Our partial ocean view was more like a view of palm trees. The furniture in our room had stains, hopefully it was sanitized or cleaned. Way to go on the drink tickets from 4-7 pm, makes you purchase drinks from pool bar which is the intent, they've got to make $$. Free breakfast was horrible. My daughter convinced me to leave a day earlier. On a good note the beach is across the street, watch out for all the seaweed!

Check In Hostess Needs To Pay More Attention To Their Hotel Guests That Are Disabled.

When a guest with a reservation, reaches your hotel at 2:00 PM and mentioned to the Front Desk that they are disabled, and in pain, and the Front Desk tells you that no room is available. Then informs you that the room will be available sometime in the next 2 hours; as she adds, we'll, text you. Then suggests that you go out and sit in the baking sun until she gets around to you.

This is unacceptable customer service not to mention inhuman. I have come to expect a higher level of customer service at Embassy Suites We sat there in the lobby for about an hour and a half waiting. It was apparent that the Hostess had no interest in customer support. While we waited, there was another older, frail woman with a broken leg, getting the same treatment.

A 4:00 PM check in time is quite late, when you have an 11:00 check out time. By 4:00 elderly people are starting to get pretty tired. This causes us distress, and really makes me wonder if you want our generation of guest in your hotel.

This hotel property could use a renovation. Please see the photos that I have attached to this review. There was a big stain on the carpet and the shower constantly leaked. A rust spot behind the toilet as well. There were also scuffs on multiple pieces of furniture. The front desk agent was very helpful and the breakfast was great. Thank you for your attention.

From check in to check out, everything was smooth. And sanitized! Even the remotes!
We arrived very early in the day. Way too early for check in. The guest services personnel put our luggage away for safe keeping, they gave us beach towels and we were off to the beach. Weather was wonderful.
The suite was oceanfront with a balcony, 2 bathrooms and a living room. Just perfect. Complimentary continental breakfast was good; servers were available to give you your food.
We tried reserving a room for August but computer system was down. We'll try again tomorrow.

We stayed for 1 night and had a great experience. The rooms were sanitized, the restaurants were clean and you see the staff cleaning because of Covid-19. The buffet for breakfast they serve you. The beach has seaweed but space is available for you to access the water.

We stay for 2 nights on this beautiful hotel in front on the beach. From Valet parking all the way to the Pool service, the experience was precisely what makes south Florida such an incredible place for tourist and locals. Gracious staff and clean facility. The room was spacious and the view spectacular, couldn't be more happy, the best part of the trip was the company (as always)

Hotel staff are simply amazing at providing excellent customer service. Example- hotel pool closes at 9, but the staff allowed my 2 teenagers along with about 6 others to hang out at the pool until 10:30 and play pool games. Ozone of our phones also got wet and the staff immediately got a bag of rice and helped us dry the phone out, without us even asking for assistance. Our room was clean and bigger than most for the area. Complimentary breakfast was great with multiple options. Reception in the evening is a big plus! The only complaint is the beach area that is across from the hotel... it’s full of seaweed and big huge rock/boulders are in clusters and make it hard for you to reach the water, they also smell unpleasant. If you walk further down to the left side of the beach, you can enjoy the ocean without the interference of boulders!

The Embassy Suites was a nice hotel. It is a little dated compared to other Hilton properties. We did have a nice view of the ocean and the pool. The rooms were nice size. The staff was amazing. They were able to offer suggestions for eating, drinking and things to do. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel, with nice rooms. Many reviews mention the smell, and it is true - you can definitely smell musty. However, running your AC will generally do the trick and get red of the smell. Breakfast is pretty good, more or less what you would expect from Embassy Suites. Rooms actually have two separate areas, so it is great for families that can have kids sleep on the pull out sofa in the living area. Overall ok hotel, nothing amazing, but if you get it at a right price, you will have a good stay.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it is generally a good choice. The rooms are definitely dated but are large in size. Having two bathrooms and bedrooms is definitely an asset. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of items which is consistently replenished. The pool area is average. Loungers have been around for a very long time. The only thing that we did not like was the annoying music being played in the pool area. It would be nice to hear a variety of music while relaxing in this area.

Great location in Deerfield Beach. Very short walk to restaurants and shops. Breakfast at the hotel is fantastic. Additionally daily happy hour is great. Bartenders were friendly and service was good. Nice large rooms with separate livingroom and wet bar area. Spa is great with friendly staff. Would like to see the pool heated. Was a bit cold for late May.

Room service was always on point. Rooms were pretty big. We stayed with both kids and everyone slept great! The pool is always clean. The drinks were awesome ($12 for margaritas and daiquiris). We stayed up late by the pool and no one complained. The only downside was the fact that our hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed.

The hotel is nice, with good location and friendly front desk staff. Rooms were very nice. However, their pool and pool area were not up to Hilton standards. Pool was nasty, like filters not working. Went thru area around 6:20 a.m. and leftover dirty towels, food, etc. on chairs. Trash floating in pool on top of the nasty film. We travel quite a bit, and typically resorts have people cleaning pool and area at least early in a.m. My brother went in for less than 5 minutes, and came out with burning eyes and sinuses all messed up. Unacceptable.

Great Hotel. Great service, food, and clean rooms. Only issue I had was the pool was very dirty, stuff floating in it/found 2 plastic drink cups-very cloudy-lots of hair etc. I'm sure they put plenty of chemicals in it but it needs cleaned with a net twice a day at least.

The resort itself is nice - this was our third visit in about 13 months. However, as others have commented, there can be problems with customer service, and this stay was no different. I'm happy to say that management helped us this time, so I'm revising my review, and I'm hopeful that there will be continued attention to customer service. As a Hilton Gold member, it's very rare indeed that we dont get excellent customer service from the larger Hilton organization.

Internet access is horrible, could not even connect most of the time. Business center was out of order for the 3 weeks we stayed there. Ocean views are nice. Restaurant was only so so. They do have a good free breakfast and a happy hour with free drinks and snacks every day. Rooms are a little dated and their technology doesn't work very well.

Nice hotel right on the water. Pool was pretty cloudy first 2 days but it cleared up before we left. Room and hallway smelled very musty and staff attempted to address but were unable to correct. Staff was helpful and attentive.

Beautiful location. Directly across from the beach and easy access also. The hotel was beautiful and the service by the pool was wonderful they really spoil you. My only complaint would be the musty odor in the hallway. We were on the 7th floor and there was a bad smell of mildew. Other than that the room was gorgeous and our stay was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay! There are a lot of reviews complaining about a smell. The only smell we encountered was a new carpet smell. Our suite was clean and in great condition. The free breakfast was perfect especially if you got an made to order omelet. Our favorite part was the free happy hours! We enjoyed sitting outside with other guests and having a few drinks with complimentary snacks. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend Embassy Suites at Deerfield Beach to anyone.

The hotel and the pool were pretty nice. The room was clean but dark...could be because our only view was a wall. The pool and hot tub were nice and the restraint at the pool was convenient for lunch. Valet was very nice and prompt with the cars and always opened the door and helped load/unload. The breakfast buffet is included and delicious! My favorite part besides having two full bathrooms in our one bedroom suite. My biggest complaint is the beach. There was no beach! I had a person's feet behind me and my knees almost touched the person in front of me. We had to walk a long way to get comfortable. I have kids and they couldn't swim in the ocean because of the giant rocks and the rocks obscure your view. We found a private beach that we went to every day after that first horrible day on the beach. I'd give a one star for the beach and a three star for the hotel.

We enjoyed staying here very much. The rooms were decorated in a much older style and had a bit of that Florida musty smell but otherwise they were clean and the staff very helpful. Best parts about this place are the pool area, free (excellent) breakfast and free happy hour. During happy hour it would be nice to rotate the free snacks however. The pool is also great and each side takes a turn on being pretty shaded during the day so you don't get too hot. The wifi is very poor and frustrating to try and access. Also the beach area in front of the hotel is small and a bit sloped. We enjoyed walking a quarter mile north to enjoy a much bigger and flat sandy beach. We also enjoyed having the ability to walk to many good restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again.

I went on vacation and stayed here. I loved every part of it. The workers were great. They have an amazing made to order breakfast complimentary. The ocean is just outside the gates to the hotel pool. One thing though, the tvs were out of date, so coming back after an exhausting beach day there were very little to watch unless i spent $20 to rent one through them. But, without a doubt ill be staying there again.

Nice hotel. Suites are always a plus and the outdoor space and restaurant were nice. The hotel happy hour (5:30-7:30) has free drinks which was a great perk after the work day ended! The location is also great, giving a nice beach view and walking path to restaurants. The two cons I had were this: the place smells strongly of lemon cleaner. I think they pump it through the hvac system. Not great in my opinion. Also in my room, two of the outlets were faulty and one of the lamps had no bulb. Would have had 5 stars if not for the smell and minor room issues.

I would have given this place a 5 star I think the only thing holding me back was the hotel was a little older and maybe could of used new carpeting and a couple of other update tweaks. Every single one of the staff there made you feel very welcome. Breakfast was good - happy hour was great. Hotel not exactly right on the beach but a very short few steps across what is sort of a parking lot. Balcony was little small but like the suite and 2 full bathrooms. Management was very attentive and accommodating and addressed any issue immediately and mine were only really minor ones. I would definitely stay here again! Close to town nice to be able to walk back-and-forth and get some exercise between eating and partying!

Great hotel, friendly staff, and amazing ocean views. All rooms are spacious suites with a master bedroom and living room area. Manager’s evening reception with free cocktails an added bonus. The cook to order breakfast, specifically the chef, are amazing. Been going here for years and each time I visit, the same friendly staff welcome me back by name - it truly feels like home.

I’m torn about this hotel. On one hand the location is great and the staff is better, but the elevators, hallways, and rooms smell so badly of mold that I could hardly handle it. The smell was so strong that our clothes and luggage held smelled of mold for days after we left.

We like the space that the suite provides and the complimentary breakfast is great. Pool area is very nice but can be a bit crowded. Love the location by the beach. Staff is very helpful. The rooms could use an updating. It's a very good value.

Clean, accessible and decent rooms. No musty smell or signs of an old hotel. Breakfast is great. Free beer 5.30 to 7.30. Decent restaurant. Relatively cheap for cash. Paid with points. I liked it.Parking is expensive at 23 and valet at 27.

The room was amazing, we got one ocean front. We ordered room service and the food was ok (fries were completely cold and tasted old) but the food did come to our room quickly. Overall the stay was great, though both morning house keeping knocking at 8:30am and wouldn't stop knocking until someone answered. (we were sleeping)

A gem not far but seemingly a world away from the craziness of Ft. Lauderdale. What seems like your own, never crowded beach lies just across a quiet street, and their breakfast buffet will satisfy most anyone. Some peripheral staff could benefit from customer friendly training which kept me from giving it 5 stars.

My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage at the Spa 950 thanks to Groupon for a great deal! The hotel is well kept, they have plenty of amenities, and the beach is right across. Our Spa experience was amazing!!! We both had the hot stone massage and were completely satisfied beyond words. I've had massages at other hotels such as the Westin and Trump resorts but this one definitely takes #1! I give it 4 stars because the pool area was kid central! We waited over an hour to use the hot tub because there was a family with 8 kids or more 4-10 years old that would not let the other guests have a chance. Other than that, great staff! Walking distance to the peer with plenty of dining options and live bands for entertainment. 😃

Recently stayed at the Embassy Suites for a girls trip and overall had a great time. We thought the hotel was in a great location if you’re looking for a nice and relaxing stay while still being close to a small downtown area (downtown Deerfield Beach Pier was an easy 15 minute walk). The complimentary hot breakfast and happy hour was perfect and the staff was amazing. One of the hotel managers, Isabelle, was absolutely wonderful and provided amazing customer service to ensure our stay was the best it could be.

My only caution to other visitors is that the beach is not owned/operated by the hotel and therefore, the chairs and cabanas do not come with your stay. It was $12/chair and $15/umbrella per day/per person, which can quickly add up. As you can imagine, all hotel visitors that came down to relax by the beach were very upset to learn that the chairs/umbrellas were not included as the hotel website does not make that clear. Additionally, the staff (separate from the hotel) that owns/operates the chair/umbrella rental are very rude and unhelpful.

Had a very bad experience with check in. Asked for and was promised two adjoining rooms with ocean view when we checked in, they gave us one room with a partial ocean view on the 3rd floor and tried to give us a second room on the 6th floor. That was unacceptable and they finally gave us another room on the 3rd floor on the other side of the building. We were informed later by the bartender of all people that those rooms could accommodate 3 people which is what we asked for in the beginning and were told no! We finally moved into one room the next day after paying for two rooms Sunday night. Although it was supposed to be an ocean view, it was tucked into the very end of the building with a very limited view. They did comp our valet parking as a goodwill gesture. Service was okay. Soda machine on 3rd floor was broken entire time. Telephone in living room was inoperable. Cold water faucet in bathroom sink was barely operable. Both items were reported to hotel. No handtowels or washcloths were delivered to room until we asked. The free breakfast was wonderful. The service people in the dining room did a fabulous job of keeping tables cleaned even though it was crazy busy. Suggest plastic cups and straws be available for sodas. Had to use coffee cups. Nothing bad can be said about the complementary happy hour. Location of hotel was fine.

Absolutely love this hotel. We went for our honeymoon and returned 2 years later for our Anniversary. We got the panoramic view this time and it was amazing. Staff was great always kind. Breakfast was always good. Ammenties we all working. Enjoyed the hot tub. Already scheduled next year's vacation booked they're again. I mean who wouldn't it's right on the ocean, short distance to walk for the beach.

Welcoming lobby, great spa, clean large room suites, free breakfast, free booze in the evening. What's not to love? I'm surprised we got a double room with two bathrooms, ocean view, for $160/night. They even text you throughout the stay and ask of everything is. Great listener on the other end of that text line.

Very nice resort. Clean, large rooms with beautiful balconies overlooking the ocean. The parking is valet and there is an option to self park in secure lot. Desk service was very nice and helpful. Restaurant was indoor or outdoor seating and catered to special requests for food sensitivities. Just a short walk through a secure gate to the public beach. Would love to stay here again when more time permits us.

Great location, family friendly, wonderful beach. Airport location is convenient. Rooms are very clean and big. Friendly staff. To avoid longer lines for breakfast - attend between 7am and 8.30am. Beach is public, but clean, sandy slow decent. $12 umbrella and chairs.

When we arrived we were put into the wrong room and had to spend one night in a smaller room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool and lounging areas appeared to be pretty crowded on the weekend and the lines for their free happy hour drinks and snacks were very very long. The breakfast at this hotel is very good for a complimentary breakfast but expect to have to fight crowds and rush to get food. As for the room quality, it's mediocre, nothing special. Housekeeping staff are very friendly and the service is great.

Friends have stayed here and the staff has always been kind and courteous. Rooms are basically standard but it is right on the beach, so your morning O.J. and grapefruit can be consumed right on the beach! Amazing views and beautiful location. Deerfield Beach is an amazing city to visit!

I have stayed here several tmes over the years and continue to come back. The staff at the main desk our friendly and welcoming, as well as the pool/beach staff, restaurant staff & housekeeping. The ocean & beach views are phenomenal from oceanfront rooms (worth the extra money!). Breakfast buffet is top-notch in variety and quality of food. Great location to many delicious restaurants with fresh-caught seafood in the area. Keep doing what you are doing...can't wait to return!!

Decent room but well below average service. We asked for a portacrib in advance and they assured us that we would have one available. Sadly no crib so we went up to the front desk and let them know. "No worries, we'll have it up to your room shortly." Frustrating because having a baby that needs a nap and delaying it is in a word, annoying. 2 hours later still nothing. So my wife sternly reports this to the manager on duty and they say they will help. They then deliver a broken crib which obviously doesn't help... Now my wife and mother are livid and report this new transgression. The front desk person temporarily suggested we might just be out of luck until someone overheard the heated conversation and offered to investigate. This finally lead to a working crib being delivered 4 hours after checking in. Baby missed her nap, family wasted large portion of the day and left with a feeling that we were really close to an even worse disaster, if we hadn't had been so aggressive with needing assistance. I could go on to express my disappointment with the "free reception and happy hour" but this is already running long...

The service is great. I'll be having my wedding here in October. This was the first and only venue I went to. First choice was the best. I was amazed by the service, cleanliness, location, and amazing food. I highly recommend this hotel. It's worth the extra $

We were celebrating our Honeymoon, the room was amazing, the service from the staff was absolutely wonderful! We told Crystal, at the front desk why we were there, she sent up a bottle of wine and 2 pieces of chocolate cake along with a personalized note congratulating us and thanking us for choosing the hotel for our special occasion! The cleaning staff was thorough and made our room very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Every time we would get towels, the towel staff was very friendly and he made sure that we had 2 lounge chairs with an umbrella. I highly recommend this hotel!! 5 stars and above!

The location perfect! Right on beach set up nice. Kids would love. The happy hour not all that. Breakfast is on point! Parking is 24 + dollars

My recent stay at the resort was more than I expected. I was there for a business trip but the time outside of meetings seemed more like I was on a vacation. The entire staff, from housekeeping to dining, made sure my expectations were exceeded. The room and grounds were well maintained and every person I encountered that worked for the hotel were professional and very friendly. I'm considering returning with my family and staying for a long weekend since I have nothing bad to say about my recent stay.

Great location, nice pool, good drinks and service in the restaurant, though the front desk was a little slow on the uptake. The spa is good. They perpetually ran out of pool towels, not to mention plates and coffee cups during breakfast during the busier time. But breakfast was nice. Go early and get an omelet without the wait. Room was lovely and clean, and housekeeping did a gest job. They told us they did not have pullout beds, so we bought an air mattress for kid #2.

The hide a bed and excessive charge for parking was really our only complaints. The hide a bed was extremely uncomfortable. Fortunately that guest was short enough to sleep on the sofa without opening up the bed. As a handicapped driver I felt it was very unfair to have to pay $26 per day to valet park when I do not have the option to park and walk in myself due to my knee injury. Everything else was very nice. The staff was wonderful, the food at the complimentary breakfast was good and plentiful. Our room was clean and well supplied. We would very likely stay again.

Overall a good Hilton brand hotel. The breakfast and happy hour were a good way to start and end the day. Alarm was set off in the middle of the night and the staff did not know what to do or how to direct all the traffic. The chairs and umbrella, as well as the parking could be improved. More of a laid back environment which is nice when you have kids.

Room was great. Clean and plenty of space for family of four. Free breakfast and amazing happy hour by the pool made it worthwhile. Can't beat the ease of beach access.

Elevators out of commission, understaffed (or they just don't care) breakfast team that doesn't keep the buffet stocked. The cook to order omelettes are very good, though. Rooms need to be updated. The "manager" sends out texts to your phone asking for anything she can assist with...but does not answer anything you send (LOL, why bother?). I stay in many hotels, this is not a "luxury" stay by ANY means! It is a better cost than Ft. Lauderdale hotels, but, you get what you pay for...

Great Location and Great room. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is the Breakfast Buffet was quite messy in the food area. There were no forks, no cinamon in the jar and food bits everywhere... I wanted toast and there was no bread, I went to oatmeal and no cinamon. .. The coffee however was Really Good...

Great location near the beach. The easy to walk too. Also close to the Deerfield public beach area as well. Nice rooms and happy hour with free drinks. Hot tub wasn't filled up properly and chlorine was very strong because of that. Great breakfast. Could use some decorating in the restaurant area. Staff was very friendly.

Food was way over priced for dinner. The pool was great at night when the kids went to bed. The beach (oh it gets stupid and you have to rent the umbrellas for the beach) it is clean and nice, it is very well taken care of with lots of room. Rooms are good and very big. The bar is rediculous the prices are so high and the bartender we had just was a old grumpy man. The pizza is great to get and eat as a midnight snack.

Great views, mediocre food. Overpriced though. $22 PER NIGHT to park?? And that's on top of the $200+ I'm already spending to stay there! I ended up spending almost as much on my rental car as I did to park the dumb thing! The food and drinks were incredibly overpriced too. We spent $30 on 2 poolside drinks that were just OK.

The internet is abysmal. Absolutely abysmal. Every time you try to connect with the coupon code by the front desk it connects for a minute then shuts out

Older Embassy Suites right off the beach. The location is nice but hotel and rooms need a facelift.

Don't bother with checking in ahead of time you don't get the room you select.

The hot items for breakfast were similar to prison food in the movies. From the tray of undercooked runny eggs to the globs of overcooked bacon stuck together. The only redeeming factor was the omelet station. These remarks were across the board by many guests looking at the food and walking away.

It is def not worth the $240+ a night cost.

One hour away from Miami on the east Florida shore. In the beautiful Deerfield Beach, is located this Embassy Suites.
Two days before our arrival we got a message asking me to choice a room, the same day, another message asking me what do we need.
Since you get into this place you feel the energy; the smell, the staff, the cleanliness...
They make you feel just Great! The valet staff, the front desk, the gift shop...
Happy hour from 5.30 to 7.30 pm with free cocktails, beer and snacks. And a free breakfast in the morning that fulfill your needs.
Beautiful place that you wont forget.
Just a tip, get higher rooms, it worth! Get rooms with ocean view, it worth!

Thanks guys, you made our stay just MAGIC!

Great location right off the beach. Rooms are comfortable, great view, friendly staff, and free breakfast. Love that our room had two bathrooms to make getting ready easier. Just some minor room repairs and cleanliness were needed to make it a perfect 10.

Front desk attendant, Crystal was very helpful and delightful.

Room with spacious, clean and well-appointed. Would have preferred a standard 4 cup coffee maker instead of pod style which was supplied.

Bar was spacious and cheerful with view of the ocean, as is the restaurant which is connected to it. Food was very good and reasonably priced.

We made a reservation through Hotwire for an ocean view room for my birthday and when we arrived to the hotel the reservation was for a partial view room. We were very disappointed since we always wanted to stay at this hotel and it was for a special occasion. We also got married steps away from this hotel so this meant a lot for us. Thanks to Abilio the manager on duty at the time explained to us the situation and provided us with awesome customer service in making it a memorable experience even though it was not the hotels fault. He even send us a champagne bottle to our room along with chocolate covered strawberries. Thank you so much for everything Abilio!!

I haven't even stayed at this hotel yet and I am so excited because of the awesome customer service I have received from Crystal at the front desk over the phone...
