes.

Very good service. Rooms were very nice with nice amenities including 4 free drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and a very good complimentary breakfast. All staff I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. I gave it a four because some of the towes had some spotty stains that I am sure were clean but not visually appealing to a hotel guest. Also the balcony walkways to me were a slight safety hazard for anyone who has kids or is heavier set as on a higher floor only a glass barrier stands between you and a 100+ fall to your demise. So not ideal for those afraid of heights.

This was my first time at an Embassy Suites and I would definitely recommend it. Loved having a separate sitting room. The breakfast buffet and evening drinks and snacks were included as was the Kuerig and coffee pods in the room. Lots of easily accessible outlets to charge electronics. Two large flat screen TVs and a very nice shower. The bed was comfortable. My only complaint was there should be more soundproofing between the rooms--my neighbor was really noisy and I could clearly hear their TV and crying child.

Outstanding hotel in Downtown Chicago. We walked to the Navy Pier and along Michigan Ave to shop. The staff was friendly and helpful and they even have a concierge wandering the lobby in case you have questions that don't require standing in line. We had a city view room which was on the nicer end for an Embassy Suites. Self parking was easy in the adjacent lot, which we used instead of the recommended lot as it is attached to the hotel.

We just stayed there last weekend. Everything was perfect. Rooms were great - had 2 adults and 1 children. Had a king size bed and sofa bed. Large bathroom, large bedroom and nice size living area. Rooms was cleaned every day, breakfast was great - could use easier for the cooked-to-order line. Was always so long. Food was good - lots of people.Wait staff were super. Hotel personnel were great. Pool was fun. Only complaint - the evening reception's food was sparse and one night it was Mediterranean - didn't like. Would go back in a minute,

Great location. Quick walk to Michigan and the Navy Pier. It seemed like everything we needed was just a few blocks away. The room was clean and comfortable. I am having a great time. Embassy is always my choice of hotel. This one does breakfast better than any of the others I've stayed at (just a bit more attention to detail), but the evening reception is a bit chaotic. The drinks are small, although unlimited, so you have to go back often to just get a normal single drink's worth. Quality is fine and people are great.

We just finished up a 2 night stay. The hotel is undergoing renovations but it did not bother us in any way. The pool is small but sufficient, kids loved the big pool towels. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK...I wouldn't have paid for it...but for free it was OK. It also ends at 9:30...too early in my opinion. Friendly and helpful staff. Great hotel for families. We were also happy with the location.
