Service in the restaurant was very slow (we had to get the server's attention multiple times) even though there were very few patrons. Dinner is delicious there, along with great salads.

Nice hotel at the start of Napa valley. Good delivery of the Embassy suites benefits of reception and breakfast. Updated bathrooms but rooms are in some need of TLC. Overall a decent value but everything in Napa is $$$$

This Embassy Suites is one of the best ones I've ever seen and stayed at. It's got a beautiful rustic charm in a lovely outdoor area with swans. Plus the dining area is very large.

This is a high-end establishment with all you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. There are two onsite heated pools, restaurant and bar, and a vacation atmosphere. The only downside is my room was near a high traffic area and I awoke at every noise including the couple next to me who came to their room at 2 AM.

Good hotel. Not your typical embassy suites aside from the interior rooms. The grounds are very nice. Pools with swans, ducks and ducklings. They have both an indoor and outdoor pool, though the outdoor pool is quite small and gets crowded. Typical breakfast and happy hour, though snack selection for happy hour can be improved. You must try the bartender's sangria... It's tasty and strong! About a mile away from downtown and close enough to walk. We were able to walk downtown to watch the fireworks show

In the heart of Napa Valley, this hotel is a good value. The rooms are clean and spacious (as spacious as traditional two- room Embassy Suites rooms), and the grounds are beautiful. The hotel does seem to be a bit older, but despite its age is well-maintained.

Great breakfast included and managers nightly reception is wonderful. Room was clean and quiet. We did a 2 room executive suite. A lot of space. Indoor and outdoor pools. Both very nice.

$18 per day to park? (June 2018) In Napa? Nice grounds inside with fountains and swans. Rooms are nicely appointed with current furniture and thoughtful details, i.e. a vanity with an extra sink in the bedroom, hooks for your towel or robe in the bathroom, etc. Avoid getting rooms on the back side of the hotel, farthest from the front entrance. These rooms have the freeway right outside the poorly insulated windows, so your bedroom will be polluted with traffic noise all day and night. I didn't see any signs, but it would be nice to have a few more obvious signs to direct you to the lobby, the bar & restaurant, the elevators, etc.

Hosts are very helpful and professional. Clean and well kept grounds and room. Breakfast had great variety and indoor pool felt amazing. Stayed on a busy weekend and had no issues. For the cost it was well worth it.

Really nice hotel in that is elegant, clean, comfortable and unique. The interior is open space walk ways with lush green walkways and little pills for Sean and ducks. The free breakfast is amazing and an outdoor pool and an indoor pool are available. Really close to wineries in Napa and saint Helena you should definitely consider sleeping here

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The grounds and layout of this place are very lovely, the central courtyard has swans and ducks! My kids named all of them. The included breakfast was just excellent! Who doesn't like made to order breakfast that comes with your room? Also, the happy hour was very nice. Hot tub was out of order first day I was there but was in operation on the second day and it was great.

The walls were thin, the toilet kept running. The worse was that when we arrived the room temperature was 66 ° and we found that we could not turn on the heat, as all heat & air conditioning is centrally located. The hotel was set at "cool" & the temperature outside was in the low 60s. 😮 The breakfasts were delicious & the rooms were large. The front desk staff was very helpful. That still didn't make up for the cost of this hotel. Way over priced!

This place has a great Ambiance. The front desk staff is awesome and the property is beautiful. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. I forgot to bring my swim gear this trip and the indoor swimming pool looks very appetizing. I may have to go buy a pair of shorts.

This place was AMAZING. First time I've ever done a review on a place I've stayed, but I feel this place deserves it. Most friendly people ever. Clean. Beautiful. Good food. They had complimentary drinks and snacks foods at night. Amazing complimentary breakfast spread in the morning. Beautiful indoor garden area. Quiet. Peaceful. First place I would EVER go back to. And I've traveled a lot. Thanks so much for the great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay at the embassy suites. Rooms were clean but keeping the room cool was difficult because dated heating system. They brought us a fan which helped a ton. The breakfast that was included was great. Way better than most hotel breakfasts! The fact that they charge for parking even though they have a very large parking lot is the only thing that would deter me from staying here again. Overall, a good stay though!

The nice young man who booked the room neglected to mention the $100 or so of extra charges for our dogs and parking in the parking lot. He also mispelled my name on the booking and apparently it caused confusion and delay in checking in. The rate apparently didn't include in room heat so they brought a space heater with a broken switch after two requests about an hour apart. Several elevators were broken so we had to park in back then walk back nearly the entire perimeter of the hotel to find our.

People who really like wine seem to like the hotel. Maybe the staff were just having a bad day when we were there. We are not hotel snobs, but had nicer experiences on our trip for a third of the money at other hotels. The wine country experience is probably wasted on us, but the room was very nice...just no heat. Very odd heating system. And parking system. And elevators... Maybe drinking first helps...

We celebrated a birthday with a wine tasting trip to Napa. I enjoyed this hotel as it was close to downtown Napa and took very little time to get to the varies wineries. The hotel is 3 levels with a nice courtyard in the middle. The suites were spacious and each had a separate living room and bedroom. The included amenities were: small refrigerator, microwave, pull out sofa, safe in the bedroom, hair dryer, TV with cable, and a small sink and bar in living room area. The bedroom and bathrooms were a good size and I felt both offered good space.

An additional benefit was the complimentary breakfast the hotel provides each morning. The breakfast offers cereal, bagels, fruit, and juice/coffee, along with hot options (omelettes, potatoes, bacon, sausage). Another added bonus was the manager's reception in which you can have complimentary adult beverages from 5:30 - 7:30pm.

The only negative I found was the a/c and heating units. The hotel sets the mode for the entire property. The options are Cool, Neutral, and Heat. If the hotel is in Cool, you can only use A/C to cool down your unit; Neutral means nothing happens; and Heat means you can only heat up your unit. This seriously limited the ability to control your room's temperature. I've never stayed at a hotel that had this system and I was not a fan of it.

Overall, I enjoyed the hotel and the positives outweigh the negatives. I would stay here again even with the lack of ability to control room temperature.

Very nice hotel. We brought our doggy and booked the pet friendly suite. Not sure how many of these units they have but check-in time was 4pm and room was not available until a little after 4.

The lobby was very nice with a fireplace and a big Christmas tree for the holidays. They offer a nice breakfast with made to order omelette and pancakes. But the best part is the outdoor atrium area.

This Embassy suites is quite nice! My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, they made sure I had my preferred coffee pods in the room which was awesome! This location is close enough to walk to downtown Napa (about 20 min. walk) The amenities are pretty great. Manager's reception every night, cook to order breakfast and a great indoor hot tub and pool.

I don't even know where to start. This hotel provided one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. We stay in hotels fairly often, usually several times a year, and nothing has compared to the service that this location had to offer. We visited the area in September for our wedding anniversary and decided to stay at a Hilton property because I work for the brand and we pay less to stay here than at a Motel 6 or such motel. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk by a gentleman, who I believe was named Scott. He was extraordinarily friendly and helpful and it just really seemed like he was happy to be there and genuinely glad to welcome his guests.
Our room was very clean and spacious and we got the exact location and room type we requested. We didn't attend the Manager's Reception on the first night, but instead went to the restaurant for dinner. The ambiance was very relaxing and it was quiet and peaceful. It has been a few months but I believe our waiter was named Luke. He was very friendly, attentive and provided great service. We were the only guests in the restaurant at the time so we were very well taken care of. The food was wonderful, to boot.
The pool and hot tub were spacious, and the garden and swan pond were beautiful.
The breakfast was excellent, by far the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. The second night we attended the happy hour and it was spectacular. The bartender was also incredibly friendly and made a wonderful sangria.
All in all, I would highly recommend this place to anybody and fully plan on returning. This hotel has definitely set a high bar for any other Embassy Suites we stay at in the future.

A wonderful stay so far! David at the front desk is very cheery, great at giving recommendations, and just generally a pleasure to work with. Our room was in great shape. The 'galley kitchen' in the executive suite is a wet bar and microwave which is a poor naming in my opinion, but it's what I'm used to seeing described as such at hotels. The bartender Fran that hosts the nightly reception is friendly and energetic. The nearest wine tasting by foot was John Anthony (which on a side note was the best Cabs I've ever had) under 15 minutes for wife and myself. Making it to the Wine Train was maybe a 25 minute walk. Google has parking marked at free, but that is not correct. It is $18/night currently (staying at the start of Crush). The breakfast is one of the better we've ever had included as part of a stay, and as perpetual gold/diamond members Hilton properties have always treated us very well. The gym is small, so the cardio equipment may have a line in busy seasons. Overall, the grounds are lovely and it is a great place to stay just outside of downtown Napa.

The layout of the hotel is really gorgeous - felt like a very upscale resort for the most part. The staff we encountered we're all very personable and the customer service was lovely. Only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin and our room was overlooking the roof.

This is our second stay here. The room was great and even ready early. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant and a couple free beers, Goose IPA, from the reception. We had done the wine tasting during the day. Breakfast is mostly the usual from all the Embassy Suites, but they also added a couple special omelettes. We'll be back there next time in Napa, too.

They had great service. We asked for several things and they were very patient and gave it to us in a timely manner. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I like that they have sinks outside the room as well so you can wash your face while someone else uses the bathroom. The breakfast was free and cooked to order which was very nice. The selection wasn't that much but it was good enough.

My husband and I stayed here about a week and a half ago and had a wonderful time. The courtyard is really relaxing as there are swans and ducks that swim around the property. One swan was guarding a couple of eggs she had recently laid. In addition to the serene surroundings and the awesome location, I have to specifically recognize the housekeeping staff of the hotel for their excellent service. I accidentally left my Kindle Fire in my hotel room and didn't discover my mistake until the day after we checked out. I promptly called the hotel and was informed within a day that the housekeeping staff had recovered my lost item and would be shipping it back to me. I am really grateful for their honesty, promptness and professionalism. If I'm in the Napa area again (which I hope to be), I will definitely be staying at the Embassy Suites!

Staff was rude. Their check in isn't until 4, which is very inconvenient when you are in town for a 5:00 wedding. When we called they said to come early because "there are always rooms ready early", except when we showed up early there weren't any rooms ready early. Apparently they are loosing money on the rooms because you have to pay an extra $15/night for parking in their lot, which was not full the entire time I was there. Half of the room outlets were non-functioning and the house provided iron had broken buttons. There is one area for taking your dog, and it strangely enough is located far from any entrances to the hotel.

Right off the highway so it's convenient to get around the Napa area. All the rooms, for the most part, are about the same. Beautiful hotel, great service. The daily cocktail hour and open bar is amazing. My only criticism is that the internet access here is embarrassingly slow: average download speeds of 28 kB/s. For reference, 4G smartphones download speeds are at >1000 kB/s, or more than 35 times faster. Come on guys, it's 2016, and you're 30 minutes from the tech capitol of the country. I'd like to give this hotel 5 stars, but with 0-star internet access, I just can't.

The center part of the hotel is really nice. I loved how they added nature like the animals/pond. The design of the carpet in the hotel room, kinda made it feel like it wasn't clean. Other than that, the hotel was great, and in a great location.

The actual appearance and accomidation suite the Napa Valley setting and the hotel is decorated in wine tasting themes. The 3-star rating is a result of the service and utilities at the hotel.
When I first checked in I had used a ton of HiltonHonor points for a King bed with a view of the pool. I was given a room in the corner next to the stairwell with a view of the parking lot and stairwell.
After calling the front desk they allowed me to switch rooms later in the day as more rooms became available.
In the evening the bartender made my companion a horrible whiskey drink for $15 after informing us he did not know how to make a Moscow Mule.
At night the air conditioning unit would not function properly at the highest setting. The themostat registered the room at 69 degrees even though it was close to 80 degrees. We ended up opening the window which resembles a door, with no screen, in order to cool down the room.
As a member of the Hilton family, I would not recommend this hotel. If you want the ambiance of the Napa Valley, this is a good hotel but the service and utilities will ruin you experience.
A special thanks to the Chef Carmen who took this hotel from 2-stars to 3-stars.

I usually find my stays at the Embassy Suites to be quite satisfactory. My stay in Napa was also good although, as a Hilton Honors member and with the high per night rate I would be preferred a better room versus the one I got next to a noisy highway.

The Embassy Suites in Napa has always been a go-to hotel for many of our clients, friends and family. The spacious suite-style interiors have been recently redesigned and modernized. The grounds are beautiful with waterways and ponds. They have an indoor pool, fitness center, and restaurant on site. Good location and walking distance to Downtown Napa for many popular restaurants, shopping and wine tasting rooms. Rooms are reasonably priced for the Napa area and include breakfast!
