I use this hotel when I am in Denver with work.

Personally I do not like the suite layout but is functional and it works but the suites are now looking tired and in need of sprucing up.

If you are looking for a nice place to go this place will not impress. If you need a functional room for up to a week this is perfect.

The best aspect of this hotel is breakfast, in particular the cook to order omelette bar.

The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, overall good for work

I loved my stay, suites & lobby are very nice. However my only complaint would be the front desk...management was helpful but they charged to my card without notifying me, locked me out of my room, and announced from accross the lobby that I needed a new card... fortunately I had already refilled my card, clearly the front desk was not communicating properly with management. Not professional.

Minus the room smelling like someone recently smoked in it, the room was amazing. I'm always impressed with embassy suites and their standard of furniture. The breakfast was on point. The pool looked promising but we didn't get a chance to go in.

It seems to be a very popular place, and it deserves the crowds it receives. The location isn't the most central, but it's also not too noisy and it's a quick drive into town. My queen suite was nicely appointed and very clean. Two tvs, three sinks and a fridge. If I had one complaint, it would be that construction had disabled half the elevators.

Embassy suites is ALWAYS the best hotel to visit. The breakfasts and happy hours easily add $60 dollars onto the value of the room if you are staying with two people. when you think of it that way, your room really only costs $50. What a deal! I love this company, have never had a bad experience.

I am truly enjoying my stay. Big spacious clean rooms, great ambiance and decor in the main hotel area, staff and is very friendly and kind and the breakfast is amazing. I use to stay at another hotel which was also good but when my company switched my hotel. I knew this is where I would stay going forth.

I had a reservation at the other Embassy nearby, but came here on accident. The front desk here was extremely accommodating - ended up staying here instead & they handled everything with the other hotel. I was surprised by their lengthy room service menu, and reasonable costs ($12-15 for sandwiches including side & large salads). I ended up getting room service twice & it was quick and great! The only complaint is their small bar area, which is a bit of a pain during happy hour; guests tend to squeeze in the immediate seating area and it makes it difficult to maneuver around to order. Moving the tables & chairs around to give more space for ordering seems like an easy solution.

This is a good get way property. I have always liked the open concept of the Embassy Suites.
🏊The pool area is nice but it was VERY crowded when we went down for a dip, (does have an adults only time from 10-11pm).
🍺The cocktail hour is nice for a snack and the bloody Marys were made with my favorite mix.
🍳The best is the breakfast!!! Almost everything (of course not crab legs or salmon) you might want to have for breakfast...omelette bar, good coffee, French toast, oatmeal with toppings, crispy bacon and really good sausage.
Our room was nice. The only turn off was the smell. Like rotten eggs..not super bad but not plesent. I had brought a candle so after a few minutes it wasn't too bad. Overall from what I saw, a solid run hotel.

We stayed here Thursday night with our two boys. The evening reception was nice, especially the free drinks. The pool was smaller than what we had anticipated, but the boys enjoyed it. The hot tub was nice! Our double bed suite was spacious, it was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, my wife and I each had made to order omelette and the boys enjoyed the fresh fruit, and of course, cereal. Overall good hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is so nice! All the rooms are suit style so you have a living room for company and a door to the bedroom. The breakfast here is absolutely amazing!!!!! The price is high compared to normal hotels but don't let that discourage you from checking this place out. We were there for a wedding and we decided to Uber to the reception but the hotel offered a complimentary ride there and back! Highly recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway or really anything, but make sure to stay for breakfast!!!!

Room service was very slow. Had to call several times with no one answering. Finally got the front desk to assist. Took about 30 minutes till I could speak to someone and place order. Once order was placed the food arrived quickly.

Very clean and modern building and rooms. Breakfast is great free omelets plus pancakes, French toast, fruit, pastries also happy hour free apps and drinks. Would stay here again. Only complaint is room service at times comes to clean rooms kinda late in afternoon because it's such a big hotel and sometimes you can hear the tv in the neighbors room which kinda sucks if your trying to sleep. Other than that pretty nice place to stay at. There's also a gym with dumbbells, treadmills, and indoor swimming pool

Great service, great food, and a very comfortable affordable choice! I recently stayed there and realized I left a bag after I was 3 hours away from Denver and Max and the house keeping manager pulled through and helped my find my bag. They were amazing. Stayed for a couple of nights before heading off on a road trip. Very pleasantly surprised. Loved the check in and digital key via the Hilton honors app as our flight was delayed and we didn't get to the hotel until nearly midnight. By this time nobody was on the desk but we could just go straight up to the room. The free breakfast is great, loved the omelette station! Also a really great perk is the complimentary evening reception - our night we had Nachos and dip and includes soft drinks and beer/wine/cocktails. I believe the atrium has recently had a refurb and it looks great. The bed was very comfortable - just what we needed after a 24hour journey. We had a top room floor which had lovely views out to the mountains. The 2 rooms made it very spacious. Should we ever return to the Denver area we would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and quiet. The fitness center was nice with three working treadmills. The breakfast was good, however, on the first day there were no forks and on the second day they ran out of apple juice and milk. Small things, but certainly made our stay less pleasant. Overall we would probably stay there again.

As a whole, I really like this place. It's nice and clean, and the rooms are spacious. The bartenders are always friendly and make great drinks. There's a reception every day from 5:30 to 7:30. You can get some typical snacks (pretzels, hummus, nuts, veggies) and drinks for free.
What I don't like - my fiance and I really like to sleep with our room below 70 degrees. I have been here 3 times, and every room struggles to go under 70, with none ever making it under 69. There are only two tiny vents for a big suite. I called downstairs all three visits to see if something could be done (higher fan speed or something..), but their maintenance people said "well, the AC is blowing air. It's working." To which I always said "yes, but it's not working well enough..the room hasn't cooled down in three days." Nothing has ever been done about it. The maintenance people shrug and go on about their business. My fiance and I slept miserably every night during every stay, hoping that the AC will go down at least one degree in the next 24 hours. It never did.
Also, if you are someone who likes hooking things up to the TV in hotel rooms, USE THE REMOTE FOR THE BEDROOM ON THE TV IN THE LIVING ROOM!!! Do not listen to the staff that says you can't switch the input on the TVs because they "just got new and improved TVs". It is possible, but only with the remote from the bedroom. You'd think that is something they would be aware of, especially since the front desk AND maintenance guy told me "you know, I wish it was possible to switch the input on the TVs..lots of people ask on a daily basis" as if it was rehearsed. It IS possible.

So while I do have some gripes about this location, I will continue to come here because of its closeness to my fiance's work. I do not look forward to my future visits.

The property has had a complete makeover and the all around quality is evident. My room had all the amenities I needed to be comfortable and get work done when I needed to. Spacious areas and plenty of outlets were all part of the attention to detail that made my stay enjoyable. The room service menu is reasonably priced and the service was quick and professional.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and good food with nice drink deals for kids and adults during "reception" hours. Great breakfast that could use a little tweaking. Would have been 5 star but 1) pool area was pretty gross (water was clean, poolside had litter and debris, hair etc as did our hallway) and 2) had to ask lobby to please turn down music at 1145PM as it was keeping us awake ( and we were on the 8th floor) and 3) we had a ton of kids sports teams staying the same day/night and at breakfast time the next day it would have been a lot of help to have signs up to direct traffic to where to go for what. It was chaos for the waffle/omelette line causing chaos throughout breakfast area as no one seemed to know where to line up or for what. Overall a great stay. We will be back! Thanks to trainee Lisa for her help with our reservation! And if you're a parent, please don't let your kids run around like wild animals- show some class-others are trying to relax!

This hotel follows the pattern of other Embassy Suites hotels with a large central atrium with a restaurant for a free breakfast and a bar area with plenty of comfortable seats. In the evening a reception is held with light food items and drinks. My room was very comfortable with a sitting area, table and chairs, small kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom is located in the center of the suite, separating the living room from the bedroom in the back. The beds were comfortable with medium firmness. There were two TV's, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. There was a small safe in the closet, big enough to fit a laptop. The room was very clean and well kept. WiFi was reasonably quick in my room, even during the evening. The people at the front desk were very friendly and efficient for check-in and check-out, and offered good advice on locations of interest and restaurants nearby. This hotel is a bit of a drive away from downtown Denver, but convenient for business meetings in the Tech Center area southeast of Denver.

Great hotel! They had just finished remodeling their foyer and it was fabulous. We enjoyed dinner here one night as well and it was very good. The pool isn't huge, but sufficient to play around in - you wouldn't want to try and swim laps in it.

Update: I went from 4 stars to 5 stars after the rude neighbors checked out after 2 days.

Michelle H (housekeeping) and Randy (chef) as well as several front desk clerks made our stay feel like a warm welcome home. Michelle is a ray of sunshine...she's outstanding! Was a sweet blessing to this hotel.

The decor here is very nice. The bed is extremely comfy. The snow adds to the atmosphere. Oh, and they make a very nice breakfast. Randy, the chef, is always so friendly and makes a great omelette, perfect waffles, etc.

They have evening receptions...which are very nice. A lot of snacks and a 2 drink max. This includes wine, beer, and several liquor options on the rocks.

The gym is nice, as is the pool. Though the pool is always packed with kids on weekends.

I'm currently staying here for my first time. The staff have been very sweet and helpful, but considering I was unable to rest last night because of poor sound insulation and our neighbors were up all night talking loud and laughing, I felt like I was in a party motel.
They really need to invest in sound proofing the rooms.

It was a good stay. Nothing much to complain about except the hot tub was a bit off color but the maintenance guys were working on it so it wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was great and the evening reception snack was hummus and Carmel corn, my wife loved it. I would definitely stay here again.

My father started a tradition many years ago of having us all hold a staycation at an Embassy Suites may years ago; this weekend we continued this tradition for the first time without him. The rooms were lovely, the evening cocktails wonderful, the pool was delightful (albeit cold) and I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast (which was a made from scratch vegetable omelette with biscuits and gravy). My major criticism was that plates of food were left outside the rooms from the moment we arrived and remained when we left as well as the associated carpets here let un-vacuumed. Other than that though, this was a perfect overnight getaway.

We usually stay at the Embassy Suites -Tech Center when we are in Denver. We can fit us and our 4 children in a single room. Having a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning is very helpful as well. We like this area. There is a Target close by to pick up any items we need while traveling

Stayed overnight with the family. Kids enjoyed the pool. There were lots of families staying there, kids playing in the hall way. Overall this was not a problem for us as it was the weekend. As well, even with noise in the hallway the room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was great as is always been my findings at embassy suites. The hotel was recently renovated and is quite nice.

I come here with my family about every Thanksgiving (because reasons). So this feels like home. The rooms are very nice, pool is big and clean, and lobby is welcoming. What's my one problem?

Well, one lady in the staff REALLY hates kids. I don't know if she's the manager, or a very uptight employee, but she hates EVERY form of joy. I'm 13. The last time I stayed here, I couldn't leave my room for 5 minutes without her giving me "the evil eye" or telling me "YOUNG MAN, WHERE ARE YOUR PARENTS?!!" And I'm not the only one. My family once also decided to go with a few friends of ours. They have 2 kids, and apparently they had the same problem on numerous occasions. And it's not like we were doing anything wrong or immature. Most of the time I'm just getting ice for the room, or walking around leisurely. She once gave me direct orders to go back to my parents immediately.

I really wonder if she hates kids as much as it's implied. Maybe she is a part of some "hotel manager cult", where the members believe there is a Hell for kids who dare to have... A SOMEWHAT ENJOYABLE TIME.

I know someone is going on staff to read this, and I don't intend to fire this person. And maybe I'm just too young to interpret strict guidelines as strict, and not "mean". I just hope this person (if still employed), will be willing to not be so uptight, and try not to go for the "powerful woman in-charge" angle as much. And I'm sure this person works very hard, but please try to vent your obvious anger NOT towards children (unless they are doing something to the extent of screaming nonsense throughout the hotel).

They were renovating during my visit for work, but it was an excellent hotel. Breakfast is excellent and the front desk staff were very friendly. In addition, courtesy concierge was very nice to get our group to dinner one evening. Lastly, the renovation was close to complete by the last night of my trip. The new lobby and central portion of the hotel are outstanding.

Attractive, comfortable hotel in a good location. Probably the best breakfast setup I have ever seen at an Embassy Suites. I have the a 3-star because of how dirty the hotel was. Floors in the public area desperately needed to be mopped, the elevator windows were grimy and had dried liquids on them, and the grout in our shower was filthy. I hope the management addresses the housekeeping issue, because it brings the hotel down dramatically.

We had a suite and it was nice.
If I could give it 3.75 stars I would.

We were not at all impressed with the breakfast. We got down there at 930 and there were a LOT of empty spaces with just a few crumbs of food in them. We ended up checking out before we expected to in search of food.

We were also promised a few things by the staff that never happened.

All that said we would stay here again .

Embassy is always nice. This location is doing major renovation at the moment (Oct 2016) so the atrium is completely closed. They're supposed to be finished in early 2017, so it should be great then. In the meantime, they're still managing to have a nice happy hour and breakfast. The staff was very friendly, and are handling the adjustment great!

My husband and I have date nights and stay at different hotels. This was our favorite! Free drinks in the evening and made to order breakfast the next morning was awesome. Rooms were great, we had fun. Only 20 minutes from our home we will be back for our next date night. Staff was super friendly too.

We spent two nights here over labor day weekend. Sunday night there couldn't have been an empty room in the place. Kids running wild everwhere, it was complete chaos. They all left on Labor day and we had the place to ourselves Monday night. What a difference. Staff was responsive, helpful, and the breakfast staff went out of their way to help us get fed and on the road. Nothing was cleaned up from the chaos when they we left, but I don't fault them, as the task was monumental. We would definately go back. Location was very good if you don't want to be downtown. It's only about 10 minutes away, barring traffic.

Great room. Friendly staff. Bed was comfy. Shower was good. Internet was quick. Breakfast was fast and made to order. I think this might be my first top rating on a hotel and they earned it. Hope to be back.

Loved this place. King suites are the best family value out there. Add in long pool hours, free made to order breakfast, free happy hour drinks and food, plus local things to do and you're golden! Great staff as well.

Great Value hotel. You get 2 hours of (included with the room price) drinks and hordurv's at night. In the morning you can have a made to order omelet along with many other options for breakfast. The only thing that gives them 4 instead of 5 stars is the fact that the rooms, mainly the bathrooms need updating.

Not the newest but very nice. Outstanding staff and management. I typically take grandkids to the Embassy Suites when on vacation. This Embassy Suites had a special drink area for kids and a separate room for movies in the evening, great idea!

Excellent hotel with very nice suites. The rooms are large, are well lit and nicely laid out. The bar area is nice and the seating area for eating or just lounging is very large and didn't feel cramped. The morning omelet bar is a great bonus.
