• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:

- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

My company held meetings at this hotel for a couple of days. I was surprised by how nice it was. Our meetings lasted all day, and the room we were given had plenty of space and fast WiFi. A light beakfast was served buffet-style in the room during the morning, and in the afternoon the provided plenty of snacks, coffee and hot tea. Lunch was also provided each day in the main dining area in the lobby, and the food was excellent. This is a great place to hold meetings, conferences, or other events.

I love the layout of the facility. One awesome thing is each staff wears a name tag with there place of origin. It's great to see multi national and multi cultural staff. The buffet style breakfast is why I go back every year without fail. I love the custom ordered omelette and ok sized fitness studio.

Great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was just like you'd expect. The weight room had a decent set up with the free weights I needed. I'm sure I'll stay here again.

The conference facilities for corporate meetings are wonderful. Great meals, and snacks throughout the day make meetings a pleasure. Nothing is lacking.

For a room over 150 I expected much more. The food and other amenities that are included are nice but not for the price. I would rather have paid 100 and eaten elsewhere, but the bed was soft and the pillows were too soft for me.

Room was very clean. I really like the set up with the 2 room 1 king suite. Staff was friendly and helpful. They recommend a tepenyaki restaurant that was great. I love the Embassy Suites breakfast. They really do a good job making you feel special with the made to order omlets and pancakes. Let's not forget the complimentary drinks and snacks at night. We will definitely be coming back to the Embassy Suites Greensboro Airport.

Beautiful, clean hotel! Our 2 night stay couldn't have been more wonderful. The cleaning and service staff were very attentive and we never ran out of amenities. Breakfast had many options and was always hot. We didn't get a chance to visit the bar area, but it was packed every night and they even gave us 2 complimentary drink tickets. Would absolutely stay again!

The hotel staff are great. Very kind and accommodating. This was the second weekend in a row that I stayed with them for a work event. I had not stayed in an Embassy Suites hotel before but after my experience there the last two weekends, I will be back for sure.

We love coming to this hotel-the only hotel we stay at when coming to NC...and I would've given 5 stars except for our last stay 3 weeks ago...the last experience resulted in having to call the front desk which I've never had to do! Children running around like they were having a track meet...playing on the elevators and more running! Parents need to control their kids! Other than that, everything was good.

This property was a typical ES hotel with the exception of the breakfast staff. They were rude to some guest and repeatedly discontinued service early. Someone must have complained because the next staff provided great service. The best went out in the pool and my daughter could not swim for two days. The staff jumped on it and got the poll fixed and compensated us. There was a flower pot in the walkway that no one knew about. I complained and they moved it two days later. Overall the management staff was top rated. They were on the ball and worked to fix things and address my concerns.

This is not the best Embassy I have stayed in. It is dated. However peaceful location. Breakfast was just ok. Bath tub did not appear to be cleaned properly. Carpet had lumps in it. Overall room rate was not bad so I won't complain. But this will not be on the top of my list when I return to the area.

Really enjoyed my stay here at the Embassy Suites in Greensboro. The service at check-in was good and the layout of the hotel is very open in the middle with a central elevator that goes up to all of the floors. My room was very spacious and clean. It really had everything I needed and the bedroom was very comfortable. There is a workout room, a gift shop, food/bar area and a huge eating space for all times of the day. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel in Greensboro.

We like the location being located near the freeway and the breakfast is Great. Rooms need to be renovated. The carpet had large ripples in it. Shower head was old had water deposits on it and didn't spray well. We will stay again, but Embassy needs to up its game.

My fiance is a gold member, but this was my first stay with Embassy Suites. The room was beautiful and the staff was very kind and courteous. We were there for an event with many people trying to check out before the meeting started. The staff remained courteous even when people tried cutting in front to ask questions. They were very focused on taking care of each guest even when the guest wanted something outside of the "rules". I was impressed.

Being a traveler who averages 150+ nights a year in Hilton properties I'd describe this location as just average. Staff was friendly and helpful at check-in but the property is dated. The water feature in the atrium isn't operable which creates an eyesore. The rooms are large but quite dated in their decor and features. I can't recall the last time I was at a property that didn't have power outlets on the night stands. The only issue I had was I called the desk and set a wakeup call but never received it. I would stay again if I had to but I'd be certain to request a room away from the highway.

The Embassy is our hotel of choice. The full course breakfast is all that and then some. Service is normally good. The happy hour and cooked to order omelettes are above the rest. It's a great place for family, business and leisure. It's very close to the airport as well. The rooms are very spacious and most come with a full size pull out. So check it out, I'm sure you'll enjoy.

Really loved the suite we stayed in for a convention and the cost was not very much more than the standard room. The seating area in front was spacious and the sleeping area in back was perfectly segmented for noise reduction. The manager's reception and breakfast buffet was great.

Stayed here while my family visited from Florida and it was really nice. They had hot cider waiting for us when we came in from the cold and great happy hour! I recommend staying here when visiting the triad area

No complaints so overall good.
Friendly staff, complimentary made to order breakfast. Made to order included only a 'custom omelette' option.

Suites have a lobby (huge one) in the center and rooms around it. They host events in the lobby. So, it can get noisy sometimes.

I stayed in a 2 room 1 king bed suite.

This place is not what it used to be. Staff customer service is great. However, I must point out a few inconsistencies. My room had prominent stains on the floor. I have pets. Stains can be removed it masked pretty quickly. At breakfast and into happy hour, the floor was sticky such that I thought my shoes would get stuck. It was an unnecessary negative.

On a positive note, the digital key is a big hit with me!

It was a pleasant experience with all that was going on customer service was a priority. Room were nice and neat but overall concern after speaking with other travelers was the bathtubs some could have used a little more attention. Overall staff was pleasant and patient with rvrn the most extreme guest.

Nice and comfortable hotel with some nice benefits. Rooms are big, but the bathrooms are tiny, the beds are half decent. There is plenty of space for up to 4 people. The breakfast is free in the morning, and while nothing to write home about, there is plenty of options to get you going in the morning. There is a complimentary happy hour in the afternoon with snacks which is a nice way to unwind after work. The staff is very pleasant and courteous. There is a indoor pool and a small workout room as well. You get a good value for the price.

The Embassy Suites layout was fantastic. The natural light made it a very pleasing atmosphere. The room was comfortable with all the necessities. The breakfast area was a little dirty but breakfast was just ending so I'm sure they were working their way around to it. I would recommend staying here if you're in the area.

I normally think Embassy Suites is awesome. I look forward to staying there. However, this particular location did not meet the usual standards. When we went up to our room, the door was already open and every drawer was hanging open. The shower was stuck on a pulse setting, and the fan for the air conditioning in the bedroom did not come on. On the positive side the breakfast was delicious!

Super nice place! However be aware of your bill and extra charges added on checkout. Adding a $4 bottle of water (that wasn't drank) to customers bill will soon add up. Yes, when questioned, it was removed but just be aware!

Fire escapes were always dirty with trash. Fire escape doors kept propped open. People friendly. Some workout equipment broken. I liked being able to select my room before arrival. Breakfast was good. Dinner was WAY TOO SALTY, inedible!!!!

Older facility but very well-kept. Nice stay overall but low- class guests on the weekend made it a bit annoying. Not sure if it's just the area- Greensboro or if it was the weekend we were there. Many children/teens running around everywhere. Pool loaded with kids screaming at the top of their lungs and being wild. Helpful staff, amazing breakfast and of course, loved the free nightly reception. They served chips and nacho dip, snack mix, potato salad and free drinks. Appreciated the gift shop inside- it sold bathing suits, floaties and swimmers for the kids, which we had forgotten.

Great hotel. It is showing it's age but is by no means shabby or in disrepair. Staff was cordial and welcoming. Suites are nice sized. I wish the TVs had the ability to let me connect my PS4 do my boys could have played. Also the chlorine levels were extremely high & lead to my son having to rinse his eyes under cold water for almost 30 minutes to stop the irritation

Our office organizes the annual Christmas luncheon at Embassy Suites. Service is usually pretty good and staff are prompt in clearing off used dishes and silver off the table. The food is decent stuff for a large catered event like ours.

The lobby is large and has great seating win many banquet halls. Water falls and great decorations for the season. The room was clean and large high quality. The bar was smaller with a kind energetic bar tender good conversation. Prices of alcohol where fair for a hotel lobby bar. The breakfast was very good large variety.

The lobby is great and over the top with a large fountain and garden style floors open to the atrium. The bartender was fabulous the night we went. Brittany was her name. So nice. The room was a little bit dated. The furniture in the sitting room was shabby and the bathroom was very small. But for an election night stay it was just great. Quiet and clean. I'd stay there again.

We had a great time at the Embassy Suites in Greensboro. The hotel interior is nice looking, albeit a little dated. Our suite was more than adequate, and the bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and the complimentary offerings, like the evening reception and the vast breakfast, which included made-to-order selections, made it well worth the cost. We would definitely stay again.

Traveling with two small children we booked a two bedroom room with two double beds, we got one king bed. We explained the kids needed it relatively quiet to sleep and we're assured this substitute room would fit the bill. It was incredibly noisy in the living area where my wife and daughter slept, or tried to sleep on the pull out couch. Complained to management in the morning and we're given a partial night credit. Everything else was enjoyable.

Was speaking here on business and they have a great full breakfast for guest. Love the light of the courtyard. Got a chefs salad for lunch and it was good at a fare price. WiFi only for guest.
