We waited over an hour to check-in at the hotel and it was a Friday afternoon. The room was very nice and clean. The made-to-order breakfast was modified due to COVID, but the breakfast was below par.....the eggs were cold and undercooked, and the potatoes and bacon were cold. Although I understand the circumstances, guests were sitting at the tables so...... Also, watch carefully when reserving. There is a resort fee charged daily.

The Front Desk Staff (Ms. Marion) is so kind, she is the reason I frequent this hotel. This hotel lobby is great and the staff is amazing most of the time. The rooms are just in need of a good remodel. But the location is amazing the ease of getting in and out is great. The rooms themselves are nicely sized. I do think that there property does need another pool and hot tub as the children on vacation are always in the one's that are inservice, this last trip I was there, was a hot tub closed I assume for maintenance or resurfacing.

Got married here on 6/6/2020. Was the first couple to get married on the Hinton brand during Covid-19. Extremely high praise goes out to our coordinator Mrs. Kim and all of the staff. They made sure we practice safe distancing as well as her staff. All the rooms where very clean! Rosalyn and I thank you guys for everything. We love Hilton brand!!

My family and I loved this place! The different options for the pools are amazing. Lots of different places to get food and drink as well and near here if you want to leave the resort. The Vintage 12 restaurant inside the hotel was incredible as was the service. Ask for Reggie, what a great server!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice complex. The breakfast was fantastic and we look forward to it every morning. I would say that our room was average. Not the nicest but not the worst I've stayed in. Love that it was close to the beach. Staff was friendly.

$800 to stay two nights. Very expensive with hardly anything to show for. Ordered room service pizza, $20, was very disappointed; the pizza was tiny!! This place is good for kids. Plenty of children activities. Unfortunately, the only thing for me and my husband to do was either bake on the beach or sit at the very expensive bar. Oh, and pool towels are $15 each if you don't return them, however the pool staff frequently abandon their stands and aren't around to check your name off as you return the towel. So we had to stand and wait 35 minutes for an employee to return for us to make sure we didn't get miss- charged. There are no hot tub regulations enforced. There is only one adult hot tub outside ( mind you, all other guests on the resort are coming to this pool & hot tub). So the adults looking to relax in the hot tub were ran out by the kids and TODDLERS allowed into the hot tub. At the very least, place a time limit, for adults too have a child- free quiet zone maybe 8pm-10pm for the hot tub and one of the pools. The only board walk is the walk that connects to the other surrounding hotels, of which offer even less than what this hotel offers. If you are looking for any activities to do, consider staying in South Beach area. This area is definitely catered to the larger families looking for young children entertainment or older couples looking to fish and sun bathe. The only great thing at this hotel was "Splash Diner", only if you sit at the bar. They do not deliver your food to your table. You have to yell to get the bar tenders attention. But the food is decent. Drinks expensive but tasty. Ten times better than the room service. To uber anywhere will cost an average of $15-$25. The hotel has limited shuttle service that charges to take you to the airport. With all the money spent, I should at least receive free shuttle service. We were very disappointed. We always stay with Embassy Suites. This is the first time that we had an unsavory experience. Definitely won't comer back to this one, but we do plan on continuing to visit the others that we frequent.

One of the best places I've visited in a long time. The hotel itself was extremely nice. It could use a few updates to the decor but overall, a very nice room with plenty of space for 6 people. 4 adults, 2 kids. The view from our balcony was exceptional. My only knock on the hotel was that there wasn't any washcloths in the room when we got in it. Was corrected on the 2nd bay but shouldn't have had to. The beach was just a 2 min walk away and there was a splash park for the kids right outside. So there was definitely plenty of things to do in our short stay there. It was our first time to Myrtle Beach and I can't say that it was one thing we didn't like. I will definitely be going back and would suggest that you go to Kingston Plantation which is under the Hilton brand of hotels. Must Go!

Location is great! Right on the beach, close to entertain and golf courses. Love that they not only have a pool but also a splash park for my boys. Helps the day go by quickly. We spend part of our day at splash park, then beach and end at the pool. I only gave it 4 stars because of the rooms. Could be cleaner and updated

I still don't understand why a hotel your size only has 1 bellhop and cart. Cars are lined up waiting to get in after traveling and the last thing we want to do is wait 30 minutes or more to get to our rooms! I answered this last year the same and will continue. I've never been to a hotel with this kind of service!
Had the shrimp basket at lunch. It was ok. But you'd think you'd get fresh shrimp since you're at the beach. NOT.
Great for family and kids but not for a honeymoon or anniversary.

The Good: can't beat the location of this hotel. It's right on the beach. There's also an amazing waterpark right there which my toddlers loved. The sea shells were plentiful and large during low tide at night. There were free alcoholic (and non alcoholic) beverages and a small selection of snacks from 5:30-7:30. The bed was super comfortable. We had a wrap around balcony which was HUGE and offered city and oceanfront views which can't be beat.

The Bad: the balcony doors wouldn't lock. The sink was broken and wouldn't drain. The hotel was PACKED. There were times you literally couldn't walk for all the people. My 1 year old found a piece of broken metal from the balcony door on the balcony. There was a super rude front desk worker (Debbie.)

However, Linda at the front desk was VERY helpful (And Mary from the front desk the night before answered all my questions). Linda compensated me for the problems I had and so did the Honors program.

Hilton has said that the hotel will up their game, so I look forward to checking it out and seeing if that has happened. We'll return.

Super fun water park, lazy river & pool for the kids when weather is nice, and right on the beach. When weather too cold, there was an indoor pool & little splash pad connected to the nice fitness center that you could drive to, which was nice. Breakfast buffet was good and included in price. The bed was uncomfortable though. Room (suite) was spacious, but a bit dated and expensive. Staff was all very nice. Overall a good experience & we would come back.

Location is great. My kids loved being so close to the beach, and enjoying all of the pools, as well as the kids splash pad! Breakfast is awesome, although it can get pretty busy. One of the elevators broke while we were there, so many times it was quicker to take the stairs, even to get to the 11th floor. The room could have been cleaner. It seemed old, and a bit run down to me. Service was great, we grab drinks and desserts at the restaurant downstairs one night, and it was wonderful! Super nice having a Starbucks available in the lobby as well!

The rooms very clean. Shower was huge. View was amazing. Breakfast was great. Well I can tell you all the things that I love about this location but I would recommend that you visit them yourself. I took my kids here for spring break this year and we loved it. We really didn't need to leave the compound for much of nothing. I love the Hilton brand they always over exceed my expectations.

Ocean front view was amazing, even in winter. We could even see the ocean from the bathroom. The room was very clean. Very nice staff. Good restaurants. They serve Starbucks coffee in the lobby. We were there for a conference and the meeting rooms were spacious and accommodating. I would give it 5 stars, but we had to ask for toilet paper one day after the room had been cleaned. Also, the service was a bit slow in the restaurant and we were the only customers at that time. My grilled chicken sandwich was delicious however.

The room and view we're lovely, right on the beach. The stay was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. By far one of the nicest Embassy's we have stayed in. Our only complaint was the manager reception. The lines were long and slow at the bar in the off season, hate to see busy season. But it is free so not much to complain about.

Pros: Great beach front location, ground level appearance fairly modern, great customer service and cook to order breakfast. Also good outdoor space with two well maintained pools. Cons: Rooms are dated in decor and amenities, for example no USB charging stations. Workout facility is off site with very limited hours so was unable to use. Overall, a good if you want a family friendly place, but nothing fancy.

The location of the hotel is on Myrtle Beach. When first arriving to the hotel, we noticed how large the private area was. The area is spread out and transportation is recommended to go to other buildings around the area such as, the fitness center and indoor pool. Though the distance could be walkable, the hotel offers free shuttle bus transportation to and from the areas of the campus. In addition, the shuttle bus transports people off campus as well to nearby recreation or dining areas. Parking cars is available and free for overnight guests. Breakfast is complimentary for all overnight guests. There are 19 floors in the hotel and approximately 14 rooms per floor. In each room, there is one bedroom, one living room, one bathroom, and a balcony. The bedrooms have two king sized beds and the living room has a pull out sofa bed. The living room has a small kitchen sink and a small refrigerator with a freezer. There is one tv in the bedroom and one in the living room. The bathroom, though, is quite small, just fitting a tub and a toilet. On the balcony, you can get a beautiful view of Myrtle Beach, no matter which floor or room. It is easily accessible to go to the beach, their private two pools, and a kiddie water playground with a lazy river. Room service is quick and they will not touch personal belongings, though there is a safe in each room if you feel it is necessary to lock away personal items.

New fitness and spa facility is beautiful with all the best equipment offering versatile workouts. Love this place!

Nice weather and pool side service. Made myrtle beach a great experience for me. I love how the resort is very secluded and private. The only problem I had was the balconys ,which I concluded they were fixing, not really a problem but wish we could have chilled out there.

Stayed in rm#1607 TOP floor condos. Beds uncomfortably hard and slept poorly. Breakfast on site was only acceptable. Scrambled eggs cold, southern style grits untasty, biscuits thick and hard. Bacon and sausage, coffee, and hash browns excellent! Might would stay again is the best I can say

I was not recognized as a Hilton Honors Diamond Member. The ladies at the check in desk are rude. There is no free coffee set out during the day. We had a six person suite and enough coffee in the room for 2 cups. Really? The hotel us in need of repair. No soda machine on floor 3, out of order on floor 4. Hole in the wall in the 3rd floor hallway. Breakfast was delicious. The guys bringing up your luggage for you are very nice. Overall, not at all impressed with this hotel.

Embassy Suites is a great place to stay no matter where they are located. The separate bedroom and pullout couch work well for larger families. If you like breakfast, their free included breakfast buffet is awesome. The Myrtle Beach location has a splash pad with 2 water slides and it's right on the beach if you want something different. I'll be back again.

Dated hotel suites which they try to make up for with amenties... Such as free breakfast, splash pad, pools and a complimentary happy hour. Only three elevators to serve all 20 floors, one of which was inoperable twice within our 5 day stay which caused serious delays. Bellhops must be summoned if you happen to need a luggage cart for checking in or out. There is also no service elevator for them to use which makes the elevator situation even worse. Did I mention parking is a joke during peek season. The umbrella and chair rental service on the beach needs a serious over haul, the chairs are covered in rust and have multiple holes in them, you'd think for $45 a day that could happen. Oh and the Myrtle Beach ordinance for no floats in the ocean is beyond ridiculous.

The was One bell service guy who was also the valet dude when checking in,,which took over 30 minutes just to get in the door. Went to Vintage for dinner at 8:30pm after checking in. We got our food at 9:50pm. There was the 2 of us and one other 2top table and they were almost finished when we got there. Bob did great,,,kitchen was super slow,,and the food was good when we got it. A tad over priced for what you get.
No info in rooms about local breweries at all or restaurants that are not a tourist trap. Yes it's in that general attraction book, but would to eat where locals do.
Housekeeping is fabulous,,,morning breakfast is most impressive and organized. Staff is super friendly.

This is the first time we stayed here and we were impressed. Rooms were very well appointed. The location is very good, a little ways from the busiest parts of the beach. For starters it was incredibly clean, well managed and the staff were wonderfully kind and courteous. From the amazingly kind guard at the gate who took the time to answer questions, to the front desk staff who quickly helped me extend my stay on business, to a kind woman washing windows who happily took me up on my conversation about the view. The people were great! The room was great with a fantastic view, everything I needed, and apparently the amount of coffee I consume was noted and by my third day more magically appeared by the pot. Their attention to detail is superb. The shuttle is very convenient and really added a level of ease to my stay that I was not expecting. What impressed me the most however, was that I was here for a conference and they handled catering and not once did I need to worry about my food allergies. They had clearly labeled allergens on dishes so I knew what to avoid, options were plentiful and they were gluten free and lactose free friendly. It was great to be able to dine with no worries. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this one sold me. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone coming to stay in the area, business or pleasure.

Very nice room, super clean! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and being right on the beach is amazing. I watched the sunrise on the beach this morning... simply beautiful.

Room I stayed in was ocean front. Service was great. There was text service for our needs and response time was very good. Balcony had a good ocean view. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was very professional. Overall a great stay.

Needed a room in a pinch and when we called in got a room quickly. All staff was courteous and helped with our every need. Only complaint was there was a small quarter sized mystery stain on the carpet. Additionally, you can take a courtesy shuttle for free within two miles of the hotel.

We had such a pleasant stay! I love loved the breakfast, best French toast, and grits I ever had! And the staff is very nice. The rooms are awesome we had a sweat on the 20th floor. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS. We saw the sunrise over the ocean from our bed and sunset from the balcony.

Great for kids. Excellent huge splash pad area for kids with slides that drop Indo the 1 foot pool. Nice lazy river but could move a little faster. Pools need a little maintenance but otherwise very nice. More family oriented and quieter being in North Myrtle.

Always fun for everyone. Our 9 yr do son loves the Waterpark. They have 2 additional pools. I would like to see more umbrellas for shade since shade is so coveted here. Live entertainment afternoons and most nights along with free happy hour. Breakfast buffet or made to order included in your stay. Right on the beach. Huge fitness facility within walking distance. Seriously, wouldn't stay anywhere else in Myrtle Beach. We come every year for a conference and it's perfect for all of us to enjoy.

Clean enough. Dated furniture. Downright surly housekeeping staff but poolside staff were wonderful. Front desk was good. Plenty of pool access. Breakfast buffet generous but again, staff indifferent and when asked for milk for coffee, took 20 minutes to bring some out. They must do something about this because it's not a friendly environment. I'm a teacher and believe me, there are days...but I tell myself to be pleasant, positive and professional, and things go very well. They should try this.

My place at the beach... Come here, stay all week without having to go anywhere else! Water park, good breakfast, decent dinner and Starbucks coffee. Kids love the pool, parents love the spa, and we all love the beach. They generally take great care of me everytime I come here. Wal-Mart is very close by if you have to make a run, and Broadway at the Beach is very close as well. Forget the strip, this is where it's at! Nice rooms and everything at Kingston Plantation is centered around the Embassy. Stay here if you can!

The room was great. It included a dining area living area two bedrooms two bathrooms and inroom washer and dryer. One negatice was some of the silverware had food crusted on the surface. The staff was very helpful and friendly, though we weren't told the code to get into the parking area. Overall this is a great place to spend some time awad.

We stayed for 4 nights for a family vacation. The rooms were super clean and staff was very nice and helpful. My 8 year old loved the splash pad and lazy river and my 1.5 year old loved playing in their 1.5 ft kiddie pool. The complimentary hot breakfast had the standard stuff like eggs, bacon, sausages, different breads, etc and they also had cook to order omelet and pancakes. They also had complimentary cocktail in the evening which I was told that they serve wine and some finger foods but unfortunately we did not get a chance to go. They have a dj by the pool and have different activities throughout the day. They also have a complimentary on-call shuttle that services different restaurants and stores in the area. The Starbucks at the hotel lobby was a great plus too! I loved everything about this hotel. It was our first time staying at embassy in myrtle beach, and I am definitely going to going back there for our next myrtle beach trip!

We loved this hotel and its service and the view. Everything was perfect. There was a hiccup with the shuttle when they dropped up to the wrong place and left us on the street to wait 20+ minutes for a cab. However, we still loved everything about this hotel until 2 days later I see a $10 charge for 2 bottles of water. I think this is RIDICULOUS. We pay $$$ to stay in the hotel and we got our own water and also got water from Room Service which was FREE so not sure what the charge was for and no one responded back to us. When you are such a classy hotel and we pay $$$ to stay with you guys, I do not expect such tricks played by Hilton Hotels. I am absolutely NOT impressed with this.
