ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

I stayed 4 days and 3 nights and I really liked it. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The food is great and the bar is really cool too. Overall I had great experience!

It's OK. I usually love embassy suites when I stay here for work, but this one wasn't my favorite. It looks like it used to be nice but they have fallen behind on upkeep, peeling wallpaper in places, etc. Also my room, 209, was directly above the kitchen when the made lots of food it filled with smoke and stank. Definitely avoid room 209. Also the gym has 1 functioning treadmill, 1 broken. When I asked if they had a bike they paused and said yes, but the pause was bc the seat back falls off when you sit in it. Over nice staff, good breakfast, love the managers reception(even if the skimp a little), not a fan of the rooms. Not a horrible place. You make the call.

Lobby and common areas very nice. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Furniture is nice, but walls and ceiling had water damage. Very nice having the separate living area. Great for families. Hotel is going under renovation so I suppose those smaller issues would be resolved soon.

The room was super sized with two bedrooms, three beds, a pull out sofa bed and the staff and service is amazing. Loved the breakfast, my omelet was cooked and taste great. I was able to upgrade my checkout time to noon.

Everything was wonderful except for one small problem being the elevators. The beds were extremely comfortable and upon entry, it smelled cleaned and fresh. Moreover, the view is great, but there isn't a balcony in which you could walk onto as there are no rails. The breakfast was great.

The location was very nice but the outside exterior visual aspect could use a lot of work compared to what was on the inside. Inside was a beautiful and meticulous interior design dream. I was only there for a couple of minutes for a quick work agenda, but I definitely want to experience that hotel myself under different circumstances so that I can enjoy and be treated like royalty. Give it a try don't miss out

I'm a hard working business women and to do a weekend getaway on the spare of the moment and chose the Embassy. From the moment I walk in the lobby, the atmosphere was awesome. And the personality of Mr. Andre Brown was beyond the core of hospitality. He treated and engaged with every customer. I was watching .

Staff was friendly but forgetful. We ordered room service and she forgot our dessert. By the time she went back down to get it they were out. I requested late check out however they forgot so we were locked out of our room at normal check out time. There was also no door separating the bedroom from the living area as implied from "two room suite". All the food was great and hotel was very clean. I would return, just several disappointments as a regular guest at various Embassy Suites in the DFW area.

Our stay was ok. Plumbing is older, shower faucet leaked, toilet was difficult to flush. We asked for housekeeping to bring coffee on night 1, towels on night 2 and coffee cups on night 3. They never came. The young lady at the front desk at check out was very nice and didn't charge us for one of the nights. Not sure if would go to this one again. Room was clean, breakfast was very good.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

An older hotel but nicely updated (it looks like a little while back). Nice location to American Airlines Center and an indoor pool is what sold us. I do want to give an amazing shout out to Andre at the front desk. When we arrived our room was not ready, after a 4 hr drive with 3 kids, I was a bit frustrated. He was incredibly nice and went out of his way to get us in a room as soon as he could. He went above and beyond with extra goodies and help :)

We got a great last minute deal on Expedia for this hotel since we were taking an unexpected trip to Dallas to visit a sick relative. This hotel was perfect as it's extremely close to the hospital we were visiting, less than a four minute drive. The room was small and kind of tucked away in a corner but that made it very quiet on what was obviously a busy weekend. My children enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub, the adults enjoyed having a cocktail in one of the lounge areas. The free breakfasts offered a good selection.

First off I've been a fan of Embassy suites for a long time. But I have to take a moment to say that excellent customer relations goes such a long way. Sheldon was amazing at check in, very pleasant and personable. He ensured that I had a room facing downtown skyline on a high floor as I requested and then asked what brought us to Dallas from Louisiana and what were my plans. When I told him it was my birthday, he smiled and said I'll see what I can do special for you. We discussed my weekend plans and After getting settled into my room with a beautiful view of the Dallas skyline a knock was at my door. A beautiful tray of cake, fruit, water and champagne arrived. It meant the world to us to be thought about and that all details were carefully attended to. Our room was perfect and we intend to be back the next time we're in Dallas!

Rating is based on hotel star ratings. With this hotel, you get standard Hilton service; friendly staff, clean rooms, etc. The breakfast was fresh, cooked to order omelettes are a nice touch.

However, this is an old hotel. Built in the late 70’s early 80’s. It’s been updated aesthetically; paint, carpet, tile and furniture. But, there’s still that older hotel feel. Room layouts are weird. Suites are two rooms, but very small. Fitness area is barely big enough to hold the cardio equipment. Pool and fitness area are dark.

Overall, it’s a decent hotel, but for the price, you can find more modern alternatives.

Rooms clean and comfortable. They offer a complimentary full breakfast which was nice. However not everything was tasty, so pick and choose what you want to eat. All in all a good place to stay. Location for us was excellent for what we were there for. Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Love this hotel. Its a gem with decent views. The free drinks daily and food in the evening are an added benefit. Made to order omelette in the morning and selection of breakfast food is great. The pool is unique. And absolutely love that u can see every floor and the openness.

I'm generally a fan of Embassy Suites and try to stay there when an option is available where I travel. Upon arrival I get into my room which was room 307 above the kitchen. There was a funky odor not overwhelming really kind of smelled like old pipes. I checked the iron the bottom of it was in very poor shape a lot of caked-on debris. I called down to the front desk and ask them for a new iron and if they could bring some spray for the odor. About 35 to 45 minutes later a girl arrives with a hair dryer and when I informed her I asked for a iron and if she could smell that smell her response was I've just worked here a short time? So I went down to the front desk where the girl that helped me was outstanding she went and found me and you iron. Even after the spray the odor would return and linger. The sink in the bedroom and the shower both had leaks. Overall the service was very good just not satisfied with the room.

The girl at front desk deserves a promotion. We arrived Saturday, October 28, to a long line of arriving guests. The front desk attendant was very polite and apologized for our wait. She got us set up in our room shortly thereafter in a very professional way. It was clear that she needed help during this influx of check-in's, however she handled the situation a very responsible and respectful manner. She even remembered our names the next morning.

As for the rest of our stay I continue to feel that the hotel was understaffed for a fully booked weekend. Both the front desk and breakfast staff were shorthanded. The breakfast buffet was good but it took longer for fruit and drink cups to be replenished at times. The omelet bar was great, but very slow. In our room, I also noticed that our bathroom was not cleaned properly (saving you all gross details) and the bed was not made the way that it should.

We also had dinner and drinks at the bar, and we enjoyed the pleasant waiter and his respectful attentiveness.

Don't get me wrong, I believe this is a good hotel. I just believe that the management underestimated staffing levels during the time of my stay. We love staying at Embassy Suites almost everywhere we go when we travel.

Went to the Embassy Suites for an OSHA class held by Pryor. It was unusually cold that day so I believe that is why the lobby & bar area was so very cold but the meeting room I was in was very toasty warm. It was one of the nicest set-ups for a class that I've been to. Water & cups in the back of the room, mints, pens & paper pads on the table. Free coffee & cookies near from desk. Also, the lobby area was very nice & comfortable, lots of seating options, tv's, a skylight so there was tons of natural light. All the staff was very nice, from the front desk, to the kitchen staff that took our lunch order, to the waitress at the bar area where we ate. The only negative is that the food was kinda pricey for what you got, but that's to be expected in a hotel. Overall I would definitely recommend other classes/meetings to be held here or even out of town guests to stay at.

I stayed here for a week while visiting the area for the first time... I loved the fact that there was a buffet breakfast with the great made to order omelette then light meal in the evening. The location was great! My complaint was my first room smelled like mildew and the walls appeared to have water damaged which was covered with wall paper. Also when I opened the cabinet trying to figure out where the smell came from there appeared to be mold. I notified the staff I was asked to wait until the shift change before I could be moved, we were moved to another room that appeared better but the sink leaked the entire time so we just placed towels below because we didn't want to repack and move again. The decor was nice and the staff was friendly but it definitely needs structural work as it doesn't stand up to the Hilton Brand.

Nice room. Very modern and contemporary. Housekeeping needs a tool that attracts hair to clean bathroom without leaving any guest hair behind. Pull-out bed was comfortable despite the awkward lumpiness. When I woke up, I thought my back would be in pain, but it wasn't. It does need a better mattress, current one is very thin. Staff was very friendly! Free breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend arriving early to beat crowds.

Excellent rooms very modern. Beautiful modern lobby. Lovely pool and exercise room. We were told by front desk that breakfast ended at 930. Walked downstairs right after nine and everything was being packed up. No utensils nothing. If this is the correct time the front desk needs to get their act together as my kids didn't get enough to eat.

This is reason for the 4 stars rating. I was at the Embassy Suites for a work seminar. The staff that I engaged while there were nice, the open seating area was inviting there was outlets within the tabletop if you need to plug in your laptop or charge your cellphone. The ballroom or conference room that were the seminar was held was a nice size. Thank you for allowing me to write my review.

I have stayed here several times recently in order to go to UTSW. I’ve been alone, going through some pretty big health scares, and the staff here has been super nice and helpful. My shuttle drivers are AMAZING! They are genuinely interested and care. They remember who I am and help when needed. The front office is polite and goes out of their way to ensure I feel safe and comfortable. I feel like if something happened and I needed someone l, they’d be there. It’s comforting during all of his chemo and surgeries. Plus, the breakfasts are awesome. The happy hour reception is beyond good! Better than any other Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at. I’m able to make a meal. In two weeks I’ve only spent money on tipping my drivers and bottled water.

Tried two different dinner meals and breakfast and ALL were delicious; recommening the grilled chicken entree! Front lobby music was pleasant, snacks available for purchase, staff were nice, bathrooms clean, warm water, clean room and sheets. Everything you could ask for from a hotel. 5 star definitely recommend

I'm torn on this because I've stayed here in the past and it was a good property. This instance was far different because they put me in a smoking room on a NON-SMOKING floor!? As a non-smoker this was quite a turn off. The property itself is well kept, coventient to Love Field airport and shopping / dining. I'd stay again to give it another chance based on precious experience.

Love Embassy suites! Such a fan of their *included* fresh, made to order breakfast and *included* manager's reception. They not only have cheese and crackers but great healthy options as well, carrots, celery, salad. And free drinks, even alcoholic beverages. The staff were attentive, pleasant and enjoyable to chat with, especially Alieah. Spacious rooms. Gym was a bit warm to use in the afternoon and you have to walk through the pool area to access it. But, we go there to sweat anyway! Easy to find, ample parking. About 25 minutes from DFW.

I stayed at this hotel for a business training. The Front Desk Service was not consistent but there were a couple very helpful people there. The lunch during the training was provided by the hotel as well as the breakfast and i must say it was pretty good. The room was nice and spacious and room service was great.

I had an enjoyable stay at the Dallas Market Center Embassy Suites. The location was nice, as it was just off of a major freeway, so getting around Dallas from the hotel was usually pretty quick (traffic permitting). The interior of the building was modern and well maintained, including a large atrium in the center to which all rooms are connected. Furthermore, there is a happy hour from 5:30pm to 7:30pm, which is great for unwinding after a difficult day. Also there's a breakfast that puts many other hotel's breakfasts to shame. You could get a made-to-order omelette and/or opt for more of a buffet style method of getting your eggs, sausage, waffles, Oatmeal, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, toast, juice, milk, or water. Also, the staff were courteous and professional. Once again, i enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites Market Center in Dallas, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the area. I will likely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Had a great stay due to Chef Louis Small. We were in Dallas due to my sister having cervical surgery . Chef Louis made her food that she could eat due to a really sore throat from surgery and delivered it to our room himself. When down in the food area he made sure she was take care of and wanted for nothing. This guy was so good to her that he went out of his way everyday for our entire seven day stay. She didn't want for anything. He made staying at this location not only easier on us but enjoyable during a stressful time. A big thank you to Chef Louis Small !!!!!!!!

I stayed one night, my husband stayed five nights, hotel & staff were amazing.
I was having a procedure at UT SOUTHWEST MEDICAL CENTER, the Embassy Suites offers special rates to family's with family members in the the hospital.
It made so easy for my husband, he didn't have to make the 50 mile drive home each night.
Thank you Embassy Suites!!!

We are Hilton honors members and love to use Embassy Suites. They offer a great breakfast in the morning and wonderful snack in the evening. However this Embassy Suite is very lacking. it is definitely showing its age. the sink is coming off of the wall to where you can see the gap in the caulking. Next is the pool, dear God the pool, lots of kids running around unsupervised jumping in the pool. People actually having food and drinks in the pool. really? you didn't get enough at the free buffet and now you think you have to eat in the pool? I understand it's not really the hotel's fault for the behavior of other people's children but it would help if you had some rules and ENFORSED them. There were kids jumping into the pool that nearly hitting my daughter. One girl, I'd say age of about 12 even took the her swimsuit off and waved it around. I understand that you can't always control your children but at least TRY to look like you care. The buffet was lacking not as good as the one in San Antonio definitely. The first night our sinks backed up in the bathroom we called the front desk and they told us that the maintenance man had left for the evening. The next day we went out thinking they were going to fix it while we were gone however they did not we called again the maintenance man came up and asked us if we were going to leave anytime soon. He wanted to fix it while we were gone. I told him we were going to dinner at 6:30. When we got back it was still not fixed. Next day we checked out and I told the front desk to make sure that the sink was fixed before the next guests arrived they acted kind of surprised that there was a problem. Not a good sign. Other than that it was a good stay. The staff was friendly if, I don't want to use the word incompetent, but unhelpful. All in all I still like Embassy Suites, just not this one.

We had an amazing stay at The Cooper Hotel. Our room was large, very comfortable bed, sofa, large bureaus, TV, and best of all, a balcony that opens onto a beautiful stand of trees and a running path. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, but the view was the best part. I will definitely be staying there on my next trip to Dallas.

The reception is friendly with a nice cold bottle of water offered. The king bed room is huge and the bathroom luxurious. The room has Keurig coffee although only two pots. We had ice brought to the room for drinks at night. While the views are mainly of the airport it is a perfect overnight serene place to stay.

I stayed here 3 nights for a conference. The building is beautiful. There is practically no lobby to speak of right now because of the renovations. Most of it is curtained off.My room, 404, was spacious and clean. It did have a post right in the middle which was weird. I was afraid of walking into it during the night. I had one issue with a strange whooshing noise intermittently emanating from the A/C area. When I turned off the fan it stopped. ( I did notify them of this problem,) The other room comment was that the maid "cleaned up" my belongings, rearranging and relocating reading materials, medicines and packing up my toiletries - removing them all from the bathroom counter and putting them "away" on the lower shelf. I found my toothbrush stuck in a bag with my hair accessories! Yuk! Maybe this is considered good service but I would have preferred my things were not touched or moved like this. But overall it was a nice stay. The pool bar area is gorgeous - a great use of the space. And I will say the burger I ate there was my best meal of the whole trip.

The lobby was nice, as were the rooms. Friendly staff. Relatively easy access to the Trinity Strand Trail for running. The breakfast omelettes were great, but the other breakfast items in the heating pans (tots, pancakes) were grim. They'd clearly been cooking for waay too long.

I loved the nice, large & clean room & hotel. The staff was really friendly & helpful. Al is my favorite. The best hotel I've ever stayed out. Kick back & breakfast was wonderful. Close to a lot of things we had to do in Dallas, so it was an perfect location for us. Minutes from downtown. Will definitely visit again.

Rooms were clean and nice. No window to see outside, which kinda made me feel claustrophobic. Other than that, good visit and nice welcoming staff

I came to this hotel for a seminar. It was a nice sized room for the occasion, however, it was very hot with the seminar maxed out. The bathrooms were in a good location and clean. The lunch menu was overpriced at $15 per plate, so I had lunch elsewhere. Overall a good experience and I have already scheduled to attend other seminars at this hotel.

If the manager had not apologized & gone above & beyond to make up for what happened to us during our stay this would have been a one star. We came for Dallas Market & the hotel provides a shuttle to & from market & we were told it runs every 30 minutes which is entirely reasonable. Unfortunately they did not mention that during a market they only had 1 shuttle driver and after calling twice while we were waiting at market (calls 30 minutes apart, we waited for almost an hour) the shuttle driver was supposedly stuck at the airport. I had to have my medication so we were left with no choice but to walk back to the hotel & I am disabled. When we arrived back the shuttle with the driver in it was sitting in front of the hotel napping. The shuttle never passed us as we were walking so the front desk didn't even tell the driver someone was waiting at Market. Spoke with the manager & he was extremely unhappy with the way his staff handled the situation & did what he was able to do to apologize for what happened. We were staying on the Premier floor which includes snacks & drinks each night which was not restocked after the first night so we went down to the desk to get what we were paying an extra $20 a night for & the guy working the desk decided to argue with me. Fortunately the same manager walked by during the attitude I was receiving from the guy @ the desk & he went above and beyond to correct the snack problem. Because of the intense pain I have been in since walking back from market (my pain medication even after 4 days still isn't helping) & the attitude the front desk had I can't give a 5 even though the manager deserves it. The manager has a long road ahead in retraining or in hiring and training new front desk staff. The manager was very apologetic & truly went above and beyond to try & make things right. I felt he was truly upset and bothered by how his front desk staff handled everything.

Very spacious rooms. Staff is friendly. Very attentive too. They have continental breakfast with a great selection. Food is hot which is a huge plus for someone who prefers hot food rather than cereal and fruits only.

For the last several years we have stayed here while attending my husband's company Christmas party. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Beds are awesome. Sunday complementary breakfast is always wonderful and the ambiance is wonderful. Great location with a complimentary shuttle to and from Loves Field airport. Looking forward to staying there again when we are in town.

The embassy suite was an OK hotel for the price of 189. The hotel staff was nice but it seems that was a bit comfortable with there job. I liked the food but I wish I was more options. Everything else was up to par with today's hotel standards not really sure about it being up to Hilton standards though.

Very clean rooms and facilities, the food is as you would expect hotel food to be. However the WiFi in the rooms is spotty at best. Very friendly and helpful staff

Visited Dallas for the banana bar crawl. Everyone at the hotel was fantastic! Friendly and helpful. Appetizers and drinks in the evening were great and breakfast was delicious! (the omelette was seriously amazing) We used the shuttle service as well. Overall we were all extremely satisfied and can't wait to come back next year!

Today is my birthday. I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 2 months, for 5 days each time. I'm here for market and love this hotel. First let me say thanks to Salem in the restaurant, she made my birthday really nice. I get to my room and Ashley, front desk Ashley, Kodee and Sheraton had left a birthday bag with candy bars, water and the nicest birthday card. I love this hotel,it's like home away from home. Thanks to you all for making my birthday away from my family so much nicer. May you all be blessed. Thanks again.

We stayed for a weekend getaway at this hotel. This was the first time we stayed at an Embassy Suites. The hotel was nice, clean and the rooms were very clean. Sometimes hotels get a musty smell but this one smelled new and fresh. The issue I had with the hotel was that when I went to check-in at the correct check-in time, our room wasn't ready. It wasn't a big deal at the time, but if we had been traveling all day and night, I wouldn't want to be waiting for a room. Also the front desk staff in the afternoons weren't the most pleasant, but the staff in the morning was very pleasant. The hotel is nice for the price, but I just expected that the room would be ready at check-in time.

Good place to stay with your family.
