ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

I attended the women's conference, which was held in the conference center. It was an amazing event due in a large part to the staff at the Embassy. The entire place was clean and astetically pleasing. The meals were delectable and satisfying. The rooms were a home away from home, cozy, and immaculate. I would highly recommend this venue for any professional conference.

Hotel is conveniently located next to The Dallas Stars arena. Plenty to do near by. The hotel itself is nice. It is a little older and some of the lobby furniture have seen better days. The breakfast is good, at times it needs to be refreshed better. Free happy hour. Shuttle service from the hotel is spotty at times.

This hotel was very nice. The front desk was very fast with check in, complimentary breakfast was delicious and the room was kept great! It was located in a great area with lots of shops and restaurants near by. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The pool could be cleaner. The dirt rings around the colorful tiles are gross to look at. I love the build in shower on the pool area along with the bathroom easy access. The white private windows to the lobby are also great. The pool hours are also convinient.

Embassy Suites here in Frisco was fantastic! Very spacious rooms with couch. Clean, cool, well-designed rooms. Room service was above average, with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Stayed a few days for company meet, while staff is friendly and food incl the free breakfast is good, the room wasn't what i expect when it's +100/night.
Anti slip mat had been removed from the bathtub (not a big deal to me), but tub wasn't cleaned and had dirt stains on area above (where the mat was).
Both mattresses were worn, went to the reception desk and the lady looked at me in disbelieve, stating they were only a few month old, which to me is irrelevant, as worn is worn, and when you start to roll to the edge when lying down in the middle, shows it wasnt in good shape.
She promised me the staff would flip them over, but coming back in the evening, i could tell that didn't happen.
Guess the chairs in the lobby are also just a few month old (see pic).
Will recommend a different chain to my company for the next meet.

Fabulous place. Great convention center, great rooms, located near lots of restaurant options, plus staff is phenomenal! Hilton honors members can check in through the online application and you go right to your room with the door code on your phone. So convenient!

Attended a conference only. The general appearance is nice, but the men's room was a little dated fixture wise and consistently messy around the trash area. Food served was not good. Handicapped buttons didn't work for doors, some doors functioned poorly, and the accessible sill on the outer doors seemed a bit high.

Great experience! The hotel is located in walking distance to the mall and restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. There is an in-house cafe (pseudo Starbucks) with ok service. This was observed only because the hotel staff are so accommodating and they raise the bar for all. The breakfast bar and made to order area provided excellent food and beverage options. I did not join happy hour, but I appreciate that it was an option. My room was clean and inviting. I definitely appreciate the service and the experience.

Absolutely love this hotel. Staff is always friendly and courteous. Hotel is competitively priced, but the happy hour and free breakfast in my opinion warrants paying a little extra. Hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable. I usually stay here quite often for business as will continue to do so. Well done!

Awesome place. Here for a conference. Did not stay in the hotel but the aesthetics just ooze quality. Upscale. Valet parking available. Parking garage free for up to half an hour. $5 for up to 12 hours. And $10 for up to 24 hours. Must pay at a kiosk on the 1st level. Not convenient because you must exit the vehicle to do so. Otherwise, lovely HUGE place!

Our church (One Community Church) hosted a Black Tie Gala here recently. It was one of the best nights of my life. Furthermore, Embassy Suites is one the best hotel chains you'll find. They have the absolute best breakfast hands down.

My family and I stayed here this weekend for easy access to the convention center. While convenient I would not plan to stay here again. From the time we were "greeted" by valet, to the coffee bar, the customer service was extremely poor. Only the registration desk showed any customer service skills at all. The coffee bar attendant Saturday (2/17) night needs some serious training, including food handling skills. In fact, we threw away our food purchases after she proceeded to scratch her face and plop our breakfast muffin onto the cashier's counter top without gloves or a food container. No food containers, so she literally handed us a plastic shopping bag to unfold to place our open, unwrapped muffin. While the room was spacious, the chlorine smell was overwhelming. We were on the third floor above the spa area. Maybe we were directly over their pool?
I am giving them 2 stars, one for the convenient location to the conference center and the other for the spacious room size.
If you stay here, ask for the chemical free rooms, don't use the coffee shop, and don't expect the valet to offer you a luggage cart without a stern warning to bring it back.

Throughly enjoyed our time at this Embassy Suites. Had a room concern soon after checking in but dialed the front desk and Josh (MOD) was in our room within minutes. He handled the situation quickly, professionally and with an attitude of true concern. Staff very friendly, professional and even found kitchen management (Ed) polishing silverware. Great beds, clean updated rooms, nice pool area and great breakfast.

Beautiful suites on this hotel, spacious, clean and the view at the breakfast area is awesome. Made to order omelets, various choices of fruit, and all of the buffet is more than I expected to have. Had a blast last week when I came over for business for a few day's and all of the waitresses and waiters are very professional, and pleasant especially one beautiful Spanish lady that her name is Sandra if I'm not mistaking her name, she was wonderful, friendly and attendant to all needs and needed to write this review about her because she went out of her way to make me feel wright at home with her smile and nice short conversation I had with her. Eager to show me where all of my favorite breakfast was and she even brought me a few things to my table. I just want to say "THANK YOU Sandra" for all you did on does day's I was there.

Had a company event there and Jenn Gill was amazing. Very pleasant and professional in every aspect. She made sure that everything was correct and as requested. Her manager some lady not worth remembering was rude and off putting, the uppity type, however Jenn more than made up for it. Even thought you could tell she was extremely busy she always had time for our questions and concerns.

I attended for a conference. The hotel was very nice. My only complaint was parking. There were plenty of spots, but when you have a lot of people and one person taking money this causes a problem. Nothing major bit important. The food catered by the hotel was wonderful!

Our first room looked great, but the tub backed up with dirty water when the roon next to us started using their shower. And we killed 3 cockroaches In the bathroom! When we told them about the tub, they just offered to move us to another room; nothing else, no upgrade, or anything. We lost the room we had over looking the ballpark and didn't get to see the fire works, which my daughter was looking forward to. It's overall a nice hotel, our second room was much cleaner, and colder. That was another thing about our first room, it wouldn't get cold. However, this 2nd room is great cooling wise. We would stay here again, knowing that some the issues we experienced we're due to the current room renovations going on. We love Embassy Suites, and only stay in them wherever we stay, and would stay here again, but definitely feel a little let down on the customer satisfaction experienced on this stay.

Went on a Saturday morning breakfast staff was late getting the food ready. There needs to be one employee standing in the food line and put what is needed in the food line. Because food was emptying real quick and cups. I wish they had chocolate drink for breakfast. They don't have it.😔

It was a nice hotel and very pretty. But we found a tick in our room, and the hotel was still under construction so it smelled a little toxic. Since we had the tick we moved rooms and our floors were wet and it smelled like mold. And our air conditioning was broken so we were either really hot or really cold. But it was a nice view.

The hotel is being renovated right now, but it was still a great stay. The location is excellent, as it is located next to a large shopping center with many restaurants and Dr Pepper Ballpark, home of the Frisco roughriders, which is one of the best minor league fields out there. The rooms are nice and clean with updated furniture and the breakfast buffet was great. Definitely my go-to when staying in Frisco, especially with the highways serving as vessels to the rest of the metroplex.

Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. The hotel itself was not so great. We checked into our room, but the pipes in the wall were making noise. My wife is a light sleeper and couldn't fall asleep with the noise. The front desk was great about finding is a new room, but even that room had it's problems. The thermostat did not work and the room was 67 degrees and the sheets on the bed were thin. The breakfast was great. They are doing renovations right now and I believe they are fixing the issues.

It's a very nice and pretty hotel. The breakfast buffet is great and the 1st floor is beautiful. The carpets on the room floors are a bit dated, but they are renovating. It was later in the evening, around 6:30 p.m. when I arrived, on a Friday night, and very quiet in the convention center. The only staff I passed did not ask if I need help, though I was obviously looking around, and since they were talking with each other and ignored me, I did not stop to ask them for direction. Found my group with a little trouble. The facilities were very nice, the restrooms clean.

Loved the beds, breakfast was really good. The omelet cooks were really nice. Common areas were very comfortable. The reason I didn't give 5 stars were that the televisions in the rooms would not work with my electronics, wouldn't read my USB or laptop. For a convention center, these should really be updated for newest tech. Otherwise, great hotel.

Very nice rooms and the convention center was close by and easy to navigate. Food was good and the Embassy Suites has complementary happy hour and light finger foods for guests. Staff is nice. I suggest they have check in staff ask if the guest is there for work. If they are, ask for their company credit card advising that if the guest uses their personal debit card, it will place a hold on your account for the ENTIRE cost of the stay. It's not for incidentals only. I asked if it was for incidentals and they ran my personal card without giving me a clear answer. The next day I learned it cleared out all available cash, labeled as pending. Five days later we finally had the money back. They say they can release it, which they do, but then it stays on the bank to do the rest. They say Chase can get it back in three to four days, but Bank of America takes five. Since we were essentially broke for a week, due to lack of communication and the push the run a card now, I gave a four. Miscommunication or lack there of caused this. Had I known, we would have waited (and gladly) until the company card had arrived. Six hundred dollars in limbo is not my idea of a five star experience. Allow your guests to opt for waiting or allow them to decide if that pending charge is a hit they can take until the money is released four to five days later. Other than that, it's a great place to stay, staff are welcoming, nice and helpful. And as I don't travel often for work, now I know for next time! 😊

Stay was March 13-15. Fire alarm went off early Sunday morning around 2 am. No communication or emergency plan by staff on-duty. Pregnant wife went down 9 floors of stairs when a simple call or hallway check could have prevented the mass chaos and confusion by most customers. There was no fire, but someone who burnt popcorn in their room microwave. They should have a system in place in general for emergencies, real or not.
