ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products

ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

Very hospitable. The breakfast was "eh" but overall the social hour and the room was nice. The views were great from our room and it was a nice large space great for a family. The pool and hot tub were closed, the hotel website only mentioned the hot tub being closed so that was a bit disappointing for the kids but not the end of the world on a quick one night stay.

Nice hotel. Very accommodating of our pets. Breakfast every morning was wonderful and changed daily. The staff was all very friendly. The location is excellent, right next to the convention center/arena and an easy sorry walk downtown to bathhouse row.

Nice sized rooms with a small fridge and a comfy bed. The check-in staff was very friendly, complimentary drinks and snacks at happy hour. As well as they allow pets for a nominal fee. However As usual for me the window blinds didn't close completely and unfortunately I couldn't find an internal stairway to the forth floor, so I had to use the elevator.

Was there for the last half of my honeymoon. Place was awesome! The last hotel we had tried had bedbugs and we didn't stay there and were consequently wary of any hotel. We came to this hilton in hopes of a better experience. We told the staff we wanted to inspect a room before booking it, and they graciously allowed it. The manager led us to it and was extremely kind. We felt welcomed and the room was huge. The restaurant in lobby is very good and so are the drinks. Awesome experience, free drinks for two hours each night, and easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. We highly enjoyed our stay here.

Good, full service hotel. Good breakfast, late afternoon Manager's reception with drinks and snacks, at times very busy. Have not yet tried spa services. Shuttle service is reliable and goes most places. Beware: tons of kids!

Very nice! It's a Hilton brand and shows. Everyone here has been so accommodating. Shuttle service, cooked to order/hot buffet breakfast, pool, spa, restaurant, and more. We certainly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

This is a Hilton Hotel. Very upscale! Free breakfast buffet, and happy hour 5pm to7pm two FREE drinks! Then other drinks happy hour priced.
I am a Stroke survivor. We had a convention st the Convention center next door. I went to sing in and they found out I am a stroke survivor, and a 100% Disabled Veteran. They upgraded my room to a massive suite with King size bed and attached sitting area and office as big one bigger than the sleeping area!
I could not be more happy. What a great place, and wonderful front desk! 5÷ stars from me!

Embassy has always been our favorite hotel. Upon arrival the lady Checking us in (Miss Frigzt) was smiling & welcoming. My 6 yr old was sure to tell her it was his birthday. Upon returning from our afternoon out she had filled 3 glasses w candy & snacks and a sweet note to wish him a happy birthday!! Her kindness created a memory for us. Thank you!!!!

I'm a Hhonors gold member.

On arrival: Valet service missing. Bellman missing. Concierge missing. Two receptionist making us wait minutes without acknowledgment or greeting. One was checking phone.

Room delivery pizza came burned after waiting nearly 40 minutes. We tipped & paid delivery fee. When we called, we were told to bring the pizza to kitchen ourselves.

Bedsheets on sleeper sofa were not clean with dried boogers, and room cleaning service was lacking. We also found the unfinished drinks from the previous guests in the fridge.

Rooms are not bad, a little outdated but okay. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was generous but the orange juice was like flavored water.

Managers happy hour was a nice attention. Hotel has a good location a few minutes walking distance to the main street, and has a large parking.

Next time we'll book another hotel.

Enjoyed staying here. We had our Beta convention here, with around 300 children ages 11 to 13 they were wonderful. The staff was kind, helpful, and on point. The food, rooms and public areas were always clean and lots of amenities. Will use this hotel again.

I've stayed at many Embassy Suites and this one is a favorite! The atmosphere in the lobby is so inviting. The management team and staff are very professional and honestly, that's why I keep coming back. TJ does an excellent job managing this hotel. The front desk crew (Hal, Sal and Darren) are always willing to go out of their way to provide the absolute best customer service. I wish I could stay here more often!

The hotel lobby and breakfast area were really nice. At breakfast, the food was really good and gave us lots of options. However, my hotel room was two doubles when I was supposed to get a king size bed. I understood completely, as we were staying for a convention and the hotel was sold out. So, this wasn't really an issue. At least the bed was soft. Two lamps in the room had bulbs that were burned out. The sofa, chair, and carpet seemed old and dirty. However, those issues, too, could be overlooked. However, my toilet was really difficult. It was hard to get it to flush at all. In the early morning, I tried holding the handle down a little longer in hopes that the paper would go down, and instead, it spilled over in the floor and I had to use my bath towels to dry it up. This was unacceptable. I ended up just using a restroom in the attached convention center for the remainder of my stay.

Always the best hotel in hot springs. Love the free breakfast and free drinks at night. The shuttle is a great way to get around town. The restaurant has very good Sweet potato fries. Avoid room 805 though, next to the laundry makes for some loud early mornings.

Great place for a quick trip to Hot Springs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Accommodations were nice. Upon request at reservation, the staff helped to make our stay especially memorable with treats and a special surprise waiting in our room! Could use a little extra attention to cleanliness in the room itself, as there were gum wrappers and a used bottle of water near the bed. We will certainly stay with this Embassy again!

First vacation ever for me. I have a SDiT (Service dog in training) and the staff was wonderful to him. Understanding of his still puppy attitude. Megan in housekeeping (from Louisville, TX) was very awesome and told me about the food local places to see. Mosaic madness was one of them and I didn't get to visit, but I appreciate her time with me. She talked to me while I was doing laundry and made me feel welcome.

While our stay was reasonably good it very much under whelmed us. We travel a lot and stay in many brand hotels all over the country and some in other countries. Embassy should be top of the top based on reputation and cost. However the staff at this particular hotel were not friendly. Everyone seemed like they hated their job. We did not feel overly welcomed or like we where a honored guest at the hotel. We watched how others were tmdelt with and they too where not treated welcomingly. We asked for a shower cap and they said they would send one up. It never came. The room was spacious and reasonably nice. However again we expected more. The rug has stretched in a few places forming tripping hazards. Wallpaper is starting to peal at the seems. The heater made a lot of noise all night long. Even when turned off. It was a running water sound which was weird. It sounded like a shower. There were a few lady bugs roaming around the room. That being said, this is about as good as it gets in this town. This whole town seems to be run down and falling apart. The other high end hotels seem to be 1969 style.
If this hotel was in any major city it would not attract and clients.

The hotel is connected to the convention center so its very convenient if you have a event there. The rooms are ok but you can hear people all around you in other rooms. It was very noisy but there were a lot of kids due to the cheer and gymnastics tournaments. The staff was very nice and breakfast was great. They processed a lot people fast. Overall it was a good stay.

I would like to say that my stay at this hotel was a very pleasant one all the accomadations were very nice. This was not the first time staying here but I am not sure if I will do it again. I will say this never use a debit card to book your room as I did upon checking into the hotel the gentleman told me I could pay for the room then if I wanted to I did I paid cash and they still took it from my account, so be very careful when booking a room here. I will also say that the young man that drove the shuttle bus was very nice his name was Johnthan I am not sure of his last name but he made the stay there very pleasant by being so courteous and helpful they should have more like him such a nice Christian young man you don't find them like him often it was three elderly ladies and he had much patients with us.

This Embassy Suites is a great place to stay if you're a couple or have a family. It has an indoor pool hot tub and other spa services. We took our little dog and it was not a problem. Love the suite-style rooms. Very spacious. Clean, although the bathroom smelled a bit musty. There are 2 TVs, a fridge, a microwave, and a safe in the room. The Evening Reception is a very nice touch, with complementary drinks and snacks (the snacks could use improvement though). They also have a free breakfast, with made to order omelettes, eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, biscuits, gravy, etc. It is very nice, and not your usual hotel offerings.

Hotel was nice, but not the best that I've ever been to. The pool water was salty, which was sort of a downer. And despite being inside, there was a giant fan that did nothing but blow outside air across the pool water which made swimming very cold. The breakfast bar was better than some hotels, but still lacking. They have a custom omelette station where you can get cook-to-order eggs, but the line was pretty horrendous. The lobby temperature was also so cold that if you didn't scarf your meal, it would get cold before you could eat it. The room was wonderful. We had one of the suites, which was perfect for the family. Our daughter slept on the pull-out bed in the living room area and my wife and I had a room all to ourselves. Fridge and microwave in the room along with a little minibar setup really brought it home. Only issue is that the bed was slightly uncomfortable.

First time staying here. I did not know there was a dance or cheerleading competition going on. There were kids everywhere. Breakfast was not that great. The power went out on Saturday due to a nearby fire. Then Sunday, we were woken up by a fire alarm. Two minutes later, it was safe to go back to the rooms. Then we decided to go to the pool and found out the whirlpool had been shut down for a while. Wasn't happy with the $200 spent for the night.

- where to start ...

This place is insane -

A) the SALT WATER pool & hot tub (salt water makes your skin freakishly soft & silky)

B) Spa

C) Social Hour with free unlimited drinks

D) laundry room (don't use the 1.50$ dryer - it's the same time as the .75)

E) Elevator

F) Atrium

G) for a small fee your car can be tended for you (parking SUCKS - like SERIOUSLY - no joke - it S U C K S - but I tell you what - all the amenities make up for it)

H) COOK TO ORDER BREAKFAST

- if mine heartbeats had order ... pool & elevator & breakfast would be what made their lists

The customer service was outstanding - ESPECIALLY WHEN everywhere you go, you're automatically judged as 'trash' based off being covered in mud (geo technical core driller) & having a beard to your chest - EXCLUDING a man with blonde hair & glasses (12am - night shift feller) - OUTSTANDING customer service - so much so that whilst hubby was loading the bags (outside the door) I ran back in & voiced our experience to a Miss.
You've no idea what it means to go someplace & be treated so well - judging a book by it's cover can really screw you & excluding that little prick at midnight (which I informed them he was crappy) AMAZING facility
Look for their night guard - I can't remember his name BUT - "Buddy" (bell hop) & the little black lady with the scrunchy hair (night reception - went out of her way for me for the laundry facility [finding rolls of quarters for my bills] ) & their night guard - whomever hired them on... those 3 ARE a major asset to the company - ABOVE & BEYOND

THIS hotel - Embassy Suites - is our go to place 110%

Very nice hotel, employee very outgoing and wanting to help assist in any way. I booked a corner suite for my honeymoon. They helped me arrange special amenities. The room itself was great except for the whirlpool tub in the bathroom being out of order (wish I was told while making the reservation). The work out facility has very nice newer equipment and the pool was well taken care of.

A great layout and location for large groups to stay, and enough amenities that you can stay in if you need to get work done. Service at the desk was very friendly and responsive. However, in the 4 days I spent at this hotel, there were two nights in which multiple vehicles were broken into. I'll stay at locations with better lighting and security for parked vehicles in the future. Hopefully they figure out how to address that issue.

We stayed here with my two young kids. It was a clean hotel with great amenities. The two-room suites were helpful for the kids to sleep before the adults. The breakfast is also fantastic and offered a wide variety of foods including pancakes, omelettes, breakfast sausages and bacon.

The only downside - They did not have a crib available for our infant - but we brought a rocker that he was able to sleep in.

This is the only hotel option in the area. All others should be avoided. That being said, my previous stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was spectacular, considering the mass of people they were feeding each morning. I did not enjoy the heavy smell of chlorine on the second floor when exiting and entering my room, I believe the odor lofts from the lobby. With the next-door conference center many people decide to park in the hotel lot, leaving late arrivals with the only parking opting being in a satellite lot far away. If you have many items to carry, be sure to unload at the front door, the walk from the remote lots is a very steep walk uphill. Be sure to bring your hiking shoes (local state park hiking is free and amazing) and a gallon or two of water so you do not have to pay $3 a bottle in your room. The local Copper Penny Pub is a short walk away and has some great food and drinks if you are looking to please a crowd.
