• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:

- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

I came out for the 4th of July weekend for a vacation. This was my 2nd stay here at this particular hotel. The stay sucked due to all this pandemic & the new rules put in place. However, the staff were amazing in my opinion just as they were my last stay before the pandemic started. The managers Byron & Susan were amazing! Also the security, I don’t remember his name but he was from Chicago!! I want to specifically thank those 3 for making me feel comfortable throughout my stay!! The service was provided fast to me & kids from the kitchen to the room service. I enjoyed even with this pandemic!! Thanks Embassy Suites!!

Did not stay. Cant speak for quality of the room. I called to make a reservation and was unable to book due to 21 age limit. Amanda made several calls to help me find another embassy suites that allowed 18+ and booked me a reservation with another hotel. Wonderful service, her help was needed and appreciated!

stayed there from August 3rd to 5th. YES THERE IS RENOVATIOM GOING ON. but the service was great and the workers were out of sight out of mind. breakfast was great. the only issue I encounter were the washer machines didn't work. when I brought it to the staffs attention they promptly gave me a refund and free soap and dryer sheets( dryers work fine) this will be a 5 star review if they are also planning to update the appliances! definitely get a rental car the shuttle isn't bad but shouldn't be your means of transportation in Vegas anyway...

The room was large and very nice. Unfortunately, during our stay, the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations, which we were not aware of when we booked our stay. The bar area was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We were very disappointed because the air-conditioner on our room broke down. We did not have a good night sleep, it was 116° outside. I must add, that our air conditioning technician was so polite and so fast and he had it fixed in the morning.

They were undergoing renovations so I can't speak on the interior of the lobby or main floors. The rooms were kept clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful with the check in process as well as recommendations in the area. Walking distance from the convention center made this location very convenient.

By far the BEST BEDS anywhere! The breakfast which is included is like a home cooked meal. Made the way you want it! Always good service all the way around

The hotel did not advise it was under construction until 48hrs prior to my stay. According to the hotel staff, that is all the law requires. Really? My visit was not relaxing at all, due to the banging, sawing, and jack hammering from early morning until 5pm. In addition to the ongoing construction, staff was slow to provide towels to the room. Seems as though Embassy Suites could've thought of a better plan to remodel, like a temporary closure. People spend good money to stay in hotels and expect a relaxing atmosphere, which this stay was anything but that. Also the smell of construction did not help. Embassy Suites dropped the ball and should've have advised of the construction on their site and lowered prices until the remodel was complete. By doing so, consumers can decide if they can tolerate sharing their vacation with the construction crew.

Unfortunately the atrium and check in desk were under extensive construction due to a remodel. Part of a vacation is staying in a great hotel. This did not live up to our expectations. I believe that during booking, customers should be informed of pending or ongoing construction. If we had been notified when making reservations, we certainly would have sought accommodations elsewhere.

The hotel was under renovation when I went there but that wasn't much of a bother. My king size bed was comfy as were the pillows. I got lucky having a balcony in my room as it is a nice view to look out and see the strip. The breakfast in the morning was pretty in point. They have an omelette station so you can customize your eggs just the way you like. I chose this hotel due to it's short 15 minute walk to the Las Vegas convention center. It is a 30 minute walk to the strip which wasn't half bad either.

Worst experience ever with a Hilton brand hotel. The hotel renovation project was loud during the day. Our first night the fire alarm went off and the sprinklers activated dumping gallons of water in the Atrium. Not once did anyone from the hotel staff apologize for the noise or incident. I never received notification that the hotel was undergoing renovations prior to my arrival.

The parking security barriers out front made me feel that I was staying at a Department of Defense or Homeland Security facility, rather than a hotel. All this in the name of collecting $13.00.

If it were not for the breakfast and evening managers special, I would have rated my stay a one out of five.

Price was good compared to other hotels. Clean, friendly staff, all non smoking facility. Decent suite with microwave fridge, sink, but no utensils plates etc. Good free breakfast/buffet. Thin walls, heard noise on all sides. Comfortable king bed, standard pullout sofa.

The hotel is a bit old and run down. You have to either pay to park far, or valet for a few bucks more, go figure. The toilet kept bubbling up on its own. We got a later check out, however 2 different workers knocked on our door. The good side is, I liked their shower head, towels, bed and pillows. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. We didn't get a chance to try out their pool. All in all, my family would stay again.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

Nice, clean rooms. Pretty modern. Complimentary breakfast from 6-9 during the week & 7-10:30 weekends and holidays. Also a social event every evening from 5:30-7:30 at the bar with complimentary drinks & small snacks. The parking lot can get quite full but parking is free & hasn't been at full capacity any night so far. Overall, would recommend & stay again.

Overall the hotel is clean and safe. Free Breakfast and happy hour has always been a nice touch. Room service was Okay. Have stayed at this location many times but this was the first since a $13 self parking fee was implemented. I have always parked in front, so parking and entering the hotel from the back just didn't feel right.

Embassy Suites are always nice. This one could use a remodel but the service, cleanliness, staff accommodations, and location are all as to be expected from a hotel of this type. Definitely a lot of value for your dollar.

Stayed here twice now, friendly staff and mostly clean rooms. First visit we needed to get switched to another room due to the sofa bed having a bad smell (staff quickly accommodated us). Second visit the fire alarms were going off on and off for a good 30 minutes late at night. Typical Embassy Suite with free breakfast and cooked omelette station. Good if you want to be a little away from all the action on the strip but not too far either. They have a shuttle on a schedule that will take you to the Fashion Show mall upon request as well.

We totally enjoyed our stay here! Everyone is so nice, helpful and accommodating, they make sure you have everything you need, the Managers reception was wonderful, after My husband and I relaxed in the hottub, which is located outdoors !! The evening was very chilly which added to the ambiance we were looking for on Christmas Eve... no complaints here... the breakfast is fresh, so many choices and delicious!! We were very Happy with everything!!!

Nice hotel. The drinks are free at happy hour which is nice. The elevators are kind of slow. One was out of order and not fixed the few nights we were there. Long waits were the usual. They also locked us out of our room because we hadn't paid room service yet. I thought this was odd, but maybe it's normal?

Clean very comfortable suites. Large in size. Located 10 min walk . Easy walk to the strip.monorail is a minutes walk away. Great service. Hotel on 11 floors. Lifts can sometimes be slow to come. Happy hour. 5.30 until 7.30 pm. Small pool and outside Jacuzzi. Free shuttle bus to from airport also to the fashion mall. At the heart of the strip. Very pleasant stay.

Typical Embassy Suites, everything on point. Customer service great. Free booze reception in the evening, and a decent cooked breakfast in the morning. 15 min walk to the strip. Easy to uber where you need to go, and not fat from airport. Only down side is a small pool which is partly indoors, so hard to get a tan. Def worth the price for me.

Very nice place, close to the airport, great hot breakfast. They need to work more with house keeping to become more thorough with cleaning the rooms and counter tops and all of the table tops. Also being sure to not put spotted sheets on beds when changing them. There should be some type of call out in the lobby to guests that are waiting for the shuttle just in case they are sitting by the drinking water area. We were waiting for the 1:30 shuttle and before we knew it it was 2:00 the front desk told us she came in and she left, first of all there are several hotel staff that walked in the front, so how were we to know what the shuttle driver look like and if nothing is said, like last call or shuttle leaving, or something how are guest to know???? all in all our stay was good.

This hotel is located off the strip more or less behind the Wynn and the Encore. The surrounding neighborhood is not so great. Be aware of that. The staff seemed friendly and efficient. Parking is easy.

It's an Embassy Suites. You've been in one, you've been in them all. A reasonable place to set up shingle for a work trip. Close to the strip (although a bit of a pain to get to) with suites and breakfast covered. It does fall victim to the same thing as most ES, it has a huge atrium that all rooms circle. Noise funnels, but at least the rooms are as far away as you can get and behind their own doors.

Partial renovation during stay, but hotel is clean though it had a slightly stale, sewage odor in lobby area. Gift shop had nice items that drew the eye but every time we passed, the sign said they would return later - tried three times, then gave up and went elsewhere. Great service at front desk, received Hilton Honors gift and happy hour/reception was nice as well. Good stay overall. Would definitely return after renovations are completed.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a hotel on there and they had the cheapest rates around...

The hotel was easy to get to with ample parking. Once inside there was a small sign indicating which conference room my seminar was in. The sign was small and not the most obvious, but wasn't difficult to find. The meeting room was clean and well laid out. The bathrooms were clean and the food service was great. My only real complaint was that the room was set to 68 degrees. After 4 hours the presenter looked for the thermostat and set it to a comfortable temperature.

Attended a convention here and didn't stay in the rooms but did have a chance to visit a couple of the different room categories. The Embassy is a great choice for travelers. It has a really nice buffet breakfast with bacon, eggs, an omelet station, etc. They also have a complimentary cocktail time every evening. Something you don't get at very many hotel chains. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel decorations and rooms were a little dated but I heard they are undergoing a remodel so they are fixing my only complaint. It is a great choice for small business meetings and conventions with under 200 participants also.

It was a little too loud in the pool area because of several unattended kids. We also had multiple prank calls to our room and someone banging on the wall in the room next to us. I never had a problem staying at Embassy Suites. This one was not an exception. The staff went above and beyond to provide us amenities that we needed and gave us a complimentary water, peanuts, and chocolates. The complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon were really good and have a good selection of vegetables or chips with dip. Their breakfast buffet is a excellent start to your morning.

The hotel provides a breakfast bar complimentary and the rooms are large to accommodate families. However, access to the Strip is limited and the road in front of the hotel allows only for one way traffic, which makes access that much more difficult. You'll need a rental car or call a ride from this hotel. Also, the hotel fixtures and carpets look old and dated.

Staff was very friendly, but the hotel is in bad need of a remodel. Very cheap fixtures/hardware in the bathroom and permanent stains in the bathtub. Conference room right off of the lobby making it pretty loud if the door is open. One or more conference room doors would scrape the floor while opening or closing which would make the door stay open. Not a very nice part of town. economically depressed area. Careful if walking around.

Dated and needing a serious refresh. Rooms are ok and clean just showing their age. Cleaning staff needs some training. I noticed a few things in my room that didn't look like they'd been cleaned well. Service is acceptable but nothing noteworthy. Food is "service" grade. Simple and nothing unexpected or interesting. You get what you expect. Reminded me of many hotels I stayed at in the 90s unfortunately it's 2017

The lobby is beautiful and sparkling! The breakfast and managers reception were amazing. The room service was tasty. Those are the only good points of this hotel. The room was terrible. The bathtub had rust, the doors on the bathtub took a lot of elbow grease to move in order to close and the bathroom sink needed a good scrubbing. The living room was adequate in size, however, the pullout bed in the sofa was dirty. The kitchenette had the noisiest refrigerator I've been around in a long time. The kitchenette sink was dirty and needed a sink stopper. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was an empty box of alkaseltzer in the night stand. The phones were from the 90's at best. The room didn't have any plug ins for USB anywhere (like modern hotel rooms where they are in the alarm clocks and lamps...) Be sure to rinse or wash your suits from the pool because the pool water smells awful, not to mention the amounts of hair that is swimming in the pool with you.
Overall, I am very disappointed in this hotel. I feel as if I was mislead by trusting the Hilton brand and the Embassy name. If you're going to Vegas and you want to stay at a nice hotel, avoid this one. There is another Embassy that is worthy of the Hilton brand, unlike this one.

Conveniently located near the Las Vegas Convention Center and the Sands Expo. The entry is beautiful and very peaceful, a nice oasis off the strip. I've found the staff here to be very helpful, which is great considering how busy this hotel is. I wasn't able to get my room until the 4pm check in time because they were sold out, which is not the fault of the hotel just a heads up for everyone else. My room is clean and quiet, but the like so many of the hotels here in Vegas I find the bathroom to be pretty tired. This is not on the strip, but that's not a bad thing.

Great breakfast and happy hour nightly. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Coffee at breakfast is actually pretty tasty, not watered down. We stayed here and not only were we not happy but after talking to some of the employees, they weren't happy working there. You could tell- if the staff isn't being taken care of, then the customers will feel it also.
So the situation was that we initially were going to say at the Rio Hotel, but we wanted a BETTER hotel (not that The Rio was bad), - we wanted a hot breakfast and a nice place to shower and sleep. So... my wife loves taking hot showers... Well, it was luke warm. So I called the front desk and the lady said, "Oh, that's how it is. It takes about 20mins to warm up." What??? Uhh is this a house or a hotel? I mean people are constantly using hot water! That made no sense at all. So that's how I responded, with surprise. And she said, "Yea, it's an old building." So I said, "uhh, ok. I guess". So right after my wife, I took a shower and let the water run on hot. Ok, so that should be long enough to warm it up. But it never got hot. By this time I was irritated. Then my dad took a shower and did the warm water was completely cold. The next morning we awoke to a power outage that was completely separate from the incident the night before. No hot breakfast. We understood it was out under control, but they should compensate for that. Not to mention that the General Manager had no smile on his face and didn't initiate a hand shake upon our meeting.

This hotel is so good place to live. There is a scene of very high top so as u can see the amusement park on the top of it. And second of all the food here is good . 1st floor has a cafeteria to eat and they also have a swimming pool to swim. They have towels there. Only thing you need to bring is your body and reservation paper and suit for swimming (if u want to)

The room was pretty nice. The beds were pretty good and it was pretty spaced. The breakfast was great like always. We have liked returning more and more times the more we get there. Our room was very clean & beds were comfy. Bathroom although very clean, needed a makeover. But, we would definitely stay again, especially knowing we would be treated well by the friendly staff.

Beautiful view of strip from top floor. Nice location from strip. Pools are great. Breakfast has many options.

I stayed at this hotel this week and found it to be an excellent place to stay. They were over-sold and comped me in for the first night in another hotel that was far more expensive. However, I actually had a much better experience at Embassy Suites on the remaining nights. The Managers appreciation from 5:30pm - 7:00pm is an excellent way to get folks to socialize. The rooms are great and the staff is very professional. There's no doubt that Embassy Suites will be my default based on this experience.
