We met a friend who was staying here. I can vouch for their buffet breakfast.... good with some variety. Unfortunately, when I called ahead the person at the desk told me parking was free!! It ISN'T!! The charge would have been $40 for anything over 15 minutes! So I had to park 4 blocks away. My friend said the parking wasn't free for guests either. Just a heads up!

The Embassy Suites hotel was wonderful in many ways. First of all they have a great breakfast out for you everyday starting around 6:30-7. They have a great room service, the pool is a little small with no hot tub, but it is a "heated" pool. They do have a snack time later in the day ending at 7:30 with things like chips and salsa, cheese and crackers, etc. The do have valet's who can take your car and park it or bring it to you. Lastly I love how they give new sheets and towels everyday. 👍🏾

Awesome hotel! The customer service was absolutely amazing and the room was super clean. Breakfast was awesome, fresh to made omelettes or eggs. The Manager’s reception in the late afternoon and early evening was nice. They have both alcoholic & nonalcoholic drinks and snacks. Valet is fast efficient. Definitely recommend!

A fantastic hotel with super rooms and friendly staff. Food is great. Very spacious hotel. Excellent singer on a Tuesday and Thursday if I remember.. Chris Webb. Well worth a listen in the main bar!! If ever I am back in Denver..this would be the Hotel of choice!!

I've stayed here 6 weeks this year and all but two days they had the same exact snacks at the manager's reception: veggies, chips and hot sauce, popcorn and pretzels. At $200 a night you'd think they could change that up. And complaining to the staff doesn't change anything soothing the supervisor did take care of us otherwise one night, bit next two days - veggies. Same is true for breakfast - same exact layout every morning. I've stayed at Homewood down the street and their have much better variety every morning and manager's reception is also better.

Overall though, a really nice hotel and convenient to everything. I'm a runner so it's proximity to the Cherry Creek Trail is really nice. The beds are extremely comfy.

Really nice Hotel with excellent rooms! The hotel Bar and Restaurant served excellent food and drinks... As a matter of fact, the buffalo wings served here are easily the best I've ever had!
The saltwater pool feels really great on your skin and hair, but it definitely could have been bigger. And honestly, they really could have benefited from a hot tub. After all, it is a luxury hotel.
However, my one genuine complaint is the horrible elevator traffic! There are 4 elevators, but they're all very slow and always busy. So unless you're a real night owl, you'd better get used to the over cramped elevator rides during your stay, or hit the stairs!

Great location. Room was very clean. Free breakfast was good. Parking is sort of expensive. Customer service was great though. My key wouldn't work and my name wasn't on the room, they were quick to verify that I was staying and really polite about helping me. I would absolutely stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean and quiet, and service was friendly and prompt. Great location! We were especially impressed with the continental breakfast in the morning! The omelet bar was fantastic!! We will definitely be staying here again!

We stayed at Embassy Suites for two nights and had a very great experience. The hotel is at a convenient location, with many restaurants near by. The stay came with complimentary wifi and breakfast. The breakfast area was always crowded, and we could see people not being able to find seats. Also there were not many breakfast options. We did also use the laundry room during the stay. Guest laundry room was clean and the price was reasonable.

I got particularly good service from one employee in the valet department - hats off to that entire team. The whole staff was excellent. The facilities are top-notch, and you really get the sense that everyone working at Embassy Suites really wants to do whatever they can to make your stay as great as possible. I'm very happy with the whole experience.

Right next to the convention center
The hotel is nice, looks newly remodeled. If you've ever been to a embassy Suites you know what to expect. Free breakfast in the morning. It gets packed. Parking is expensive but there are all day parking lots nearby that are slightly cheaper.

There is a brewery type restraunt and Starbucks right outside the door.

The Rooms are very nice, the staff was warm and welcoming. It's a great location downtown, close to everything. Very affordable in comparison to the other hotels right in the area. I'm very happy with our stay here, I will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place to others, whether an intimate getaway with the significant other, it a family vacation. Oh, and there's free happy hour for guests from 530 to 730!

I loved this hotel. Very sleek and clean. Great location, the suites have separate bedrooms and the hotel is very quiet. The bedrooms block lots of noise from the living room. Delicious breakfast with friendly staff.

Very convenient to the Denver Conference Center. My room on the Premium Floor is nice. However the housekeeping of the hallways is terrible. For days there are trays, towels, boxes, silverware and scraps of paper & strings on the floor. I travel a lot and have never seen hallways like this.

I must comment on breakfasts. This is the best free breakfast I have ever experienced. The complimentary happy hours with munchies should not be missed. Compliments to the management for this.

In town for a few days, first time in Downtown Denver. Haven't stayed at an Embassy in quite a while, but now I feel like I might have to more often. Very friendly staff (the breakfast-to-order cook made me feel so welcome and I didn't even visit his station). The facility is nice. I wish there were a hot tub or sauna, but that doesn't ruin my stay. The valet crew is professional and eager. I didn't expect the cost to be as high as it was, but I guess with in/out privileges, it isn't awful. It's more than half as much next door for a day with no in/out privileges. If I find myself in Downtown Denver again, this is where I'm looking.

Nice hotel. They have a good variety for breakfast. Rooms are quiet and comforting. Don't get lost! The main desk truly is on the 4th floor! Nice location in downtown Denver. Close to lots of different shopping and restaurants.

I have stayed here twice for business, the rooms are large and offer business-friendly furniture like a large table for laptop work, lots of side tables, AV jacks in the furniture for casting to the TV etc. Front desk staff is always very helpful, they always immediately acknowledge guests making you feel welcome. Managers reception is well-arranged and blissfully un-awkward. The free breakfast is well-stocked and has a decent selection of options.

Only rating 4 stars because I didn't sample their cuisine, but everything else was perfect. Customer service was excellent from the moment at check-in to departure with valet. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. Also was great that I booked a room with a Mountain View and actually received it! The bartender in the lounge made us his specialty martini 👌 Pics are views from the 13th floor.

The location downtown is great. It's a whole lot of money for a hotel that only has 3/4 elevators working when they really need 5 to handle the # of guests who stay there. They have 2 grill stations for breakfast cook to order omlettes but only run 1 so lines for breakfast are incredibly long. It took us 40 just to get out breakfast. Line is also very long for managers reception. The windows are dirty in the dining room. The rooms are fabulous and very quiet and comfortable. Again, the location is perfect for downtown Denver entertainment.

Never thought I'd say I thought I was packed into an embassy like a sardine but that is what it's felt like. 4 elevators isn't enough but on Easter weekend they had one down all weekend and it was a nightmare to get an elevator. $44 a day for parking. Parked across the street for a third.. Breakfast line was 50 feet long and the happy hour line is so long I just bought the drink for faster service.

Very nice rooms. Very helpful staff. The happy hour was just okay and had very long lines. Breakfast was better than everage. I didn't like the lobby up off ground level. Parking is very expensive, but in line with other hotels in the area.

We stayed on the top floor. Great view of the city at night. Nice bedroom suite. Had a great continental breakfast...made to order omelettes and a great buffet. Although, it was hard to find plates/silverware... They ran out. And also hard to find a bussed table. Overall experience was positive though!

The Embassy Suites in Denver are across the street from the Colorado Convention Center. You are two blocks away from 15th Street which has all the shopping you can imagine. The first few floors are used for conventions. The convention I attended was amazing to every Last Detail. Everything was super clean and being cleaned during the event. The bathrooms were spectacular. Attendants regularly stocked paper towels and continue to clean throughout the day. The event also featured lunch provided by the hotel. The lunches were amazing and above and beyond what I would expect. I had an amazing time at the Embassy Suites.

Great location by the Bellco Theater. We attended a missed mystery and the hotel looked awesome. Bar/restaurant area spacious with beautiful decor and cool views. Like other Embassy hotels they offer free food (appetizers) and select drinks during their social hour. Be prepared to pay for parking but that's the case with any other downtown hotel.

Rooms were nice however some rooms advertised as having mountain view didn't actually have a view of mountain but instead had view of another building. Breakfast buffet was good, was able to grab a bite before heading out. Parking at $44 a night is overpriced and parking in the city can be found for lower price however several parking lots are not covered parking. Great location for convention center as its right across the street. Close to public transportation. Overall great location, however staff at hotel were not able to handle a group reservation with a contract. Next time we'll probably book another hotel as there are several in the area.

This Embassy Suites was below the standard of what I have seen previously. The bathroom had hair in the sink and what seemed like dirty towels (stains on one and one hanging on the bar that was wrinkled and looked used). Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Managers reception was too busy for us to try going. Breakfast was good. While not the worst place to stay by far, it certainly wasn't the best.

I stayed at what is probably the most chaotic night of the year and the staff was a little behind but did an admirable job keeping up with the turnover and high demand. The room was comfortable for 4 people, the sink in the mini-bar was fantastic to have while others were in the bathroom, and the desk area in the living room was nicely arranged for getting a little work done while waiting for the others to arrive. I would choose this hotel for a long work stay in Denver.

Convenient downtown location and large rooms. I enjoyed the complimentary happy hour and thought that the breakfast was good. The valet service was way over-priced, and one of the attendants passed gas in our rental car when he brought it around.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels you can check them out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...

This Embassy Suites is one of the best I've seen from this particular hotel chain of Hilton. The rooms were clean and spacious. When we had an issue with getting the TV's to work their response time was quick. The breakfast was not the best I've ever had but there was plenty of food and breakfast was included with every room. They had a second food service area that was empty and a bit confusing but other than that I was very pleased with my experience.

Ballroom on 3rd floor for murder mystery dinner. The event was engaging but would have benefitted from giving the guests a few minutes to say hello and mingle before actually starting since it was a holiday party for coworkers. Food was plated but did not match menu and certainly sat in the warmer too long. Staff was rushed and offered many plates they didn't order. The food was actually good despite looking unappetizing from being stored so long. Obviously there's issues cooking for multiple groups of numerous people, but if you're going to offer the service you should be willing to pay for the necessary staff and not try to pinch pennies from the guests or the staff.

Pros :
Location. Its right at the convention center next to 16th st mall.
Rooms : The room quality is great. Big Spacious suites with comfortable mattresses.
Breakfast : Extensive breakfast at the lobby with live Egg Station.

Cons :
Expensive Parking but that goes with all hotels in the area.
Only 1 Egg Station at breakfast. Lot of people line up and it gets really crowded . They need couple of more of these.

Overall , an awesome stay and highly recommended if you want to stay near downtown.

I enjoy Embassy and stay in their hotels quite often. Was not overly impressed with this stay. Rooms were adequate, nothing exceptional. Internet extremely slow. Nothing on the app stated you had to pay for parking and it is extremely expensive. Room service entered our room at 8am on a holiday. Overall dissatisfied, however customer service was very friendly and did what they could after the fact

Spent 4 days here with a conference. The suit was nice and spacious. There were little details like mold in the shower that were offputting but nothing too terrible. Housekeeping was great, everyday. The elevators take forever when the hotel is full and I never found the stairs so going from one floor to the next was a pain. The breakfast is about average for an Embassy Suit but on some days I had to skip it because the line wrapped around the dining hall. Happy hour was great though.

If I was giving a rating for the conference center alone it would be lower. The main room was so drab and poorly lit I couldn't sit there all day. The one banquet style catered meal we received was so "eh" I couldn't finish it. The salad was wilted and I honestly don't even remember what else was served, it was that forgettable. It took forever for a whole table to be served so our food was getting cold because no one wanted to be rude and first. There was not enough dessert. And here's a tip: They charge like $1-$2 more for a drink at your catered banquet than they do at the bar one floor down.

Very great stay - I found the staff very friendly and helpful at all points, even when I wandered over to the desk to ask for a paper clip. Room was nice - top floor and had a mountain view. The included breakfast was absolutely fantastic - good options and helpful staff and lots of places to sit and catch up with people traveling with me.

The stay itself was not bad, friendly staff, clean room.... the problem is much higher up. Almost immediately after checking in, muy information was shared with an outside source who is constantly offering free rooms. This call is not from Hilton, can not be called back (out of service) but repeatedly try to get me to purchase vacation packages after starting they were free one original message. I wouldn't think Hilton would have to make a couple of bucks sharing their customers personal information due to the prices they charge but apparently everyone has a price. I will not be staying with any Hilton property in the future.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Whenever I went to the front desk with questions, they really surpassed all my expectations with the lengths they went to help me. The rooms were very nice and the restaurant food was amazing. Will, the chef that did our omelets this morning, was so sweet, kind, and genuine. He made an effort to correct with every person there even if they were only in front of him for 2 mins. That is a super rare quality. The service in the restaurant was the only thing lacking. It was difficult to get anyone to come back and check on us or refill or waters or even finish taking or order. Fun times!

Location is nice. Rooms are nice. Parking is valet only which can be difficult if you're going to be leaving a lot. Great location to walk anywhere downtown though.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around...

Stayed at the Downtown Denver Embassy Suites again this week, and I was reminded of how lovely the view of the Rockies is from there. Really enjoyed the cooked to order breakfast. Had a nice time at Stout Street Social, the bar and restaurant on the first floor. Downtown is walkable from there - no car needed. Highly recommended!

The hotel is clean and located within walking distance of lots of interesting stores and restaurants. Try the hotel's Happy Hour Prime Rib special! Great pizza is across the street next to the convention center at Pizza Republica. Enjoy!

Spacious suites. Enough room for 2 adults and 2 small kids(on a pull out bed). Great made to order inlets for breakfast, besides the other large breakfast offerings.

Great rooms! Great location right downtown Free breakfast, managers reception every night includes decent appetizers, only downside is no hot tub and the bar closes at 10:45.

The hotel has a great location, close to everything. It's so nice to have such large room when you are traveling. The Embassy Suites always has the best Breakfast and Happy Hours.

Great place on the middle of all the action! I had a wonderful room and great views, too. The free made to offer breakfast was awesome. Check-in was fast and easy. Great help through out the hotel. The construction was not an issue got me at all!! I will stay here again!!

Good downtown location. Very convenient to convention center and to 16th street plaza of shops and restaurants. Self-parking a vehicle is NOT an option, and, the valet service is only so-so. Give them plenty of time.

The location is very convenient, close to the Convention Center light rail station. Unfortunately a couple of the conference rooms were too small, and you could hear traffic and the light rail trains from the conference rooms. Overall though, it was a good place for a conference of this size (about 400 people).

A decent hotel but the free breakfast has much to be improved. I would stay here again as the location is good and it seems clean. But I wouldn't say this is the best hotel I've stayed in.

Looks like it had been recently renovated. Very nice hotel from my perspective. With the nice spacious rooms, free drinks at Happy hour and free breakfast that is actually good, I have always like Embassy Suites.

I am here for a musical theater festival and the hotel is very nice. I am staying on the newly renovated seventeenth floor and it is very clean and put together. Would recommend to anyone visiting the city center.

Can't get much better than this. Breakfast is included and is excellent, hot food with a made-to-order omelet bar. Parking is very steep ($40/day), only downside of the stay.

Staff is very friendly. Not all rooms will have a great view of the mountains. The lunch / supper restaurant was a little slow on service when there were only 3 tables seated. The continental breakfast was great. Within walking distance of many restaurants.

Everything was really good. We stayed for a Christmas party for work, and they accommodated the party very well with nice facilities and faculty. The breakfast in the morning is pretty slow, but still tastes great.

I was in the ballroom for a conference. It was very nice. Box meal that was served was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. All in all a great experience. I'd love to return.

Had an excellent stay over the past three days. Staff was friendly. Perks included free breakfast, and free drinks and snacks between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. Only 2 blocks from 16th Street Mall, which has its own free bus, made getting around 100 times easier. The only complaint I have was that they did not have a change machine when I did laundry. Other than that it was a nice peaceful stay.

Higher end of the price spectrum but excellent service. Happy hour daily (I think) which was awesome. Breakfast in the morning was solid. Overnight valet parking is $40 though.

Went in to ask if we could get some cash off our card because the parking meter was not working properly. The lobby was exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was there for a 3 day conference and it was great! We were set up with a large, beautiful room for our meeting that was constants tucked with drinks. The food was great, it was nice not to have to plan running somewhat eat during breaks

Such a great hotel and all the staff there is amazing. Everyone from the front desk to wait staff and house keeping are super friendly and ready to greet you with a smile. My only drawback (not worth a bad score) is the breakfast bar and its omelet station which can get quite congested if you come down for breakfast too late in the morning. Everything else during breakfast is perfect. Additionally, the manager's reception each evening is most excellent. Icy cold beer and mixed drinks, along with buffet style snacks, are a welcomed treat to start your happy hour. The location is amazing and only steps away from great food venues, awesome entertainment and plenty of shopping. You should definitely check out 16th Street Mall.

The front desk staff are very friendly. When I arrived hours before check in, they gladly held my bags and didn't mind my hourly calls to see if my room was ready.

The included breakfast is great! There's a cook there to build a customized omelette, fresh fruit and pastries, cereal, hot bacon, sausage and country potatoes.

Also, the Comp Managers Reception is fabulous! Free well drinks, wine, beer and snacks from 5:30-7:30 nightly.

I stayed there for 2 nights. The service received was exquisite, the valet team specifically was incredibly helpful. They absolutely exceeded my expectations and made my trip much more enjoyable and stress free. They were able to give me accurate driving directions, brought my car to me in a timely fashion, and always with a smile on their faces. Nik, Stefan, Luke, and Justin were the four guys who I had death with primarily. Each were just as helpful as the one before. They even were able to help me bring my luggage up to my room, as well as bring it down and even load it into my car for me when I was checking out.

I travel a lot for my buisness and I have to say, this was probably the best hotel experience I've had in quite some time. All in all, I had an incredible experience at this hotel. I will definitely be coming back and staying here again. Cheers!
