• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and

The breakfast was awesome lots of good choices! I loved the curtains 😂 the free drinks from 530-730 is an amazing perk! Close to most things. Definitely recommend!

Very roomy. Couple of minor room issues but nothing worth complaining about. Breakfast was basic. Omelette station is what sets it apart. Very nice. Evening reception is a bonus. I would definitely stay here again. Everyone on staff that I did encounter was very nice and polite.

The room was clean and updated. It was quiet despite being an open atrium design. Room service was prompt and the food was good. They had a reception each night for guests which I thought was a nice touch. The receiver on the door didn't work so I had to switch rooms. The elevators were very slow. The breakfast was okay but it was included in the rate. The conference rooms were very warm--to the point that I felt ill. The catered lunches for our meeting were fine but nothing special in my opinion. I did appreciate the attendants who kept the beverages stocked for our meeting because we never ran out. If I needed a budget friendly location for a meeting, this would be a good option. There are plenty of dining options and the blue line from O'Hare or to the city is a short, 10-min walk. They have a shuttle from the airport which is awesome.

I was there for work. I really liked my room. Breakfast was great. I enjoyed happy hour in the lobby bar. It made my stay that evening feel like a mini resort trip :) I'll stay there again in the future.

Always a nice stay when here. The rooms are big, comfortable and clean. The staff is very kind and accommodating always super helpful and happy to help. The food at the restaurant is well proved and delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here, you'll have a great, relaxing time.

Located across from the Donald E Stephens Rosemont Convention Center, this is hands-down the best place for lunch when you've got limited time. The menu is short, but has something for everyone. And short menus keep the kitchen turning out food quickly. The food quality isn't on par with Gibson's next door, but you're also paying much less and getting out faster. 5 stars for relative bang for your buck.

Really spacious rooms, friendly staff, good complimentary breakfast & evening reception for guests. Decent pool & fitness center. Good restaurant on site. Don't expect expect extra pillows or in room coffee during larger events. Elevators will provoke anxiety, been sketchy for years, will the doors open? Will you be stuck (again)? Get a room & join the fun!

They gave my room to someone else. Then gave me a room without air conditioning. The room smelled bad. Breakfast was good. Happy hour drinks and snacks were nice. I won't return.

The hotel is a bit dated and the bed was not terribly comfortable, but did the job. The staff were friendly and the room was reasonably clean. The breakfast display was well stocked and there was plenty of variety available.

Something happened and our flight was cancelled. Embassy suites had rooms available last minute for us and they were very professional and helpful. Our overall stay was excellent, they provided breakfast and even gave us free drinks on the house!! Awesome!

Absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Super clean and nice inside, love the complimentary snacks and drinks. Great breakfast as well. We've stayed here a few times in the past and look forward to returning.

Overall a pretty decent hotel in a great location. Room was kind of dated but overall pretty clean. There was some black mold stains in the call of the tub drain which was off-putting, but the rest of the room was clean. The heater/fan/something over the closet area and bathroom was rattling and noisy. Staff was super nice and accommodating.

This has been the worst Embassy Suites experience I've ever had. We requested a handicap accessible room and were told we would have a roll in shower. The first room was not accessible so they gave us a new room, that room had cigarette smoke everywhere and filthy candy wrappers in the room. They gave us a third room and this room has a sliding bathroom door that won't open or close and the shower floods the whole bathroom and the door that separates the living room to the bedroom gets jammed and my daughter keeps getting locked in because she can't open it. I've had to mop the floor with towels to prevent my handicap mother from falling in the bathroom, she is not able to use the restroom without one of us opening and closing the bathroom door and the set up of the bathroom has already resulted in two injuries since we've been here. We also had to call and tell security about cigarette smoke coming through the bathroom vents which resulted in my children coughing all night from a smoke filled room and out of the multiple complaints from me, my husband and my mother nothing has been resolved. Sadly they charge you for your full stay at check in so we are stuck here until Wednesday when we leave. This is so sad that our family vacation had to be like this. $1206.00 and for what, a horrible experience. The security man has been the best person out of all of this.

We stayed on the top floor and our room had some problems. When we got in we opened the mini fridge and there were several partially-consumed mixed drinks in there, so I guess they need to add that to their room checks. The room was 78 degrees and the AC nor the fan would kick on. They sent a maintenance person up to fix it and he was pleasant and resolved the issue, but it still took a few hours to get comfortable which ended up being past Midnight. When we took showers in the morning I appreciated the high shower heads but the water pressure was non-existent. It literally took me 3x as long to shower and it was just unpleasant. Pros: Rest of the room was clean. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows were too small. The included breakfast was above average and the eating area was nice.

There isn't a hot tub. But the pool and gym are nice. There's also free breakfast and happy hour free alcohol for those 21+ guests. Nice beds, big rooms. And the staff was really great with my bizarre requests (I might have accidentally glued my costume glue shut and the front desk had maintenance get it open work pliers for me)

The 2 room suites are very comfortable. Our AC wasn't working when we arrived, but the staff was very quick to have it fixed. Amazing service and amenities. Always happy to starry here across the street from our convention.

Nice place....breakfast selections where good... I opted not to have housekeeping during my stay to get more points bit was told by front desk just call and we will send whatever you need up. Wrong when I called for clean glasses never got them...when I called for clean towels never got them, even when I filled out the form and put in my door. The points weren't worth it and even when I complained via their customer service survey, no response.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. With a regular shuttle to and from the airport, it was incredibly convenient to get to and from. The suite-style rooms were a great space and separated the bedroom from the somewhat noisy atrium. There are good restaurants and activities within walking distance (just on the other side of the parking garage) and food is also available in the hotel.

There are a lot of things I have to say about this place ...it’s over priced as heck for the service we got.

They did let me check in a couple hours early which was the nicest thing they did for me all weekend.
And First the AC didn’t work. They did come fix it that night....

But when I asked for them to bring me blankets and then tampons to my room they just never came.......

They have a complimentary breakfast but they stop serving it right at 9AM.... lol most people don’t even wake up that early.

Had security putting their ear up to my door every night listening to what was going on in my room.???? How disrespectful !!!!

They came to my room 2 hours before checkout banging on the door asking when I was going to be leaving on the last day....

The bar downstairs charges $15 for a sandwich and fries that isn’t even very good either

I wouldn’t really recommend this place

The windows were leaky causing the whole room to feel damp. Other than that the room was very nice, extremely spacious with large sitting area in the entrance of the room. Plenty of easily accessible outlets and several lights had built-in USB charging jacks making it easy and convenient to charge electronics. Bathroom had a sliding wooden door that was not closing quite correctly but was large and spacious. Had a nice breakfast area that appeared to have a decent selection but we had to leave before it was open so can't say anything about the food. The restaurant in the hotel was just mediocre and the prices were a bit higher than they should have been for the quality.

Classic Embassy Suites rooms, living room area with kitchen and then a separate bedroom. Great if you have a kid or two but still want some quiet adult time. Complimentary happy hour is awesome, beer and wine for Mom and Dad, juice and dogs for the kids, and snacks for all. Breakfast was a nice hot selection with fresh fruit and cereals as well. If I had to complain about something, the elevators are crazy slow. Like, really slow. Hilton does it again, with another great place to stay.

We stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed our experience. The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety as did the complimentary snacks and cocktails each evening. Our room was well maintained, spacious and very quiet considering how busy the hotel was over all. We slept well each night.

A bonus were the nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel plus it's right across the street from the convention center.

We would definitely stay here again.

Very good experience, staff was very friendly, the cocktail hour offered different options each night I really liked the rotation. I stayed here for 10 nights and it was a very good experience. One down side the rooms were too bright at night the window coverings are not enough to block the light. There is an entertainment complex within walking distance with every kind of food, plus movies and indoor skydiving.

I am a fairly frequent traveler to the area and have stayed here many times. I have always been very happy with the manager's reception in the evening and the breakfast in the morning (complete with omelets!). The staff is always courteous and the rooms are clean. The place was getting a little run down, so they recently gave the rooms a much needed refresh. The new rooms are quite nice although they didn't touch the electrical or HVAC. During my most recent stay the climate control didn't work. I didn't complain as it seemed to be stuck at 72. Other than that, everything worked well and the service was as great as always. I'll see you again soon!

Location is perfect for a professional conference. The rooms are good sized with a really nice sitting area for group discussions. However. The shower in our room had a broken handle and would not turn on. The room in which we were using for a conference osicallated between way too cold and way too hot. And at one point the elevators stopped working. Otherwise a wonderful hotel.

Great hotel: very clean, updated, free made-to-order breakfast, free nightly reception with beer, wine, cocktails, and light bites. Close to the airport and includes airport shuttle.

On this visit, my only negative is one thing: I needed a few items laundered. I dropped of the laundry before 8am in order to get the clothes back that same evening. That evening, the front desk staff explained the dry cleaner person had not come by yet. I waited until the following morning and checked back at 9am. The same message was given- the guy had not dropped off yet. I advised the front desk that I needed the clothes ASAP because I had to leave for the airport. Robbie (I believe was her name), was very helpful in expediting the delivery of my clothes.

Will stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was clean and very open, which I liked. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the pillows we're great, which is always a plus. It is always nice that hotels have a evening thing with drinks and snacks. The breakfast was decent. I had a work event here and the conference room was very good. Further the lunch at the event was great. Overall this was a great place to be for a one day work event.

I stayed for 5 nights in a King room with three of my friends for a convention. The room was comfortable and well-furnished, if a bit cramped for four. Three sinks, a large mini fridge, a microwave, a sleeper sofa, and an astounding number of working outlets. The closing door between the two rooms was helpful for isolating out one snoring member. A singularly impressive complementary breakfast each morning and complimentary cocktails and snacks each evening in a spacious and comfortable atrium, plus friendly front desk staff and a full variety and restaurant made this an excellent place to spend a week.

Amazing service, well appointed rooms, great food, good atmosphere, convenient location. This is a really fantastic place to host an event. Rooms are large and space! However, room I was needs some maintenance. The door nob in the bathroom is falling out and the shower curtain is almost fall out as well. Prevent it from closing all the way. Some of the staff I had encounters were either rude or I felt didn't care, especially in the restaurant. I had thought one of waiters had given me an extra menu, but rather rudely replied that I was wrong. We also had repeat out orders to him many time in order for him to understand. Also, when I would use the elevators, I would sometimes get trapped inside for almost 10 minutes! Very scary!

We were not overnight guests but we did spend several hours a day over the weekend visiting with friends staying here. The two-room suite setup is nice and the amenities are what one would expect for such a room; however, it is a small space all considering (we are staying at the nearby Loews and our single room is twice the size of their two-room suite combined). Nonetheless it is plenty comfortable with enough space for two. Our biggest concern with the hotel are the elevators, which seem to have major issues. Several times we have been in them when they have stopped randomly for minutes at a time, and when the doors don't open for a floor. The elevator emergency ringing goes off as well regularly and is audible from the room. We recommend taking the stairs if possible, but if you are on the 8th floor that's not really an option (unless you are in much better shape than us!).

This was a very nice hotel and the staff is GREAT. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. I dropped my notebook stylus pen on the free hotel shuttle to the airport so I called the front desk and Stacy tracked it down for me. It was at my house in Colorado the next day! Thanks again!

Flight was cancelled going back home to Boston so when I researched the local area hotels I came across embassy suites. They had the best rate with every "bang for your buck." Free breakfast, kind staff and beautiful rooms all well accommodated. I was recommended to a deep dish pizza place as well, Giordano's, and it was amazing accompanied with many other recommendations I only wish I had the time too see. This hotel is a place I'd return too and would recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely love Embassy Suites no matter what city. This time was no exception. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the curtain draw stick was not working so when the sun came up, it was hitting me directly in the face. The same for the shower curtain. It too was broken so I felt like something was in the tub with me. Also, our room was directly in front of the elevator. Heard traffic and kids the entire time. In spite of all this, I'd stay there again. Service was excellent and the suites are so beautiful and spacious. I love the Embassy!

We both had fish I had the Chilean sea bass and wife had the Salmon both fish were excellent. The potatoes on the other hand were terrible we had to chock them down. They tasted like they had been under a warmer for 3 days and so dry. The mashed had a similar feel an taste but not as bad. Service was great.

All the staff has been very courteous and helpful. We have two couples staying in a room with a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. When we asked for an extra pillow and blanket, and they gave us 4 pillows and 2 blankets and made sure we were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great-included scrambled eggs, bacon, etc and not just bagel, muffin, fruit bar. There was even a made to order omelet bar. The room was very clean and stocked. Overall, very satisfied.

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. If you are going to an event there, the main entrance is a short walk across the street, or you can take the elevated walkway that is accessible from the parking garage. The room was clean and had been renovated recently. Our bathroom had a shower only, which was poorly designed. The glass door closest to the faucet does not move, so you had to be in the shower to turn it on! That initial blast of cold water can be quite jarring. If you are using the pullout bed in the living area of the suite, you may be disturbed by the constant noise from the atrium. Luckily we have a deep sleeper that was not bothered. The breakfast every morning was excellent with plenty of hot choices for everyone. The reception each night was a nice opportunity to get some snacks and drinks. Our only complaints were the extremely slow elevators and very cold pool. If you use a ride sharing service, there are always plenty of cars nearby. We would stay at this hotel again!

Part of the rooms are renovated, like the bathrooms and the bedrooms. These are very nice. However, there are details that were missed and makes the overall room look trashy. The breakfast buffet is still fantastic as is the evening mixers.

Front desk gave an excellent service at check-in. This hotel is dog friendly and the pet fee had great price for my three dogs.
Front desk was helpful as well with the parking service.
Breakfast is good enough.
Rooms are clean and big, all the embassy I've been at are big in size making the stay more comfortable.
Bathrooms work good and rooms are quiet, even when dogs bark you can barely hear it from the next room.

I had a conference across the street and had lunch at the bar. The menu is limited, which leads to quicker service. Good thing, since we only had 45 minutes for lunch. Like any hotel restaurant, it's pricey. Expect to pay $14 for anything involving meat between slices of bread. A soda was $3 and a shot of Woodford was $14. But, the food is good, comes out quick and the bartender is attentive. Pretty much everything you want in a hotel bar.

Stayed here for the Seventeen K-Pop concert. Good location close to O'Hare Airport, the Donald E. Stevens Convention Center, Rosemont Theater and shopping at the Fashion Outlets of Chicago. Easy walk to the CTA Blue Line station where you can round trip on The 'L' to downtown Chicago for $6. Hotel staff are nice and the breakfast is great. One elevator was not working right. The rooms are nice and spacious but it would be even nicer if the double beds were queens. I would stay here again.

Rooms were very spacious. Very large tv's kept my daughter happy. Kid friendly. Hotel was very clean. Delicious breakfast spread. Within walking distance of the mall and entertainment district. Only thing we weren't sure of was the sand/salt bottom pool. Felt strange/made pool cloudy.

The interior was nice and the staff was friendly. Some maintenance issues, though. They had to move us once because the toilet didn't work. Then, in the new room the toilet paper roll dispenser was broken. Also, on our return trip, the (pretty cool) crib was missing a screw making one corner of the bed collapse if slept upon. The replacement crib was fine, but not as cool.

We try to book a room here annually for a convention. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful even during the chaos of a con. I noticed an overcharge on my bill and it was addressed with a quick phone call with no problems. I look forward to our stay next year!

United Airlines FAILED to make our connecting flight, and we were forced into an extended layover in Chicago. I had to pay out of pocket for the hotel so I made a reservation at the Embassy Suites in Rosemont. The day had been long, difficult, and tiring. We finally made it to the hotel late in the evening and I was immediately met by friendly, competent staff that had me checked in within minutes of my arrival. The room was clean, the bed was warm, and my sense of order restored. Thank you Embassy Suites in Rosemont!

This hotel is nice but the price is ridiculous for what you get. Same is true for nearby parking. There are 3 elevators for the whole hotel. They are painfully slow, and usually only one is working. All three were out for 20 minutes when it was time to check out. It seems like they only have a couple luggage carts. I had to wait 45 minutes to get one. The breakfast was terrible and way over complicated. The only reason I am not giving it one star is that the staff were great. They were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed but they still treated us very well, and did their best.

Room was great. Didn't like that i had to pay for parking. There was also a convention of some type going on that i wish i couls have been told about prior to booking. Thing that really mattered were great though. Service was great and the in house restaurant was stellar far exceeded my expectations.

This year they renovated all the rooms and I have got to say they are amazing. Currently until June 23,2017 they are renovating the pool. They made it so our keys will allow us in the pool of doubletree next door. So far the changes I'm really loving is they have added a new vanity mirror in the front half making a total of 4 mirrors in the rooms. I do also love the calming tones of blues making the room feel like a seaside paradise. The lamps all have 2 plugs and one USB port for charging your devices on your bedside. The alarm clock is slicker and only the numbers are lit. Lastly they have removed the curtains on the door and replaced with privacy window dressing letting light in but no view out to the hall. They have added a peep hole now to let you check who is at the room Location wise hotel is still easy access to most things you can need and with the train minutes from the hotel you can easily get to downtown Chicago. Services are still the same. Free breakfast for the room and a free happy hour in the evening.

The service here is excellent. Do not hesitate to ask the staff a question. They are friendly and helpful. They have a great happy hour with snacks and drinks. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was an in and out stay due to a flight delay and missing a connecting flight. The shuttle driver that night, which was around 11:30pm, was the nicest shuttle driver I've ever encountered. The staff at the front desk was very nice at check in also. The room was just ok. There was no refrigerator in the room, which seemed strange. Since I was only staying one night, it was only a minor inconvenience. There was a spot for it, but it was just missing. The bathroom tub was overdue for replacement, which took away from the stay because the cleanliness/appearance of the bathroom is high on my list of importance. It's a quick trip to the airport though and shuttles run every 20 minutes, so the location is really convenient.

Staff are great, they make you feel that you are home. Rooms are newly changed and bed is so comfortable. Breakfast and social time is plus plus. It is not your ordinary breakfast, make to order.

Very comfortable room. Love the complementary made to order omelettes and happy hour at night. It's a great place to stay if you have to go out of town....or stay in...for work.

The happy hour provided by the hotel was great. They were undergoing construction so the hotel had a slight "constructiony" smell. They allowed guests to use the gym of the double tree next door. The restaurant was delicious!

Out of the few places I've stayed in Rosemont during dance conventions, this was definitely my favorite. From the breakfasts and happy hour, to the clean and quiet rooms, to the showers by the pool to wash off chlorine, it really was a great place to stay. We will definitely be staying there again for future dance conventions.

I stayed with my wife and dog on a one night stay, Sunday to Monday. I really enjoyed the stay. My highlights are a gorgeous room that had all the amenities (including three sinks!), complimentary evening reception with booze and snacks, complimentary breakfast with made to order omelets, pet friendly for my 40 pound vizsla, close to the highway and airport, and very friendly staff. I like to think I'm easy to please but there were a few gripes including finding something in the room from the past person (fake rose petal?) under the bed, ongoing construction that was part of a renovation, and what really kept it from 5/5 stars was the expensive parking. I understand city parking is tight but by the looks of available parking, $26 for one night is unnecessary. The positives do out weigh the negatives by far and I would book a room again.

The hotel is nice and clean... All the rooms have a separate living room and bedroom so it's nice if you have a baby because they offer a crib for the second room. However, right now they are renovating the rooms and our heater didn't work so we were freezing all night. The engineer fixed it for a few hours then it went out again. It's a great place to stay once the renovations are complete though.

Stayed overnight before early flight out the next day. Staff was extremely friendly, the 2nd and 3rd floors were undergoing renovations, but did not effect stay. Room didn't seem to earn up, no matter what I set to to. Bath tub looked a little used. Bed was comfy, and room was spacious. Did the job for a quick overnight.

Our room was great. The complimentary happy hour & breakfast were perfect. The staff were very friendly & accommodating. The only downfall for us was the hot tub was out of order & we had been looking forward to that as part of our stay.

I always enjoy staying at the Embassy Suites. Big, clean, comfortable rooms. Decent dinner menu. Friendly workers. Parking here is tricky, city owned garage with 0 signage on hot to actually get to the hotel. Typical big city airport hotel. Not much going on outside the hotel.

This location is perfect! Literally it is right across the street from Rosemont's convention center. Although close to the convention center, it provides a private, upscale environment. Rooms have been updated with the best features. Service was outstanding! They have dedicated, experienced, kind, professional employees. I'll be back next year!

One of our favorite places to stay in the Hilton Family of hotels. The EB -Rosemont is the best when it comes to service and customer focus. We appreciate David getting us to the hotel safe and sound on 12/10/16 amid the snow, ice, and wind. Roads were treacherous and it took awhile to get us from Terminal 5 at O'Hare. Ronnie ensured we received a good dinner on the house. Also, shout out to Veronica, the desk manager, who was concerned about whether our flight would make it! And, shout out to Alex , who checked us out very early Sunday morning, so we could get to PHX on the 1st flight out! We did. See you all again very soon!

The hotel is within walking distance of all the great resturants and bars. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are very comfortable. They give you a coctail hour for 3 hours and serve a delicious breakfast in the morning. Will definitely always be my stay when I visit Rosemont again!

Great beds, swanky place. How does a place this nice not have a continental breakfast? And why do they keep replacing my towels with one less everyday.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable but the room needs a lot of work. For what they charge I expect a lot more care. Nice that there's a lot to do within walking distance of the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were excellent, the staff were kind and helpful, and free cocktails in the evening didn't hurt! We were travelling with a 10 month-old and they were very accommodating. Five stars.

Very impressive breakfast area, and breakfast food quality is far above average. The rooms are large and nice, if not dated. Where the Embassy Suites loses stars is breakfast and coffee. Breakfast is served ONLY between 6 and 9am. There is NO coffee served after 9 am in the hotel.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were all super clean (and I got to see several of them because I was there for a business conference ). The only thing that took away the last star was they have the slowest elevators in the world! It was a running joke amongst the conference goers. Plan at least a half hour ahead if you want to go between the 7th floor and the lobby. But otherwise, absolutely top notch. I loved everything else, from the staff to the amenities.

My friends and I stay at this hotel every year for Anime Central. I know this is a very busy time, but the elevators are horrible! At least 1 was broken every day during this past weekend. Sometimes 2 would be broken. I was even stuck in the middle elevator for a few minutes. You would think they would get someone out there to do maintenance since this happens every single year.

The rooms are a nice size and it is very nice to have a mini fridge and a microwave to use. Front desk was somewhat helpful. We asked for an extra sheet the first night but never received one. We asked for extra toilet paper and received it that same night so it is a hit or miss. Our card keys kept not working, even though we kept phone and credit cards away, but the front desk helped out. They ran out of breakfast, but that is understandable due to the high number of people there for the weekend.

The bench at the end of the bed stabbed my friends hand when she used it to help herself up. If you pushed down on the cushion, you can feel the nails used to hold it together. We reported this to the front desk.
