ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Nice free happy hour with new Belgium brewing beer and friendly bar staff. The pool was overflowing with kids and the outdoor hot tub was no different. Don't expect to use those facilities without loud splashing and screaming. The regular beds are comfortable but the sofa bed is a different story. When we unfolded it from the sofa there was a pile of old popcorn left behind that was clearly not vacuumed by cleaning staff who made the bed.

This was a very nice hotel. It is the closest Embassy Suites to the airport that I could find. It is in a group of hotels and restaurants that make it easy to give us travelers choices of where to stay and what to eat.
There appeared to be plenty of parking.
The staff was very friendly.
They room was clean and well appointed in the standard Embassy Suites configuration of a living room and a bedroom with a bathroom in between.
They had Happy Hour and offered table service if you wanted to order food but it was a little pricey for us so we drove to get something to eat nearby.
They have an airport shuttle that you can sign up for that we took advantage of for the next morning.
Overall it was a very nice place to stay for an evening.

Needed only one night and wanted to be close to the airport this very nice and clean. Would like to have been able to spend a few days there. The hospitality hours were nice, good staff and very modern and clean hotel common are and rooms.

Front desk staff was welcoming as soon as I arrived. I had an early flight, so they were able to reserve me a spot for the early (4am) shuttle. The room itself was clean and spacious. There was free parking. Can't think of anything to complain about! Would definitely stay here again.

Always a great place to stay. Newly renovated public spaces. Great staff team. Cleean & comfortable rooms. Easily the nicest accommodations near the airport.

A decent version of the Embassy Suites model. The rooms open out to a 7 story tall atrium with a bar/dining area on the ground floor. We stayed in a king suite and had a comfortable stay. A plus that kicked it to 5 stars: they made a limited array of custom breakfasts, e.g. eggs, omelets and the like, all for free. For the price we paid, this is pretty darn tough to beat.

Room accommodations were nice but the only free thing offered is the hotel shuttle. Bottled water was $3, internet is $15 unless you are a Hilton's Honors member. Front desk staff was cordial but not informative so if you don't ask questions you will miss out on what is offered. We were also given a room by the elevators so we could hear them going up and down all night.

Clean and spacious rooms.

The 3 stars was for free Happy Hour with snack bar (which deserves the MAX amount of stars). The stay: 3 nights. The first two nights were awesome. The last night we had a medical emergency and they wouldn't even give us a ride to the ER (they do give rides to the airport and nearby places which is invaluable at any hotel). We ended up having to stay in Denver an extra day because of the unexpected emergency. I had to haggle and beg to get the rate we paid the first two nights on the third night (which was a difference of $70). What made it worse is that are toilet clogged and they absolutely would not show up to fix it. It was the worst thing ever. Awful.

My favorite Hotel chain. Great suites. Great common areas. Great people. Cody impressed, going out of his way to solve computer issues and otherwise make our stay the best possible. This particular Hotel desperately needs Business Center upgrades. And the food was not as good nor the service at breakfast as attentive as other Embassy Suites we've been to. Still... If this place is similarly priced to a 3 to 4 star hotel close by, this will be your nicest option. My opinion, of course!

Great suite-style rooms with multiple rooms. The hotel is shaped like a square and you enter the room from the middle of the square, so you have exterior (outside the hotel) and interior windows (inside the hotel) to give you multiple views. Multiple TVs in each room too. Great breakfast and happy hour. Workable gym and business center.

Nice, well kept facility. Great shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. I especially liked the fitness room; It had 4 nice treadmills and at least 2 ellipticals. Complementary breakfast was superb and included an omelet bar.

It's the normal Embassy and it is clean and the bed is fine. I only stayed here to literally sleep and then wake up to go to the airport. The 3 stars is purely on the experience I had for the short time I was there. I was checked in and that's it, reception was not very helpful or happy to be there and they didn't activate my key so at 11 pm at night I had to lug my stuff back downstairs and get it activated. I was scared to even ask if my rewards card was attached so i didn't get a sigh. The breakfast was fine, wish there were more healthy options besides apples.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver International Airport is one of favorite places to stay when passing through Colorado. Comfy rooms, happy hour and a great gym. This is the place to stay after fun on the road, in the sky or working the office of all day.

The rooms are very nicely put together, good breakfast, awesome customer service. Just VERY dirty. Both bars of soap in my room we're used and covered in hair. Long dark hairs all over the room. Garbage on the floor. Cigarette burns on the sheets. Just nasty. Free drinks at the bar from 5 to 7 though

Not Embassy Suites I always book.

The shuttle service from the airport is short and convenient. The hotel is a little dated and during our stay under construction. The rooms are spacious and clean. The free happy hour drinks was a big hit with our group. The menu was very limited and for the prices not worth eating in the hotel. But breakfast was decent.

I know the reputation of Hilton Chain Hotels and I also know the Hotel is under renovation, but I think the should do better for the rooms and the Iconic Breakfast. What a regular and fast breakfast, ready to take and leave. I hope to go back after current work is done and to see the improvements that are definitely needed.

You can always count on EMBASSY SUITES for quality service, amenities and accommodations (including an exercise room and day spa). The facility was very clean (A+), the staff were helpful and friendly. We had a one-bedroom suite, the linens and bedding were superb and extremely comfortable. As usual, we were given a full breakfast buffet at no extra cost. We received a good night's rest and complimentary shuttle service to the airport at check-out time.

The staff is incredibly helpful and kind here. I went down for breakfast late one day and they pulled all kinds of options back out just for me, and I didn't ask for that! The manager at the front desk is so nice and very good with local recommendations and transportation options. The shuttle took me to and from the train to downtown for free. There is a living space with a HUGE t.v. and pull out bed in every room. If you're staying by the airport in Denver, I would absolutely say stay at the suites!

I use this hotel a few times a year when I'm traveling for work. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are always clean. Room service is decent. There's free breakfast every morning. I'm a fan of the manager's reception at the bar every evening. It's close to the airport, and they provide a shuttle that will transport you for flights that leave at all sorts of ungodly hours. It's one of my favorite hotels. I don't think you can go wrong by staying here.

I would've given more but I paid extra for the premium suite to have the free snacks in the room and they never refilled them. Then charged me for drinking a bottle water in the room. When I got the bill they also tried charging an extra $100 for each of the last 2 nights there. One of the elevators was out of order after the first day and stayed down which made for waiting on the elevator horrible. The cook in the morning who makes the omelets was really great and the set up of the rooms are really nice. When I went down to use the pool and hot tub I was disappointed. The pool maybe only goes to 5ft and was always crowded when I went down in the evenings. Even after 11pm and it closes at 12. There were kids unattended in the hot tub that were trying to swim and play in it and splashing around. So all in all it could've been a lot better experience but this time around it was just ok.

I never had a bad experience at an Embassy Suites until I stayed here . The sofa bed was rock hard and my daughter got very little sleep. The floor of the shower is dangerously slick and my daughter-in-law almost fell twice. I called in advance so that my daughter would be able to have access to my room before my arrival but there was no record of the call when they arrived before me. I will not make the mistake of staying here again.

It's everything you would expect from an Embassy Suites, and more!

Met expectations: Super clean room, super clean amenities, super clean lobby, awesome eats/drinks, friendly and professional staff, updated materials, welcoming feeling from everything everywhere.

Here are the added bonuses: The shuttle is prompt and service is always friendly, and we know a great hotel does not always mean a great shuttle. The stay-and-park is no longer free, but is one steal of a discount! The happy hour is fantastic, and nowhere else have I found the fried dough they provide. This is complimented easily by table seating for groups of friends, cushy couches for the fams, and/or the room for everyone to just crowd around the bar if that's the scene they want.

Will not need to look anywhere, let alone decide to stay anywhere else!

Happy hour, complimentary breakfast, two room suite, pool with hot tube but it would be nice to have the hit tube inside with the pool and a sauna. It would be nice to have a salon or a spa. Sometimes the price is just right or too high. Friendly staff. It would be a bonus to get a second room for half the price. It's a good place to stay for a get away weekend.

We stay here frequently. They have improved their evening happy hour snacks. Much yummier than goldfish and popcorn. Free breakfast is good and has everything from made to order to oatmeal and fruit. Sometimes parking can be a bit of a pain when their lot is overfull.

I would gladly give this hotel less than 1 star. We called to be certain the shuttle knew to collect us from the airport and which doors. The staff said it would be 15-30 minutes. We waited 35 minutes and called again. The staff informed us the shuttle was back at the hotel and it would be another 15 minute wait. After 20 minutes the shuttle pulled up and could fit only one person. We are in a cab on our way to the hotel and are extremely displeased.
Update: Expressed our unhappiness at the hotel front desk and they said they will refund us the cost of the cab ride. Thanks for working to make it a little bit better. Rating updated to 3 stars.

Pretty nice place. Staff was super nice. Gym was better than typical hotel gyms. They have a happy hour and they have a complimentary, made to order and/or extensive breakfast buffet. Lovely stay at the Embassy Suites by the Denver Airport. Room was very comfortable and relaxing. Great benefit to have the evening happy hour, we checked in at 7PM and still had time to partake of a few complimentary glasses of wine and snacks before we went back to the room. Breakfast is great with made to order omelets and a wide variety of breakfast foods. Strangely there was no bacon on the buffet that morning but there was ham and sausage. No worries it didn't detract from our stay. Excellent value for the price.

Love the mining theme at this hotel, it's visually enticing. That was the biggest draw to coming back. Huge tv's in the room, fast Internet, comfy bed, nice shower, friendly staff. Only downside was a noisy A/C unit in my room. Also would be nice if they put the water in the fridge so it was cold on arrival. Overall a great place and I look forward to returning.

We met some family (from out of town) here that were visiting CO to go on a bus tour. We attended a catered dinner. We have two people in our family with celiac disease. (We don't tend to eat out much). I had many concerns to be sure that my daughter and I could dine safely. Christine (the Catering Manager) was very attentive and understanding of my concerns. And we spoke many times to address all of my concerns and she was professional and accommodating each time. Prior to the dinner I spoke with Paul (from the kitchen). I had some concerns about some of the ingredients and he was able to bring the product containers out so that I could read ingredient lists (as many gluten ingredients are found under names that you would not expect - and gluten is often not called out on the label of many foods). An ingredient that was used in the buffet was questionable - so Paul grilled up the meat in the kitchen (without the semi-glaze)- just for us!) WOW! This is above and beyond customer service!!! As a parent of a child with dietary concerns - I so appreciated the attention to detail of ALL of the staff that I spoke with. We could not eat the dessert provided on the buffet so they brought us a fruit bowl... We left there happy, safe and feeling great!!!!! I can't thank Embassy Suites enough. You made our dining experience a very positive one! Thank you. We WILL be back!!

Normally, my family and I love Embassy Suites. But this location wasn't the greatest. The rooms are nice, but the maids hadn't cleaned a lot in the bathroom. Dirty mirror, etc. The pool had so much chlorine in it that two days later my hair still REEKS of it, despite multiple shampoos. The charge for WiFi is absolutely ridiculous. However, the staff was friendly, and the little store they have down in the lobby saved my mom from some awful, painful heartburn at 2am.
