Excellent suite with separate bedroom with king-size bed and living room. Sofa has queen bed. We were in a Pure Room which is their allergy free room. It has an air purifier and filter for shower head. I am allergic to down feathers, so I had foam pillows and non-feather bedding. My stay was very comfortable and the air purifier really helped my other allergies. Also, the front desk clerk, John H, is so nice and very helpful. We will stay here again because John H. made us very welcomed and also because of the Pure Room.

Everything was perfect. The room was amazing and so clean. The staff was super helpful and friendly. It was more than I could have asked for!

The stay was fine, the service was another story..the hotel somehow or another thought I checked out the next day and basically cancelled my reservation. The staff could do a better job of communicating with there guests before assuming one guest is not staying there anymore. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know.

Cant beat free breakfast and happy hour with free drinks! Christina who cleaned my room did an OUTSTANDING job and paid so much attention to detail! Only con are we saw a roach or two in the common area. When addressed with the front desk clerk she seemed to lack urgency in addressing the issue.

Hotel and front desk staff were great. Room was fine typical Embassy Suites room which is great. What was not great was the morning breakfast. Staff was good but the food was either cold, stale, or flavorless. One of the reasons I book the ES is for the breakfast. We have 3 teenagers do the free breakfast is a plus to feed them. So glad this breakfast was free because it was awful.

I enjoyed staying here. Good hotel if you're on business. THey have a nice sized exercise room, but wish the indoor pool was open earlier, and later. Maybe 6-11? What if I want to swim before work, or after dinner? Pool closes at like 10. I like the pond in the hotel, it has two geese. Bar was alright, but I think my manager had issues with his bathtub not draining. I loved the size of the room, and i like the layout with the courtyard--You can tell the hotel is a bit aged. I think they have a chapel too! Good experience.

Embassy suites is our go to hotel chain with our family. The two room suites make family life in a hotel so much better! Usually the couch opens into a bed and there is a door between the room and the outer room. Often they have good happy hour deals including free cocktails and snacks. The breakfast buffet is also a reason for why we go when we are with our kids or without. Usually the omelette station is delicious.

Good hotel. Lacked the proper number of towels. The complimentary breakfast was great with the made to serve omelette bar. Was a little disappointed that I paid for coffee that was served with breakfast. Staff should be more knowledgeable of the items they have. Overall it was a pretty good stay.

Great hotel. Room was large and had everything we needed. There was even swans in the lobby fountain. Clean and friendly. Breakfast was very nice. Lots of choices. Even eggs and omelettes made to order. Very good location. Stores and restaurants close by. will be top on list of places to stay.

The lounge area is beautiful with real plants and two live swans living in the foyer. The pillows aren't as firm as i would like, but the rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful and the two hour Happy Hour is much appreciated.

I love the Embassy Suites. And normally I enjoy my stay. However, this location had an issue with their heat in the lobby , on one of the coldest days of the year, which was also NEW YEARS EVE. It was FREEZING... ALL throughout the evening reception and breakfast, which are usually the highlight of my stay. Not to mention, the workout room was so cold, I had to leave because it was so uncomfortable! I understand every and any business is subject to have issues with their systems to various degrees due to various reasons but this was a very unfortunate experience for me, especially for such a beautiful location. The staff was very nice, I feel bad they had to work in that environment . I will NOT be back to this location.

The location is very Central to the attractions of the area and very easy to find. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. The pullout couch was horrific and so very uncomfortable, I would highly suggest that you sleep on the floor instead. Also, there are two live swans who were raised in the hotel and know nothing else, which struck me as an extremely sad life for two beautiful birds. On the plus side, they had orange water and apple cider with real cinnamon sticks as you walked in which I thought was a good touch. Front Desk employees were hit or miss - some very polite and some very rude. There is an indoor pool and a gym. Basically, I wouldn't stay here again but if you can overlook or avoid these issues you're probably good to go!

Great place to stay. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was always good. I ate an omelet every day. The rooms were clean and up to date. Beds were great. The owner must have an obsession with swans. There were real swans in the common area and swan decor everywhere you look but it wasn't necessarily a bad thing.

We had some troubles with the AC, as we do with every Embassy Suites we've ever been to in the US. Other than that, everything was pretty good. I do really like everything about this location other than the fact their ACs won't cool the rooms below 75. (Yes, you can bump it down as far as you like, cold air will come out, but the room does not cool off at all. It's like it's all being circulated back out somewhere).
The bartender is great, the breakfast is delicious, and the swans are adorable!

Great front desk staff, housekeeping does a wonderful job, and the food was top notch. The bartender needs major help for being in a nice place he sure is an ass that is the only way to explain it. All the people in the seating area talk about him now for the third night in a row kinda funny. The breakfast is lacking compared to other embassy suits best to get up in the morning and go to McDonald's the food is better.

Wonderful stay. Rooms are a little outdated but clean and you can see comfort is one of their top priorities. We did not lack comfort and hospitality. Would not hesitate to come back. Made to order breakfast by Chef Humberto, was magnificent. He was the only Chef to saute the vegetables to softness not crunchy. Other Chef this morning was trying to go too fast. Not very personable like Chef Humberto. Embassy, you have a top notch Chef Humberto. We were very impressed. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location; in the Galleria area, close to the North Dallas Tollway & the 635. The front desk and guest services were really good. Rooms are spacious but you don't expect less from Embassy Suites.

Breakfast is great, both a hot and cold breakfast. The public restrooms are very clean and the place is just nice. There are swans swimming in the common area pool, a nice touch.

The Embassy Suites location is situated less than a mile from the Galleria mall. The property is well maintained and the staff is friendly and cordial. The rooms are spacious with a separate bedroom area and living room area. The complimentary made to order breakfast was filling. There was a great selection to chose from at breakfast. Overall, I would select this hotel again while staying in Dallas.

The hotel experience was great! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a hotel off the toll way and close to the galleria. The breakfast was delicous and the rooms are clean and comfy. They have coffee and fountain drinks and they can provide you ice if you bring drinks from elsewhere. There is an indoor pool which is pretty small and it's 4ft and they also have a hot tub which we enjoyed very much! This hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Five Stars!!

Staff is excellent. From checking in to breakfast the next morning, everyone was very sweet. I had a baby and the breakfast staff helped me with needing extra hands to grab everything from a highchair to coffee and silverware. Would recommend based on staff alone. Room was as expected. I wish the AC could blow a bit cooler (had it set to 60 the entire time) but we bought a box fan at the convenience store next door and it was more than perfect sleeping conditions (the white noise was a benefit for me!)

This is one of the best airport, meeting hotels in the US. The service is outstanding. The rooms, while not new, are in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, comfortable and relaxing. The airport (runway) views are great. Unfortunately, I will never stay at this hotel again. I am resigning my long-term, Diamond relationship with Hyatt, as the new frequent traveler program is a joke. I have transferred all my reservations to Ritz Carlton and will only be staying at Marriott properties in the future. I will miss staying at this property, which was ideal for business meetings with people flying into the hotel from the east and west.

I read some negative reviews of The Adolphus, but they were all centered in the fact that it was under construction. It is, the main lobby area is closed down. I had also read it is an iconic hotel. Yes, very little social area of the hotel in the area... but that´s it. Everything else is absolutely amazing. The rooms are completely refurbished and I know that some floors are still being fixed. It is classic and elegant in the outside, modern and cozy in the inside. Everything in the room was top-notch. Staff were friendly and I did not hear any noise from the construction. The spa and gym just opened, and they are AMAZING. My only observation: sometimes (out of nowhere) the elevator will stop at random places as it´s going down. I was in the 21st floor, so it was kind of annoying, but other than that... I´ll be back, believe me.

Good location, in the city. Has enough parking space, but it is a bit difficult to find parking later in the day. Pharmacy and eating places nearby. Conference room is good and the hotel provides food, coffee and all that's needed for a conference. There was also a compact indoor swimming pool and gym. Overall, seemed like a very decent hotel.

The staff was amazing throughout our stay. The only issue I had was they did not have the cribs set up upon our arrival and when they delivered them, it took me a minute to get them set up as they didn't off to help. Other than that, they were awesome. The only negative about this venue is that I wish they would implement a curfew. With all the suites inside and doors facing a very open center, all noises can be heard throughout.

I stayed 3 nights and I loved it. The hotel itself was nice and the live swans in the common area was pretty cool. The complimentary breakfast was awesome, it was pastries, cereal, fruit and more. They had Omelets, french toast and pancakes made to order. Star bucks coffee, a juice and soda machine was available as well.

Hotel was very noisy at night. Multiple items in the room were broken such as coffee pot, toilet, door, and mirror. Please note the door was the only item we notified the hotel about until check out. I was able to fix the toilet and mirror on my own. Another issue involved insufficient towels and bedding. We requested in advance extra towels and bedding due to four people staying in our room. It took several calls to get the additional bedding and we had to find the extra towels on our own. In all, a decent hotel but attention to detail, particularly regular maintenance and attending to advance guest requests (when reasonable) would improve the overall experience and appeal.

We were really happy with ES! The room was spacious, bathroom very large, beds were comfy. Furnature was a bit dated with drab colors but there was plenty of space to set computers, eat a bite, set things down, etc. The service here was absolutely fabulous! Front desk, especially Courtney, was warm, welcoming, and professional. All of the service personnel were very nice, professional, and efficient. Housekeeping was QUIET, meaning we did not have to hear vacuums in the next room, hallways, chatter etc. VERY nice! Loved the free made-to-order breakfast and free drinks, snacks in the evening. Nit only will I definitely stay here again, but I will be more inclined to search out an ES next time I need a hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights in January 2017 and it was absolutely PERFECT.

Common areas and more importantly, the room was very clean and received excellent daily cleaning/refresh service.

Breakfast was cooked to order and just as good as any other Embassy Suites I have been to.

Location - VERY convenient with a CVS literally next door for stocking up on minor grocery items, toiletries you my have forgotten, etc. Also a couple of fast food places and a couple of small local restaurants all within walking distance.

They also have a small convenience store next to the front desk with chips, drinks (even beer and wine) and the prices are really not outrageous as you would see in some hotels. I was really surprised by this.

Front desk staff is not the most outgoing but don't mistake this for a lack of customer service. I spoke to them several times to ask questions, or request things and they were always accommodating.

Did I mention they have two swans in the lobby fountains????

Great night stay! My wife, two year old son, and myself stayed for a night this past weekend and had a very positive experience . I utilized their workout facility, and swimming pool and was satisfied with both. My son loved the two swans they had in the atrium. We were blown away by the breakfast which included made to order omlets, buffet, and any breakfast food you can imagine; we left very full. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Rooms have fridge, microwaves, coffee makers, ironing board, sleeper sofa. Every room is a suite so adjoining rooms have common for between them. Complimentary cooked to order breakfast in the lobby with omelettes, French toast and other offerings such as fresh fruit, muffins, bagels and cereal. They also have a pair of live swans which guests can feed every morning at 10:30. Also have a bar and snacks for happy hour in early evening. Great stay closer to North Park mall.with complimentary shuttle service to the mall. Great eating options close by. Store right next door in case you forget any essentials. Room service is also available.

Great place to stay. Kid friendly, conveniently located, great breakfast, loved the atmosphere, happy hour a plus, nice pool, great rooms, very roomy & wonderful staff! Meridith at the front desk did an Above & beyond job for me & family! I appreciated her kindness & helpful attitude in what could have been a disastrous situation (screwed up booking on my part through 3rd party website) she took care of my problem & immediately put me at ease, it is staff like her that make stays like ours that much more worth our while! Generally speaking the hotel was fine but they were not prepared for the large number of guests that were staying for the weekend. This lowered their ability to reach the "Embassy Suites Standard". The smell when we first arrived was not so pleasant. So I figured it was because of the swans I read on other reviews.but to my surprise there was no swans? The elevator is super slow, so bring your patience. Also the room had a air conditioning problems. maintenance came in our room to try to fix it but it didn't help much. I called back down to the front desk and she upgraded us to a premium suite for no extra charge. I was very pleased with the upgrade considering it was our 10th anniversary and we was wanting to enjoy the moment. Overall it is a nice hotel especially the happy hour! Breakfast was good too!

My wife and I stayed here at the Embassy Suites from July 24th through July 26th. We had a great time. Barron and Queen were the stars of our stay. I never seen swans up close before. We also enjoyed happy hour (free complimentary cocktails) from 5:30-7:30 PM. The complimentary cook to order breakfast was fantastic as well. I will tell all of my friends and family to stay at The Embassy Suites. The complimentary cook to order breakfast and cocktails adds great value along with the awesome service you'll get when you stay here. Thank you for taking care of us. We'll be back!

We arrived to a clean room the down side it was not large enough for our family. Since the hotel was booked we had to settle for a king and decided to get a air mattress but the room was so small it didn't fit. The bed was too soft for me since I'm used to a firm bed. The service was good very friendly and so was the breakfast. The down side was the room service meals were not the best. The pool was small and only went to 4 ft. It had too much chlorine, the smell over powered the room. Since there is only 2 elevators and the hotel was sold out we had to wait to go up to our room. We tried taking the stairs but the doors don't have a access for you to go up since they lead you outside the building. The hotel was very nice but it did not fit all our needs, over all it was okay.

This is the second time my wife and I stay at this hotel, and just like the previous time we were not disappointed. The entire staff from the desk to maid service has been very curteous and welcoming. Especial kudos goes to James at the front desk for always being attentive to our needs.
