ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

It is currently under construction, but the hotel has gone out of its way to minimize the impact on hotel guests.

This was my second time staying at this exact Embassy location. Both experiences were wonderful: clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff, and ease of access to activities in the area.

I strongly recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean and the people were nice and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There was a lot of construction going on which made getting around the hotel difficult

This was our second stay at this hotel. It never disappoints. Even when the lobby under construction, the makeshift desks and spaces for hanging out and continental breakfast were perfect. The staff is always amazing and very responsive to any needs. Everyone is incredibly friendly. The only negative is that the pool/hot tub strictly closes at 11:00pm. That gentleman wasn't very friendly, but I figure he puts up with A LOT from guests. We love this place!

I have visited this location before and it's not as nice as it was previously.

Room was not cleaned everyday, snack tray not restocked the whole week, lack of towels in the swimming pool area. Happy hour drinks selection were limited to what seemed like left overs that don't sell otherwise. And the snacks that were provided were only good on the last day of my stay.

Doesn't help the hotels reputation when these deficiencies are considered with all of the ongoing construction inside the hotel. I would be ok with all of this if the prices were discounted.

But for my experience and the service provided, I feel like I over paid.

The hotel was under construction, but it was very clean! Our room was a lower level request and was not quite ready at the check in time, but they got it ready for us as we were checking in. The staff was very pleasant! I had to ask on several occasions for more coffee supplies, they would bring it up almost immediately, but a small amount at a time, until I finally requested an exact amount to tide me over for the short stay. The meals and drinks were awesome, a lot of variety! The hotel was a quick drive to several restaurants and stores. They had several Lime bikes available, which was nice, but they need to figure out bike parking soon.

When everything runs smoothly at a business it's easy to give a five star review. When we checked in last night the community just experienced a power outage including our hotel. The staff was above and beyond professional, calm, helpful, and did everything they could to accommodate. The staff deserves more than 5 stars. It was a great stay.

Very positive experience with this hotel. Stayed here for one night for a bachelorette weekend. Room was fantastic, clean and had lots of great amenities not offered by most hotels. Like a made to order breakfast for free and free snacks and beverages in the room. Little mini fridges and friendly hotel staff made for a great stay.

The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were so comfy I fell right to sleep which is unusual for me in a place that I don't know. We got a suite and were told all snacks and drinks in the room were free to take home which was a nice bonus. I would definitely go back and would recommend to others. We have room blocks at this hotel for our wedding guests that are coming from out of town.

Staff, especially a fellow named Michael at the front desk, was extremely helpful and kind!

The suite was good sized and had 2 good sized TVs. Pullout bed was not comfortable, but did the job. The bar was loud towards the end of the night. Elevators for the entire hotel are all located on one side. The hotel was very packed with several high school /middle school teams staying. So the common areas and pool were very busy and loud. They have 2 pool tables that you can play at no cost (just bring i.d. to front desk). The picture of the swimming pool was somewhat deceiving. It is much smaller than what we thought it would be. The hot tub was amazing although somewhat on the small side also. I cannot say enough about the made to order omelets. They were great! Other items on the buffet were scrambled eggs, sausage links, bacon, seasoned potatoes, french toast, fresh pineapple and melon, a variety of baked goods, yogurt, and very runny oatmeal with add-ins. Overall our stay was good, but the size of the pool would make it a deal breaker in choosing to stay here again.

Great location for a work conference. Food was delicious! We had an omelet bar, yogurt and fruit parfaits, and danish. Lunch was gourmet salads or sandwich boxes. All the staff were polite and helpful and smiling. Rooms well organized for meetings of different sizes and had soundproof walls from microphones. Ample parking and right off the hwy (270). Bathrooms were neat and clean.

This is a really nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and clean. Food is good and so is the service. Large breakfast bar along with a small cocktail bar both in the eating area and lobby with plenty of seating in the atrium. Great location for a conference or a large get to together. Work out room, indoor pool and pool tables. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

Can't say enough great things about this hotel. From the super-helpful staff to the enormous rooms with two 55-inch TVs. Beds are superb, furniture and room clean. The breakfast is amazing, as is the nightly reception with drinks and snacks. Pool has adult-hour before 11 so a good time to avoid kids - though this is mainly a business hotel. Two pool tables in the lobby and amazing food from room service. Only problem with this hotel is there's only one entrance and there's almost zero parking near it, so if it's raining, prepare to get wet on the long walk from the parking lot.

Fantastic building with very accomadating employees. Rooms were clean, organized and very well equipped. There was a room mix up which the managers had fixed right away. The lock on our door was broken and they had it fixed before we even got back to our room after telling them. Great stay overall.

This location is in a business park area in Dublin, often referred to as hotel row. Several hotels and office building that's all that's around hence the name. All of Hilton major brands represented. Mall and restaurants not far. The rooms are known as 2 room suites including a main room and living room or a conference room. The hotel had recently remodeled and is in fair shape given the embassy line remodeled new look. This location breakfast is not that well in my opinion. It is a bar with made to order eggs. The staff are pleasant.

Staff was nice and very accommodating. I ran into a situation where my husband came in late from working in a snow storm. Kitchen was closed and most restaurants closed early. He was starving. I went to the front to see what I could do, they jumped right on it. Gave me their last turkey sandwich meal, a couple bottles of water, and even helped me find a restaurant that was still open on top of willing to deliver in the storm (yay Donatos)!! My only negative comments are that the pool needed some work (over chlorinated yet still looked murky), and the catered chicken meal used for banquets was very dry.

A beautiful place to stay while in Columbus. We enjoyed free snack hour with our children and then hit the pool and spa area. Then the adults enjoyed their free drink hour late that evening, while playing a few games of pool. Also, their free breakfast in the morning was amazing, with so many choices of food, as much as you can eat. All for a great price on just the room you choose

Great place to stay, everything was excellent. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars... Those pillows were so hard and too high to get in comfortable position. Rooms, food, staff were excellent. We'll be back, with our own pillows!

The design of the building causes nose to carry to each room. Recently I was there during a wedding reception and the nose in my suite was loud. You can close the door between the living area and the bedroom, which helps of your in the bedroom. But the living area will still be noisy.

It was great except the fire and evacuation. The room was great. Was told we would have milk provided in-room in our package by the front desk (they upsold us on this point as I have a toddler) and we got no milk. Had to keep going to get some.

We are a family of 6. Stayed from Saturday to Monday. Checkin was quick and simple. The hotel is beautiful and inviting. The room was clean and we fit comfortably. Would've been better if two bedrooms were an option. There was a little noise from atrium but wasn't unbearable and we were able to sleep comfortably. The children loved the breakfast buffet and omelets. The happy hour was a nice touch as well. Also loved the late checkout time. Whenever we are in town again this will be our first choice.

They have a full breakfast every morning and a grab bag for those of us that are on the run. The suites a large and comfortable with a giant screen TV in the living room and a large TV in the bedroom. They serve free drinks and snacks during happy hour. I hope to stay here again.

Everything about the suites were wonderful. The rooms were nice and big, with a thermostat to change the temp of the room. It was easy to get to and the breakfast was awesome. Has a omlet station. The only down side was there was no syrup for the French toast sticks. All in all great hotel!!

This was a be nice place to stay and have a conference. The meals were great and the amenities were awesome. The rooms were very nice. This place deserved 5 starsif it weren't for the fact my thermostat was stuck and the bathroom fan was always on. I would recommend this place to all.

The price was great, and the room exceeded my expectations! The beds were extremely comfortable. I haven't slept that well in a very long time. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and the omelettes were delicious. Staff was courteous and went above and beyond to please guests, even finding an empty conference room for some guests in the lobby to move their extended party into so as not to wake other guests. Very pleased and will stay again soon.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the pillows was awesome, I slept like a baby. The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was attentive and polite. The breakfast was incredible. They have a chef that will fix you an omelet or eggs. Best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel and it is included in your stay. I have stayed in many hotels in Columbus Ohio and this is by far the best I have stayed.

The staff was very friendly. The room was nice. Breakfast was better than expected. We were however disappointed in the cleanliness. There were dirty glasses and a spoon outside of our room our whole stay. There was a half eaten waffle in the hall for the entire stay as well. A bug scurried under the sink when we turned on the bathroom lights. We were not advised at check in that there was no water in any guest rooms. This wasn't resolved until late evening. I was going to discuss this upon check out but the person that checked me put was on the phone and didn't even ask about our stay, he only took the keys and nodded me on.

The rooms were nice, and all in all it was a good stay. We were on the premium floor and had unlimited access to vending machines, but most of the time the vending machine was out of everything. I think it would work better if there was a limit..stop people from cleaning it out immediately once stocked.

Great hotel. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are huge (try to get a corner room). Layout is spacious and there are plenty of places to gather. Pool is good, as is workout room. The food at the event was alright. It was catered by Embassy. The biggest gripe I have was that some of the fruit on the fruit tray had mold on it. I was the first guest to arrive and took the moldy fruit off before other guests arrived, but it doesn't resolve the fact that it shouldn't have been on there in the first place. Overall, the event was nice, hotel looks like a hotel, but the catering could be better.

Visited for a wedding brunch. Building seemed very nice. Was a bit odd that the food for our event was simply from the normal breakfast for regular guests. We left the conference room to get our own food. Never experienced that before, but so it goes.

We took our granddaughter to Columbus on spring break to Cosi museum, and stayed at Embassy Suites. I'm not sure which one she liked most. Our suite was lovely. Very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary snacks the evening we arrived, for all. Beer and wine for the adults, and lemonade for the kids along with a healthy, and some not as healthy, array ofsnacks The breakfast buffet (also complementary) was delicious. We really had a terrific time and will be returning when our family comes to visit in the summer.

Room was very nice. The pool was too warm, the Jacuzzi jets didn't work, and the external door of the pool/spa was propped open all evening. Vending machine was a total let down as the credits didn't work right. Beautiful building and friendly staff. The breakfast was mediocre but adequate.

Although the hotel's nice, I recommend you stay elsewhere for events with lots of kids and other potentially noisy people. If it's noisy in the lobby, its noisy EVERYWHERE. We were here for some family's soccer tournament, it was a bit of a tough night for us. The room was fine, nothing really special to point out. The free breakfast is always fantastic.

By far the worst Embassy Suites I've ever stayed at. We arrived late at night and had to drive around for 10-15 minutes until we could find a spot or give up and inform management we had to park illegally (this soon became an every night ritual). Apparently there were several sports teams (whose parents were in taking up spots in the parking lot to tailgate/party) and car enthusiasts staying there (whose massive trailers took up another good portion of the spots).

When we finally got to our room it was uncomfortably hot (it was forecasted to be in the upper 80's all weekend). Of course, the AC in our room wasn't working and maintenance had to make two trips up the next morning the fix it.

We also found out that the bedside outlets do no work unless the light switch is turned on. Unfortunately we did not find this out until after missing an alarm because my "plugged-in" phone died overnight.

Other miscellaneous issues: no way to regulate temperature in mini fridge, no freezer section/shelf in fridge, no channel guide for the tv, and ripped up carpet near the elevator.

Seven words ... this is where you want to stay! I look for an Embassy Suites everywhere I travel for several reasons. The layout is magnificent, the rooms are nice and more spacious than other places tend to be, the completely private bedroom with pullout sofa in the front room makes it a much better option for families, they're one of the few places that offer pay movies for evenings and rainy days and of all the hotels that offer free morning breakfast ... theirs is the only one worth eating (REALLY, as good as you'd get going out somewhere ). I wish they had one everywhere.

This is a well done hotel that offers excellence in every aspect. The rooms are very nice, the WiFi isn't bad, everything is clean and in good shape, and the entire facility and lobby area are really intriguing. The main interior area looks really, really, cool. My favorite part is the glass elevator that goes up and down, showing the awesome views of the inside from the bottom to the top. Great customer service too - very friendly people. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay anywhere in this area.

Pretty nice. The free WiFi is terrible though!

Although the hotel's nice, I recommend you stay elsewhere for events with lots of kids and other potentially noisy people. If it's noisy in the lobby, its noisy EVERYWHERE. We were here for my sister's soccer tournament, it was a bit of a tough night for us. The room was fine, nothing really special to point out. The free breakfast is always fantastic. Overall, this is a good place to stay under certain conditions.

Pretty nice place to stay. Recommend to anyone looking to get away for the weekend. The rooms were quiet, very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and met our every need. I hate that I have to mark this hotel down considering the above pros, but I still have to.

The pool was just too small. I've been in hot tubs larger than this thing. It was dirty and over chlorinated at the same time. My pregnant wife and I were going to go for a swim after 1030 (supposed to be the hours for adults only) and the thing was still loaded with kids. There were bugs and hair in the water as if the filter was no longer working. Even with all of that, we were still going to take a nice cool dip. When we went to step in, the pool was almost as hot as the hot tub itself! we decided to just go back to our rooms for the night.

The next morning we went down for breakfast, which was delicious. Other than the omelets bar, it was standard hotel breakfast (powdered eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, premade waffles, cheap Danishes, bagels, toast, oatmeal coffee, juice). Good breakfast or not, the place was filthy. I understand that there are a ton of guests and it's hard to keep up with the messes of several hundred people, but with the money we pay to stay here, please hire a few more people. The used dishes on the table next to us were there for the entire 45 minutes we were eating breakfast and were still there when we left.

If you're looking for a place to stay for the Dublin Irish Festival this is not it. They've blocked off one night stays for festival goers. If you want to stay here you'll have to book for 2 nights which is quite pricey ($440+ tax at the minimum). This booking standard is also becoming the norm for several hotels within that immediate area on this weekend. We used to stay there every year until we were told they'd no longer be offering one night stays on the DIF weekend. Nice hotel, but greedy practices. Can no longer recommend them.
