Great view. Elevators are terrible. Can take 10 minutes to get an elevator during peak times. Valet is ridiculous. You literally have to take a shuttle 4 blocks away to your car. They don't bring it to the front door for you. It still costs $40 per day. Dinner at the keg was very good. Got falls view seat. Quite pleased. "Complimentary breakfast*" was terrible. Completely inedible. I spent the morning hungry rather than eat their powdered eggs and tasteless soggy toast. *It's not really complimentary. There is a mandatory $35 fee to get complimentary breakfast and wifi. So basically get the room for a view but you'll be scammed out of every last dollar before you leave.

Location and location. Very close to Niagara falls. Rooms are huge and spacious. Breakfast was very basic but you could get good view of the Niagara falls at the restaurant. Good to stay at least once just because of the view. Overall positive stay.

The hotel was mainly updated and clean. Spacious rooms in comparison to other hotels since it is one of the first hotels in the area. They have a mandatory fee of $35 for 4 bottles of water and some other “goodies” that I didn’t want. Front desk clerk refused to omit it since I didn’t want any of it. The breakfast was very busy and hectic. A line up to get in then a line up for food. Not much options were present. Don’t book the Canadian falls view. It’s only a partial view.

This is a great hotel, despite the fact that it stands in the middle of one of the greatest tourist attractions. Super clean. Nice rooms. We had the junior presidential suite with fall view and it was incredible. Right as shown on the hotel's website. Wow. Worth every dollar. Breakfast is crowded but if you go before 8.00, it is fine with no wait. The Keg steakhouse is also highly recommended. And again: if you argue about the prices, this is THE tourist attraction "par excellence", please consider this and compare it to other establishments close by. The only drawback of this hotel are the elevators. Too few and too dumb. Some new "electronic brains" for the existing ones might do wonders...

The rooms were beautiful, especially with the view of the falls. Perfect for watching the fireworks. The breakfast that was included was not up to the standards I would have expected of the hotel. We did not eat the breakfast there after the first day. We got the extra package for additional $35 a day. For us it was not worth it and we should have saved that money for our breakfasts. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If we go back to Niagara Falls we would stay here again.

With our crazy busy work schedules, it's very difficult for the wife and I to get out during this time of year. When a small window of opportunity opened up, we decided to give the Embassy a try. Over the years and countless visits to Niagara Falls, we've done many different hotels. To be honest, we never really considered the Embassy in the past because their website photos gives the impression that their rooms are dated. But we were wrong! We originally booked a Fallsview King Suite on the 35th floor and were pleasantly surprised to have been given a room on the 41st floor. Absolutely breathtaking unobstructed views of the falls! This is the absolute BEST view we've ever had in Niagara. Even better than being on the top floor of the Hilton. Brandon at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with. Very accommodating and all staff we've encountered were exceptional on our stay. They also make you feel very valued if you're a Hilton Honors member too. We were in room 4110 and it was amazing. Very clean and modern and the layout is great. Search it on YouTube and you'll find our tours and more. Overall, my wife and I had an exceptionally wonderful time and will be visiting the Embassy Suites many more times in the future.

Jasmin was pleasant and very accommodating when we arrived for check in. Excellent friendly staff all over willing to assist customers when needed. Room was very clean. Breakfast was great as usual. Thanks so much to all the staff for making it another pleasant stay. Only two recommendations.....one being lowering the price of parking since $60 is a little high per night. We park at the casino free but may pay if parking was a little more reasonable. Second is, check mattresses to ensure they are in good shape. Ours was droopy on the one side. First time we have had this issue. Thanks again for the pleasant experience:)

Amazing views. It is easy to enjoy the light show at night, but sunrise is awesome too. Great place to stay with family. A very busy hotel for the business traveler. The warning about the breakfast rush is no joke. Easy access to the falls using the incline railway.

What can I say other than wow what a view. We stayed on the 18 floor in a three queen room with a jacuzzi tub. Nice setup for a family and a great value. Make sure you look at the note with your room keys about eating breakfast. The rush hour is no joke. Easy access to the falls down the incline railway.

Where to start.....the view of the falls from our room is phenomenal. Location to area attractions is great too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities the hotel offers are by far the best I've ever experienced. The free breakfast is great, the afternoon reception is much appreciated after a day of touring. Valet service and shuttle service are top notch. Pool and hot tubs are well taken care of and in great shape. I can't say enough about the staff....very helpful and patient with all of the questions I had. This hotel is on my list of places to stay when I come back.

Great hotel and beautiful views. Would get all 5 stars but I don't like their militant 4 PM check in. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond member and it usually comes with a little bit earlier check in and/or check out. The associates were very nonchalant when asked when the room was ready. But still a great place to stay. See the pics out my window.

The view of Niagara Falls from bed is incredible!!! Many hotels photoshop the view from the window in pictures of the guest rooms but what you see on the website IS what you see from your room! You get a buffet breakfast every day, the food is good, the servers greet you with a smile and despite long lines the wait isn't bad. The only nitpick is that we needed an accessible room but when we checked in we were told they only had two accessible rooms and they couldn't accommodate our request. If I booked a king room and they gave me two queens, I can accept that but needing an accessible room is not a request or preference it is a requirement! If there were no accessible rooms available on the dates of our stay we should have been told that when we made the reservation. Did I mention that the view of Niagara Falls from bed is incredible!

I loved the stay. Very nice view of the falls from my room. Staff was courteous. A few personal touches by the management will help make this hotel into a homely experience. Say adding some water bottles as complimentary in the fridge. Your competition might not be doing this, but is that a reason that you shouldn’t do it. And also charging 60 bucks for parking when parking is available outside for 25 bucks or so doesn’t speak well from a humanitarian point of view.

Great location in Niagara Falls. Centrally located a few minutes from the falls and good restaurants including Copacabana across the street. The Keg on the ninth floor of the hotel has a terrific view of the falls. Service here is also great.

Rooms are always nice. Have been upgraded to a really nice sweet on one of the highest floors overlooking the falls. Clean and with great amenities; coupons for food and attractions in the area, free breakfast, free drinks at reception! Pool and gym available. Good price for great value stay!

I had falls view Suite from Embassy, view was great except the Towel hotel was on the other side of the window. Room was big and clean, had separate living room area, Tub was huge-full soaking tub but jets were not working. Free breakfast for 2 were included. Somehow, my card key didn't work next day so had to ask a made to open the door. I think My suite was good for couples due to the bathroom structure, personally. It was suite 2715.

My wife came up to the falls for the night, we upgraded our room to the falls side, with the large hot tub bath. The view was spectacular room 2108. However the tub has a leaky faucet, it dripped all night. Kind of made me crazy. When I checked out ,the young lady said it was unfortunate. No reduction was offered. No mention of the fact that they are repairing their parking, so your car will be parked at another location. Or that there is a hidden fee, a tourism improvement fee. All in all our stay was subpar due to lack of comfort due to a constant drip. So now I’m tired and harping about the little things.

First time coming to the Embassy Suites and unfortunate the first people you meet are the car jockeys or the valet you might want to call them and they seem to be cocky looking for a quick tip I specified and made myself clear that I was late for a seminar and do not have time to unload the vehicle so it is extremely important to lock it and make sure it's locked I repeated myself explain something was valuable in the vehicle. After the seminar which I couldn't miss I asked to be brought back to my vehicle which was apparently in a location far from the hotel and I have to take a shuttle which this is not what they told me they said the parking was underground and I would have access at all times. I will shuttle to the satellite parking area which was ungated and no security at all no cameras no attendance. On top of all that my driver door was not close properly and the dome light was on to boot my passenger door was unlocked and the window quarter rolled down. Bringing this to the driver of the shuttle bus I assume something would be done but when I return to the hotel to my surprise nothing was done. Explaining to the initial valet driver switch I found there, that I was extremely relieved let my $8,000 Rolex and my $4,000 necklace was still in the glove console. Not so much the value but the sentimental value. Bringing this to their attention it didn't seem like they cared. I immediately took my vehicle parked elsewhere for 25% of the price. Between $15 for valet and a $60 charge for parking I found a place 2 blocks south for $18 a night with a full-time attendant.

Usually our experience at this hotel is awesome. Our family stayed overnight on Boxing Day 2017. This also was my son's 16th birthday. He loves coming to Canada. Our plan was for he and his sister to take the two beds in the bedroom overlooking the falls, and my husband and I would sleep on the pullout closest to the front door. Our room was at the end of the hall across from a vent that was blowing very cold air into the front room. The front room was very cold no matter how high the thermostat was turned. Maintenance was called and we were told this could not be fixed. We also could not switch rooms because the hotel was renovating quite a few rooms. It was late, we could not afford a different hotel, and Embassy Suites could not return our money because we booked our room through an online service.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Fantastic view! We got a room on the 40th floor facing the casino. Was able to see both falls and it was absolutely beautiful. Especially, great view when the falls are lit up. Was disappointed with breakfast, it was very cold. The omelet was good, but the spinach had to have been out of a can, it was not good. Did love the yogurt though. Parking was odd, definitely didn’t like that either. We chose valet 60 CAD for the night. They took the car and then in the morning we had to wait in the cold for a shuttle to take us to the parking lot (maybe a 2 minute ride) then they drop you off one by one at your car.

I don’t have a bad word to say about this place! The rooms are clean & comfortable; the view of the falls is outstanding. Very close to all amenities & tourist attractions. More so than that, the staff make this huge hotel feel like home. Valerie in the dining room for kitchen service & Cliff at the front door in particular are phenomenal at their jobs. We will definitely be returning in the summer - thanks again.

A magnificent property..a lady named DORA truly shined in her caring of the pool area. Unexpected "take your car and car keys before check in then a pool area that allowed NO ability for adults to rest and relax poolside with a cocktail containing alcohol...WOW - we don't know why most adult couples "get away" but we enjoy a few drinks...guess maybe this new society wants one to snort coke or some other illegal drug for relaxing..we thought as adults alcohol was O.K. Guess there is still PROHIBITION--rules for adults not for children--the "new" society. To top that off, the pool area was large but the "swimming" pool was only 3'3" deep in its entire length...not too adult. Then an issue with Canadian $$ bills which we had and were told by Embassy Financial Expert Jennifer were counterfeit and would NOT accept...We went to a Canadian Bank and were informed they indeed were legal tender but the "old" bills which were being recalled...Since ours were in excellent condition and did NOT have the NEW see-through cellophane Embassy Expert Jennifer steadfastly assured us we indeed had counterfeit bills...Embarrassing - Disgusting- Unreal---Not a real pleasant rest and relaxing time AT ALL!!! The room #4003 tremendous-clean-modern-and an upgrade that was a great surprise That room evened out all the above negatives. There's more, but end of sermon...phew!!

I had a wonderful weekend. This place is a cash scam The room was beautiful and the view of the falls was incredible . HOWEVER. the parking is ridiculous and basically when you arrive they strongarm you for either 80 dollar parking valet or 60 dollar park and go That left an incredibly bad taste in my mouth for my anniversary weekend. While everything else was amazing. I would NOT stay there again. We spent 350 dollars for a beautiful room and that was worth every penny. The valets and the parking ruined everything. I live in downtown Toronto and never have seen such a scam. PARK AT THE CASINO OR STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Had a fantastic time here. Be sure to shop around as we got an awesome deal. The bonuses with our package were great and we received so many bonus options we couldn't even take advantage of them all. I will say the staff friendliness was only average but the facility was very nice, very reasonably priced and there was a lot to do all within walking distance. Be sure to give this place a go.

My family stayed at this hotel for 4 days during a home renovation. Great massive buffet breakfast. Spacious multi-room suites gave great separation for our family. This Niagara Falls hotel is the closest hotel to Niagara Falls, so the views are beyond compare. The hotel literally towers directly above the waterfalls of Niagara Falls. Onsite restaurant is a Keg Steakhouse with panoramic views of Niagara Falls and this is the best steakhouse I have been to. The kids loved the pool. Location is right in the heart of Niagara Falls Fallsview district. Highly recommended!

Hello, Overall me and my wife had an excellent experience and still had an excellent night away. However, there were a few little things we disliked and could easily be rectified for future guests. 1)It was implied when booking with the image of the room that there would be a bathtub in our room(a fair thing to expect). When we arrived we only had a shower, i phoned down to request a new room with a tub(wife is pregnant and was truly looking forward to a warm bath) we were told all the rooms were booked and there were no rooms with a bathtub. I was offered to upgrade for $100 that felt unreasonable for the room and refused. They then offered the same room for $50. We accepted and were very happy with our new upgraded room. However, the fact that I had to haggle with the staff at a nice hotel left a bad taste in my mouth. 2) The photo booth was broken! The fact that is was broken wasn't the issue. However we had already paid for $5 worth of tokens to take fun photos before our dinner at the keg. When we left we asked the receptionist if there were any way to return the tokens. Unfortunately they would not do this and we handed them to a child in the lobby. Once again tho, a small detail ($5 dollars after spending 400+ for a night away seemed like a pittance to go above and beyond.) Everything else was great, and I think we may have just drawn the short straw for the trip.

I stayed over night with my husband and when we got there at 4:30 we were told are room wasn't ready, check in was at 4 so we asked why and we were told that house keeping was behind and we're were offered a later checkout. We have plans to get our son in the morning so that didn't help us at all. I asked to wave the parking fee I was told no I asked for shuttle bus passes and again said sorry no. I pointed to the sign that said "if you're not happy with your stay let us know and we'll fix it " to which I got a shoulder shrug. I wasn't going to let this ruin our night so I moved on but it still left a sour taste in my mouth. The view was nice and dinner at The keg was amazing. The buffet breakfast was mediocre at best

We stayed with our grand children for a overnight stay. The location is great close to the falls. Our room had a spectaculaire view and was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast is included which is a nice plus. The parking is pricey but you can park at the casino for 5 dollars and it is only a short walk away. This hotel is one of my favorite places to stay in Niagara Falls

Wonderful hotel, though very busy. We were offered an upgrade from a king suite to a 2 room presidential suite for $50 more, and it was well worth the money. Beautiful views of the falls, great amenities. It is quite a walk from Clifton Hill (about 20 minutes) which was only an issue because it was freezing outside. A 5 minute walk to the casino. Did I mention that the breakfast we had included was really good? They make your omelette to order. Lovely hotel, enjoyed the stay immensely.

Stayed on the 16th floor facing the falls. View was spectacular and room was nice and clean. Booking came with two free drinks but never specified that the bar for free drinks closes at 6. Missed that. Would have been nice to have known ahead of time. Had a king sized bed which was very soft. Parking at the hotel is crazy expensive. $10 a night unless you are a Hilton honors member. Then it was $10 a day. Casino parking is 2 minutes walk away and a flat fee. Pay on your way out. Much better option. Overall was a decent booking. Breakfast was about average.

Great experience again! This is my third year staying at the property. This was a special trip as I proposed and made the staff aware. Spencer secretly upgraded our room and made the trip even more special. Room was nicely renovated and the staff was more than accommodating. Definitely recommend Embassy for the centralized location to Niagara, the staff, and the rooms. We'll be back next year.

Great hotel with absolute breathtaking view of the falls. Fallsview rooms does come with a price. Spacious rooms, clean comfortable beds and sheets, clean bathrooms. Good choice of breakfast in the morning and complimentary drinks in the evening. The only negative is the valet parking which is too exorbitant at $60 a night plus taxes which adds up if you stay 2 or more nights. The parking too is offsite for which you need a shuttle.

We stayed in Embassy suites during December. Even though it was off season the view was still beautiful! We had ask to upgrade when we got there and got a great deal on the presidential suite! Well worth it.19th floor has a great view. Super clean updated rooms and the staff is super friendly and helpful. So glad we stayed here and we have always been impressed with Embassy and the Hilton brand!

Best place to stay in the falls. Great views, service and amenities. After numerous visits to the falls and staying in various hotels in the tourist area we have found the Embassy to be the best by far. The pool area is excellent, kept warm and comfortable year round. The kids love it!

Stayed here with my family in May of 2015. I'd say this hotel has the best views of the falls of any hotel on the Canada side. Check in was a breeze and they upgraded us to a premium falls view room. The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels and pillows provided which always seems to be an issue with some hotels. The hotel had a FANTASTIC breakfast buffet which we loved. Where else can you enjoy a breakfast buffet overlooking one of the great wonders of the world. Get there early as it gets crowded pretty quick. The hotel also has other restaurants inside of it and walking distance to many others. The hotel was in a perfect location. Its connected to the incline railway which gets you to the falls without walking down steps or a steep roadway. Its also a quick walk to some of the action all tourist must see. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay at the Embassy suit has enhanced our experience at Niagara Falls. The view from our room was spectacular. The room was spacious, well decorated, comfortable with every possible amenities. Our suit had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, six beds, storage space, two televisions, two sitting areas and one dining area. What else we could have asked for? Also, we had complementary breakfast and it was grand. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

This place is amazing! I got a premium room with views of the American and Canadian falls and looking out the window was always a wonder. It's definitely worth the extra $$. The front desk and tour help/concierge were friendly and helpful. The surrounding area has plenty to do, great places to eat, and is in walking distance of pretty much anything you want to do at the Falls. Also, the incline rail is right behind the hotel which takes you right to the visitor centre and Horseshoe Falls. The free breakfast is good, but get there early because the lines get long. I love the 4 to 6 PM happy hour with snacks and you get 2 coupons for free drinks (w/ alcohol). Other drinks are already free. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Niagara Falls, which will definitely happen.

We spent 3 days here and loved it, had a blast! Great service, fair price. Clean rooms, we had the large family room with an awesome view of the falls. This location is perfect for the traveler on foot. Close to all amenities and the falls. You're in the heart of the action. We plan to come back. Enjoy your stay and Don t forget your camera ;)

Rooms and amenities and free breakfasts and drinks were great.. Maryanne at the front desk was able to find us a room with a tub about a minute and a half after we were just told by another worker that there wasn't one.. coincidence? I don't think so.. I believe the other worker is either less trained or potentially did not feel like assuring that we had every opportunity to have the best experience possible.. overall we had a great time and a hotel room is a hotel room we were barely there

We stayed here for two nights which was great! We got an upgraded room (free of charge) and our package included winery tastings, dining credits & slot machine credits. The only problem was the morning after our first night, we were woken up at 8am by an alarm since the building had no power. Elevators still worked but main floor & rooms had no power. That being said, our made-to-order breakfast was not existent since there was no power for hot items (only had juice, muffins and cereal). We ended up going to IHOP and spending $55 on breakfast, which was supposed to be included. Nonetheless, power was on when we got back and all was well. When checking out, we advised them of our inconvenience and they compensated us 50% of our first night ($120 savings!) Overall the room rates were great, view was amazing, clean & professional. The pool was open until 12am which was great for late owls. The only other issue I had was the parking which was $60 and you had to take a shuttle to your car..which I didn't understand why it was called valet. Better off parking at the casino a couple buildings down :) I stay at Embassy every time I come to Niagara - compared to other hotels in the area, they are very reasonable.

Great room and views (you must take view towards the falls), really enjoyed our 2 night stay there for that reason alone. What I didn't like is that they overcharge for many things and I kind of got a feeling of being ripped off after getting the final bill. Parking was 60 Canadian dollars for day, where I at least would expect them to bring the car back to you, plus I really thought it's for the whole stay and not for day. Internet in the room is not free, plus various other taxes of which I had no idea up front. I could have found out all of this on my own I guess, but I would expect more transparency on hotel's end. Breakfast was also sub-par.

The presidential suites (rooms xx11) feature the best possible views on both - US & Canadian - falls of any hotel at Niagara Falls. The rooms were ultra-clean and in mint condition. We loved the jacuzzi. All staff is very kind, the room service was exceptional - lighting fast and just perfect. The premium upgrade at breakfast offers you great food combined with a stunning view - the best start for a great day. The hotel offers amazing private tours: you don't waste time for buying various tickets, parking and waiting in public lines, but have a truly dedicated guide giving you the best possible experience you can truly have. Our tour guide Lew (Elite Tours of Niagara) was honestly the best - what a knowledgeable, entertaining and truly caring person!! Thanks to this hotel and tour we had a blast at Niagara Falls!! Thank you so much!

I came here 3 weeks ago, and I can say I actually really loved it and I miss it. I stayed with my family for 3 nights and everything was so so nice. We had a view of the falls which was beautiful, the breakfast was amazing, it tasted so good (the view at breakfast was amazing too). I think this hotel is not at all expensive for families. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visits the falls.

We had the Presidential Suite. The view from our room, of the falls, was magnificent. The two room suite had a king size bed and a pull out couch. We even had a massage chair and a Jacuzzi! The windows were floor to ceiling in both rooms. The room was clean and comfortable. The Keg Restaurant and Bar had wonderful food, not to mention the spectacular views of Niagara Falls. I'm definitely going back some day, and when I do, I'll be staying there again.

Location of the hotel was extremely convenient due to its proximity to both the falls and the boarder. Rooms were what you expect; but the views from the Embassy, of both falls, are spectacular. Front desk service was okay (had to wait 45 mins for our room to be cleaned even though our check in time was 4pm and we were there 4:30). House keeping staff however is amazing. We were a large group in a 2 room suite and they were more than willing to meet our needs even though they were occupied with another room.

Stayed here twice and both experiences were great! The suites we had were beautiful and clean, I love the breakfast buffet they have every morning, everything is fresh and hot, the dining area does get busy closer to the end time so go earlier! You'll get better seats too (with a view of the falls). The staff and especially valet are so accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend and stay here again!

Rooms were very nice as well as housekeeping staff. There's a nice exercise room, and the pool is very nice but very shallow and sits alongside two great big hot tubs. Be prepared to spend over $100 per person if you eat at the hotel restaurant for dinner. Also be prepared for amazingly long waits for elevators if you are on the higher floors. our room had a stunning view of the falls, but be aware you may not get that view unless you request it in advance. what have been five stars if not for the very slow elevator service.

The staff were very friendly and showed a lot of care to our family. They gave us the option of upgrading our room to a premium suite for a wonderful view of the falls and let us know about the premium benefits. We stayed for 3 nights, and each night was wonderful. We had complimentary drinks and great views of the nightly fireworks beside the falls. We would visit again .

Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was modest. Although the staff was opinionated on staying on the Canadian side, they were very helpful. Parking prices are outrageous, so find somewhere off-site. Also, they charge a 25 dollar convenience fee daily that they don't tell you about. It covers bus passes and a few other things, but they still charge you without explaining.

2 Room Presidential Suite – King Bed-Whirlpool-Canadian & US The panorama window is not like the one that you see in the internet. Valet Parking $60 per day and we had to get on shuttle bus to get our car at parking lot not too far from hotel. Shuttle bus came quite often but can be busy when there are a lot of people. Complimentary breakfast was good didn't have to wait long at all and seated in KEG dining area but it was exactly the same everyday. Complimentary Snack and drink at 4:00/6:00pm was nice but same thing everyday.

Absolutely wonderful! Our room was fabulous. Our "Falls View" room had floor to ceiling windows in our room that gave us a beautiful view of the Falls. Housekeeping was super accommodating and pleasant. The free brunch included with the room was fabulous! Now that I know how all-around nice the Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls is, I wish that I would have booked a longer stay for our family. The only complaint that I have, and I attribute this to my naivete, is that we were unprepared for how congested the hotel entrance temporary parking lot is and that we would need to pay $40-something a day for valet parking. It's completely understandable that cars have to be parked offsite, and that there is a fee for this, but we would have preferred to be informed of this ahead of time instead of being surprised by it when we arrived. My family highly recommends the Embassy Suites by Hilton at Niagara Falls!

As expected, the Embassy suites offered a level of realistic elegance and refinement. From the time they greet you upon arrival to the time you check out, they make you feel welcome. There's the reception with drinks and snacks when you check in and many other amenities. The room was spacious and clean. The view of the falls was spectacular. If I had a complaint, it was with the constant wait times for the elevator(s) - really not much of a complaint. Overall, we had a fabulous stay.

Excellent stay in a room with a view! Restaurant was crowded and noisy, but the staff was great: room service was a much better option. Breakfast was good, but the evening reception was a bit lacking. Knowledgeable concierge helped us book a day tour. Highly recommend, but probably best in the off season.

View from room 2614 was amazing. The jet tub was a pleasant little extra. We walked the falls area and had a great time. Only negative is the elevators are pretty busy, buy it is a42 floor hotel and there are several elevators running art all times. Clean hotels, friendly helpful staff. Nice place to stay for the falls view experience

We were very lucky to have our annual general meeting at the Embassy Suites Fallsview this week. From start to finish, we had an amazing experience. Upon arrival the banquet team was available to make any changes to the room set up. We needed cord covers and a microphone and they were very quickly delivered, set up and tested. We noticed that they had recently had a renovation and the room was very nicely appointed. When the food arrived, everything looked amazing and was well labeled, which was helpful as a number of our members have allergies or require special food accommodations. All team members we encountered were wonderful to deal with and very obliging. To top it all off, the Valet service was quick and efficient in bringing up our vehicles at the end of the night. Overall delicious refreshments, beautiful banquet facilities and exceptional service! Thank you so much!

Excellent accommodations. Staff is very friendly. Guaranteed to run into cultures from everywhere! Excellent views of American Niagara Falls and Canadian Horseshoe Falls. Do the tour to be bussed around great sites that terminates in the Hornblower boat ride near the Falls. You will get wet - but it's worth it.

Great location. We could see horseshoe falls from the room. Pool was kid friendly. Bus stop out front. Valet was helpful. Parking costs 20 a day. That is reasonable for location. Great run with air jets. Microwave and mini fridge. Fill that with water cause you are going to walk alot!

One of the easiest hotels to find as it towers over the rest of the scenery for the most part. Valet was courteous, check in was mostly painless, and amenities are in abundance. Every employee I've interacted with has been more than friendly and helpful. The view from our room was breathtaking, and will definitely stay here again.

I had an excellent stay starting with Alina at the front desk and her awesome display of guest services. I explained I had never been to the falls and I was there for just a quick night's rest on a business trip. Lo and behold, my room had a magnificent view of the falls. It was a treat beyond all expectation. The bed was a marshmallow dream, and the gigantic suite was clean and thoughtful. I made friends with a woman and her charming daughter at the Keg on the 9th floor, and had an excellent meal. I booked the room from my car for a place to sleep and ended up on a 10 hour vacation! Thank you, Embassy Suites!

I can't say enough in the way of compliments about the staff at Embassy Suites, Niagara Falls. I took my 85 year old father overnight last weekend and all the staff were gracious and so very helpful to him in getting around. Polite and kind-hearted, especially in food service. Thank you so much for assisting him when he couldn't stand any longer. Kudos and more to the staff at ES, by the way, the room was fantastic too, super clean, quiet, and fluffy pillows!

I use to rate this hotel 5 star, however they have raised some prices and their customer service has decreased. The valet parking is now $60 plus the MANDATORY tourism fee (which is up to the hotel to charge) brings your fees and taxes to approximately $100. The deals received sound great but when you factor all the above costs, you are not really getting a deal. It's how they are marketing themselves. It is now more expensive to park in Niagara Falls than downtown Toronto. Also I've dealt with many of their staff that are unfriendly except management who still believe in customer service. There are many other hotels with overal better deals.

This newly renovated hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are very spacious. And the view of the falls can not be beat! The staff are very friendly and the rooms were clean. The only thing that caught me off guard was that their parking cost was $35. And it isn't on site, you have to take a shuttle to pick up your car. Other than that surprise, or stay was one of the best that we had in a long time. We would stay there again.

The hotel was fantastic, views were stunning!! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. However, the website advertises $35 valet parking, it's actually $50 valet ($25 off-site is a nice compromise). The check-in receptionist wasn't friendly, very blunt. They were accommodating for late checkout, but housekeeping kept knocking at the door starting at 9am, 10:30am, 11am, and again at 11:30am at which point I reminded her I had late checkout!! As a diamond member, I've never experienced a Hilton hotel that kept bugging guests to leave their room. Granted I didn't put up the do-not-disturb sign, but I haven't needed to for the last several years at Hilton hotels, this usually only happens at motel 6's, especially not at pricier hotels. Great stay, but use the do-not-disturb sign if you plan to sleep in, lesson learned, housekeeping isn't as respectful as I thought they would be.

Booked a night at the hotel for a city view suite, got upgraded by lovely front desk staff for no charge. They probably had a vacancy and were feeling generous, but it was much appreciated. The view was breathtaking from the 24th floor. The room was absolutely gorgeous. Immediately took advantage of the tub/jets in the bathroom! We could even see the view from there when we opened the shutters from the bathroom. The room was stocked, spotless, and absolutely lovely. It was an amazing stay, and I'm looking forward to coming back again! Thank you for everything x

The room was great - a view of the falls from the bedroom and a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. There is a small lounge area in the front of the suite, closest to the hallway, with a door that can isolate this area from the bathroom and bedroom. This is really useful, as virtually no noise from other guests in the halls get through to the bedroom, and guests here for the casino can be loud and can return at all hours of the night. The rooms are clean and all furnishings are in good repair. There is both WiFi and wired Internet with good bandwidth. The TVs don't provide accessible access ports so connecting your laptop or a streaming device is not possible, which some might find is a drawback. Check in was easy and staff are friendly and helpful. The complimentary buffet breakfast was good quality and there was cooked to order omelettes. 7:00 am to 8:00 am was the optimal time to eat as after this, the breakfast area became relatively busy. The only downside was valet service. Our second night, we were bringing our car back after going out to dinner and it took us 45 minutes to get in, as they were inundated with guests checking in and they couldn't clear the hotel driveway fast enough.

Nice rooms, view, restaurant and lobby area. The fitness center smelled of mold (they need to change their air filters). The breakfast situation is chaotic and they aren't kidding when they say 45-60min for breakfast. I even came in February, the off season. The elevators can also take up to 15 min to come so if you're on the upper floors, prepare to wait on weekends. Other than that, it's a great location to restaurants and the falls. Staff was friendly too.

We got an amazing room on the 39th floor facing the Falls. The valet and concierge service was top notch. We truly felt VIP. The location is so central and far away from hectic loudness of Clifton Hill. The Keg (also with a beautiful view) was located right in the hotel as well, which was super convenient for our dinner. We would definitely stay here again.

We went here to pick up our tickets for the Greg Frewin show. The automatic doors weren't working so they had 2 men standing there to open the manual doors for people coming and going. The lobby was beautiful. No lineup at all at guest services and the lady at the counter was very friendly and quick with processing our transaction. If I could afford it I would definitely stay here.

Rooms were very clean and had a great view of the falls. We arrived at 130pm and were told our room wasn't ready until 4pm. But for $20 more we could be upgraded to a suit with a larger window and a jacuzzi tub that was ready immediately. 1 hour later another couple who were spending the weekend with us checked in and were given the exact same room for no additional charge. We asked why we paid extra and got no explanation only to be told that we signed for it and it was too late. Not going to make a big deal out of $20, but there's plenty of other hotels in the area and next time we will stay elsewhere.

My room is very nice, the coffee was excellent in the room. The bathroom was beautiful. And the service is very amazing. They hold the doors open for you once you enter the building. There is valet. Hotel is great. None of the automatic doors were working which seems like a priority to fix especially when 4+ cars are unloading and there's only a single door into a major hotel. Restaurants and services were top notch. The chlorine in the pool was concentrated enough to feel in our eyes as we entered the pool deck, so my family avoided that for the rest of our trip. Still a 4-star stay!

The falls view from our room was the most impressive part of our stay. The room was clean and a good size and check in and out did not take long. The only down side was how busy the dining area got for the complimentary breakfast. We didn't get a chance to eat because it was so full.

Room and view were very nice. However considering the price we paid it was a ripoff. We got 2 drinks with the check-in. A cold crappy beer in a paper cup.. breakfast was super crowded because there is only one place for the whole hotel. It was almost like shopping on black Friday. Parking for $35 is a joke.. we paid 300 $ . If you are willing to pay this for a nice view ...

I have stayed at this hotel a couple times and the experience is very inconsistent. The service is poor so as long as you don't require anything besides your sleeping arrangements and you have a lot of time to wait around you will probably have a decent stay. If you require anything else like say a luggage cart, make sure your prepared to take care of that yourself. This hotel is very busy so make sure you're prepared for line ups. Check in had been a minimum of 20 minutes. The parking is a nightmare. Check-in is crazy because you have to temporarily park at the front of the hotel. My boyfriend waited in the car while I checked in and he was asked a couple times of he was ready to move yet.... You are not allowed to park your own car in the hotel parking accommodations. The options are $35 valet, $25 of site valet where you are shuttled back to your car or find other of site parking. They offer a complimentary social with a drink ticket and some snacks which was a bonus, make sure you go at the beginning because people take a lot of the refreshments and I don't know how many times they would get refilled.... The complimentary hot buffet breakfast was also a bonus but again very overcrowded and by the time we got to our seats the food was cold. I would have enjoyed the omelette station but wasn't willing to wait in the 15 min line up... Overall not the worst stay this time but some small improvements would make this hotel much better.

Great location, lots to do within the complex plus all around. Definitely a fantastic place to stay. To avoid parking fees I suggest parking a block down at the casino. Go in and gamble a bit with the casino points card and you will easily earn free parking . Use the $20 at the casino instead of paying that to park

The service was great. My wife and I experienced very rapid, friendly, and effective assistance from moment we drove into the hotel entrance, thru the rapid check-in process, and on to our room. Our room had not just a window, but a whole wall of glass looking out onto the upstream river, both falls, and downstream river. Wow, what a fantastic view! The room was very spacious and had with a bathtub located so that a person in the tub could look out the window to the falls. We spent much time staying in front of the window just looking at all sorts of details of the falls and river. The bed and sofa were very comfortable, and we enjoyed a massage chair. The breakfast had good choices, tasted great, and the staff handled the rush of people very effectively. The view overlooking the falls while eating breakfast was superb and by itself was worth getting up for. We were overwhelmed by the great, continuous effort by hotel staff to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Phenomenal location makes this hotel a great experience. Take the 'Fall View' room and enjoy the extraordinary view of the fantastic falls. I've spent a weekend in there and it was an unforgettable one. Hotel has amazing restaurants and many utilities like bar, pool, gym and Starbucks inside it and with a few steps away, you've access to many great restaurants and steak houses. The crew of the hotel are exceptional and Room service is available 24 hours. Rooms are very big and comfortable. I loved this hotel and mostly because of the "FALL VIEW" room that makes you wake up with an amazing scene of iconic Niagara Falls.

Can't say anything bad about the view it was wonderful had the Canada Niagara Fall view the only problem that I had throughout the whole night I kept hearing water running when I checked all the faucets each one was close but there was a drain in the bathroom that just sounded like water was just running through constantly throughout the night other than that it was nice clean fresh with a great View

Great view of the falls from our room on the 38th floor. Full breakfast is included for every day of your stay. It includes an omelette station and made to order eggs. Yogurt station, cereal, fresh whole fruit, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes and French toast sticks. Only down side is the hotel is often very crowded. Breakfast time is so noisy. Kids were screaming and running around every where unattended. There is one complimentary drink per person per night. The rooms are clean and simple. The window in out room opened so we could listen to the falls. There is a starbucks on site.

A great hotel at a great price. Be aware self parking is off site and you need to take a shuttle. The valet was $35 but fairly fast. The breakfast was very busy but food was okay. the evening reception included a bar drink each day but was too early to enjoy for us. both breakfast and reception were free. Book dinner before you arrive to ensure you get a table. We will be back.

The room was very nice and clean. Everything was nice and everyone was polite. The parking is a little kaotic but they make it flow very well. The view of the falls is great!!!!! I highly suggest using the front desk to get tour tickets due to the wait times when you are on your own. Just be aware they you will not have time to shop unless you are super fast.

We had the presidential suite - had the best view of both American and horseshoe falls from the panoramic window in the room. It has a better view of the falls and skyline than standing outside next to the falls therefore it was worth every single extra penny. In-room massage chair was another plus. Location is un-beatable. Service is excellent. I will pick this hotel and room again anytime we re-visit. Reason for not giving 5 stars - bathroom quality didn't have a luxurious feel, parking was expensive and breakfast was like a zoo with long lines. Ambiance and cleanliness in the breakfast area definitely needs an upgrade compared to other high end hotels including Hilton's own in other cities.

We lbooked a room at the Embassy Suite and was promiced a new room bc of all the renovations, if im gonna stay i dont want a worn out room to be blunt. when we arrived was lied to by 2 ppl at the desk telling us its newly remodeled. but what they dont know I knew what was and wasent bc of pic. I seen on internet. my husband was like let it go , its ok. yea if you dont mind not sitting on the dirty worn out furniture and have to wear shoes bc of the carpet being so dirty. so after argueing with the front desk I finally asked to see the manager. She asked me who the two ppl were that worked there that told us yes its a new room , so I went and showed her.we did end up getting a new room the manager on duty was very understanding and helpful having a few other issues while staying there I also addressed her about them, not expecting her to credit our parking which was $25 daily but she did, Which was very nice of her. What I can say to that is if ppl dont like their job and cant be polite then quit alot of ppl out there need jobs. when ready to check out after staying a week they were charged me a TIFF tax almost $100 its a tourist tax that they add on and you do NOT have to pay it. they gave me no argument about that and took it off my bill. But how many other ppl pay that and dont no!!! THATS A SHAME.

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. This hotel has the best views of the falls. The rooms are clean and modern. The downside is the lack of free WiFi and parking. To be fair the other large hotels there do the same thing. The whole area is expensive and they nickel and dime you to death. The hotel is always packed so don't expect any personalized attention, but again to be fair on one of our stays we didn't like the view from the room and they did switch it out for us.

I had a great time! The hotel had a great appearance, the front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant, and the room was fantastic. We had dinner at the Keg restaurant as well and that was the best meal of our entire trip. The bellhops and valet were very efficient and courteous. This is definitely my new go-to hotel when visiting the falls!
