Certifications

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

The management was awesome. They went out of their way to accommodate my family. The cleaning staff needed a little help.

I always like to stay at embassy suites. I like their complimentary drinks and the ambiance of the central courtyard is a must if traveling with a group of people. It provides a great place for the group to wind down at the end of a long night before going to your individual rooms.

Definitely needs updating. The staff was very friendly. We stayed here about two weeks ago...so the pool was closed as expected. We called to inquire about breakfast before we made the reservation. We were informed there were "fresh breakfast boxes every morning". We should've asked more but we did not. We assumed since they usually have a great breakfast they would box some of their usual food. No. Not at all. It was a piece of fruit (all five days an orange or apple), Danish or waffle or muffin. You could choose an apple juice or orange juice. All five days. So we wound up finding a great little breakfast spot close by. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Elevators super slow even though the place was a ghost town. We will try it again sometime as all the issues weren't in their control due to the virus. The employees were very friendly whenever we saw them.

We have loved our stay here. Clean, quiet, bar, restaurant everything you need. Closed temporarily due to covid. But we'll come back for a date night. Just moved here from Boston. Matt at the front desk is so mannerly and welcoming! Give that guy a raise! He went above and beyond for my husband and I! You definitely made our weekend fun! Thank you!!

I was truly disappointed. The room was lovely, but we booked under the impression that we would have breakfast and a managers reception. When we arrived we were told that they would not be available. This is something that should have been disclosed before the completion of booking. I mean this is one of the sole reasons we book at this property.

Embassy Suites has never let me down and the visit to this one was no different. Early check-in wasn't available when I called ahead, but by the time I arrived from Denver International Airport, the guest services guy, Jonathan, made some calls to housekeeping to set something up. I was able to check in 5hrs earlier because of his effort. The breakfast was great. My son liked the arcade and onsite Comic convention going on at the time. My room was clean and roomy. Everything I needed was provided. Room service and housekeeping were very courteous.

The building and facilities are a little dated, but the free breakfast was great! Ultimately the show-stopper was the AWESOME daily happy hour. I’m blown away by the large quantity of free drinks (and not well drinks) that were provided.

Stayed on a week night during the winter, it was slow night. The hotel is very nice and the suite I had was small but very nicely appointed. The pool and hot tub area was larger than I expected and very clean, with plenty of towels. There is a bar and a restaurant on the main floor if you don’t feel like going very far, but there are some nice restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs.

We had a great time at this hotel! It was beautiful and clean, and the staff was very polite and hospitable! One thing I found unique and enjoyable was every evening for two hours they have happy hour! Adults get free alcohol, and the kids are invited for non-alcoholic drinks and snacks! Also, the breakfast was amazing! They will cook you "made to order" omelets! We really enjoyed our stay there, and would recommend anyone to stay there!

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed here for a week on business and will definitely be coming back. The staff was very friendly. The evening receptions and breakfasts are great and very generous. The decor is pretty modern and comfortable.
Also most hotel restaurant food is not great and very expensive. But not here. We were all pretty surprised…It was really good, very reasonably priced and very generous portions.

Great staff and great amenities. The pool needed cleaning, as did the hot tub, but it was good overall. Breakfast left a little to be desired after the third morning of scrambled eggs and sausage links. Didn't try the omelette station because of the line. The bathroom felt like a jail cell, too tiny and easy to get water everywhere because the curtain didn't reach both ends of the shower rod. Would stay again and would recommend to others.

Great place to stay. We meet with our family here to visit and play games. The new design has made it less noisy in the public areas. There wasn't much for drinks after 7:30 though and not many trash cans.

We enjoyed our time at this hotel! It was very family friendly. The room was safe for our 2 year old, there was food she liked at breakfast and she loved the pool. Breakfast was delicious - quick made to order omelettes, waffles, pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, yogurt, fruit, cereal, iced coffee, hot coffee, juice, milk, etc. We were able to stream movies on the WIFI. The front desk was friendly. Everything was clean. They offer snacks and free alcoholic drinks in the evenings. The only complaint I have was the bathrooms were a little small.

Great stay! Rooms were clean and hotel was nice! The best part was the staff! There friendly, helpful and nice from the minute we walked in the door. Every person from the desk to the housekeeping staff was so nice and friendly! Our favorite was the gentleman that made omelettes! He was fun with our kids, joking and remembering what they ordered the day before! My only complaint was the mattress in the pullout couch was so thin, you could feel every spring coming through the cushion! My kids said it hurt to sleep on! Also the bathroooms were smaller than usual but they were clean.

My Visit at the Embassy suites was excellent. All suite rooms with an apartment living room and a bedroom with an excellent mountain view. The cooked to order breakfast is always a welcome addition to your stay. It is always hot and fresh with everyone so attentive and patient.

Even had help from the front desk when the printer was out of service. She actually took apart her printer so that I could print. Excellent service. I even received text messages from the staff asking about my room and my stay overall. I was able to get my AC looked at without even having to pick up the phone.

Out of the Hilton brands I believe that the Embassy "Makes It Right" throughout your stay.

Great place lots of amenities such as free cooked to order breakfast and free nightly cocktails and snacks. Pillow top mattresses and spacious rooms. 1 b3d king rooms are amazing and have a full separate living room with a sectional couch and a desk. The rooms are very clean and updated. The inside of the hotel is beautiful and to top it off they have free drinks and snacks from 530 to 730. Overall it is a nice place. You can tell that it has probably been there a while but it doesn't feel outdated. The bathrooms are very small but i think that has more to do with the style of when it was built that anything else. We did run into some AC problems while staying there but they were kind enough to compensate us for the problems that we had. All in all it was a good hotel. The only other thing I would suggest to them is to mix up the breakfast. We stayed 6 nights in a row and the breakfast was exactly the same everyday.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. We showed up for to the winter storm and we're met with warmth and complimentary cocktails. The bed was soft, the rooms wonderful and clean. The rooms were clean! Atmosphere is pleasing! Breakfast is good! Evening reception is a welcomed feature! My only complaint was that we got salads and fruit from the cooler. The salad had NO DRESSING, and was pretty much all lettuce. The fruit was... old! $26 is way over priced! Also I had to keep requesting wash clothes! Other than that great hotel!

I come here every year for the Junior Olympics, and this is one of the nicest hotels I've ever been in. They've renovated since last year, giving the place a more modern look, the breakfast is amazing with cooked to order omelets, and there's free cocktails and snacks in the evening. The rooms are nice and clean, they are all two room suites with a mountain view balcony. Beds are comfortable. Overall, I love this hotel, which is why we return every year!

It is an older hotel, but it is under major renovation. So if you don't like the dust and fume from the remodeling, you may want to find another hotel. I got the king bed with mountain view. It has a tiny balcony. The suite is pretty standard. The only drawback is the small bathroom.

This hotel was beautiful and the room was so comfortable. The staff was wonderful. The moment we got to the desk they offered us bottled water and cookies. (If you have a nut allergy, check to see if they have one without nuts!) The room was comfortable and wonderful after 13 hours of driving. The continental breakfast was great. The tea and coffee in the room were great. When we checked out they gave us more bottled water and cookies. (They didn't have any nut free cookies this time.)

This Hotel is one of the finest hotels in the world. If you don't get what you want, then you didn't ask for it. The rooms are fabulous, the restaurants are superb, and the service is second to none. Although expensive, you pay for what you get. A stay at this hotel is an unforgetable experience.

The place is under construction and noisy. The breakfast tasted very bland and everything was hard to find. We had a suite but the suite door didn't shut correctly and I found out the hard way the pool bathroom door lock didn't work, The halls were filled with a dozen tween boys playing hide and seek. The bed was comfy and the mountain view was nice but everything else was just a mess. Being awaken by a beeping scissor lift and banging hammers wasn't ideal. They should have lowered the price for having to navigate through that mess.

The hotel was under construction at the time we visited. Yes, they warned me. I called and asked about the extent of the construction and was told it was just part of the atrium. I didn't give a 3 star rating for that. It's for how the management and staff handled the temporary work-around. Breakfast was a full contact sport. It was moved to a conference room and the omelette guys were cooking on camp stoves. Each omelette took longer to cook because the heat was lower, due to the camp stoves, and there were fewer cooking surfaces. It was super slow.

The machines that dispense cold juice and hot coffee, mix water with concentrate. I noticed the machines needed to have the concentrate changed often and the staff was aware the machines were not properly dispensing after the refills were completed, but could not figure out the problem with 40 thirsty people looking on. I was so frustrated, I stepped in, opened the door on the coffee machine, and noticed the line connected the concentrate and water supply was pinched, so I unpinched it and it worked.

I stayed for 4 days and could not find the complementary bar. Arrows pointed to a conference room, but it was locked.

Seemed like the staff was making the worse of the changes instead of dealing with it, in the short term, knowing better facilities are coming soon.

Rooms are a good size and comfortable, although the bathrooms are a little small. Breakfast is good with a lot of options for everyone. The biggest problem is the 'free' wifi - it only works occasionally and isn't very strong unless you pay $10 a day to upgrade to better wifi which is ridiculous.

Arrived very late December 28, 2014, checked out VERY early January 3, 2015. Absolutely liked the room layout with the sitting area in the front and the bedroom in back with a door inbetween. My partner smokes so it was very nice to get a smoking room BUT. First blush floors were filthy, they did not sweep the edges of the room nor under the bed. I realize that this is a smoking room but the ceiling in the bathroom was orange and the edges of the sink was dirty, used a towel to clean it up a bit. Was in this room a whole week so you would think the staff would notice one of the light bulbs was out in the bathroom, NO. Went to grab the $5 water bottle and it stuck to the counter in the sitting area so was very weary of the cleanliness of this area as well. Checked for bugs but there weren't any that I saw. A note on the bedside table asked to hang towels so they could conserve, well with one and only one hook on the back of the bathroom door not sure where to hang them. Overall enjoyed the breakfast and cocktail hour. The staff was very nice if some were hard to understand. Did not tip cleaning staff because of light bulb, all they had to do was replace it and run the crevice tool around the edge of the rooms and they would have been tipped nicely. Not sure if I would stay there again.

My parents liked the service here at this hotel. I booked this one for them when they came into town and enjoyed it. They said the room was spacious for them and the staff was friendly. That's really good to hear! I'll be booking again when they come back.
